Episode description

We spoke with Curtis McGrath on the morning of the opening ceremony of the Tokyo Paralympics.  His story is incredible.  He was a soldier in Afghanistan and lost both legs when an improvised explosive device detonated.  Curtis told his mates not to worry, he’d be competing at the Paralympics in no time.

He won two gold medals at the Paralympics in Tokyo

Curtis tells us how he keeps motivated, and how he makes the most of his ability.
