All-Star Panel: President Biden's Competency Takes the World Stage

There are growing calls within the Democratic Party for President Biden to step down, with seven House Democrats directly calling on the President to give up the nomination. However, President Biden is saying he plans on being his party's nominee despite the divided opinions Americans have about his competency. Now, President Biden is being put to the test in front of world leader's as the United States hosts this week's NATO Summit, where his performance could cause him to sink or swim.
