Episode description

In today’s episode, we will begin our series on using AI for the job search process, and the possible consequences of using AI improperly. In addition, we will be answering a listener question regarding how to prepare yourself for a virtual interview.

Michelle discusses how job seekers can prepare themselves for virtual interviews.

Mari discusses how AI is becoming an essential tool in the job search process, with job seekers using it for tasks like resume enhancement, interview practice, and job search automation. While AI can improve resumes and increase interview opportunities, job seekers should use them carefully—verifying accuracy and ensuring their application reflects their own voice—since some employers view AI-assisted applications negatively.
