Guess

what day it is now. He doesn't have his headphones on, so he won't be able to hear Angelie yet to hold on. But um, yesterday I went to the five below store, right and I don't know what that story is. Five below stores. Everything in the store is pretty much under five dollars, so you've got something off the clearance right, clearly, yes, I did. Look. First of all, I got these cool headphones they want to sale for two dollars. I thought this was pretty coola beach By. Yeah, these are fake

beach By Dre. I actually broke out producers headphones and I tried to give him to him and he said no, but I'm gonna keep that. I'll produce has taste. I bought some hula hoops to hulahops. Who a dollar I brought him. I'm bringing it in for all of you guys tomorrow. We're gonna have a hula hoop contest up here. Bro. If you want me to shake my hips, just throw on some uph good exercise, that's hulup is good exercise.

So I got some huloops. I also got some h iPhone cables and some Android cables for everybody a PI. Are you telling? Are you telling us about this? It's the five below store. I thought it was pretty amazing. And you know how much I spent. I left out when he spent twenty six hours. Why you should have went to the ninety nine cents store. They ain't have

no none of this stuff. They have headphold nine but said that he was graduated from the ninety nine cents store to five below because nothing's ninety nine cents anymore, pretty much, So shout out to the I don't even know who owns the five below stores and who owns that chamber. I thought it was amazing. They had everything, candy, juice, water, stuff for your pool. If you got a pool, that shovels, that works, you out equipment, that's everything. That's pretty amazing.

Let's see how long that stuff last. You got though them. Headphones probably last on Friday. Okay, that jersey you've got in your hand, why do you have that? And I'm taking it down. This is my Knicks portzingis jersey. I'm taking it down, getting rid of it. You're done with the next And then Dirk sent me his jersey, so I just put on a little Dirk's jersey up there, so get gmrided. This port zingis jersey. No, congratulations, sir. What did you do yesterday? I like a good discount.

I was actually um I was in Georgia all day yesterday, George. Yeah, I was on the outskirts of Georgia eating a lot of terrible amazing food. You know what that terrible, amazing, know exactly because yesterday was just a random Tuesday, man, But you know, somebody's auntie cooks from fried chicken and some mac and cheese and some Kyla greens and some stuffing, and I just had to do it. And I'm farting

it out all morning long. Oh boy. So when you see me leaving the room, it's because I'm going in the bathroom the far because y'all know I don't fought in my clothes and I know when you flirted with me. Now, yesterday was a big night on TV. I don't know if you guys seen it, but Bachelerette was on, Barette was on, and if you missed it, oh man, it

was amazing between I can't use amazing. It was fabulous between Jed and Tyler, and she had to pick between what I know, you think it's fabulous exactly what's wrong with the country. You worried about who who gonna be the next bachelor? We try to figure out who gonna be the next press. She picked one, but then she found out that he was actually lying that he had a girl back home. It was a it was a great show last night, all right, Okay, nobody wants to

be the next Bachelor. Nobody else. No, the Democrat. First night of the Democratic debates were on. It was more interesting, Bacheloretta, I do not know the the only thing I watched the debates. Well, I'm actually in Detroit and I went to the debate last night, and how was this? It was longer than they said it would be because in order to so this is my first time going to the debates, and so in order to get in you

have to get there. They close the doors at six thirty with the debate doesn't start until eight, so you get there, stay around six, and then you're basically there until eleven o'clock at night. So it was a long night. But it's interesting energy to be in that room. So shout out to Jaquina for making sure that happened for us. The guy behind me fell asleep and he started snoring. Watch Baslaurette. He'd been up the whole night. It was

very interesting. Yeah, but you know, the first whole part of the debate was about healthcare for they debated about that. I was just trying to go and see because the front runners for a last night's debates obviously were Elizabeth Warren and Bernie Sanders, and I think they came out clean. I thought they did great. I enjoyed with Mary Ann Williamson had to stay, but I always enjoy mary Ann

Wimson because I listened to open super soul conversations. Just don't like running for president, but I'd like to hear her speak about, you know, healing and such. Well. She was the most search name for last night, just so you know, a lot of people were googling. They were searching her name, googling her. She was number one as far as googling, So I guess a lot of people didn't know who she was and they were searching her name.

Probably liked what she had to say. In New York Times bestselling author, she has a lot of great things to say about healing, especially when it comes to trauma and just you know, energy and all that good stuff. Let's talk about it in front patients. We got that coming up, and what else we're talking about you, I mean, that's probably gonna take up most of the time, but okay, we'll get into that next Keeping Loctice to Breakfast Club,

Good Morning, Horded. Everybody is DJ mvy Angela yee, Charlomagne the God we are to breakfast clubs morning. Now, let's get in some front page news. What we saw with you. Well, last night was around two of the debates for the Democrats. Everybody's trying to figure out who is going to be the nominee for the Democrats to run for president. And this was a big one because some people you won't see their faces again and it comes to running for president after this debate. So let's talk about some of

the highlights for the night. And they were a lot, so we'll get started with these. Elizabeth Warren versus John Delaney. Now, John Delaney was saying that candidates are too progressive when it comes to healthcare and to immigration. They were talking about quote Medicare for all and about decriminalizing people trying to come here and to cross the border. Here's what

Elizabeth Warren had to say. You know, I don't understand why anybody does to all the trouble of running for president of the United States just to talk about what we really can't do and shouldn't fight for. Our biggest problem in Washington is corruption. It is giant corporations that have taken our government and that are holding it by the throat, and we need to have the courage to fight back against that. And until we're ready to do that, it's just more of the same. Well, I'm ready to

get in this fight. I'm ready to win them. I agree with Elizabeth Warren on that elections are about to buying and selling and dreams, Like basically, like, why are y'all not up here selling the dream the way we're

trying to sell the dream? Damn it. Well, John Delaney was just saying that people are proposing ideas that are dead on arrival that will never happen, And I thought that he just had a good response to that too, because he was saying that at the point in time in this country it was illegal to have liquor, and now they made it legal again, so you never know

what can happen if you don't try, right. They also changed John Delaney's Wikipedia page to say that he was dead on arrival, that he had died at the hands of Elizabeth Warren at the debate last night. But they did change the Wikipedia page back and protect it so that they can't change it anymore. They need to change and protect mine so they I could stop being a gardener they have, I'm a gardener them. I mean, dude

is right though. That's why it's very important to vote, you know, in the midterm elections too, because as long as there is a Republican center, a lot of the things that the Democrats are putting on the table is not going to go through all. Right, now, it was Bernie Sanders versus Tim Ryan. Now, there was a lot of conversation about healthcare. Should people have Medicare for all? Should we have Medicare for everybody, or should people still be able to opt into Medicare and have their own

private insurance. Well, here's what happened when they went at it. Medicare for All is comprehensive, covers all healthcare needs for senior citizens. It will finally include dental cap hearing aids, and eyeglasses. But you don't second of all, you don't know. Second second, when I wrote the damn bill, second level wall, many of our union brothers and sisters are now paying

high deductibles and co payments. And when we do Medicare for All, instead of having the company putting money into healthcare, they can get decent wayging priests, which they're not getting today. He Ronnie got a point. I liked him Ryan too, by the way, though he's a great guy. He talks about social and emotional learning and mental health, and he had a great tweet last night he said, there was

no conversation about our children, our K twelve education. How can we talk about the future without talking about transforming our education system? Which Tim Ryan was also called out last night for not putting his hand on his heart for the national anthem as well. So I'm witness, I don't put my hand on my heart for the national anthem. Well we're going in. Because he was the only one out of those ten candidates who candidates who didn't do that,

I'm not sure. I can't answer that for you. I got to ask him, did he take any He just did the all right. I know, we just I know we ran out of time. But we'll get into what Mary and Williamson had to say when we do the next front page News. And you hear what you had to say about reparations and also about Flynn and how black people have been mistreated in this country. We should have led with that one. You know what else though, here's the thing, there was a lot of talk about

border security, But what about election security? Like all those points they're making, all those plans, they are presenting a great but if the fight is fixed because of Russian interference with some other foreign entity, what's the point. Wasn't no discussion about that last night? Well? They just talk about I think getting rid of the electoral college, which I feel like has been a debate for so long, and they do need to do talking about the election

security bill that the Republicans shot down. If the Russians are interfering in our elections, what did the point in twenty twenty If the fight is fixed, like we're gonna all run to the polls for what? Is what I'm saying? Yeah, but the whole thing with that is, I mean, we ain't got time. But how do you how do you stop that? That's my point. They jump into social media and they're doing a zillion and one things that can't not to my point where it was the discussion about

that all, let's talk about board and security. What about election security? All right? What I want to talk about too, that's front page news. Get it off your chests eight hundred five eight five one oh five one. If you're upset, you need to vent hit us up right now, phone lines or wide open. It's the breakfast Club. Good morning, the breakfast Club. It is your time to get it off your chests, whether you're mad or blast. So you better have the same industry we want to hear from

you on the breakfast Club. Hello, who's this? This is Norill. Hey mama, I thought y'all to it was loriall for a second. But go ahead, mama, get it off your chests. Good morning. I'm just gonna say I love you guys, me and my husband and my two year old lessen se y'all every morning. Don't do that for your two year old. He's not old enough for this yet. Radio down a little bit. I haven't turn it down, but hello, did you just turn your radio out? He turned the

phone down? All right, Well, thank you, mama, John What I'm just what's going on? Man? I want to get something off my chest? Charlomagne, Yes, sir, I grew up a joble witness as well. But before I get started morning envy, sir. Ye, sounds like you're upset about something, so I'm just gonna let you go. Yeah, Blue ahead and Charlomagne, yes, sir, you you was raised to joban witness. You ever been baptized, No, sir, without my black as would have got this fellowship. Diout baptized doing me both.

