You're listening to the Buck Sexton Show podcast, make sure you subscribe to the podcast on the iHeart Radio app or wherever you get your podcasts. Freedom at Last, A federal judge in Florida has thrown out the Biden Administration's mask mandate for planes, trains, and buses, ruling that the CDC overstepped its authority. The decision comes a week after the administration announced the mask man it would be extended for an additional fifteen days, which I guess is now

a point. We'll have more on this victory for sanity in tonight's Paper eighteen Divide. Administration announced that the Transportation Security Administration will no longer enforce the federal mandate requiring masks in all the US airports and on foreign aircraft, effective immediately, Master Option will Ard Aircraft welcome to hold a line on Buck Sexton. You heard it right there.

It's fantastic is and it's amazing people, a lot of them on planes finding out that they don't have to wear that dumb ass mask anymore, which was mask up between bites. So they're wearing it. They're not wearing it. They're wearing it. They're not wearing it. There's no science behind this. This is just control. This is just catering to the over anxious, the nervous wrex out there. Oh my gosh, not a plane without masks on. It's disgusting,

isn't It's disgraceful. This became so political, all these leftists. So I mask up on planes because I'm a good person. The whole thing was absurd. Doesn't even work. The one thing, if we were having a conversation about how masks really do protect you, you're not getting get COVID wear masks. Everybody I no war mask, got COVID. It didn't make any difference. We all know this. The data proves it.

And finally, because of one brave judge in Florida, one District Court Judge Mizzelle, we no longer have to wear these stupid It's Katherine Kimblamizelle. Here you go. Decision from US District Judge Katherine Kimblamizelle. Because our system does not permit agencies to act unlawfully, even in pursuit of desirable ends, the court declares unlawful and vacates the mask mandate. Oh my gosh, she is my favorite person of the month, maybe my favorite person of the year, maybe the decade.

It was so outrageous that the Howard Democrat administration of Joe Biden was extending this again. You don't wear masks anywhere else in your life, really, I mean maybe in some medical centers and stuff, but I mean for most of your data to love. The only time most of America would have to do this whole mask charade was when they were on the way to the airport. In the airport itself and then getting on the plane, you

get to find your old mask. Doing all this nonsense, and the bidenstration knows that they just look like ridiculous clowns in this whole thing. I mean, here's Jensaki telling everybody that public health decisions shouldn't be made by the court. Watch. As we've said, agencies are reviewing step next steps, including the Department of Justice. Traditionally following court decision that can take a couple of days. We have said from the start that our quote or response should be guided by

the science and data and by experts. And as there's a reminder, when we had made this announcement, the CDC said it needed fifteen days to assess the impacts of an uptick in cases on hospitalizations, deaths, and hospital capacity. We feel still feel that is entirely reasonable based on the latest science, and public health decisions shouldn't be made by the courts, they should be made by public health experts. They're actually made by the executive branch, whom the public

health experts work for. About this White House, because they're a bunch of dishonest cowards, loved to pretend that somehow there was this alternate branch of government called the CDC that was able to write laws on win and everyone had to obey and there was no no They see, we also have the judiciary brand, and the executive branch can't just do whatever wants. That's why we have checks and balances in our government. So this is absolutely the right move, should have been done a long time ago,

quite honestly. And notice they don't even try to defend. They talk about the science and the experts. Show me an expert who says that it is sensible policy to have masking only on planes and trains, and I will show you a moron political hack. One hundred no, no ifans or butts. It is an impossibly stupid position to take and everybody knows it. They're angry though about this judge because the judge has at some level exposed their stupidity.

So they're attacking judge Mozelle the Daily Beast, a lib trash heap, Trump's worst judge just made travel a maga nightmare. What does it do with maga? No rational person wants to wear masks on a plane. Has nothing to do with maga. But of course they make this about Trump, so Trump thing. Put Trump in a headline, and people who can't think for themselves, the Daily Beast will read it say, oh okay, rolling Stone, Trump appoided judge deemed

not qualified by Bar Association. A bunch of lives there too, voids masked mandate vanity fair. This Trump judge was deemed not qualified. Then she asked, acted the mass mandate? Yeah, sure, it's amazing, isn't it. It's amazing. They love the judges who give them what they want, and then they want to ignore, an undermine, and destroy the judges who don't hand them whatever authoritarian victory they demand. Outrageous, isn't it. Here is former White House Senior advisor for COVID response,

