With over 6 years of experience in dentistry, Ash started as a front desk concierge and later transitioned into coaching dental teams and professionals after completing their M.S. in Industrial/Organizational Psychology. They have successfully coached nearly 100 practices, emphasizing psychological safety and building a culture for practice success. 💫

Ash joined Cultura in January 2023 and also serving as an international speaker focusing on workplace culture, marketing, leadership, and DEI in dentistry. They are currently pursuing a fellowship with the Dental Speaker Institute. Ash enjoys spending time with their dog, Poppy, and attending concerts and events while traveling.  🎸