So so I just wanted to say, when you said that about you don't put your hand on your chest because you're Johoble Witness, that changed that burgersh to say I was raised one I did. I changed. I changed it immediately after I said it. I said, I was. I called, so I guess that he need to change what I'm saying. So when I heard that's the call to tell you see, I changed soon as I said I grew up with Joe Witness, I said, well, actually

I was. I thought my Joe Witness, I though I was raised to Joel Witness gubl joel Wi all right, brother, yes sir, pretty sure, y'all have a good jack. I also want you to know that walking up to somebody and saying I grew the whole witness too, it is perfectly acceptable. I get at the prince, Hello, who's this is just from Newport news age, just from the seven five seven? Get you off a chess bro. Yeah, I'm a little mad that people think we need to get

rid of the electoral college. I just feel like it gives a few dozen highly populated states but rights to govern everybody. I feel like, if you're going to go that way, we need to give more individual rights to the states. Do you know that Black Americans, who are more concentrated in urban and populist states are underrepresented by two electoral votes? Like the electoral college was rooted in racism, like the Founding Fathers basically built that the preserved slavery.

So what I think should happen. I think they should get rid of the electoral college. Let it be a straight up voted to people all across America. That makes these politicians have to go to all of these states that they ignore and let them get it up the mud the right way. It's a very old I agree

with that all right. But what you're doing though, is like eighty percent of the population lives one hundred miles off the coast around America, right, then give all these states not coast stage, so I feel like they may be underrepresented it if that happens, Listen, man, Hispanic and Latino people suffer the most from electoral colleges. The college is biased towards white, rural stage. White rural states profit the most off the electoral college. Sir, No, I don't

disagree with that. I'm just saying that if we go that way, then I think the state should have four individual rights. All right, well, thank you, bro all. Have good that you two. Now get it off your chests. Eight hundred five eight five one on five one. If you need to vent, you can hit this up right now. It's the breakfast club. Good morning, the breakfast club. Wake up, wake up, wake y'all. You're trying to get it off your chest. Whether you're man or blessed, we want to

hear from you on a breakfast club. Hello, who's this? Hey? What's up? Traff? High? Traff? You? What up? Says? How are you chair? Why are you saying so down today? So we try to get them some guests today thinking about what's going on. I was hurting your feeling yesterday. Trap, what's up though? What's up today? Hey? Let'sten it okay? So Yonce, I mean, if you don't get the phone out of your mouth, Trap, nobody can understand. Yeah, we can't hear you. You sound mule. It is better, Yes,

sounds the same. So it's all brown skin girls, by Beyonce. That's song. He's not for you like skin girls. Man, I looked out a little that I need something. All lives matter, the brown skin Girls song, Beyonce, let y'all know that it's for the pizzas and for the Kelly Rowlands and the lightskin girls need to just sit back and fall back and let it be for the chocolate girls and Leskan girls can't sing the song on all lives matter the browns. It's a celebration. Go watch the

video and see it's part the chocolate girls. I mean, but browns KNT girls ain't chocolate girls though. I mean it's Lupie and Kelly. Lupie and Kelly is chocolate. I've been calling Kelly the good Diver chocolate goddess for years. There's all different kind of shades of brown too. It's for the chocolate girls, though. I think she said brown because it sounds the best, because like, black skin girls wouldn't sound right, dog skin girls, that wouldn't sound right.

Just brown skin girl like it just has a little brown has a better melody too. But whatever trap would rock made it for the chocolates. If you watched the video, she made sure she grabbed the dark skin chocolate. This is a dumb argument. I'm gonna say, why is the stupid agument? She does say Chelly, rolling and Lupete, but she also does say brown. So we're not gonna sit there and act like there's a difference between brown skin and a beautiful dog skin. You're saying, so the debates

were on last night. Bachelorette was on last night, and this is what you want to argue about this morning. What do you identify as chests at the chocolate? I'm stupid, dark skin, I'm black, dog skin, queer, the best thing in my rear. Greg Man, Hey, hey, good morning. Get her off her chests some things. I'm watching the date last night. Didn't know who Marian Willson was before last night, me and my wife watching it. I told wife, I think I'm in love again. Mary Anne is great, bro.

I love what she said. I mean, she spoke with conviction and concurity and honesty, and I think she She's the only person that I felt was up there that when asked about racial issues and and and how they would you know, confront Donald Trump. You know, she didn't stutter, you know, will fumble over her word. She felt what she was saying, and I think it was it was

a considity and her boy. And I think every black person that hearing this uh uh that watch your debate or this hearing this uh broadcast right here, should find out who that woman is. For her, Sir sir, I agree with you, sir. Mary Anne Wimson has been on The Breakfast Club. Maryon Wimson also has thirteen books for New York Times Bestsellers. She's on OPRAH Super Soul Conversations a lot. I thought about it any side. Like I told you, she was the most googled name yesterday. So

if you didn't know, now people know. My wife knows she was because she thinks girl, that's what my wife says. She's an OPRA girl. She used to be on Oprah when Oprah's TV show used to be on Well, thank you Broa. She put out a good book called The Healing Soul of America. This came out in like the nineties. You should you should read that. Get it off your chest eight on dread five eight five one O five one that we got rumors on the way. Yes, I's

talk about Asap Rocky. We told you his trial started yesterday. In Sweden. We'll give you an update on what's going on because the victim did take the stand. Really all right, we'll get into that next keeping locked this to Breakfast Club. Good morning, the Breakfast Club Blist just oh my gosh, go report got with Angela. Angela's report the Breakfast Club. Well.

Asap Rocki was in court yesterday, as we told you, was the first day of his trial in Sweden, and his alleged victim, Sloba Done Joe Jack took the stand. Oh no, that's his lawyer's name, and he's saying that the alleged victim is is making up stories right now. According to asap Rocky's lawyers, he says that asap Rocky was not the one who kicked or punched the alleged

victim once he was on the ground. The lawyer also said that asap Rocky only touched the victim in the first place because he felt like the alleged victim had attacked his bodyguard and his bodyguard was in danger when he struck him in the head with his headphones. And so that is going to be what they are discussing when they cross examine the alleged victim and that's going to be happening tomorrow. I don't understand this case like it should be open and shut. Honestly, they seen the

kid hit the security with headphones. I gotta defend myself. I don't understand what the problem is. I really don't right well, the alleged victim, Jafari, admits to striking the bodyguard, but he says only after asap Rocky's bodyguard lifted him off the ground by his neck, and he said the headphone attack was self defense. Are they even using the tape court, because it don't sound like not at all, and some defense. If somebody is hurting you, wouldn't you

run away? Like if somebody hurt you, it hit you, or you felt like your life was threatened when you leave, they continue, right, So I don't know. He said he felt like his life was in danger. So that's what's happening right now in Sweden. The court the child will continue tomorrow, which makes no sense, Like I mean, clearly, the tape shows that if if you if you think your life is in danger, why are you continuing to follow? Makes no sense and harass him? All right, now, let's

talk about chance the rapper. He was on with Nicki Minaj on Queen Radio and he was talking about his album The Big Day Now. He did say that there was one song that you have to hear. I need you to hear one song on my album that has my best verse that I've written in my life is called We Go High. My wife literally saved my life by becoming celibate and going and getting baptized and I and now I know exactly where my strength comes from.

And this is all after coloring, but after I proclaim that I love Jesus and all that stuff you never only fully sanctified. And so I had to keep figuring that out. I had to do the Grammys by myself, do a lot by myself. And then when my girl was gracious enough to have me back, it changed my whole life. Dropping a clues Buns with that faithful blackmail

named Chance to rapper up through the group. Somebody sent me a tweeted someone on social media clown and Chance saying all he does is rapper about loving his wife on his album. So what you know, clown rappers for talking about smashing a bunch of chicks on the albums? Why are you mad that this expressing loved his wife repeatedly on his album, and if that's what's really happening in his life, tell me want artists to talk about reality and truth, be honest. I just understand why you

would be upset about that. I would set you talking about loving his wife throughout his whole album because these rappers rapp about dogging out women all through projects and nobody cares. Ye. Right now, let's talk about the Dallas Cowboys. They're being sued and they're being accused of a police cover up. You like that? Okay, they got the news, so it's not true. The playoff last years, Sir, second round,

there was a crash that involved Zeke Elliott. Now, according to the victim, Ronnie Hill, he was driving his car and Zeke slammed a GMC Yukon into a BMW seven fifty while he was on his way to the Cowboys practice facility. According to Ronnie Hill, he says it was very clear and obvious that Zeke was at fault because he ran into his back and he was running late to practice. Yeah, so he caused more than thirty three thousand dollars in damage. But however, when the police department

came the First Goal Police Department. They put out a statement and they described the incident as a minor vehicle crash, when in fact, it was a lot worse than that. Like I said, it was thirty three thousand dollars worth of damage. They said the collision was so intense they actually had to separate the vehicles with the towchuck because

they were wedged together. So he said if anyone had actually reported the impact of the accident, and had Elliott been examined, he would have most likely been placed in a concussion protocol and out for the Dallas Cowboys upcoming playoff game. So he's saying that the running backs coach Gary round A race to the scene of the accident and said we'll take care of everything, but they didn't. And so now he's suing them and the Cowboys for twenty million dollars in damage. If it has happened like

last year, sometime happened in twenty seventeen. Oh yeah, I'll about to say this is fake news because Zeke has been holding out. He hasn't reported the camp. So if you're saying he was on his way to the practice, that's a lie. Never happened this before. The game. They said, well this last year. Yeah, it's in twenty seventeen, two years ago, two years ago. All right, So I'm auliy and I just told the story because I know you're such a Dallas Cowboys fan. I wanted you to hear it.

