on them. But there's a lot of tad tanks and they're a lot of self propelled artillery, a lot of attack helicopters. This fight isn't over, so Lenski's courage and time and Russian casualties could yet change the political calculus in Russia on the viability of this war. I'm gonna

say it. I think that's unlikely, but not impossible. I think if you look at a map right now of Russian military control inside of Ukraine, which you'll see are they're carving out in encircling key areas in the north, the south, along the Black Sea in the east and particularly in the Daunbass region, and beyond that the Russians are creating as a de facto extension of the Russian Federation,

And in any negotiation, you know it's gonna happen. They're gonna say, well, we're gonna keep what we've got, but we'll stop fighting for now. That's I think the scenario. We are very quickly heading towards the idea of a Ukrainian victory that kicks all Russian forces out of Ukraine. I mean, Crimea is a total nonstarter, but that would kick them even out of the areas they've taken last few weeks. I think that's unfortunate right now, a fantasy.

So the best you can hope for is to stalemate it so that you have the Russians say fine, we'll stop with what we've got and we'll stop fighting and

we go from there. Now, that doesn't mean that the Russians have given up the possibility in the future of carving up I think they basically want to cut Ukraine in half, or they want a full guarantee in the meantime of neutrality, not joining NATO pieces they've already taken, and then at some point in the future, with a much more Russian Federation friendly government, they will carve the country in half. I think this is the plan. I think this is what they've been saying, or this is

what they've been wanting rather all along. There was a lot of reporter yesterday on the provision of MiG fighter planes from Poland to the Ukrainians via a US air base, Ramstein Air Base in Germany. It seems like that is not going to happen right now. Here is a reporter commenting on this, Katy k. I think of the BBC. She has a fancy accent. It hasn't worked to the extent that he would want it to work. Yes he got the applause, and yes, the uk has joined the

oil ban. It's not a great cost to the UK to join that oil banks. We don't import much Russian oil unlike the rest of the Europeans. But he's not going to get the no fly zone from the UK, and he's not going to get planes, and he's not getting as many refugees from Ukraine admitted to the UK as other European countries are taking. pause and he's getting the love. But the one thing that he is asking for, which as we have discussed, you know, in the course of this program, is that no fly zone. And as Claire was saying earlier, it's a no go for the Europeans and for NATO, a nogo for the Europeans, Fornato, which means it's going to be a no go for the US as well, and there's not going to be I think this provision of fighter jets that Poland has even offered up the US has balked at that apparently didn't get accorded with the

US beforehand. As I've been saying all along, it strikes me as likely, it strikes me as likely that where we're heading here, unfortunately, it's war as hell. This is

going to get worse. The Ukrainian is going to keep fighting, and then at some point there'll be a Russian negotiation that will allow for some parts of Ukraine who stay in Russian hands and allow for a limited continuing autonomy in Ukraine subsequent to new elections, where the Russians will do everything they can to make sure a Russian puppet is the president of Ukraine. I mean, I think that's

likely where this is heading. That is a situation in which we see ourselves right now back here at home on energy. What is the debate turning into, well, total incoherence from the Democrats on this makes absolutely no sense what they're saying. Well, it makes sense when you understand that that climate change is a religious belief for them. They've already been shown to be wrong on masks and

social distancing and lockdowns. They're starting to admit it quietly because it's so obvious and the data is irrefutable that they were wrong on all of that. But they're just beginning those and it's a slow walk so that it doesn't really hit home that there are a bunch of morons and never should have done all this to us, made us do all this, but we'll get into the energy debate in a second. People are inherently self interested, and people all throughout the history of collective collectivized farming and collectivized action through an authoritarian state have suffered miserably, suffered miserably. That's that's the clear reality. So now they're telling us, oh, we're gonna we're gonna move

off of fossil fuels in what a hundred years? Good luck. But in the meantime, they create frustration, they make us poorer, and they make things worse because they think this is some crusade. It's all gonna be fine. Crusade, I don't know, maybe they prefer it called a jihad. You know, either one works, it's all gonna be fine. But they act like if we don't do this, the world's gonna end because they're completely insane. Oh and they're also finding that this is a very helpful tool to as we have

all time high gas prices. Let me repeat, all time, all time record high gas price in this country right now under Joe Biden. No surprise, Joe Biden's some moron. You have some effort to try to make it seem like this isn't you know, it's not. Joe Biden's fault. He's great. Oh yeah, he's real smart. He's a real smart guy. I'm never a fan anyway. She is a classic limousine liberal, and she's like, oh, we have to be on cart for the big main oil companies are gonna take half the money from you. I'm close fosporing with her White House and others. A bill on windfall profits tax. Look, we get it supply and demand that prices go up, but profit margins should not go up. That's just oil companies gouging when they do that. So we're going to be on him on this work worker, going to be

autom on this. I just want to know, so is she Is she claiming that there's a legal collusion to set prices, because if one company isn't reflecting the market price and the basic profit margin that it needs to stay in business, another company will come along and do that. Right, there are many oil companies, many oil producers around the world. So unless she's telling me there's a legal price fixing

going on, what is she talking about? If a company goes, oh, I've got a price gouge, then another companies say well, we're going to sell it at a lower rate, and people will go to us, especially given out the sensitivity gas prices. But it's tough to know whether she pretends to be an economic illiterate or she is an economic illiterate. And Libs are also having trouble right now because they love to virtue signals that they're all like, oh, but Arena,

we stand against totalitarians. You know why this is because in this country, the leftist loons think that US producing oil is ikey, but we are going to need it,

This is where the Commies in our midst are in all this confusion because they're so used to thinking they're so good and smart and they but no, they're actually just not living in reality. They don't deal with the truths that are around them, and they'd rather just virtue signal and say, oh, look

at all great we are. I mean they're as you might have gotten a sense, I think that libs are kind of pathetic and really destructive. And we've seen and I referenced Florida because, as you know, they just recently passed a similar hateful bill that hurt

some of the students most in need. In terms of any legal actions, I'd obviously point at the Department of Justice, but I would just note that the President, the Secretary of Education, many members of the administration have spoken out about the discriminatory nature of these bills and our deep concerns about the message they're sending. To LGBTQ kids and families. Just propaganda, I mean, just the worst kinds of lies.

It's not hateful. I mean she thinks that telling school teachers not to get into gender identity training for four year olds is hateful. That's what she is actually trying to convince the American public. Boy, there's something really sick about these lips, something deeply wrong with them. There. Whatever moral character they have has been so corroded. It's gross.

It's just gross. Well, on a more interesting note for a second, here they found two miles under the sea the ship Endurance, which is the name given to the book Endurance, which I highly highly recommend to you about the Shackleton voyage to Antarctica in nineteen fourteen. That book

is phenomenal. It's a great read. It's based on the actual day to day diaries of people who are on the voyage, and man, there is nothing like curling up next to a fire or even laying out in a hammock on a hot day with reading about Endurance and these guys surviving off of seal blubber and trying to stay warm through multiple seasons out on ice flows in Antartica as their ship gets crunched and just anyway, you gotta check it. That's a great but they finally found

the ship. It's pretty well preserved two miles under the sea, so you can go check that out. Endurance is the book The Shackleton Voyage Ernest Shackleton.
