Episode description

In this podcast episode, we learn that the parietal lobe is the part of the brain responsible for choosing to focus. In order to improve our focusing abilities, we need to develop this area of our brain and create more neuron connections there. We need to make it a fully developed area with smooth roads instead of rocky paths.

The parietal lobe is also responsible for our sense of touch. By improving our sense of touch, we can automatically improve our ability to focus. Our brain usually sees something before it feels it and makes assumptions about what it will feel like. In order to improve our sense of touch, we need to take away our sense of sight and let our sense of touch develop.

To improve our sense of touch, the podcast provides us with some practical examples that we can use in our daily lives.