Andy Slavitt. This guy's been wrong about pretty much everything, who's apparently also a legal analyst and a crappy one. Watch Andy. We saw the judge say that they believed that the CDC had exceeded its authority with this ruling. What do you make of all of this? Well, that's pretty shaky legal ruling from a young and I think I would say probably idealistic a former Clarence Thomas clerk. But be that it's may be that as it may. We're seeing today, if people have to react to I'm

going to get on a plane in about an hour. Thankfully, I'm vaccinated and boosted and have a good quality mask, so I should feel Sh'll feel reasonably good. I'll have a good have a good quality mask. Yeah, that's really important. That's really gonna keep you safe there, buddy, when you pull the masks down to drink and eat, and the whole thing is so stupid, isn't it. They're really ridiculous. I mean, these people and they have power, they have influence,

and they're idiot. I mean I mean that Governor Ron de Santis, who is powerful and has influence and it is quite smart, tweeted this out. Great to see a federal judge in Florida follow the law and reject the Biden transportation mask mandate both. There are a lot of employees and passengers deserve to have this misery and absolutely true. What was the basis for this? We have to be killed. This was all just psychological. This is all anxiety rooted

and control. This was even if you live in a red state, the way that they got you to comply with Fauci is and where SPOUCHI, by the way, haven't seen him in a little while. This was just last week. Airline CEOs were disagreeing with Biden on the mask mandate and they know more about this, you'd think than Biden does. Right watch We think from the pandemic stage to the endemic stage, and we need to learn how to live with it without being so restricted. Are you comfortable with

your passengers dropping masks now? I think our customers are comfortable dropping masks. I think our employees are tired of wearing masks. Are employees, especially on those onboard those flights, are tired of policing masks? You don't say, well, I'm more on the lifting of the federal mask mandate with New York Post columnist Carol Markowitz. In a moment, let's talk about protecting your online date. A lot of companies promise you that your privacy is guaranteed, but that's just

not true. You need a new privacy and cybersecurity application tool called Secure. It's spelled sek you are. Security is using for prietary encryption and offering secure instant messaging and email. But Secure all your communications based on servers and data centers hosted in Switzerland without using any of the big tech platforms. Privacy is a big issue. Without real security, people can read your emails, messages, even your bank information. Secure will never mind your data and never ask for

your phone number. You can send emails to your doctor, banker, lawyer, anybody with total confidence you're not being spied on. Secure is your solution to stop the constant theft of your digital identity. Cost only five dollars or the messenger only ten dollars for the messenger an email combination packet. Go to secure dot com and take back your privacy today. That's sekuar dot com and use promo code buck or twenty five percent off. We'll be right back with more.

Hold the line. There's a battle going on right now but maybe the most important fight our country has had since the Revolutionary War. Once again, it's about our freedom. People like you and me are being canceled, our speech increasingly censored by big tech and corporate media. Can't let that happen. Kind to fight back. Please stand with us and support the first team. He be a part of our team, dedicated to preserving the very essence of who

we are free Americans. Commuters around the nation are breathing freely a day after the administration's mass mandate was thrown out by a federal court in Florida. Of course, not everybody's thrilled by the decision, and the White House is failure to fight back. Over at MSNBC anchor Chuck Todd complained that the Biden administration looks weak because of the ruling.

Watch folks, It's one thing for a Trump judge to strike down an order from the Biden White House, but it's an entirely different thing for the White House to let it happen without any legal pushback. And it's not the first time recently that's something. He hasn't gone the White House's way. They don't fight back, they don't defend their rationale, they just give you the emoji shrug. We saw it when the Supreme Courts struck down their vaccine

mandate for large employers. We saw it when West Virginia's Joe Matson essentially scrapped the president's entire domestic agenda in Congress. We may even be seeing it with the ongoing intraparty fight untitled forty two. The Biden administration, with the full power and prestige of the presidency, with his hardy's power in Congress on the line this November has repeatedly looked as if they're easy to roll? Do I mean? Now?

