Advancing women in the workplace

In celebration of international women's day, I discuss some women I admire who are doing some amazing things in the workplace. 

The reality is that despite the advancements made by women in the workplace to date, there is a long way to go.

So what can organisations do to ensure that 

1) they are not loosing talented women from the workforce
2) they grow the leadership pipeline for women
