What can you do so that people feel like the FBI isn't just a tool of once or the other, in this case, of course, the tool of the Democrats, or that the Department of Justice isn't just going to give a pass to those who are politically necessary and crush those who are politically problematic. Let's first start with the Trump superseding indictment.

For a moment here, So they've added effectively willful retention of national defense information to this and it comes just days before what's expected to be an additional January sixth federal criminal indictment against Donald Trump. So this is additional charges to add to his South Florida, South Florida prosecution that's going on right now, or rather the trial will be next year, but they've already announced that the indictment is going forward, So they are trying to criminally prosecute

him in South Florida. What do we know now? In addition, based on their allegations about what happened with this document issue, they're saying that he did willful retention of national security information, and specifically, what they're saying is that he had, and there's some audio that is purportedly of this a classified war plan for attacking Iran and that he was waving

it around to some journalists. Now, this is an escalation because wilful retention of national defense information isn't just mishandling or unlawful storage of it. The wilful retention component of it, and specifically of national defense information, not just classified information, that is supposed to be a more serious it is a more serious charge, and so they're saying it's a

more serious situation. On top of that, they're claiming that Donald Trump ordered and this is again in the superseding indictment, Carlos the Alvera, a maintenance worker to destroy surveillance footage, to erase surveillance footage. A guy who works like a janitor basically, or a maintenance worker at mar A Lago

is now also federally indicted. It is almost certain. Anybody who's ever been around a federal trial will tell you it's almost certain that the plan here is to try to flip mister Olifarra as a cooperating witness against Donald Trump, just like mister Nauta, who has also been charged, who is a something of a personal assistant to Donald Trump. So they're trying to get people below him to turn on him so they have a stronger case and they can try to get him on all these felon accounts. Look,

let's just jump right to it. What are they really trying to do here, use the abuse of law to eliminate Donald Trump from presidential contention in any meaningful way. Because even if they're not able to prosecute him and get a conviction. They will mess up this election cycle so much with the various charges and process issues that are going to come up that we could already have a conversation about is this even really a free and

fair election that's going to be underway? I don't think you could say it is when the primary political opponent of the regime and power faces not one, not two, but three and soon to be four criminal prosecutions for what for mass murder, for drug trafficking, for selling out his country, selling classified information to an enemy. No, that's Hunter Biden's gig. No, none of that for documents, stuff for saying things, or taking political positions, or taking legal positions.

With regard to January sixth, that Democrats have just decided our forbidden are no longer allowed. Well, that's not the country we're supposed to be living in. This is not the situation we are supposed to find ourselves in as a Americans. But we do. We do. I am hopeful that there will be a jury in South Florida that will say this is crazy. Maybe it can't even happen

before the election. Though, Let's assume for a second that all these trials are pushed beyond the election if that is the case, and that would require DOJ to allow that to happen, which I'm not convinced is realistic. But if they push it beyond the election, Donald Trump won't just be running for a reelection to be the commander in chief of the United States Military and the next

president of the United States. He will be running to be that and also to have all charges federal criminal charges against him dropped summarily by the newly appointed Attorney general who will be his attorney general. I don't think you could come up with higher stakes in a presidential contest. And this also they're likely to go after some of the people around him, I am sure. So it isn't even just going to be Trump. They've already gone after

some of his aids, but there could be more. In this January indictment, two people higher up the food chain, so to speak, of power in politics. So we have to see what that looks like. You can't make this stuff up. The people who said this wasn't a sweetheart deal are just liars or they're morons.

Usually a little bit of both a commodation thereof, But how can we see this as anything other than the massive fix of the Biden doj It is, my friends, this is as corrupt as it gets. The Bidens were selling out their country. This is real, This is not hyperbole. The Bidens were giving preferential access to the top echelons of our federal government, not just to any foreign country,

to China and to Ukraine. Ukraine a country that we're already entangled with and is the likeliest place in the world where we could be drawn into a major war and perhaps even a nuclear change with Russia. Kind of a big deal. And China are by far biggest global adversary and biggest challenge on the world stage. Not quite an enemy because we're not at war with them, but we're in a cold war with China. We all know it.

And those are the countries that he was taking money from. Now, the only thing they've been able to do so far is prevent us from seeing the money being transferred directly into Joe Biden's bank account. But that doesn't have to happen for us to know how corrupos really was. Joe has lied. He has lied to all of the American people about this over and over again. Why would he

lie if there was no problem? Well, because politically this looks horrible, but legally there could be some very serious ramifications. If it were shown that this is quid pro quo corruption, if Joe Biden was the vice president and Hunter was making promises that money given to Hunter would result in Joe Biden, you know, firing a prosecutor like Choken in Ukraine. So what's the deal? Why are we waiting around? Why are we going to find out about it? Because we were watching both the weaponization of the DOJ and the destruction of faith, of our faith in our institutions happening simultaneously, all to get Trump. And by the time you see or hear this, we will be perhaps a day or two, maybe even it'll already have happened away from Donald Trump

Why is he such a threat to their system? And what does it mean if we allow this to occur? What does it mean if Biden's able to win and Trump is defeated and perhaps even gets sent to prison.
