For those who haven't heard of this charming dope smoker, he was once shifting around 10% of the world's marijuana in the 60s-70s before serving seven years of his 25 year sentence in one of America's toughest prisons. Howard's also good mates with Rhys Ifans, who played him in a biopic of his life in 2010 called Mr Nice - one of his 43 aliases. Definitely worth checking out ...
