On this episode, I decided to reflect on my birthday and everything that has happened in this past year. Today is November 5th and I recorded this today. Normally, I don't post the same day I record, but I wanted real time vulnerability and honesty. I discuss my success with therapy and what it felt like to start and finish that. Also, I talk about my goals for this next year and what I'm looking to accomplish. Join myself in reflecting on this past year and bringing in year 26!
