Good Morning, Afternoon, and or Evening depending on when you are reading this. This is episode three! im really doing it y'all! I had received wonderful feedback that challenged me to view my decision on the title of the podcast a few weeks ago. I saw this as an opportunity where I could find out more about the community I was in and see if I should change the podcast name or not. upon researching, I found several reasons why this term would be considered exclusive, besides it being gendered.