All right, I'm Angela Yee. And that was your rumor report. Why is he not coming to practice? Elman? You know, they say, why does he want money? Doing what all NFL players should be doing when they're good and they're not getting paid what they think they should be getting paid. Whole enough of more money. And he's the running back. Running backs lives is shorten the NFL. You want the bread. I don't blame him, Okay, all right, well that is

your rumor report. When we come back Front page News, what we're talking about, easy, Well, let's talk about the debates last night out here in Detroit, which is where I am right now. Man and Williamson. She was the most googled name from the debates out of all the ten candidates last night, and we'll give you the highlights. Some people say she had the best quotables for the night. All right, we'll get into that next. Keeping locked this

to breakfast Club. Good morning, morning. Everybody is DJ mvy Angela Yee, Charlemagne the guy we are to breakfast club. Good morning. Now, let's get in some front page news. When we starting, Willie, Well, let's talk about the debates. Last night out here in Detroit is the second debate for the Democrats. So we're going to see who's gonna make it through to the end. But one person who

people really enjoyed hearing from last night was Marianne and Williamson. Now, she had a lot to say about reparations, and she's been talking about reparations. Here's what she said. It's five hundred billion dollars two hundred to five hundred billion dollars payment of a debt that is owed. That is what reparations is. We need some deep truth telling when it comes. We don't need another commission to look at evidence. It is time for us to simply realize that this country

will not heal. We need to recognize that when it comes to the economic gap between blocks and whites in America, it does come from a great injustice that has never been dealt with. All Right, In addition to that, she talked about inequalities, and she discusses the water and the situation in the environment in Flint and how that has affected people, because it's a bigger issue than just Flint. Flint is just the tip of the iceberg. We have

an administration that is gutted the Clean Water Act. We have communities, particularly communities of color and disadvantaged communities all over this country who are suffering from environmental injustice. I assure you I lived in gross Point. What happened in Flint would not have happened in gross Point. We need to say it like it is. It's bigger than Flint. It's all over this country. It's particularly people of color, It's particularly people who do not have the money to

fight back. And if the Democrats don't start saying it, then why would those people feel that they're there for us? And if those people don't feel like that, won't vote for us? And Donald Trump? Will away proper includes box from Mary will that's what you like somebody when you showing they name Mary and Williamson. Mary will Okay, number one, she's a cancer like meet number two. She's all about

healing and dealing with your internal pain and traumas. She put a book out a while ago back in the nineties called The Healing of America, where she talks about all those things she's on stage talking about now. So she's been about that life and she's been on the Breakfast Club. Well. In forty nine out of fifty stage she was the most searched of all of the ten candidates, according to Google trends. Oh shoot, let me go see

if the Mary Williamson Breakfast Club interview bumped up. All right, now, let's also talk about what may Or Pete had to say while he was on stage. Pete bo to judge he was actually this was awkward because he was standing right next to Bernie Sanders when he was asked about age playing a factor in who is running our country.

I don't care how old you are. I care about your vision, but I do think it matters that we have a new generation of leaders stepping up around the world, but only if it's actually backed by the right vision, and we can have great presidents at any age. It's not awkward from may and Pete. I mean, that's just

like the masking. But I'm not saying Mayor pod I was, and I was watching the body language of what was happening, and the big difference in age, because Maya paints the youngest one who's actually running, and then he's standing right next to Bernie Sanders. And I know that's been an issue of contention people talking about old white men running this country. Yeah, but it's also a big point in contention for people saying, can the gate person running country?

So it could be the same thing good you could applied to mate, Wouldn't you can handle that question? That's easy work for him? Yes. So his answer was great though, because he's saying it doesn't matter how old you are as long as but he also wants the newer, younger guard to take over, all right. And I saw this story yesterday about a Delta pilot who was taking off of a fully boarded plane. It was leaving from Minneapolis, and he was arrested under suspicion of being under the

influence of alcohol. So the whole plane was boarded, everybody was on, and they took him off the plane. They said he was seen leaving a TSA screening line for crew members and they said that he needed additional screening, so he left, and that you suspicion right away. Then they found a content there of alcohol in his possession once he boarded the plane, and they didn't say what kind of alcohol was confiscated. They haven't pressed any formal

charges at this time. They're waiting for a toxicology results right now. Hey, serious question. If you're not acting me radically and wild and while being drunk on a plane, of a problem. It's not like you're driving the plane. I don't want to go to sleep. Well, if you have a pilot and pilot, pilot, he's a pilot, okay. Well I was like, yeah, that is a pot the pilot part. Okay, yes, they dealt a pilot, totally understand.

It seems like you hear this so much that polot should have to take a test before they fly, Like they should have to to take a test so you should see, you know, I think so to see if they're drunk or not. Yeah, he had. It's a lot with pilots. But then if you do with pilots, you got to do with bus drivers. Do you have to do with training conductors? Yeah? I guess they do. You know, you do go through screening, so I guess they wanted

additional screening for him. I don't know if they were screening just they go through that, but I guess they can determine they pay attention. I don't know. I wonder what the guys were read, because even if you go through TSA, they're still on the day. You can stop at a bar and get a drink if if you know, if you need that drink with him on the plane, that's crazy. I wonder what the legal limit of alcohol is for a pilot, like we're none is I don't know.

It shouldn't be any, it should be none. Did they make you do a breath falizer? That's what I say. You should have to do a breathligical for your pilot or train conductor or a bus shout. If you had a couple of bits, you shouldn't be driving a flying me. I agree. I just want to know how much he's too much? A little? All right? All right, Well that is front page news. Now when we come back, let's talk about Anthony Davis. Now, Anthony Davis's place for the

Lakers now, and he's afraid of the dark. What's the thing about yourself you'd most like to improve? Me being scared a dark night? Lights everywhere, TV on bathroom right on. Someone might have to be on what if you fell in love with someone who needed it to be completely dark to sleep? We ain't gonna make it. So the question is eight five eight five, one oh five one. As an adult, what are you afraid of me? This

is easy. This happened this morning when I when I walked to my bathroom this morning, it was a spider the size of a cell phone. And I woke my wife up, like, yeah, what we're gonna do? And she was like, he woke me up for this? I said, yes, what we're gonna do. She's like, you're gonna hit that with a sneaker and then you're gonna go back and you're gonna go to work. And I hit it with a sneaker. But I don't do spiders and I don't

do snakes. The two things I do not do. Nope, So you gotta ractophobia and whatever phobia the snakes are yes to the point. One day, I'm driving in the car and you know they have like the little white spiders that crawl on your one shield. He was in the car, I was on the highway. I almost crashed. I had to pull over. I do not do spider because it was a spider. I don't I don't. I don't like bugs at all either. But one thing, I'm

terrified of his birds. I hate birds so much, really, yes, And I think it's all because when I was really young, my parents had this movie on the birds, and I guess they were watching this like an old Alfred Hitchcock movie. And ever since then, I've been terrified a birds since I was a kid. I don't care if it's like a pet bird that person has on the bird birds, I feel like they're gonna group together and apply to kill you. I don't think they're gonna do that, though, yea,

it's charlomage. What about you? Oh, I don't know, man, I had to think about it. I got a lot of different fits. I don't know name one. I mean, I don't have any feels like that, Like I don't fear birds. I mean, of course you're afraid of snakes. You but your country like the snakes down there, you I'll be playing with. Nobody plays the snake. Shut up boy, when you make this type of stuff up, Nobody plays, no goddamn snakes. I don't figure out those snakes. I don't.

I got a lot of different tries. I gotta think about it. I think it gives me anxiety the most. Let me think, all right well eight hundred five eight five one on five one, as an adult, what are you afraid of? Call us now? It's the Breakfast Club. Come morning out your phone, call in right now at your opinion to the Breakfast Club top eight hundred and five eight five one on five one The Breakfast Club.

It's topic time called eight hundred five eight five one oh five Want to join it to the discussion with the Breakfast Club, talk about it morning. Everybody is DJ Envy, Angela Yee, Charlomagne the guy. We are the Breakfast Club. Good morning. Now, if you just join us, we're talking about what you are afraid of as an adult? Now. This conversation comes from Anthony Davis, NBA player plays for the Lakers. Let's hear, what's the thing about yourself you'd

most like to improve? Me? Being scared and dark like night lights everywhere, TV on, bathroom right on, someone has to be on. What if you fell in love with someone who needed it to be completely dark to sleep? We ain't gonna make it, so we're asking eight hundred five A five one oh five one, what are you afraid of. I tell you spiders and snakes. I don't do them, get them away from me. I'm scared. I don't want nothing, nip nip yee. It. Scared of birds, Yeah,

some scared of birds. I'm always scared. Don't let a bird fly anywhere near me, or let me be eating someplace and a bird flies up. I hate eating outdoors for that reason when they have birds around. So, yes, terrified. So listen my fears very I deal with anxiety. So I have a lot of irrational fears. And when y'all say you know things that y'all afraid of it, you're talking about phobia. You're not talking about like you know, parental paranoia, home invasion, white people, not the usual stuff.

