Jack Davis from It's Cool To Cry lost his girlfriend to her mental health battle 10 years ago and has spent the past decade attempting to unwrap the mind of someone who chooses to take their own life and the mental health struggles they go through.
In this special episode to honour Mens Mental Health Month and Mens Mental Health Week, we go in depth with Jack discussing what he went through and use his knowledge to help those who are in a similar position.
