Having a habit that makes your life unmanageable is a conversation that really can extend beyond my sober community to the rest of you.  If we were all honest, many of us would find there are behaviors we hold on to that simply make life more difficult, if not significantly compromised.  The good news is that there is freedom in self-awareness.  Rev.
