This is my opinion and observation. My culture seems to always be late to the party that can advance our condition, community and life. I describe it by saying we are always late the new business opportunities party. Innovation usually comes to our community as end user or consumer. Never creator producer or both consumer/ creator. We miss the party of prosperity in new business technology
