Henderson first began investing in real estate in 2012 in Niagara Falls, and has since built his portfolio in multiple markets, including St. Catharines, Orillia, Windsor, and Hamilton. Based in Montreal, he currently focuses on duplex conversions in Peterborough and multi-unit properties in Hamilton.
