It's been a long journey and we're almost there. All the pieces are finally coming together. The missing money and the fading hope of ever regaining it, Sisi's health and some form of stability between Sarah and Nonso, peace and unity in Iya Taiye's family, or the lack thereof, and a bleak future that awaits Habi and her father. What happens before all the walls come crashing down?
Sometimes we find the answers we need in the least expected places. Wherever we find it, we take action from there. The people who dropped Chibuzo off have been found and I'm pretty sure you know them already! On the other hand, Habi thinks she has found love! At 12, she's being shipped off to her husband in the north and while she's excited, she's eager to learn how to read before she goes. Listen to get in on the action!
It's almost like everything is going over the top in this episode. Why bring a pervert tea literally lay hands on your daughter instead of taking her to the hospital? At least now more than ever, Tony and Eloho are closer to finding themoney, amidst all the COVID wahala, especially from Naza's school. Listen to get the full gist!
Who actually goes to the police when something terrible happens to them in Nigeria? Eloho and Tony? Well, they know not to in this episode. And in the usual Yoruba demon fashion, Seyi has another family somewhere. The silver lining in this episode is that Chibuzo is finally awake and they're closer to finding the money - that is, if it still exists.
We're finally back from a long break and things are starting to take form in this episode. For once, Sarah and Nonso don't fight and we get to know Habi's mum a little more. Sadly, Kehinde is just as sick as she was in the last episode and Tony and Eloho are yet to find their money. Listen to see how it all unfolds and don't forget to share! Welcome back to the second half of Sicki Sicki!
During their morning duty, Usman and Eze find an unconscious body in a pit and rescue it. Sarah has to deal with telling her parents about Sisi's HIV status, and reconciling with Nonso after a really long day. Kehinde is finally awake! And she has a heartfelt discussion with her twin, Taiye, about their family, particularly their deadbeat father.
Usman's daughter gets into trouble at the market, but at least Sarah comes to her rescue. And even though life has moved on and everyone seems to be over the robbery, Chibuzo's family is starting to get worried! Life may have moved on for everyone, but Sarah still has a sister with HIV. In this episode, she learns a few things about Sisi's sickness from the doctor.
You know those terrible nights that take too long; nights that make you pray for daybreak and better days, this is one of them. Iya Taiye has to put up with her estranged husband and angry son while Kehinde goes through surgery. Usman, after a long day, goes home to meet his anxious, starving wife and child, and Sarah confirms her suspicions about her sister's health.
It's a terrible night for everyone; Eloho is late to work, Sarah and Nonso gets into a fight that leads them to become victims of a robbery, and Iya Taiye reunites with her husband at the expense of her daughter's life.
While Sarah goes to visit her sister, Sisi, in the hospital, Iya Taiye, Kehinde and Taiye wait for their estranged father's return. The lockdown has begun to restrict Tony and Eloho's pockets and everyone's movement in general, but Chibuzo alias Uzo-too-sleek remains unfazed.
Sarah and Nonso miss their hospital appointment, while Chibuzo and Taiye go on a futile love adventure despite the Saturday sanitation curfew.
An impending lockdown, a successful robbery, a missing sibling, chaos despite the derailing health of a family member and a failed relationship tells you about all the drama you should look forward to in this thirteen-episode series.
