IS THE BELIEVER UNDER LAW?

Is the "Law" the Ten Commandments delivered to and through Moses or is the "Law' the Old Testament as a whole? In reality, the "Law" is bigger than that! There is the difference between "operating the law" and "under the law". The believer in Christ Jesus operates the law while the unbeliever is under the law. The believer is under law to Christ; and the unbeliever is under the law of sin and death. Grace in itself is "Law" that regulates the life of the believer. So, the believer is under law to Christ which comes from Grace, and he is not under the law of sin and death.
