2019 was a insane year of life changing experiences for myself. In this episode, I do my first solo recorded podcast talking about what happened this past year. Recorded on New Years Day 2020, I discuss how I lost over 20 pounds changing my diet and workout habits. Also, I talk about traveling all over the US, as well as, visiting my older brother in Spain.