I discussed New York Pro's columnist Carol Markowitz. Carol, I think that Chuck Todd maybe hasn't gotten the memo that they're not fighting over this because they'll look stupid because the policy is indefensible. Actually, that's the problems, And isn't Chuck Todd part of the news arm at MSNBC. Is that really the goal here to be giving the White House advice from his news seat. I find that all really kind of questionable. Yeah, of course the White House

will looks silly if they pushed back on this. This was a national amazing event that happened yesterday. People were happy all over the country. Only some kooks on Twitter didn't like it. It is extremely popular. I think, you know, giving this advice to the Biden administration is not only like just you know, inappropriate, but also just wrong. I mean, the decision obviously makes me really really happy, and a

lot of other people, I do think, though. It was amazing to see how many I mean self proclaimed and they have blue checks, so I guess they're verified at some level. Medical doctors who are just hysterical over this. I mean, these are people who we can assume are going to restaurants, are going to crowded bars, are sitting in different office settings with lots of people indoors. Oh, but on planes where they actually filter the air below the level of microns that a virus actually exists, and

that's where the mds get all upset. I mean, did you see some of the stuff. There were doctors having meltdowns over this, Yeah, I did. It's really terrifying actually, how many medical professionals don't understand any of the science around this at all. You know, my mom kind of quirkies and little older. She flew to Florida recently and I said to her, which was flying back today, I said, oh, you know, you don't have to wear a mask on the plane. She's like, I barely wore a mask on

the way here. I was eating the whole time. And she gets that. You know, if you're eating the whole time, what's the point of the mask at all. But these medical professionals, they got a little taste of fame in this crazy upside down world of COVID, and they don't want to let it go. And it's really pathetic that they're holding onto it and they know it makes no sense.

Everybody knows it makes no sense. I just want to find one person who will make the case that they think that this somehow is meaningful in the stopping of COVID. After we've had I mean wave after wave, hundreds of millions of people have gotten COVID in this country, you have the whole rest of society is open. Maybe a person spends a lot of people don't even fly, right, But maybe a person spends one percent of their month

actually in an airplane. If they fly, let's say once a month somewhere, that's the one place where you're going to be protected from COVID. It is so stupid as to defy belief. And yet there are people who were truly upset about this. Yeah, it's the same concept as wearing the mask from the door of the restaurant to

your seat and then taking it off. It does not make sense if you're going to remove it to eat and drink, which again happens on flights, and you know the fact that you're an inch away from the other passenger. The airplanes, you know, the airlines weren't saying like, oh, we'll leave space of several roles between guests so that they can be safe on the plane. No, of course not. We're all sitting crammed into a cerdine box. And these masks, these old navy masks that we bought two years ago,

are really going to protect us. It's a joke. You think this might actually be helpful to the White House in some way because now the Biden administration can say, hey, you know, we didn't even drop the mandate. It was a judge universal injunction. What can you do? I mean, are the politics of this, maybe in some weird way, favorable for them. It's funny because I thought you meant that is it going to be favorable for them, like with the COVID sane people, And I was like, no,

it's way too late for that. You were talking about the car seeing people. Are they going to be mad that the Biden administration didn't fight back. I mean, Chuck Todd clearly is mad. I'm sure some people will be, but other people really do understand, even as paranoid as

they might be, that it's time to move on. And I have no sympathy for these people, you know, the people who are like I had a flight planned, Well, now you're going to rent a car and drive wherever you were driving, just like you told people with two year roulds who had to mask on these flights to do for the last two years. So I have really no grace for these people at all anymore. And they need to get over it. They need to get over

it fast. I'm also curious about this. There's this group, this very noisy group that you see online and people speaking on behalf of the group of the immuno compromised, specifically in the context of airplanes, as if we're supposed to mask up forever because of the immuno compromised and I just want to say, if they're so immunocompromise that a plane and the possibility of COVID is a danger to them, are we to assume that they don't actually

go out in public anywhere? Ever? Because respiratory virus is spread more in the home than anywhere else, but also in all kinds of closed closed door venues, places like offices and everything else. So why are playing singled out? I mean, I think I feel like there's just this desperation for a moral high ground from some people, right, which is why for me, it's very important to convey to people that the masks did not work, so that this argument is just null and void. Okay, I care

about them, you know, compromise people. These masks do zero to protect them, and as long as we are caring about these people, we need to admit that as a fact. I think, you know, I don't. I don't know the argument over ninety five masks, but nobody's wearing those. They're all wearing little batman masks that they got from some random outlet that ordered them from China. And they're barely

I mean, they're barely like any kind of cloth. It's really and even an N ninety five mask is useless if you're going to not wear it for thirty or forty minutes at a time. Right, So so even that argument doesn't even hold. It's crazy, right exactly. So it's not about how good your mask is. Most masks do absolutely zero, and we need to keep saying that so that people who are you know, compromised, don't count on other people masking to help them because it doesn't help.

