How was this even possible? I opened this item with a BIG surprise of finding a stranger’s REMAINS / ASHES already in here!!! I’m sick to my stomach. I don’t even know what to do. This is beyond unacceptable. WHO WOULD RETURN ASHES?? I have so many questions… I am so disgusted and I’m sorry to the ghost remains I just disturbed.