I don't think anything you skar to white people. Yes, that could be a phobia, Like I'm scared of snakes and spiders. You know, I have a travel long track record of reasons to fear the white man. What kind of white person? What do you mean? What kind of white person? White people have definitely racist bigger than white people, say white people. You can have people, you can have white people that are covert racist too, that you could work for, that could be doing things to hinder you.

You don't know, so you ski to Steve. You're not afraid of Steve. The way Steve comes in here bugs out all the time, and this guy might just end up shooting up the whole place. We don't know. I'm a little fear for the step stop it. I'm saying, outside of that stuff, outside of the regular stuff. You're just being like, what are we are afraid of? I mean, I don't know. I'm one of those people who see something bad happen on the news and automatically think it's

gonna happen to me. Like I don't have one particular fear, and I don't know if this is a fear, but I do hate seeing doodoo in the toilet. I can't stand that. Like when I walk into a bathroom, I do creep up on the stall and I'm so mad now because here at iHeart, they used to have the flush handles. You can like close your eyes and kick the handles so you don't have to see. But now it's it's now you got to touch the buttons, so you gotta kind of like just walk in there kind

of blind and just feel it out. Because I don't like to look at the toilet because I don't know what I might see. So maybe that's the phobia. I don't know, scared of doodo. Did you have a bad experience with doodo? I just don't like seeing people doing the toilet. I just think I just think it's disgusting. I can't believe y'a don't have a fair white people. That's crazy to me. No, I don't. Okay, all right,

well it's not. It's not like we have. It's not like they have a history of ever doing anything the black people like. I perfectly fine not to have a fear of them. I get it. I'm not scared of all white people. Sorry, Okay, yes, you see y'all, damn be bugging the hell out of there. You don't tell y'all, damn be bugging out. Damn bugs out there. I don't know when they're gonna snap. All right, I'm not scared of you. That's a ray. Yah. What are you scared of? Mama?

I am scared of clowns. I've heard that before. That's a big fan and the sight of a clown freaks me out. Really, Okay, younger, I was at I was at just like fair with my brothers and my dad and I was running, wasn't paying attention to what I was going, and I ran into him and I turned around. He just lifts me up, shakes it out of me and puts me down becauesn't saying anything, and I just take off running crying. That's abuse ever since then, Oh

thank you. It's a word for that too. They call that like I think it's with cole or phobia or something like that. Oh my god. Like I am definitely afraid of clowns. Like I'm shaking thinking about it. Yeah, that's the thing. I've seen that before. They've done TV shows about that. Rachel, Hi, Hey, Rachel, good morning. What do you scared of? Rachel? Hey? Angela, Hey Charlie, Rachel,

Rachel you white? No, that is so funny. People always ask me that when they, like, when I have a friend and they're like, so she wipes okay, friend, Rachel, what are you scared of? Mama? Okay, I'm afraid of knives. And I never really realized I was afraid of knives until my bed friend told me a story about her and a girl getting into it her neighbor and she was like she pought a knife out on me, and I was like, this is her saying it, and she was like. I was like, you know, you wasn't gonna

in this battle if you tried to stab me. And I was like, well, if it was me, I'll pretty be pretty scared. Like I don't. I don't like scars and stuff. So be clear about something. You're not afraid of knives. You're afraid of people with knives in their hands trying to stab you. It's a difference, and I think all of us are afraid of that, scared of someone pulled a knife on me exactly. Like you don't just walk into chitchen like, oh my god, dives. I

don't know, but some people do. Not you, I'm not just a friend. And I was like, oh my god, Rachel, you have a good day, you crazy ass. Rachel. Yes, yeah, you have a good day. Yeah. Eight hundred five eight five one on five one. What are you scared of? Calling us? Now? Is the breakfast club? Good morning at your opinion too? The breakfast club topic? Call in right now? Talk you know what I'm saying. At the record show, Dan all White producers just walked out the room and

said good luck, Charlomagne, I said, good looks. Good looks me working fast and hard as you think I'm bugging out exactly, exactly exactly. You prove my point. You move at a snail's pace, so I gotta compensate and beat what I'm saying, working hard man, dude, what I'm saying. Morning, everybody, we are to breston to him. Listen if you're just listen, we're talking about what scared of city? Scared of white people? Yea. And our white producer was just like this exactly broke

my point. I'm scared now, So this guy, this conversation comes from Anthony Davis. Let's play a clip of what happened. What's the thing about yourself you'd most like to improve? Me? Being scared of the dark, like nightlights everywhere, TV on bathroom right on, some might have to be on. What if you fell in love with someone who needed it to be completely dark to sleep? We ain't gonna make it, wow, eight hundred five eight five one on five one. We're

asking what you are scared of? And we have Chris on the line, Chris the morning, Hey Chris that what are you scared of? Chris? I'm afraid of John water blows the cockroaches. Man, I cannot do it. Oh man, what about when they take flight? Flight on yours the first round this time? First listen, Look, there was one time there was a water buck. If I was coming into the builds on this to me, But and I want to have just jump over our water bloaks. I hate bugs too that I'm not gonna lie. No, I

just just despite as a snake. I don't think I could kill it. I have to run and hide. Adriana, Fine, you and Dramas are fearful of the same thing. What is that? What are you fanful of bees? Tiny? Behind? You have Dramas the ska of bees ever since the attacked them. We'll gave you that fair bees with a my girl the movie I started there. I feel your pain. I'm a I'm a veterinary nurse and I work with aggressive animals who you know, cats that bounce off the walls,

that are angry, wireless. I come from the yards, and I specifically work with large animals who are ready to nail me. And I got scars on my arms, I've been bit. But I can't swallow the fact that a tiny bee wants to hang around me like I started sweating and I started shaking. You know what it is, It's because be so unpredictable, Like they just fly up in your space and you just get your startled. You don't know what they're gonna do next. I think that's

what it is. Because I can hold a dog, I can wrap my arms around the cat and put a blanket over it, or put a muzzle on it. Yeah, put a mule on a beat. Allergic are allergic to beastings? Girl, that this is another thing. Never got stung so you don't even know. I got stung on my eye and I got stung in my lip by bee my eyelid. Be stump me on my eyelid, and a be stump me in my lip? What were you doing just standing there? Well, thank you mama, emmy? Why didn't you move where? Like?

You know? You know what happened. I was spraying the bee high, so I was praying it with a hose, and when I sprayed the one, he came out. So I sprayed them and then all of a sudden they all just started coming and I was running. What's wrong with you? One got me on my eyelid man, then the other one. I was drinking a corner water when I was a kid, and he flew in the cornwa order and when I drink it, he stuck me right on my lip. So you didn't see him fly in.

You just didn't. I seen him, but I was like, there's no way he flew in my drinks. I was still drink it and caught me. You weren't too swift, now, was it. What's the moral of the story, guys. The more of the story is there's nothing to fear but fear itself or define bs that people just say when people are scaring some trying to make him feel better, that is some bs. The moral of the story is, if a bee flies in your drink, don't drink people,

don't drink it. The moral of the story, if you got wild acting white people that work on your job, be careful. All right, we'll move recaution. Okay, Hey Dan, good morning. I just want to say that. All right, now you've got rooms on the way. We'll find out who just got a book deal. And this book deal is between three and four million dollars and the tide that bonds Michael Jackson and Elvis Presley this person is writing a book and it's going to involve both of

those people. All right, we'll get betting. I'd be a loveful little kids. Goodness, we'll get to that next keeping locked, it's the breakfast Club come morning. It's a shame when you tell somebody what you're afraid of and they keep going at it. Like my main dj Opie just text me and he said, white people are the ones that go postal first at the workplace. You've got to be careful of them. They are sneaky. Oh by the way,

Opie's white bomb for dj Opie. When I say all right morning, everybody is dj Envy Angela Ye, Charlomagne the guy. We are to breakfast club, good morning, and a lot of people are yes. A lot of people are tweeting me that they're scared of birds as well. See as I think that's a pretty popular fear. My mother scared of Like when I say scared, like she don't do birds. If there's a bird around, she gone like, she don't play with them birds. That's an unbelievable fear to have,

simply because it's so I said. And that's why they can plot because there's so many of them, and they can fly. You can't do this all right, So a lot of people hit me up. Though one person, her name is Tequila mocking Bird. Ironically enough, she said, I became afraid of birds in twenty seventeen when I was walking to my car in the morning. One day. My car was parked by a tree and I guess the nest was up there, and the birds chased me back

in the house. She should, that's scary. I mean. The worst of bird that to me was about a week ago, a bird flew in my call and ished all inside the car. Inside the car, I was so mad. I tried to well, I try to catch the bird, but it was a bird who did something bad to you. Yeah. Man, the worst the bird can due to you is say that they're pregnant by you, and they're really not, just because they're trying to trap me. I'm talking about a

flying bird. Oh yes, But as you were saying, I am, I am in Detroit and the second out of debates is tonight for the Democrats. So tonight is the second night. They're saying that this is a big deal, these two nights of debates out here in Detroit, because obviously at some of these faces you won't see again, and some people won't be participating moving forward and figuring out who would be the Democratic nominee for president in twenty twenty.

