I struggled with how to convey the message in this episode. It's a very hard topic and one of the hardest parts to deal with when navigating the change. (Not the hardest but certainly among it). I decided that this was too important of a topic to not speak on but that I wanted to do it body and intentionally.
The people in your life should life you up and you should lift them up. You don't have time for haters and dead weight.