But I just I wonder, I've never heard so much about the immunocompromise before. And I don't know if we're talking about people that are elder I mean, I really mean this. I don't know what is considered in this definition of immunocompromise such that masking them too your point, doesn't do anything anyway, But there seems to be this belief that they're at you know, they're at unreasonable risk

from being around people who aren't masked. Which I've never heard this any in any other venue, No nowhere else have I heard, Oh my gosh, we all have to mask up because of the immuno compromised, you know, we can, we all have to sit it. So it feels to me it feels like this is just people grasping. But I want to dig into that one some more. Speaking of grasping for some nation, Mayor Eric Adams, your former mayor Harold no longer your problem, you Floridian and your

free state. Here he is telling us, Oh, he's going to keep enforcing mask mandates in New York City subways. Watch. We are going to continue to encourage New york Is to wear a mask on the subway, and we believe that we have the optimization to do So what, First of all, why is he wearing a mask outside? He looks like an idiot? What is going on here? When did you last see him in a mask? Which is like the biggest joke about this. Do you see him

all the time at nightclubs partying with celebrities. He's never masked. He's never masked. None of these politicians are masked except when they're making announcements to tell us that we're going to have to stay masked. You know, somebody made a joke on Twitter that you're gonna mask to like so you don't see the bullets and everything. That there's bigger problems on the subway than whether or not you're masked, but of course you can't deal with those problems, so

you deal with this just minor and tyranny. It's really pathetic. Oh, Carol. There's the nice, warm feeling that you and I and some others can have of being right about this for about two years. So yeah, yeah, it's congratulations on that one, but the fight continues. Good to see you, Carol, Thanks, see you, Bud, Thank you. If you spend any time on Twitter, you've probably heard of libs of TikTok. The anonymous account has become one of the most popular among conservatives.

All it does is repost the bizarre and sometimes really twisted videos the far leftists upload to the social media platform and howners TikTok well today and right. If the Washington Post issided, it docks the woman behind the anonymous account, revealing her name and even her home address. Coming up Washington Enter for the Spectator, Amber eighty stops by to give us the details in the latest case of media retribution. For a moment, I want to talk to you about

That's about oncept of straightness was basically created make women prisoners to men, because, as we see on this app over and over, men don't actually like women. Pronouns that I use. Are they then she her and clown clunsole. I prefer a mixture of those there. Really, it's amazing, amazing content from masks

shaming to bad teachers. Libs of TikTok has managed to reveal leftist lunacy by doing a little more than sharing videos of progressives who are insane for the world to see. Thanks to Washington Post columnist Taylor Lorenz, the mystery woman behind the popular Twitter account has been exposed. Lorenz has yet again sparked a furious uproar on the Internet for doxing the anonymous creator of Libs of TikTok in her latest piece writing Meet the woman behind Libs of TikTok's

secretly fueling the Right's outrage machine. A popular Twitter account has morphed into a social media phenomenon, spreading anti LGBTQ plus sentiment and shaping public discourse, and has been working as a real estate salesperson Brooklyn, where she created the account where she minimized COVID cast down election results and promoted a DUBI a story about a child sex trafficking ring.

