EP9 Peter - Therapeutic coaching

In this episode, I talk with Peter who is a German-French-Luxembourgish citizen and he lives in Luxembourg. Peter speaks four languages and is now part of the growing comedy scene in Luxembourg. He uses stand-up comedy as a form of therapy and is also taking a course to become a therapeutic coach to help others understand their feelings and behaviors. Peter explains that thanks to therapeutic coaching, persons can learn to accept themselves and use tools like the “stop process” and tapping to relieve anxiety.
