FBI Affidavit Bombshell Fizzles

so yeah, I've seen this stuff before. And also Mark Zuckerberg, the CEO of Facebook, more or less tells us yeah, FBI interfered in the twenty twenty election suppress the Hunter Biden laptop story, using Facebook as the actor, the action arm of their suppression effort. We will discuss that and then if we have time. Scientists now say that wormburgers could solve hunger. Worms pretty gross, I mean crickets, maybe I could. I've eaten crickets. I'm not gonna lie. work back. So we've got the affidavit is released, and I'm going to analyze it a little bit and then tell you what I think the politics of this are going to be. So they're saying now that there are twenty five top secret documents, over one hundred classified documents in the fifteen boxes of information they initially got, and so now they're saying they've probably got a whole bunch more classified information. We're supposed to think this is a

really big deal. What I see here that's interesting is one, why the lack of urgency. Why would this take months and months back and forth with lawyers, and then all of a sudden, it's the FBI got to put on their windbreakers in their flat vests, so they and go in there and say, you know, out of the way, got to secure these documents. The documents were under lock and key, with surveillance cameras in place, with Secret Service crawling around everywhere. Okay, these documents were not handed out

to people in Times Square. This is not exactly a massive data breach situation. But the National Archives. It is all about the National Archives. That's what This really comes down to, so a bureaucrat at the National Archives decided or a number of bureaucrats decided that they would make a referral to the the Department of Justice about improper handling

of classified information by Donald Trump. And we're supposed to believe that this is now after all of the lies they told Russia collusion and you know, Trump is hitler and the first impeachment, second impeachment. Right, first impeachment was over the Ukraine phone call. The second impeachment was over the January sixth insurrection. It's a riot. Calm down, lips.

Now they've finally got it. I look, I'm now pretty confident. Well, it's tough because the Libs are insane, and when you're dealing with insanity, you can't base your analysis on rationality. That then becomes a weakness. But I am of the mind that they're not going to charge anybody here, that they're just going to say this was naughty, don't do this, and then it's a talking point for libs. Trump is

reckless with national security. I'm starting to think that they realize that this would be the political thermonuclear approach to bring a criminal prosecution against a president who could be the next president again over document storage issues. Document storage issues. There's also in the affidavit there's the back and forth with Trump lawyers and the National Archives, and this was provided the FBI, where then President Trump is taking the claim or his lawyers are taking the claim that the

president can declassify anything you want. I worked in the CIA. That was my understanding. We call it real time declassification. When a president says the following, no matter what it is, what are you gonna do? You rest the president for spilling state secrets? The only accountability you would have for what a president says when it comes to classified or not is political, meaning people voting for or against that individual.

You can't actually overrule a president's decision about classification because there is no higher authority when it comes to classification. And we think of it like if somebody was telling me that Buck Sexton's opinion on the following is and I said, no, this is my opinion. I win because I'm the decider. It's a great push word. And I think is decider even formally a word? Do we know? Do people actually is it in the dictionary? It should be Remember that Bush, I'm the decider. It was great.

It's a great word. Decision maker is what people usually say, but decision maker is such a mouthful. So Trump can

declassify whatever he wants. And also there's the other part of this where the Presidential Records Act from the nineteen seventies makes it pretty clear as a matter of statute that a president can't be prosecuted for records that are taken or in dispute or anything like that, and yet they did this FBI rate Anyway, I am starting to think that this was some overreach from the crazy Libs, but they realize now it would be it would be

too much to actually bring a prosecution under this. Now, maybe I'm giving them too much credit for a rationality that they do not have. Maybe I'm I'm miss it's possible. I don't you know. I always say nobody can predict the future. Predictions are interesting and they're often wrong, something to keep in mind. But here we are seeing that it looks like they're going to have to pull back from this and they're not going to be in a position to actually prosecute the president over this. And I'm

also worried that there's a political component here. We're talking about Trump, Marlago, the Ray, the FBI classified documents. You know, well, we're not talking about is the economy or anything else. So, for example, when the Fed Chair Jerome Powell says that the pain is coming for everybody here because of inflation, we're just the beginning of it, I think maybe we should talk more about things like this. The burdens of high inflation fall heaviest on those who are least able

to bear them. Restoring Chris stability will take some time and requires using our tools forcefully to bring demand and supply into better balance. Reducing inflation is likely to require a sustained period of below trend growth. Moreover, there will very likely be some softening of labor market conditions. While higher interest rates, slower growth, and softer labor market conditions will bring down inflation, they will also bring some pain

to households and businesses. These are the unfortunate us of reducing inflation, but a failure to restore price stability would mean for greater pain labor markets, labor market issues, economic pain, slow down. There's a word for this, a recession. He sank to actually deal with the inflation that we see to bring price stability. It means the bad things that you don't want to have happening in an economy are

going to happen. Now, the Biden White House is running and saying, oh, you know, we're great, we know what's going on here, We've got this all under control. But it turns out that's not true at all. And I do think that the more we talk about the Maro Lago ray, the less we talk about the fact that Democrats suck at their jobs. They're awful at this, and that's an issue that's something that people should be voting on. The border the economy, inflation, crime, cod COVID lockdowns, and