Lorenz is being slammed as hypocritical for her hit Pie since it was just a few weeks ago where she was hysterically crying on MSNBC while recounting harassment she experienced because of online behavior and her details being out there. Watched, Hey, nice job on that story, you soulless epping. Then also you'll see there's these there's many people that are tweeting, you know, here's these are Taylor Lorenz's loved ones. I've had to remove every single social tie. I had severe

PTSD from this. I contemplated suicide. It got really bad. You feel like any little piece of information that gets out on you will be used by the worst people on the internet to destroy your life. And it's so isolating and terrifying. It's horrifying. I'm so sorry. It's really hard. I mean, she's one of the worst people on the internet. Just try to destroy somebody this week doesn't care. And she works the Washington Post, so she has a lot

of resources behind her. Let's talk about this. Washington editor of The Spectator and senior fellow at the Steamboat Institute, Amber eighties with us. Now, Amber, good to have you back. Thanks for having me, Buck, and there's so much here for first, can we just start with Libs of TikTok. Why why does Libs of TikTok upset the libs so

very much? I think this is the story that should have been written instead of exposing her identity, Why not explore why this account has gotten so popular And the reason why is that it does nothing other than reposts the liberal content from TikTok. It's really quite incredible that it has grown so organically just by sharing what it are already publicly available videos for a larger audience. And

it's because the less doesn't want this stuff exposed. That they have such a problem with the libs of TikTok account operating because they want these teachers to post this insane content about indoctrinating children with critical race theory or coming out to their kindergarteners. That they had to shut it down because this is all stuff that they want to continue to do in secret and in private and away from parents crying eyes. And then there's, of course,

the Taylor Lawrens component of this story. Here she is, This is from the Libs of TikTok account, a photo of her. This is a Washington Post journalist showing up to knock. Of course, she's massed up outside alone, of course, knock on the door of the relatives of the anonymous creator of the libs of TikTok account and the captain here was Hi, Taylor Lorenz, Which of my relatives did

you enjoy harassing the most at their homes today? I mean, it seems to me there are some people that in the journalism world we're saying, well, this is what is knocking on doors. You're going to talk to people, But is it? Though? There's so many objectional things about the way that journalistic ethics were followed, or rather not followed in regards to this storybook, and showing up at the relative home of a private individual is just one of them.

There was no reason why Taylor needed to even report this individual's name when she was going through this story. If she wanted to talk about her past political statements, she could have done that without linking to her employer's website and potentially her home address. That all could have retained her anonymity. The reason they named her is because they wanted to try to silence her and shame her

into submission. And then there's the fact that this only got exposed before the article went out because Prisina to push all The press secretary for Roda Santis shared this email where Taylor Lorenz gave her less than an hour to comment about her so called relationship with the lives of TikTok account, which she has basically publicly retweeted and commented on some of the videos, and then she also was reaching out to random people on instagrams who happened

to have the same name as the lives of TikTok account owner and was essentially trying to blackmail them into responding, saying We're going to link you to an anti gay hate account if you don't respond for our reflect for comments. So, really, from top to bottom, this is clearly not a piece of journalism. This is a piece of activism. This is the type of so called journalism that people at Media

Matters do to try to cancel conservatives. Timla Lorenz, in a stroke of real irony, here is somebody who speaks out against online harassment of journalists, of course, not of people who are just living their lives. That journalists who have much bigger platforms and much bigger reach and resources behind them and are supposed to have ethics ruin their lives. No, A're not that. Here's Taylor Lawrence explaining the problem online harassment.

Such a it's such a it's such a misnomer. I think it's a huge problem because, you know, harassment is a it's a tool to silence people, especially women and people of color, are people from marginalized identities for speaking out, and there's a very intentional like goal behind it. Harassment is a tool to kind of discredit and silence journalists, and the right wing media plays along with him. I'm sorry. So she's an expert in harassment, but in the wrong way.

It's got the funny. An expert in starting the online harassment of other people and doesn't like it what it happens to her exactly. Taylor Lawrence has made a career out of harassing people, whether it's Steph Corey, the pharma CEO of A Way, or the daughters of Samuela Geller, who were simply running an Instagram account that had nothing to do with politics, or Mark Andresen, who she tried to accuse of using a blur in a clubhealth room that turned out to be totally fabricated and now lives

of TikTok story. This is how she does journalism. She just docses in her ass with people and tries to get them out of the public sphere, but doesn't like it so much when it's turned around on her. But to me, I don't even think these emotions are real. I think these are manipulation tactics because she wants to try to gil trip people into not criticizing her reporting, and really it's just the hypocrisy is sort of the point here. She wants to be protected and insulated from

the consequences of a horrible behavior. Just to give everybody a sense of what lives of TikTok the account actually does. This is from today a teacher at West Hollow Middle School in New York, on a rant about masks. Watch this if my school district goes masks optional, since people seem to be doing that. Now, I am putting every mask I own on my face. If you do not have a mask on, do not come near me. I hate and nobody better are trying to mask shame me.

