Supreme Court Libs are Shockingly Ignorant about COVID realities

vaccine mandate. Right, so, the Occupational Safety and Health Agency or Administration is supposed to start enforcing this federal vaccine mandate. Remember this the Biden VACS mandate for any company with over one hundred employees. There are some exceptions. I think if you work alone, or if you well, that wouldn't be over one hundred employees, would it. But if you are separate from the rest of the employees, if you

work outside, there's some carve routes. But by and large, just means every company with over one hundred people working in it is going to have to get either the vaccine or the constant harassment of testing and masking in the workplace. Now, put aside for a fact for a moment, the fact that we've now started to see even lib Biden health advisors say that cloth masks don't do a damn thing, which I've been saying for almost two years

because it's obvious. But nonetheless they still act like, oh, if you mask up now it's m ninety five masks. They're saying, that'll be much better. Have you ever tried to wear a ninety five masks for eight hours? Let me tell you. I wear it for eight minutes, and I want to throw things at the wall, and particularly throw things at the people that are making me try to mask up. So here's where we are in the

oceanany though, it's a very interesting case. I will say this, and I'm not sure I my sense as I'm speaking to you is that they're not going to put this stay into effect. I could be wrong on this, but they are going to rule on the merits and we'll find out what that means in June, whether the federal guys. And this is meaningful because by the time the federal government starts enforcing the actual vaccine part of this mandate,

it's gonna be a think February tenth. Right now, it's just a mask and test component of it, and by the time they get there, we'll already be on the down slope of the COVID season. So this is this is largely going to be done with insofar as do you have to worry about COVID this season. But they're gonna make everybody get the shot. And what you realize is they're gonna make everybody get the shot. And then

next assuming the Court allows it to go forward. And I'm gonna tell you right now, do not expect the Supreme Court, even with the six three conservative split, to rule in favor of freedom. They were awful on religious freedom and the closure of public places of worship. Earlier on in the pandemic, the Supreme Court was not strong on that issue. They finally started to wake up a

little bit when people were bringing challenges about it. Okay, so best Buy can be open, so you can get a TV, but your church has to be shut down. Church too dangerous? Best Buy safe or important more important in church? Which, of course, free exercise of religion I thought was something I don't know I'm in the first Amendment. So yeah, the Court has not been good on this.

And if you listen to the arguments today, I will tell you, in particular the Libs, but in general, some of the justices don't seem to have a very good handle on the realities of COVID right now. They don't seem to really understand what's actually going on. Justice. So to Mayor, who is clearly and even some Libs I know will admit this, the least capable legal mind on

the Supreme Court, she just is. She's just not the same level of these other justices in her analysis and her understanding of the law, her understanding of everything really what's going on day to day America. She seemed to think that there were huge numbers of children in the hospital and even on ventilator, which is just not true. Also thinks that omicron is as dangerous as delta. Not true. So there's a lot of oh my gosh, these people are making this decision about things like is this really

an emergency? Is this an emergency that requires the federal government to use an administrative arm to put forward this argument, to put forward this order, And why doesn't the Congress do this? Why doesn't Congress try to pass this instead? Let's see Democrats put their names to get the shot or you get fired. You see, this is what the administrative the fourth branch of government de facto the bureaucracy.

This is why Democrats love it, because it allows them to wield power and get their way when they have control of the executive branch. But it also allows for an escape from accountability. Oh, it was just the experts at OSHA. Oh, it's just the experts at the FDA. This is not a decision that we made. We deferred to the brilliant minds who know more than anybody about this. Of course, we know these people are not brilliant. They're morons.

They get things wrong all the time, they're corrupt. They all want to be on the board of visor as soon as they leave the FDA. You know, the people that leave oshare are gonna want to be on the boards of companies and they want to be part of the Democrat power and funding apparatus. So this is where we are, folks. This is the situation right now. Are

we going to have mandatory COVID vaccines? And let's understand they're pushing for this, the Biden regime is pushing for this when we've seen the massive failure of a critical component of this entire program, which is vaccines do not stop the spread of the virus. They might minimally, we don't know the numbers mitigate spread. The vaccines work as a function of personal protection in that they lower the risk of hospitalization or death. They absolutely do not eliminate

those things either. So this is all just risk mitigation debate. This is not a zero sum in any respect. It's not you get the shot, you're fine, you don't you die. This is not small pox, which had about a thirty or forty percent fatality rate. Right, This is you've got a ninety nine point seven percent chance no matter who you are, just by the numbers of being fine. But if you get the shot, you know, then your numbers

get even a little bit better. But if you're in your twenties, thirties, even your forties, if you're in reasonable health, you're still ninety nine point nine nine nine fine. Right, So why are we still pushing for a mandate. I mean, the problem they have here is now they won't stop the machinery. What they should do is say, well, it turns out the vaccines don't last very long, don't stop the spread. We were wrong about that, so we just

should encourage every individual to get it. But the real the position that their logic should take them to now is if you want to take that risk and not get the shot. We strongly advise against that, but we understand that individuals can make their own health decisions, just like they can make the decision to drink or eat themselves into an early grave, just like they can make the decision to smoke, etc. Right, there are all these things that we're doing on a regular basis that dramatically

affect health. And to have this kind of a draconian do what we say or you get fired from your job, which is effectively what they're doing. They're going to create fines that no employer can sustain, and so then it's just their employer is going to have to fire you. But notice that they're always doing this in these kind of slimy secondary ways. Right, Oh, it's not totally a

