Chairman of the House Intelligence Committee Mike Turner (R-OH-10) and Ranking Democrat Jim Himes (D-CT-4) sit down together to discuss the reports that the United States had knowledge of an alleged Ukrainian mission to sabotage the Russian Nord Stream 2 natural gas pipeline and comment on the "Spring Offensive" that the Ukrainians have planned.