They're walking by and I have my masks on. Do not say a damn word to me, because I will throw a child at you. I will pick up the first child that passes and I will throw them at you and you can scream bro all out because you want to them. Yeah, there's that. Yeah, it's also ironic,

isn't it. Bucks The Less used to deride camp the people who criticize cancer culture by saying, well, you know their consequences to your actions, and if you're posting things publicly, then you have to expect people to have backlash for

what you're saying. But then as soon as this Lesa's tutac account is reposting public videos on TikTok from people who are in positions of power, whether it's in teaching positions or the boards of corporations or what have you, all of a sudden, it's a problem for us to think that these people shouldn't be teaching our kids. Amber always going to see you, Thanks so much, all right, thank you Bucks. Remember last year when Democrats, including the President,

accused mounted border patrol agents of whipping Haitian migrants. Well, it turns out it was all crap. It was a lie. So why hasn't the White House apologized? We'll ask author and columist David Marcus. We come back run now, let's talk about protecting your most viable asset your home. Look, if someone told you that your home could be stolen online, you'd say, that's crazy. It's a house. Well, it's your home's title, which is actually the legal ownership document to

your home. And here's what the bad guys do. They forge your signature on a quick claim deed. Then they are technically treated as the owner of your home and can take out loans. Right, it's a fraud, but it's an easy fraud to pull off, and you're not covered by homeowner's insurance or common identy theft programs. Look, that's why you need home title Lock. Home title Lock can protect you from this, can shut down this process of home title theft before whatever gets going. Reggish your home

address today. See if you're a victim and don't even know it yet, just go to home titlelock dot com. That's home titlelock dot com. Back, David Marcus is going to drop some knowledge bombs. Stay with us. What we takes us back hundreds of years, what we w for worse today? What we when did slaver Cowboy with their reigns again whipping black people patience into the water where they're scrambling and falling down and all they're trying to

do is escape through violence in their country. That was the United States Representative Maxine Waters back in September of twenty twenty one, explaining the quote whipping of Haitian migrants at the southern border was worse, she says, her word, than what happened happened under slavery. Hers was just one of countless hysterical reactions to an incident that we now

know was fake news, didn't actually happen. Here we are a year and a half later, and not a single person has appolize to the border patrol agents they slandered back then. Not the President of the United States, not the Vice president, not the DHS secretary, nobody. It's almost as if they never really cared about whether or not it was true. They were just happy to score a few cheap political points, no matter whom they smeared. Joined me now, somebody who's been calling for apology since October

of last year. Columnists and author of Charade, The Covid Lies That Crushed a Nation, David Marcus. Mister Marcus, good to see you, sir, and congrats on the book. Thanks Buck. So this is pretty straightforward. There were members of border patrol who were on horseback. There was a big encampment of mostly Haitian immigrants who wanted to illegally cross into the United States, not through legal immigration channels. The horseback border patrol members were reported on by some media outlets

as whipping migrants. It did not occur. It was obvious it didn't occur, but the entire biden of illustration from a top down seemed to throw themselves behind the story. Why it was a perfect storm of progressive malfeasance in journalism. Um, you know, they saw these images. If I recall, I think it was Vice that that was the first to really run with them and tweet them out. And I mean, you know Vice had its heydays like softcore pornography to read on the L train in two thousand. Um, but

I mean, you know, they ran with it. The next thing, you know, there are people over Twitter are talking about it. Then you know, as you say, the politicians are, it goes all the way to the White House. Honestly, Buck, five minutes after I saw that thing, the day that it came out, I said that, I said, no way, I said, this is crazy. But but it confirmed so many priors for progressive journalists that they just they just

couldn't ignore it. And I think also they're so ignorant about what actually happens on the border that they were able to believe this. They're so ignorant about, you know, jobs where people ride horses. I mean, it was just, it really was this perfect storm of all of their priors and all of their ignorance smashing into one incredibly

stupid display of incompetence. Porter Peter Deucy of Fox News asked Jensaki when President Biden would be if he would be apologizing to the border agents that he falsely accused of crimes. And Biden back in the day, just everybody can remember, said that there were going to be consequences. I mean he spoke not as if there needed to just be an investigation. David, I'm sure you remember he said, you know, they'll be held accountable. They're going to get

punished for what they did. And in typical Jensaki fashion, here is how she responded to the question about whether Biden would apologize for being wrong and lying. Watch the mounted border patrol officers president accused of whipping migrants have been notified they will not face criminal charges, So when is the president and going to apologize to them. There's a process and an investigation that's gone through the Department of Homeland Security. I don't have any update on that.