vaccine mandate. There's a test and mask option. Well, they just do that to make their argument more complicated and to make sure the public can't just get the public won't just say wow, a federal VACS mandate for a vaccine that doesn't work very well. This is not a good vaccine compared to other vaccines. That's just obvious as we have seven hundred and fifty thousand cases a day

after two hundred million Americans got the shot. Right, it's pretty obvious now, and I understand what we're dealing with here is a mass hysterias. So reason, logic, facts, numbers, it's not going to sway these people. They are absolutely set in thinking that they are right. They're the good guys, they're the good gals. They are the ones who have to be in charging to make all these decisions because otherwise terrible things are going to happen. I look around

and say, the terrible things have happened. Even though we've been forced to do the stupid things that they said would prevent the terrible things didn't work. Didn't work. What is the one silver lining And it's a strong one. It's an important one that we've seen from this period of the last twelve months. When it comes to the vaccines and the unveiling of them, you have substantially lower death numbers now even with the highest ever cases he did before. So the vaccines are good for those at

high risk. But you see, there's a very easy analogous situation for all this. We have the template for what life should be like the flu. We should treat this now now that there are vaccines that are effective at preventing individuals from dying. The flu has been very dangerous for senior citizens for a long time. Seniors have been getting flu shots, and my own parents have gotten the flu shots in recent years. So that's it. We don't do the masking. We don't do mandatory vaccines for every

We're not mandatory vaccines for five year olds. These people are out of their minds. These people are out of their minds, and they need to be stopped. I mean, the problem here is that we actually need to use power to shut down what they want, because if we're going to rely on their judgment, it's going to be shots forever. The modernas CEO is already talking about a

fourth shot this fall. You hear that. So let's understand what the actual demand from the Biden regime is right now with regard to this ocean mandate that's being argued in front of the Supreme Court. It's you basically must get the shot or else we're just gonna harass you and make you miserable in the workplace all day, and we're gonna find you anything. You must get the shot. But by the time you must get it and it's enforced, the COVID wave will already be dramatically receding because we

know this virus is seasonal. We've known that for a long time. And then by the time the COVID season is back upon us next fall or in the summer months, if you're in Florida in the warmer parts of the country, it's going to be, oh my gosh, the shot you've got, it's worn off. You gotta get another one, and so on and so on. That is where we are. They will not tell you that because it doesn't serve their purpose of maintaining control and forcing you to do this.

But that's going to happen. You know it, and I know it. I mean, if we had a real press corps, they would ask Joe Biden, so, were you just gonna have mandatory COVID shots forever? Now? When does it stop? We already have this omicron variant. We're not going to have a variant next year, are we Are? We not going to have a flu season. We're not gonna have other upper respiratory viruses, because why wouldn't we do the same thing for those those could always mutine become more dangerous.

This is lunacy, friends. And then there's just also all the I haven't gotten to the constitutional specifics here, but Osha putting forward this kind of a rule that keep saying that Congress gave Osha this authority was something like fifty years ago. And this is this is not specific to a workplace. This is every every time in your life. Now you go out into any place with our other human beings, you're at risk of getting COVID. It's not workplace specific at all. This is just the world we

live in now. And if we're going to learn to live with the virus, we need to not have all these absurd restrictions. You know, what about the plexiglass dividers that are now popping up all over the place. Do we have to just accept that this is something we're gonna have going forward. It's moronic. They put them on in schools. They're abusing children, they're making children eat outside and freeze. All these things they do that are dumb,

they're indefensible. There's no good argument for it. But they do all these things for which there is no good argument. And then we try to say, hold on a second, why they say, shut up and get the shot. We're in charge, we're in power, We're scared, and we want to control you. They're frightened control freaks, which is really the worst possible combination. They themselves are scared and they insist on controlling you. So what is this supreme quirk

going to do here? I honestly couldn't tell you. I don't think they know. They were talking about an administrative an administrative pause essentially to think more about whether they'd even put the stay in place, which would be the immediate halt to the implementation of the OSHA mandate. And they're like, well, we don't even know if we can make a decision about that because of all the different things that come together. By the way, apparently Biden just said,

I don't think COVID is here to stay. Joe Biden is a moron. Joe Biden is not a smart man. He's not wise, he's not eloquent, he's not intelligent, he's not a good leader. And we're supposed to listen to what this guy says about this virus. You know, you saw the jobs numbers today, of course, about half what they were supposed to be. One hundred ninety nine thousand added four hundred thousand expected. And so Biden gave a speech this morning where you trying to tell everybody, Oh, no,

but you know we didn't. We don't have massive supply shortages. So shut up, peasant, appreciate what we give you. This regime is. This regime is a regime of idiocy. This is the people that should have never been in charge are in charge because there's zelots, I mean, because they do operate many in many ways like Marxists. They think that they always have the answer, They think that they always know what's best. They have no humility, and this

is emotional for them, this is psychological. And so they won't be honest about the fact that Joe Biden is an obtuse and absurd catastrophe and office. And they also won't be honest about this vaccine program and what do they really think is supposed to happen? Here? We get shots until when the most basic question how many more shots do we need? How long? Is osha? Right now? The Libs, I'm telling you, they think you're going to mask up on planes for the rest of your life.

That is their plan. You don't think they want you to get COVID shots for the rest of your life. And why do we have to limit it just to this anyway. This is the situation, friends, this is what we are up against. I mean when I say this, I mean the COVID virus. There'll be other aspects of your health where they intrude upon your life.
