Episode description

I feel like we all know someone who is suffering from some form of chromic illness.

From Lyme disease to autoimmune disorders, it can feel helpless, especially as young people, to suffer these kinds of health issues. The inability to do the things that you're used to doing, from not being able to enjoy life as you once knew it. There's a reason that chronic illness has a very high suicide rate.

How do you find life when you're going through times like this?

What are some ways to find hope and joy?

How do you continue to explore your world and enjoy your time on this earth?

If you're not personally going through sickness, what does it look like to be a good friend to someone who is going through this kind of hell?

In this episode I'm joined by Emily Kosky and Michael Ferreira who have both suffered extreme chronic illness such as Cancer and Seizures.
Both which have caused life altering consequences to their day to day lives.

I hope this brings encouragement and hope to anyone going through difficult seasons where it's hard to see light at the end of the tunnel.