The President said that they were whipping people, which would be a criminal offense, and they've been told they're not going to be criminally and there was an investigation into that, and I'll let the Department of Homeland Security announce any conclusion of that investigation. You accuse these officers of brutal and inappropriate measures, now that they've been told they will

not be criminally charged, will you apologize? And Peter, there was an investigation into their behavior, so that investigation is playing out. Whenever it's going to be announced, the Department of Homeland Security will announce it. So I just so

I understand the progressive playbook here. David slander people before the investigation, and then when the investigation shows what really was obvious all along, that they didn't actually do anything wrong and that the people that said they did lied, and then just say, well, there's an investigation, look at

those findings. Yeah. I mean, it's unreal. It's also political incompetence because you want to you want to give Joe Biden a five to ten point bounce in the approval polls next week, I mean next week, right, send Joe Biden to the border, actually to the border. Have him apologize in person to these guys. He's good at this kind of thing, right, he would be, Hey, man, I you know, I saw it. I really overreacted. He'd do

this well. And then he announces we're not going to lift Title forty two because we don't have anything in place right now to fix it. If he were just to do those things over the next two days, his approval rating would raise next week. But they won't do it. They can't do it. It's it's absolutely baffling. I mean, never has there been a White House in as desperate need of a pivot as this White House has been for months and months now, and they just won't do it.

Maybe you were one of the first people calling for an apology from the Biden administration for their lives about what was going on at the border. In an article for Fox News back in October twenty twenty one, you wrote, however he chooses to do it, Biden must address the situation. Two weeks ago, he promised these border agents had done something horrific and would be punished. That isn't true, and it isn't true, then the president must lean into the truth just as hard as he leaned into a lie.

I think, David unfortunate. What we see with this administration is that they don't as long as it matters helps them. I should say in the moment, the truth doesn't matter. No, it doesn't matter at all. You know, I was down in Del Rio just a couple of days after the incident, right after the situation had been sort of cleared out, and I was talking to not just the residents down there,

but a lot of the border agents down there. And you know, the Democrats present this idea that like these border agents are like you know, Nathan Bedford Forest, like like racist white guys, you know, trying to like hurt migrants. Most of the border agents are Hispanic, but you know most of them are are have family who are who are immigrants. It's all a lie. It's it's along the same lines as the lies we hear about our police departments.

And yeah, it's deeply disappointing. And Biden could fix it, but like I said, he won't. He's just he's just he's either checked out or he's not interested. David, switching gears for a moment. You've been on the show now for two years opposing mandatory masking. I want to get your take on the news that the plane mask mandate, the travel mask mandate, whatever you want to call it, struck down a federal court. What do you think I mean, I'm glad. I think clearly this should have happened long ago.

I'm glad I think that it happened as a result of this court order, as opposed to the administration having just let it run out. Because now we do have some precedent. It looks like the administration is not going to fight it. We do have some precedent saying no, the CDC can't just, you know, be emperor of the United States every time somebody catches a cold. So I thought that was good news. Clearly. Clearly, I think most

Americans are happy about this. Are going to have some sad sex you know who, whine about it, but I think most of the reaction that I've seen has been pretty positive. So you know, it's it's another step forward. David, good to see you, Thanks for being here. Thanks Buck Billionaire Elon Musk, which is man on the planet, has a surprising new ally in his quest to acquire Twitter. We'll have that story for you and quickts coming up

Stay with us. Florida Governor Rhonda Santists announces he has Elon Musk's back when it comes to his fight against Twitter and Joe Biden continues to blame everybody but himself everything else out there for the high price of gas and lots of stuff. Those stories and quickts, let's get to it. First of all, Rhonda Santists is doing a phenomenal job as Governor Florida. I mean, I would criticize him if I could find something to criticize him. All.

