In this episode I confess to a life long passion for dancing in my apartment when no one’s home.  I dive into the misconception I had about people working in a yoga studio. We’re all on our journey and I expected everyone there to be more advanced in their spiritual journey but at the end of the day it’s a place where anyone can go, regardless of their enlightenment. I learned a valuable lesson there and it was that everyone is on their own journey. I also learned that I don’t have to adopt someone else’s negative vibes. You have every right to shine and you have a choice in how you feel.  Do what makes you happy—stay in the light! Do your own version of a “spin” and stay in the right mindset of positive action. Stay in alignment to manifest a life of your creation. If you can’t make big changes right away to remove yourself from negative people, then find you positivity outside of the situation.