All right, all right, Kamala Harris is on tonight. Joe Biden's on tonight. He's not gonna be a nice guy, he said, he's not gonna be out nights. He's gonna get a little spicy. Please. They all should be mobilizing to talk about this threat that is in the White House named Donald Trump. Okay, because I don't understand how they keep telling us the vote in twenty twenty, but the fight is clearly fixed, right, That's what I want to know. How how how are we going to ensure

that our votes count in twenty twenty? With all these all the talk of Russian interference? Why ain't no conversations about that happening? Vicious? All right? We got rumors on the way. Yes, we are going to talk about an artist who had to cancel a show because of a security threat. So we'll tell you who that artist is, and it's a huge artist. We don't know exactly what happened, but we'll tell you what what did go down? When

that show was canceled. All right, we'll get into that next Keep a lot just to Breakfast Club Goal Morning. This is the Ruble Report with angela year breast. Well, let's talk about a new book that's gonna come out, and it's gonna talk about Michael Jackson. It's going to talk about up As Presley, and the common link there is Lisa Marie Presley. She was, of course married to Michael Jackson. They got married in a private ceremony and

then they unveiled their relationship publicly on MTV. They were married from nineteen ninety four to nineteen ninety six. And of course she's also Elvis Presley's daughter. So she had spoken to Oprah back in twenty ten. She did an interview where she said there was a very profound point in the marriage when he had to make a decision was it the drugs and the sort of vampires or me,

and he pushed me away. So she also told Oprah the one thing that correlates with Michael and with my father on this subject is that they had the luxury of creating whatever reality around that they wanted to create. Whatever they had around them, they could create that reality. So she is going to have this book, and they said there's going to be some shocking details about her ex you know, she got between three and four million dollars for this book. Deal too. Was what fifteen? She married?

Elvis Lisa Marie Presley? Was Elvis his daughter? His daughter? Who are you talking about? His daughter? She was married Michael Jackson? Am I talking about that? Mary? Elvis? The fourteen year old? What was her name? I don't know her name. That was his wife. I don't know a name. I don't remember name. What was her name? But I thought that Priscilla, wasn't it Priscilla? I don't forget. I always thought Michael Jackson and him getting married. I thought

that was fake. I thought they just did that because they said Michael Jackson really got married. Okay, Yeah, Priscilla Presley met Elvis Presley when she was better when fourteen? Yeah? Yeah, yeah, they married after an eight year courtship. Got you, and he was ten years older than her. I just wanted all right, KEI Palmer old, No, she wasn't forty fourteen different. Yeah, he met her when she was fourteen, and then they got married when she was twenty two. I'll give Tiger

hell for it. All right, now, Keke Palmer is going to be joining Michael Straighthand and Sarah Haynes as the third co host on the Straighthand and Sarah Show. So congratulations to her. She is inking that deal with the network. Probably clue bomb from Kekei Palmer's key should have been on somebody's TV. She's good on that screen show for a minute, remember I remember that. Yeah, and so she's been guest co hosting. I guess they were feeling it out.

People must have really liked her when Sarah was on maternity leave. She was filling into and now she's back Sarah's back from maternity leave. Then they said Keki was so much having so much fun. They actually made her an offer, and they said the audience knows her. She's got great chemistry when she's hosting with them. So there you have it. She did a great job, dope. She got a great POV. She's not afraid to talk on things that other people don't want to talk about. Kiki

should have been on somebody's TV show. I would watch that just to watch Kiki. Also. All right, now let's talk about Candice Owens and Cardie b there was some social media back and forth, and that's because Cardie B had posted a picture with Bernie Sanders, and she basically was saying that she sat down with Bernie Sanders. She said, thank you, Senator Bernie Sanders for sitting with me and sharing your plans on how you will change this country.

A couple of weeks ago, I asked my followers, if you had the opportunity to have a question answered by a Democratic candidate, what would it be. I got a lot of submissions and selected the most popular questions to get answered. So stay tuned to see how he will fight for economic, racial, and social injustice for all together. Let's build a movement of young people to transform this country.

Let's learn our candidates. So while she's not trying to tell people to vote for anyone in particular, she wants to make sure that people are educated about who's running for president. Now. Candis Owen saw that picture and said, I see that Cardie B is politically advocating for Bernie

Sanders with claims that Trump is bad. I would like to publicly offer two hundred and fifty thousand to a political campaign of her choosing if she will publicly debate her stance with either myself or any black conservative I choose will Cardie B responded, why don't you use that two hundred and fifty thousand for a charity that will be more helpful. I like Bernie because since the sixties he's been fighting for equality. It looks like progression is

really his passion. I still want to ask other candidates questions that my followers would like to know. My actual goal is to educate the youth on our candidates, and she just wants people to vote for and support any candidate that they choose. Answer Cardi, And let's be clear, candasone's is cloud chasing, why would you want to debate Cardi be other than for entertainment purpose? As many people as that have a voice out there as well. That's the one person that you Candice. You know who you

should debate. If you want to debate somebody from Bernie Sanders team, debate need a Turner drop on a clues bombs from your attorney. You would love to see that the cold chair of Bernie Sanders campaign. If you want to really debate somebody, how about sit down with Nina Turner. Why you want to debate Cardi other than for entertainment purposes. Another because other than you know, it's gonna get a

bunch of clicks and views, debate need a turning. If she does that for a living, come on, yeah, you're right, all right? Well, Cardi B was supposed to have a show last night, and that show got canceled because of security concerns. Now they still haven't revealed what those threats were, but they had some threats that are under investigation. A statement from the promoter said, due to a security threat and safety concerns at this evening show, management has advised

that the show be postponed. These threats are currently under investigation, so don't know what it is, but they have res doing her performance for a September eleventh. If you were supposed to be there at Banker's Life Fieldhouse last night, did you go to sound check and everything video to rehearsals from sound check, but don't know what went to him? I wonder what those threats sound like, because I mean, that could be anybody, right, That could be you know,

people who listen. Let's be clear, and I'm not saying it is, but it could be barbs, It could be you know people who are upset that she spoke out against Trump, Like it could be a bunch of different people that we just simply call a venue and say, hey, I'm gonna do such and such because cardib is gonna be there. You gotta take everything, so you do, gotta take everything serio. But I mean, like, like, when do you take threats serious? And when do you not take threats?

You gotta take them all serious, especially with everything that's going on in this world and mass shootings and all that. You gotta take. I need more secure anything because I get them all like, I get them all the time. I'm so used to that type of stuff. Like I had somebody text me and I text me, but they sent the emails saying, you don't want to cut my tongue out. I'm a liberal loving leftist, so so I don't. Don't don't. I can't even pronounce stuff like that. But

how many times did you get hit? What do you mean outside outside the station? What you're talking about? How many times did you get punched? Once? Twice? Okay, so you should take the threat serious. All right? You got this, they proved it to you twice already. That really not really? Oh okay, safety is a concern. So if it's if it's about your safety, then yeah, but it's a different when somebody tried to jump you over something, somebody was

talking about it and wrap. But then when somebody said send you an email and said you want to cut your tongue ou because you were talking about Trump and you're a liberal loving leftist like that, note that's politically driven, you know what I'm saying like that, And that was based off by appearance on MSNBC the other day. Like that's when I started getting those crazy I'm being all serious. I take it all serious. Yeah, every day, all serious. You know you'll get shot by a white man in

the suits. Okay, that's why he's down there, that's right, shout to him. Yes, okay, guys, it's been left protection. Take about shooting somebody. This is two A very center. This is very center. It's something we all can agree that outright, regardless of what you started to allow your on I'm a two a guy, all right, just trying to get home to my family. That's it, all right, Well, thank you for that rumor report, shout a Biden. Yes,

give it that down. Continue U. You know, let's talk about crying people and why we should move in silence if you are committing crimes. All right, we'll get into that next keeping lock this to breakfast club goboting. It's time for Donkey of the Day. I'm a Democrat, so being Dunky of the day a little bit of a mix use, so like a dope other day. Now, I've been called a lot in my twenty three years. That Donkey of the day is a new wife. Yeah, it's Donkey to Day for July thirty. First go to a

young individual named Page Thompson. The reason I say individuals because I'm not quite sure if this is a man or woman. I'm not sure how this person wants to be identified, so I would just say human now. Page was charged Monday with a single kind of computer fraud and abuse in federal court in Seattle after FBI officials linked her linked linked page online. You don't know what they want to be identified as? Okay, linked page to online post detailing the massive data theft on Twitter and

it slack. Now. I don't know if you've heard about this, but according to the NY Post, this is one of the largest bank data breaches in history. What would you like to hear about it. Let's go to NBC News for the report credit card giant Capital One disclosing a massive data breach hitting one hundred million customers in the US.

Officials say the suspect, thirty three year old software engineer Page Thompson, allegedly stole customers addresses, phone numbers, birthdates, and credit history linked to applications for credit cards from two thousand and five through early twenty nineteen. Wow, Page attained. Page Thompson obtained the personal information of over one hundred million Capital One credit applications, one hundred and twenty thousand social security numbers, seventy seven thousand bank account numbers. There

is a scammer in Brooklyn right now smiling it. It is saying, damn, why couldn't I get that kind of lick. There's someone in West Africa right now who was about to send out an email this morning telling one of us that he has a bunch of money that he wants to send us. Who is a static about what Page Thompson pulled off. But don't get too excited, scamus,

you lead it has failed you. Oh, Page got the lick off, and Paige probably would have gotten away with it if Page didn't have the desire to do what every person in the world seems to have the desire to do, and that's play a game with show and tell via social media. Oh that's all. Social media is one big game of show and tell where all ages and all crimes are welcome. Let's go back to NBC

News to see where Page went wrong. She was arrested by the FBI in Seattle on Monday after bragging about it online, saying I've basically strapped myself with a bomb vest dropping Capital One's docs and admitting it. Capital one and says no credit card numbers or login information was exposed, but admits one hundred forty thousand social security numbers or put at risk. Capital One says the issue in its system is now fixed and it will notify affected customers.