It's almost uncomfortable to cover politics as a commentator and have somebody who's so on the money so often they feel like am I missing something? Because everything this guy does I agree with and I'm looking for things to not agree with. And I'm telling you, so far phenomenal. He's even good on the tech fight. He's good on so many things. Governor de Santis has said that after Twitter activated, it's poison pale to prevent Elon Must's acquisition.

Keep in mind, they're telling the richest the board of Twitter, who own less than point zero zero one percent of Twitter collectively, they want to make sure that Elon must the richest man in the world who is a tech and entrepreneurial genius, they don't want him to buy Twitter note they can run it better, and they're willing to cost shareholder's billions of dollars in the process. We all

know why this is right. It's because the crazy Libs want to have their propaganda platform without anybody being able to interfere. Well, Governor de Santis had some thoughts on this. The State of Florida and our pension system. We have shares of Twitter. I didn't buy it. We have people that run the fund. But nevertheless, it hasn't exactly been great and returns on investment. It's been pretty stagnant for many, many years. So but nevertheless, I mean to me, I

think that that's probably an injury to the fund. So we're going to be looking at ways that the State of Florida potentially can be holding these Twitter board of directors accountable for breaching their produciary duties. So stay tuned on that breaching their fiduciary duty. That's what they're doing.

It's all ideological if it were about making money, if it were about what's best for the company, and it would say Elon Musk paying way over the current stock price gonna make everybody who's who's a shareholder, make them money, man, that sounds like a great idea. Nope, not if you want to be able to shut down conservatives and throw elections for Libs, which is what the people run in Twitter and the journals on the left who use it, the legacy media entities that use it, that's where they are.

Brian Stelter also waited on this one, which is hilarious. Brian Stelter over at CNN, the guy has a TV show. Think about that for a moment. Elon Musk is allowing or would rather allow, free speech on Twitter, which would be like, well, I'll let Stelter tell you. The tech Titan spent a lot of the weekend trolling Twitter right on Twitter, in one case, amplifying a suggestion that his bit would only be rejected if the system is rigged.

We've seen that kind of rhetoric before. It's very trumpy, right. No, people don't want to play in the gutter. Most people don't want to send other kids to play in the gutter. Twitters tried to clean it up somewhat, still still got there's still a lot of complaints from a lot of people about Twitter does that. And I think if you're if you're a random user that gets suspended for no good reason, you feel that and that's a big deal.

That's a big problem. But the argument that make Twitter more chaotic woul seem to be a losing argument from an investiament. No, No, Twitter's already disgusting and if you're a conservative, anything's allowed. You know though all kinds of horrible things can be said that all of a sudden. The death threats don't get cleaned up very quickly. If you're a conservative, it's you know how, you're on your own.

If you're a lib oh big tears, they come in and they save you right away from whatever mean things people are saying. But more importantly, you can't say that men and women are different on Twitter. You can't disagree with the idiotic statement that men can get pregnant or men can have periods. Not allowed to do that on Twitter. That's what we're really talking about. No one's talking about, Oh, we need to allow people to be more deep in

the gutter. It's already in the gutter. But selter go on, clown. Joe Biden running out of excuses, but going to keep trying them as much as he can. He continues to blame the rise in food prices at gas prices on Putin's price hike. Here's how that's going. And folks, look, the fact is that we are in a situation where the war in Ukraine is going to continue to take his toll on the world economy. It's gonna take his toll on energy, and it's gonna take his toll relative

to food. So all the rising prices, it's not the inflation that started when Joe Biden took office. It's all Russia's fault. It's not gonna work, Joe. But you know, the least surprising things going on in American politics today is the obviousness of the revelation that Joe Biden is bad at this job and Kamala wouldn't be any better. Anybody was paying attention knew those things were true. That's it for tonight's hold the line that No Spin News

with Bill O'Riley is next Shields High. There's a battle going on right now, but maybe the most important to fight our country has had since the Revolutionary War. Once again, it's about our freedom. People like you and me are being canceled, our speech increasingly censored by big tech and corporate media. Can't let that happen. Kind to fight back. Please stand with us and support the First TEAMV be a part of our team, dedicated to preserving the very essence of who we are, free Americans.
