Influencers versus trainers is a more focused look at some of the people influencing in our industry. While there are amazing influencers who give so much amazing advise, there are frauds as well. They focus on a specific industry with a talent in marketing and buzz words while giving awful advise. The same applies to many trainers as we have discussed regularly. Just because you're calling yourself a trainer, hiding behind a limited education and passing bad information is still adding problems to an industry demanding more. This episode is not a bash. It's a focus point discussion asking people to educate with conviction and professionalism. If you don't know, learn. you have a responsibility to the community you're growing Help people in the industry by being better skilled, no matter whether you identify as influencers or a trainers.