FBI aka Facebook and Instagram, they got you. It's all the same, all right, Page. It's just another example of a human who can't move in silence because they want applause from a bunch of people who don't give a damn about them. Why did Page feel the need to tell the world about scamming Capital One? You hit the lick, all right? Get some paper from it and then stunt on social media like everybody else. You don't have to

tell people how you got the money. Nobody else does, not to mention, I would never understand why people don't think social media is real life. Let me rephrase social media, it's not real life. People can make up whatever they want on social media, and they do all the time. But when it comes to the actual structure of social media, that is real. Okay, the real things you are doing in your life, or should I say the real criminal

things you are doing in your life. Why do you think you can put these things on a platform It's biggest social media and nothing will happen. Okay. It's crime and normalizing on social media so much that people think it's okay. It's as long as it's on Instagram or Facebook page. Thompson proves that in the world of thieves, the only final sin is stupidity. Please give page time. I'm sending sweets out in hamiltones please. Oh now you are the doge, Oh the da Doggee. Oh the day

Ye Sonny. You know why this show it's so funny, Why we've been working together so long. I could just look at people and tell what they think so Revolt puts the picture of Page Thompson up on the TV screen. Envy's eyes get big, and now he realizes why I just said, this is an individual I got you. Okay, I don't know what Page wants to be identified that, okay, me right, all right? I got in the media. They kept saying that a woman and she did this and

she did that. They will say that maybe they got more information tonight. All I got to the picture to go by, okay, yeah, all right, well thank you for that, Dogy to day up next, ask ye eight undrip five eight five one oh five one. If you need relationship advice or any type of advice, hit ye right now. She'll help you with all your problems. It's the breakfast Club. Come on in the breakfast Club morning. Everybody is DJ Envy, Angela Yee, Charlomagne the guy. We are to breakfast Club.

It's time for asking ye. Hello, who's this? Hey? What's up? This is London, London? What's up? What's your question for? Ye? All right? My question is is that I just got out of an almost five year relationship, right, I just started getting back on the dating scene and I met this very nice young woman she has a great career, we have great conversations. However, the physical attraction is not really there, or my part, I don't. I don't find

her that attractive. So I don't know how to tell her that without hurting her feelings, you know, like, because I'm not a bad person, like you know, maybe me and how could just be friends. But I don't know how to explain that to her without her you know, feeling some some kind of way, you know, right, Well, you don't have to tell somebody that I'm not physically attracted to you. You can just say I don't really see us moving forward at you as a friend, and

I want us to maintain that friendship. Okay, I think you don't have to be like, well, physically I don't like you. Yeah, that's all. And I think people can appreciate that, and maybe you guys will be good friends or maybe she'll feel like, well, what I wanted was a relationship, so that's not gonna work for me. But then that's fair too. So you just have to tell them I just see us as friends, okay, you all right? Well, thank your London. Yeah you're your head too much? What

u yo yo? Let me just tell you. I was watching The Bachelorette last night, and that actually happened to the young lady. She had to tell somebody that she liked that she wasn't in love with him, and she just straight out and said, look, you're a great person, I'm just not in love with you. And it worked out pretty well. Well, it didn't actually work out pretty well, but that's what she did. Okay, Well, thank you London,

good luck. Nobody watches the Bachelorette. A lot of people do just not right here, No watch, I want it. If they put Lizza on she wants to be a Bachelorette, I'll watched for that. That would be dope. If Lizza was on it, I don't know what. F boy in the room won't be on it. John also definitely won't be on it. Hello, who's that ron? Ronal? What's your

question for you? What's he called? I'm about to get a huge cash who went from an old boy because he's so uber I always trying to get kids, including me two on it. Ka. I want to see how I can invest that or flip that into the market of about properties and flip the boun Well, where do you live? I love Miami. Okay, so you want to buy some property with this two hundred thousand dollars settlement that you're getting, Okay, And I'll tell you this is

it's your first home that you'll be purchasing. Yeah, oh, well, good for you, and I think I love that that's your mindset. The first thing you want to do when you get that settlement. Some people might be like, all right, I'm about to ball out, but you're ready to actually invest that money. And I will say, when you get your first property, because you're talking about investment, make sure

it's an investment property. And what I did with the first property I bought was I bought a two family house so that I was able to live there but also get some income. So that helps you with your mortgage. So if you can find a property that's an investment property as well, where you can live there but also rent out some of the units where you live and that will pay your mortgage, that would be an an

amazing investment for you. All right, thank you. They don't have too many Molti units in Florida, but you could definitely look for him. Is your credit good? I have no credit? All right, Well, you gotta get your credit right. You should work with somebody to figure out how you can work that credit up and get it into a good score. I would start with that, and then I wouldn't use that whole two hundred thousand dollars to buy anything. I would put up percentage of that down, a small percentage.

Make sure you keep that money, because after you start, you figure it out and you start doing good, then you could buy multipole and then you could create streams of income. Yeah, definitely. The first thing you have to do is get your credit right, and then you also have to see what you would qualify for even how much house can you buy? Right? You got all that, yes, sir, First thing, credit, second thing, pre approval to see how much you can spend. All right, thank you? All right, bro?

All right, ask ye eight hundred five eight five one h five one if you need advice or any type of advice, relationship whatever. Right now is the breakfast Club? Good morning morning. Everybody is DJ Envy Angela Yee, Charlemagne the guy. We are the breakfast Club. Within the middle of ask yee, we have Sarah on Aline Sarah, good morning, Hello,

Hey Sarah, what's that? What's your question? For asking. So my question is, I have this guy that I met like a year ago and I was hooking up with, and now he works with my ex and he thinks that we shouldn't hook up because he worked with my ex and it's a conflict of interest because he's kind of his manager and so he's concerned about his job. What's your opinion on that is? Does your X know

that that's your a new guy that you hook up with. No, and we're not hooking up we did in the past before my ex worked with him, all right, so he's basically cut you off. Now, Uh No, we kind of just kind of parted ways and we kind of I want to rekindle things and he's scared. Well, a couple of things here, Sarah. Number when y'all wearing even hooking,

you guys were never in a relationship. Y'all were just quote hooking up right m And then the other thing is, even before your ex started became his manager, he already you guys had already parted way, so y'all weren't together. Now you want to rekindle things, and it seems like he's just not interested, okay, And so maybe that's an excuse for him, Well, you know, yeah, X is my manager. Because let's keep it real, guys will sling that if they want to, and if they don't want to, they won't.

Something like that for some guys would even be exciting. But if that's more important to him, he's made that his priority, his job, or if it's an excuse. Either way, he made a choice. Okay, that makes sense. All right, Sarah, good luck. Find you a man that's gonna be your man, not just someone you sometimes hook up with. Thank you, You're welcome, all right, ask ye eight hundred five eight five one oh five one. If you need relationship advice, any type of advice, you can hit e now. Now

we got rooms on the way. Yes, we're gonna talk about some comments that marry A Lopez made during an interview that has people upset, and we'll see if you agree or if you think that there's no reason for people to be in an uproar right now over these statements. All right, we'll get into that next. Keeping Locktice to Breakfast Club. Good morning. It's about Angela Yee on the Breakfast Club. Well, Maria Lopez was on Candice Owen Show. She has a video series that she does, and he

talked about a few different things. Now you know, he is known for being conservative, and he has posted a picture of himself with Donald Trump, so I guess he's supportive of Donald Trump as well. And so the comments that he made, we're about believe all women. Here's what he had to say. I think blanket statements or hashtags like believe women very dangerous hashtag because people lie, and

sometimes those people are women. And god forbid, you have a son and a girl is feeling vengeful and just decides to tell a certain story that's not exactly true, right, And if we're just supposed to assume she's telling the truth without any sort of proof evidence, and then that's that's incredibly dangerous. Then the other way around? What did he say wrong? I've said it a million times. We

should listen to all women, but believe all proof. Why would anybody just believe something someone tells them what happened to don't believe everything you hear or there are always three sides to a story, and and yours days and the truth, and just because you pick a side doesn't mean you're right. Everybody lives. But I think the movement is.