COVID vaccine mandates. That's what people should really be looking at right now. That's what people should really be discussing and basing their votes off of the Mara Lago raid. It's I think to the benefit of Democrats that we play defense on Mara Lago, because as long as we're playing defense on mar Lago, we're not pointing out that Joe Biden is like the character from the end of a Scooby Doo cartoon who's like, I would have gotten away with ruining the economy if it wasn't for you,

darn kids. This is absurd. This guy is president. He always looks like he's confused. I mean, I think he's had more facelifts than any you know, rich Orange County mom in her seventies you've ever seen in your life. I mean, it's crazy what's going on here, and yet Orange County, California, it's very fancy, and yet here we are being told that we're supposed to be ready for a possible criminal indictment Donald Trump. It just doesn't make any sense. Now, they don't makes sense, and they're crazy,

and they've done crazy things before. So I'm not saying they there's no way. I am not confident they won't indict Donald Trump, but I'm starting to think that this dog won't hunt. It's not gonna work, not going to be to their advantage. They realize that's too bizarre. Meanwhile, Biden, speaking of it, he's going on offense. He's going on offense, telling everybody he respects some Republicans but not those maga Republicans.

What's happened is there No, there're not many real Republicans anymore. By the way, you're presiding governor. He's a Republican you can deal with we disagree. No, no, I'm serious, But at least he's within the main stream of the Republican Party. I respect conservative Republicans. I don't respect these maga Republicans.

So what do you think is more likely who is more effective at opposing the insane left in this country and the Democrat machine that pushes the policies, The maga Republicans, the semi fas as Biden calls them, or the complacent pat on the head. We don't like to fight too hard. We lose gracefully, Republicans of the old establishment GOP. I think Biden's told you the answer. I think it's pretty clear. But notice how even though he's horrible, he's on offense.

He's on attack. He's doing a campaign stop basically out there doing a press conference speech, whatever. He's attacking the other side. Republicans pretty quiet. Not a lot of Republicans going around saying Joe Biden's allfull at his job. The Democrat policies are insane. This loan forgiveness issue, maybe now a trillion dollar colls to the economy. It's a bribe, it's not a forgiveness. And then there's the Mark Zuckerberg admission of what Facebook did during the election. Will come

The FBI, I think basically came to us some folks on our team. It was like, hey, just so you know, like you

should be on high alert. There was We thought that there was a lot of Russian propaganda in the twenty sixteen election. We have it on notice that basically there's about to be some kind of dump that's similar to that, so just be vigilant. The distribution on Facebook was decreased, but people were still allowed to share it, so you could still share it, you could still consume it. Would say the distribution is decreased. It got shared it basically the ranking and news feed was a little bit less,

so fewer people saw it than would have otherwise. So it definitely by what percentage, I don't know off the top of my head, but it's it's it's meaningful. Who do you think that was helping in the election. The FBI is telling Facebook watch out for election misinformation. We all know that's just co word for whatever Republicans say the Democrats are doing, whatever attack ads the GOP is running whatever revelations they have that might be costly for

the Biden regime to be you gotta shut that down. Remember, they didn't just shut down a story about hundrew Biden. They shut down a true story everyone knows. They've all had to admit now because it is so obviously true. They shut down a true story before an election. The most powerful media entity really in the country, Facebook and Google, I would argue, are the two most powerful. They shut down a true story because it hurt the Libs, and the FBI was pushing them to do that kind of censorship,

and I think they were. I think that there's a lot of winks and nods here with you. You know, make sure you get rid of election misinformation. Democrats are the ones that are always complaining about election misinformation. We just try to win the argument. They're the ones that want to silence. They're the ones that want to shut everybody else down. But you know, if Democrats want us to stop complaining about stolen elections, maybe they should stop

stealing elections. That would be that would be a good starting point for them going forward. Oh and then the Wormburger's issues in The New York Post the Libs want us to eat wormburgers. I say no because that's gross. But this is this climate catastrophism. Absolute control because of the science issue just goes to show you these people are nuts. And then I also see that doodles are more popular. It's National dog Day. They're more popular than
