Seems they didn't even try to get in the door at all, you know, to the people who say, oh, but you weren't there or you don't know in all this stuff, we have the gun laws that we do have in this country, with the promise that agents of the state enforcing the law justly will use lethal and risk their lives in the process. If you are not willing, if you are not willing to go up against an eighteen year old with a rifle who's engaged in a mass murder of children, you

should not be carrying a badge and a gun. You know, you don't get to join the Marine Corps, and then when you finally show up on the front line, say, oh, oh, guns go bang, scary, I don't want to do this. Not allowed, okay, that's not okay. You're not allowed to join sworn law enforcement carry a badge and a gun and sit there because you're scared you might get shot

while kids are being murdered. Because otherwise all of us should be able to carry whatever the heck we want all the time, anywhere, anytime, because we cannot rely on the state at all for protection. I don't know a lot of people are feeling that way right now. In fact, the state made it worse by preventing people who did have the courage, who did have the willingness to take action, by stopping them from doing that.
