Are the Buckeyes Rebuilding Their Florida Pipeline?

Tony Gerdeman and Tom Orr discuss Ohio State receiving a verbal commitment from Florida cornerback Ryan Turner. The Buckeyes haven't been all that successful in Florida of late, so the fellas wonder if maybe the old Florida pipeline is getting cranked back up now that OSU has three commitments from the Panhandle State. They also talk about other ongoing recruiting pipelines while also trying to define what actually makes a pipeline.