I think the movement is more of a general statement because women weren't believed for so long, So it doesn't necessarily mean believe all women's outpreof It's just kind of a movement like listen to women, believe them now, listen kind of a slogan. Now when I say black men don't cheat, y'all say to me, well, why are you saying black men don't cheat? You say black men don't cheat anymore? Or whatever. So so she should women say

believe all women sometimes or believe what should be? You shouldn't say that, but I think there's been such a serious issue in many different ways in the workplace and everyday life in schools, So it is something that's empowering for women to say, all right, because a lot of times we don't speak out on what's going on because people don't believe us and they silence us. So it's believe all women. I don't think that we have to get into the specifics of each individual case. Of course,

I think any logical person would know that. Of course, it has to be evidence, and you have to go through the proper protocol. That's not truly where where the logical people then you can't just put somebody. You can't put somebody in jail for something without a trial, right without even We've seen so many people get canceled in the court of public opinion with no due process because of these accusations. That's what Mario Lopez is saying when

he says it's dangerous. And I've also seen plenty of women who aren't believed or who are still scared to speak up. So I don't think that's a wrong movement, that's all. I think it's a great movement, just because of the fact that for so long we've been repressing speaking our mind and telling us telling people what's been happening, and not being believed, that's all. So that's just something positive,

all right now. In addition to that, he also went on the show and talked about transgender people and supporting children who identify as transgender. Look, I'm never wanted to tell anyone how to parent their kids, obviously, you know, and I always say, if you come from a place to love you, you know, you really can't go wrong. But at the same time, my god, if you're three years old and you're saying you're feeling a certain way or you're you think you're a boy or girl, whatever

the case may be. I just think it's dangerous as a parent to make that determination. Then okay, well then you're gonna be a boy or girl, whatever the case may be. And it's it's sort of alarming, and my gosh, I just think about the repercussions later on when you're a kid. You don't know anything about sexuality yet you're you're just a kid now. Kanazo said she worked as a nanny in the past, and she said children don't always mean what they say and that they don't have

the mental authority to process their own gender identity. Uh, they're both right. Listen, this is media clickbait, y'all. Who I saw a headline on Yahoo that said Mario Lopez says supporting your transgender child is dangerous. That's not what he said, but he say it's simple. Your child is three years old, they tell you they feel like another gender. Cool, What are you supposed to do from there? Like they are three, what you're gonna do? Take them out to

get the surgery and everything? They are at three? There, three, I'll take it a step forether. I don't want to see any of that in my cartoons and the kids cartoons, whether it comes to sex at all or anything. I don't want my kids to know. I just want them to watch cartoons and enjoy it. I don't want them to have to think about anything but just enjoying their car toon not man and woman, not man and man,

that woman and women know. I want to have that conversation with I don't know how we got the cartoons saved by the bells. I don't know how how do we get the cartoons? No, I was thinking about the other thing that came up the other day, But I don't know. I don't know we get the car, how we got the cartoons. I'm saying that the kid is three. At three years old, what decisions do you allow a kid to make on their own at three? Any decision

any at all at three? Nothing? Well, p FLAG, which is the national organization organization for friends, family and allies of LGBT people. I went on social media. They said, it's okay, Mario Lopez. We're here to help provide more education on what being transgender means, the difference between sexual orientation, sex and gender, and a whole lot of other things. Now,

another person who was on social media. GLAD. President also said it's unfortunate that someone who is involved with LAD like Mario Lopez would be so misinformed about trans kids. I wish that he would reach out to President for some guidance on the difference between sex and gender identity. What did he say wrong? Like he said, if you're three years this is an exact quote. If you're three years old and you're saying you're feeling a certain way, or you think you're a boy or a girl, whatever

the case may be. I just think it's dangerous as a parent to make this determination then, like, like, it's your three I want my kids to be kids. I don't want him to think about anything exactly when you're three. You're three, What do you know about your sexuality at three year? Three? Like give us some time, That's all I'm saying. At three, Like what decisions do we allow

three year old to make? So what kind of discussion do you have then at that point if your child even is thinking about that exactly exactly, I don't what do you say? I don't even know. I'm just saying because I would also think that obviously that must be a strong feeling for a child. I don't have any kids, but for a child to come at the age of three and feel strongly enough to want to speak to you about it, then there's something happening there. So what

do you say? At three? I wasn't thinking about anything. I know what I'm saying. If you're kids, now, what do you how do you respond to that? I have no idea, but I do know that when I was young and I used to hang out around a lot of my my female cousins, I would do things that they did and I would say things that they say because they were my influences. I don't know about my young This is about to be three, and she is not thinking about anything sexual boy girl. No, she just

wants people to be her friends. She wants to play with a Babby Dolls and play with a hula hoops. But at the point, but the point is they're not talking about sex. They're talking about gender identity, which is even more complica. Same thing, and they shouldn't say about having sex. They're just talking about what they feel like.

We're even more complicated. Yea. If Mario Lopev had said a teenager, then I can understand you're careering mad Adam a three year old, that's not even on their mind, that's not even on their perspectiie year old, Like, come on, like, that's not even no way, like my daughter's no way they're even thinking about any of that. America, y'all are bugging three years old that he specifically said the age of three three. I'm just mad. I just ordered a

hot dog, got hot lunch. Like that's what definitely thing she talking about. That's it. Once again, what choices do we allow three year old to make? If any they're three three? I don't know if it's necessarily they're making a choice or maybe maybe saying this is a gender that I identify with, and so we're even getting that from Like, I don't they shouldn't even even be thinking

about that at the age of three. I mean if they are and that you know, said something, and that is something that people have to educate themselves on to know how to respond. And if your three yeard child come to you and says, hey, I want to have a sex change. No, you're three. You know you're three. You're gonna make a permanent decision for a kid at three? I don't think you legally can have a sex change at the age. I don't know what you can legally

do in America anymore. I am so confused that what's going on. Just because your trance doesn't mean you have to have a sex change either, Just so you know, I don't know all right now, fifty ten has revealed what the next series he'll be doing with Stars isn't that's the Black Family, Black Mafia Family, drug trafficking drama. So he said, I have a BMF project that's in development that they'll be seeing shortly. And it's really exciting because I've had that project for about four years and

I want to make it right. So he said, Starts is providing me with everything that I need to make it great. So I'm excited about that. Also, congratulations because The Lion King has become the fourth Disney film to cross that one billion dollar mark this years to Disney. You still ain't see it. Y'all didn't sell it to me because you guys said it wasn't that good. We try to see the first one first. Yeah, it just don't have no soul. That's all that's all it is is.

See now, that's not really encouraging it. It just ain't got no season, and it ain't no season, and on that food. You know what I'm saying. Now, you go to somebody's house and you look appealing and you eat, there ain't no season, and on it ain't no season, and on the New Lion King, it just don't taste good. Beyonce is also when talks to Disney to work on another film because The Lion King has been so successful. So congratulations to her and to Disney. I'm Angela Ye

and that's your room of report. All right, thank you, miss Ye. Now Angela Rys there? What up? Miss Ry Angela Ray? Everybody? My contact just fell out. My eye out here working hard. Okay, well you can be blind on the radio. You can't, I know, but I want to see on my next TV segment. But good morning, good morning. Now after the mix, we got a lot to talk about. Now. You went to the debate last night, Yeah, well I went to the beginning of it and then I'm watched the rest of it. What you mean he

just dipped out? It was born. I mean, well we're gonna talk about that. We had no season in either. Are you wearing your Mary Anne Willamson had this morning? I mean, you know, I might be wearing one if I had one. You got one? Slide it over? Saw somebody selling them. I might buy one? Good, Yeah, slide one over here. I want to Beanie. All right, well, we're gonnakick it with Angela right after the mixing Don't Move Revolt. We'll see you guys tomorrow. Everybody else to

People's Choice mixes up next and then Angela. Right, well, we're gonna be discussing a lot with us A. Don't move. It's the Breakfast Club. Good morning morning. Everybody is tj Envy, Angela yee, Charlomagne the guy. We are the Breakfast Club. Now. Usually we have Donkey today replaced, but today we got a special guest with us. She's out in Detroit with Angela. Yee. We have Angela right in the building. Good morning, Good morning everybody, vangels hair. Yes, that should we get right

to it now. You were at the debate yesterday, Yes, and you said you left early while it was it too boring? Did you fall asleep? Did you have a date like? What the hell happened? Why did you leave? No? I actually was moderating a forum for Black Voters Matter, And after that I went and watched the debate. So I went in early to do a segment with Chris Cuomo's a new Facebook watch show, and then left after that. But I watched the entire debate. Then I got a

lot of feedback for you. So tell me where you want me to start. Well, furt of all, why do you think it was born? Because I thought it was like very I thought it was full of substance. I thought everybody up there was actually talking about actual policies and plans and legislation. Like, why do you think it was born? Maybe for all the reasons you just said, I don't think that there anybody really had a strong breakout moment except for one person that we could talk

about in a minute. But I will say this. I said all day that last night's debate was white Knight. So I think that I was really bored by the representation on the stage compared to tonight, where this debate stage will actually like the face of America. So when you're talking about people who are going to once again speak for people of color, people on the margins, people that are you know, young and old, the only diversity you had on that stage last night was young women.

And when there were three women and Elizabeth Warren, she's a native American. Oh my god, right, why are you such a troll like that's true? What had happened was is when she was three. Angel Let's start let's start with this. Let's start with this because these debates are important for last night and tonight because some people were not going to see their faces yes anymore. So who do you think are the people that need to just say okay, sober for me? I'm so glad you asked that, Angela.

So there are a few people. One is uh, former governor of Colorado hick and Looper. He did not have a moment at all. Um, former Congressman John Delaney who did not have a moment at all. They changed this Wikipedia page to say that Elizabeth Warren kill him. Oh my god. And then I also think you have a few other folks, Charlemagne, your favorite person, Tim Ryan did not have a breakout moment. I also think that Governor Bullock. I've had this debate this morning with Baccari and Andrew.

You know Governor Bullock didn't. He wasn't strong to me. He actually reminds me of a mixture of John Edwards and Joel Olstein, both of whom I think blink entirely too much to be believed. So I was like, you know what, I can do this with y'all, Like this really isn't it, But let me give some kudos since you brought up the only Native American on the stage last night. Elizabeth Warren killed to me like by far. She seemed like she was in a league of her own.

