In December, as I was dreaming about ways that I could continue optimizing my systems and become more productive (while also passing along that knowledge to you), I had an idea. This is the Business MINIMALIST podcast, so as you know, I’m obsessed with finding ways that less can be better in business. So this year, instead of focusing on all the things I want to add to my plate, I started by asking myself what I could do LESS of, in order to free up space for the things that I want to focus on. This train of thought resulted in me introducing the Year of Less Challenge!
