Will Barack Obama face charges of conspiracy to overthrow the United States government? Seditious conspiracy, treason, any of the above? Will Barack Obama, the former president for two terms of the United States, face federal criminal charges? Period?
It would have seemed absolutely impossible a day ago that that would happen, right, But now we have the Trump administration coming forward suggesting that it should happen. But will it happen? Now we get into the gears and the machinery of the Justice Department, the system, if you will. But let's first start with how this all came about.
We know because of Tulsey Gabbert, the Director of National Intelligence, at the press conference, the White House pread conference, announcing that a criminal referral has been made to the DOJ for Barack Obama's conduct in the twenty sixteen to twenty seventeen handover period. Right, So, essentially, Barack Obama was the soft coup leader. And here you have Tulsi Gabbard in no uncertain terms explaining what.
That means when you look at the intent behind creating a fake, manufactured intelligence document that directly contradicts multiple assessments that were created by the intelligence community, the expressed intent and what followed afterward can only be described as a year's long coup and tries in this conspiracy.
She is quite serious about this manufacturing intelligence coming together with a fake narrative story that the intelligence community had to do, had to know was untrue at the time, and doing so in order to destroy an incoming administration. This is incredibly serious stuff. I've always thought it was. I was among the loudest voices calling out the Russia
hoax in the earliest days of its inception. So I'm quite aware of what the stakes are here, and I'm quite aware that there can be no way forward for this country without some accountability. There has to at least be a full accounting publicly of what has gone on here. We need this information about the extent of the coup attempt to be in the public domain, the real, hard information from inside the intelligence community. It also implicates, of course, a lot of media members in all of this.
They worked with their partners in the to promote this lie, ultimately to undermine the legitimacy of President Trump and launching what would be a year's long coup against him and his administration.
You see, that's why they don't want this. Well, there's a lot of reasons why they don't want this to come forward or to become more a part of our national discussion about this. It was all laundered through national media outlets who completely lied and were a part of an effort to overthrow a duly elected president of the United States. And I understand people can say, oh, but
this was so many years ago. Yes, but now we have new information to further what we thought and knew depending then about what a coup attempt this really was. How clearly this was an attempt to overthrow the United States government, to undermine the legitimacy of a president. Look, the coup attempt didn't quite work, but it almost worked. And everyone has to be I think, reminded of that. It's not like this just was some idea that never
came to fruition. The Hillary Clinton campaign, the Steele dossier, the intelligence community under Brennan and Clapper, the Obama administration White House all worked together and with of course media to push the stories out there. They all work together in order to convince the American people that Donald Trump was an illegitimate president, and then got a special Council going and created all of these booby traps, all of these trip wires and ambushes for the Trump administration. It's
outrageous what they did. It's outrageous, and there has been no accountability, and there should be accountability for this. So I think that this is a step in the right direction. I think this is something that we need to see pushed further and let's get all the information out there. What they're releasing, whether it's the House Intel Report, TULSI, from the DNI, all of the stuff that's coming out now is what we need for the public to have
a full understanding of just what went on here. And now we can get into a little bit of the process. I think it'll be For example, in the case of Barack Obama, he's a former president. I don't think you're going to be able to get a conviction, even if charges are brought against Barack Obama. Just telling me what I think. I'm making predictions here. I could be wrong. I think the chance of a conviction is almost almost zero.
I think the chance of actual federal charges brought against Obama are quite slim, but not almost zero, maybe you know, one to ten. The likeliest outcome with Obama, because he's a former president, in my mind, is that the Department of Justice will review the DNA's criminal referral and come forward with a statement that they believe there was criminal conduct.
But in this case, the would be defendant, Barack Obama was president, and as we know, because of what they tried to do to Trump, the Supreme Court has weighed in and Barack Obama cannot be prosecuted for acts in his official capacity as president, no matter how vile and dishonest they may have been. That is what I think is likely to happen here. Now, what about Brendan, What about Clapper? They have no presidential immunity? What about anyone
else in the government who is implicated in this? At the highest level there, you'd have to find what the specific statute is under which charges could be brought. Seditious conspiracy, as I understand, it has to involve use of force. I don't know that they'll be able to clear that bar I think that if they were going to do deprivation of rights they might be on more solid ground, but that may be time barred by the Statute of limitations.
So there are some procedural challenges here that could affect prosecutions. The member. There's the decision to bring the charges, there's the decision to see the case through, and then there's the decision of the jury, and then there's a decision of the joke with sentencing. So there's all these different layers, and at anyone this whole thing could come apart. It's a challenge for there to be any justice here. But I thought this, I'm going to get into something really
interesting here in just a second. I did think that it was quite fascinating to see that there's some information about Hillary Clinton that has come out in this DNI press conference as well. I'm sure the Democrats aren't going to like that. I'll get to it in a second. Preborn is a nonprofit established to save the lives of unborn babies susceptible to abortions. Their single goal convinced the mother of that unborn baby that there's a better plan.
God has a plan for that child life. Preborn operates in so many states across the country. Thanks to your generous support, and last year they saved the lives of sixty seven thousand babies in this country. Preborn sees the easy availability of abortion clinics. They see how pervasive the so called abortion pill is. That's often what they're up against. So Preborn is there providing love, support and that gift of a free ultra sound to a mother to be.
They want that mom to meet the tiny baby growing in that in growing in her womb. And they only need twenty eight dollars to cover that expense. So can you donate twenty eight dollars? And for some of you, could you donate twenty eight dollars a monthly that would be every month. You just have it automatically deducted twenty eight dollars and it would go toward helping save a tiny baby in the womb tax deductible one hundred percent tax deductible contributions. By the way, Preborn is doing such
important work. Three hundred and thirty thousand plus live save to date. To donate securely, dial pound two fifty say the keyword baby. That's pound two five zero say baby, or go to preborn dot com, slash buck, preborn dot com, slash b U c K sponsored by Preborn, So I wasn't expecting this to be a part of the press converce. Really interesting Hillary Clinton. Derogatory information about Hillary Clinton, high level DNC emails. Oh, here we go. Let's talk about what we learned about Hillary.
There were high level DNC emails that detailed evidence of Hillary quote psycho emotional problems, uncontrolled fits of anger, aggression, and cheerfulness, and that then Secretary Clinton was allegedly on a daily regiment of heavy tranquilizers.
Yeah, there you have it, fits of anger, aggression, psycho emotional problems. So they knew that Hillary had health problems. How could anybody doubt that the Democrats would hide even the most extreme health concerns and problems of it would be candidate from the American people, given they just did that exact thing with Joe Biden. They hit his dementia and we all knew it was there, but they hit it anyway. It was an outrage. It still is an outrage.
So we'll continue to look at this. But I just think when you have more transparency, but the twenty sixteen election, you can see it all put in motion, the madness, the anti Trump madness. It has completely consumed and destroyed the Democrat Whatever sense of ethics or fair play that they had, it's all gone now, has been gone for a long time. They just play pure power politics. Raw power is all the Democrats care about, and these revelations from D and I Gabbard all go to exactly that point.
The Democrats will do anything. They are absolutely ruthless in their pursuit of power, and there needs to be greater accountability now. Is taking this back and forth approach the tit for tat if you will, eye for an eye, is this the way forward? Well, I'd ask the question this way, How can we have accountability If the Democrats always know they can get away with absolutely anything like this,
what will ever make them stop? Unless there are consequences, they won't stop, So pursuing consequences does seem to be a necessary first step in that process. Continue to follow us closely. Thanks for hanging out Shield time.