Bernie Sanders did more of what Bernie's done since twenty sixteen. He hasn't done anything new. His messaging points sound exactly the same. He's just as angry and as opening his clothes and everything in between. He just did not stand out to me at all. And I think that the only reason why he advances from this moment is because he has such a strong basic support that Elizabeth Warren

is peeling off every single day. Hey, she has the exact same proposals as Bernie Sanders, but they're more substantive, less angry, more relatable. She feels to me very much like your school teacher, right, you know. And she I was like surprised, you know I've said about her like she's so wonkish to me, I can't get into her. I was into Elizabeth Warren last night. I was like, I completely feel this. I think Pete Buddhajedje also did pretty well. It was not remarkable, not remarkable, I would

definitely agree with that. I think that he was decent right. The other person who I was impressed with last night was only about half of her answers, but Marianne Williams, because she tried to tie in, like they would ask her about, you know, national security, and she would be

on education, immigration, welfare reform, criminal justice. She tried to throw everything into an answer, but she really had a breakout moment when she talked about reparations and you brought up when we were offline Flint, which I thought is extremely powerful. I loved that the things that I learned in my soul cycle class or that I'm reading about in the morning trying to get my mind right, that's her on the stage. I'm like, she served such a

great purpose. Maybe she can be over a new cabinet position we create called Secretary Mindfulness and Wellness or something. She's not going to be president, let memagine a question. I think her own team knows that, but it'd be great for her books and everything to girl she was the most googled on that stage. Yeah last night. Yes, well, Angela, check. I want to ask you a question, Angela, because I want to know what's more impactful in the debate talking

about things of actual substance. Are saying things that sound good and make for good sound bites? Because Mary and Williamson says things that sound good. I love it. They go viral things that we agree with, but they aren't any actual plans or policies. So what's more impactful in the debate because we're saying it. We're sitting there saying that everybody that was actually saying something was born. Well, let me let me say I actually didn't say that.

I said Elizabeth warren't stood out and she had a way to make her policies relatable. So you weren't listening to everybody else. Everybody else was boring way you talking about moments. That's why Trump is president. Now, okay, you're angry at Bernie last night listen, did you see that moment where Tim Ryan says to Bernie Sanders, He's like, he was like, you don't have to yell. I was like, exactly,

I was. Can I also say this, I think that there's something if we're all honest, we have those friends who sometimes they say very little, but they make us feel good. So I think the energy is important. Leonard You Charlamagne, you say that all the time, like energy is it? Right? Like if somebody makes your energy feel off, you don't want to be around them. That was her purpose yesterday. She was an energy neutralizer. Last night she was talking about toxicity and she did a little fingers

like she was waving them around. She had a purpose. That doesn't mean that she should be president, right, I just said that. I do think that there were other people who were substantive, but I didn't like the substance of what they were saying or the ways they presented. Those people are gonna be out of this uh this election um and off the campaign treo very soon. I named them at the top of Delaney, Hick and Looper. I don't even I can't even remember to say Beato,

what happened to beat right? Don't had a spat should have been in an ad section child of ny Fair. Yeah, they don't have a spark when he started, but now he's just garbage. I think his I think his answer on race was strong, especially when you compare it to Bernie Sanders. Bernie Sanders, when asked about reparations, once again, brought up Congressman Clyburn's plan on ten, twenty thirty. That plan actually addresses economic depressed areas, and it benefits more

Republican white rural districts than people of color. So I'm like Bernie Sanders, you gotta listen to people on your team. I gotta believe the policy people are telling him that's not the right answer to reparations. Now, what about Amy clubish because you didn't talk about her. Let's talk about that when we come back, guys. Let's talk about that when we come back. All right, Angela Rya is here eight hundred five eight five one o five one. We'll talk to her someone when we come back. It's the

Breakfast Club. Good morning, e j envy Angela yee. Charlomagne, the guy we are the breakfast Club. Now, if he just joined us, we're kicking it with Angela Rai. Last night the debates that she was there and we were talking about how boring it was and how we're falling asleep in the evident watching he was watching The Bachelorette. Just so you know, he's very excited. He said, he said, he knew he's gonna get his highlights today. He's good. Now, Yeah,

you got a question about Amy Kloba Shaw. So some people are speculating that she might want to think about being vice president. So she doesn't want to go too hard. She ain't about anybody because she has those relationships. Tell you how Amy like she felt so flat And I think the problem is she's a brilliant senator, but she's not anybody that we can get excited about. His excitement all that be required of somebody that we want to run for office, of course not. But her reputation is trash.

As they talk about Kamala Harris's record as a prosc her record, they talk about her and the way that she treats her staff. Check that out. Anybody that deals with folks that way and is a nasty person. We don't need another nasty president. Amy. I'm sorry, girl, but you do not have me. I think you got another two weeks in this race too. So Warren and Sandy, they did seem to be on the same team last night. You think there's anything to gain from say Biden and

Harris doing that to night. That's not gonna happen. And I'm gonna tell you why Joe Biden is in his bag like he is completely in his feelings about the fact that she dragged him and had T shirts ready for the last debate about the school busting issue. He's gonna hit her really hard tonight on her prosecutorial record. It's all fair game. I think the reality of it is before your friends right now, your candidates, And he's been going on talking about I did this for her,

I did that. I can't believe the reality of it is is Joe Biden, Sir, While we appreciate everything you've done during the Obama administration, your record is fair game. And on top of that, this is a contest. Man. There can't be any air appearance. We did that last time in twenty sixteen. How did that turn out for us? No air appearance? Everybody gets vetted, period all. Kamala gotta say that Joe is Joe, nobody on this stage responsible for more black and brown people being in jail than you,

period Ye. And then he's gonna say something back to her about her prosecutorial record. It's gonna be a dragon, a knight and the other thing you need to be mindful of. Julian Astro and Corey Booker have something to prove tonight. They have to demonstrate why they deserve to be in this race, what parts of their record they should stand on. And Corey Booker's gonna be like, I've introduced more pieces of legislation on criminal gestures for him than any of y'all. So he's got to make sure

that he stands on that as well. He's gonna get that time who worked as well. Charlemagne talks about how the Democrats are soft and week it won't prosecute our president. Yeah, what do you? How do you feel about that? Oh man, I thought you were going to set up the question how you normally do? I know what you were like? When is he gonna get impeach all? So he said the Democrats are sawt from not a peace of the president.

They week. I could have said that myself, so I would have asked President, I'm asking a peace president, what do you think? So here is the silver line in the cloud envy. Finally, there's close to a majority of the Democratic caucus who want to impeach the president. I believe the account is now at one hundred and sixteen Democrats who are in favor of impeachment. You know that Robert Mueller testified just last week. I lighted it's one

hundred and fourteen according to the Washington Post. But Robert Mueller just testified last week. His performance was lackluster. Wasn't totally familiar with two volumes of the report. To his credit, I read all four hundred some pages on my podcast. It's a lot to be familiar with. But I also think it's important to note some of the moments he did have. Robert Mueller said, over the course of my career,

I've seen a number of challenges to our democracy. The Russian government's efforts to interfere in our election is among the most serious at this point. By my tally, there are several reasons why Donald Trump should be impeached and could be impeached. Some of those include making false and misleading statements under and not under oath. Robert Mueller talked about that specifically to answering val Deming's question Valdming. Valdemings

is a member of Congress from Florida. Sexual assault. We know how many accusers he has obstructing and impeding and an official proceeding. We know he's done that. That has been documented and recorded in this report. Charges of income tax evasion, we don't have proof, but we won't know unless they go forward with an impeachment inquiry because they're

not complying with the congressional subpoenas. The only way they could document whether or not there's been any form of tax evasion is if he finally has to turn over those tax returns. There's a reason why he failed to do that, both in the twenty sixteen election and now. The final reason I would suggest is an abuse and

misuse of power. If there is no abuse of power in the type of racism and bigotry and xenophobia he spews from the bully pulpit, from what he does on Twitter every day, from the attacks on members of Congress that have resulted in death threats, I don't know what is There are reasons that one hundred and fourteen number

needs to increase. Just an Amish who just left the Republican Party and became an independent is the only Republican, the only conservative who stood up and said it's time to impeach him based on what is in the four corners of the document of this report. I have a podcast about this now. It's my closing argument. It's uploaded today. Check it out because I know we don't have to. Can I ask one quick question? Now? Do you think election security should have been discussed on that stage last night?

Because they telling everybody to vote in twenty quarters? So soft. We don't even know if our votes are going to count because of all the Russian interference, So why is nobody addressing it? Okay, so here are a couple of things. Our votes count, but more important than our votes right now, it is us holding members of Congress accountable. We know that Mitch McConnell will not even consider an election security bill. HR one was passed by the House Democratic leadership in

the House majority a long time ago. It is high time and super important if they are not in the bed literally and figuratively with the Russians to demonstrate that there is no place for election interference. There is no place for interference in our democracy, and the only way that we can ensure that we prevent that is by passing this legislation and individual one has to sign it into law. That's going to be a tough hell, but at least with the pressure of the Senate and the House,

we may have a chance. I'll have to start reaching out to the Congress to make sure that happens. How can we comfortably say that our votes count if the fight is fixed. We can't. But I think what I'm saying is, and I hope you hear this, before we get to the next ballot. Right there are elections that happen this year and in twenty twenty. Before we get to the next ballot, we have to protect the democracy.

The only way to do that is to ensure that the election security bills that are in that have been introduced, are considered in past. We have to make sure we're advocating for that. Our votes will count if we believe they should, if we advocate for them as they should. And we don't let these these folks, these elected officials off the hook before they are, you know, in the limelight. They're supposed to be public servants. They should be protecting democracy.

They should worry about their future roles. Right nobody is off the table. But what's happening right now is Republicans have sold out to the Russians and are like, oh, if we let you interfere. We're gonna win because you see that your agenda will be secured with us. That's the whole problem. All right, Well, Angela Raid, we appreciate you for joining us this morning.
