Breakfast club is my morning fit. I need it and I love it. Something you like, You're really not popping until you do the breakfast club, the waiting come to y'all show man. I know you gotta be a big time celebrity be

up in here. You gotta be you gotta be a big time DJ AELI and Charlemagne the guy the breakfast club, bitch you Good morning you s a Hey Phail, Good morning, y'all. What's good. I'm out here in LA. It's BT Awards weekend officially now. I'm in LA and Charlemagne and DJ n v R in New York, but I'm fortunately. I believe there's been some traffic issues. I believe that there are some tunnels and bridges and everything closed in New York.

I'm not there, so I can't tell you exactly what's happening if they're just happened to be late to be late, but somehow I'm in La on time. Now. If you guys know the time difference. It's three am here in LA right now. Long flight. I finally had the opportunity to watch the Bill Street movie on the plane. I cried. I felt like DJMV when he was watching Creed on the plane, balling, crying. But you know, I'm gonna be out here updating y'all what's going on. BT Awards a weekend.

Everybody's out here. As soon as I walked into my hotel, it was NonStop action. So also, yesterday was the NBA Draft and we're going to talk about that in Front Page News. Will also be talking about imagine if you're in the middle of divorce and you win the lottery, what does that mean from the person that you're getting divorced from. Should they share and get half of that money? We'll tell you what happened in the d in Detroit. And also do we have any guests this morning? Guys,

Hey dramas. Trina, Oh, Trina? All right, well, Trina is gonna be on the show. Normally Emmy would announce that, but he's not there yet. And and Kanie Orlando, okay, perfect, she runs BT so she'll be able to give us an update on what's happening this weekend for BT Awards. Normally you don't need her drama's voice now if you have her vote or you watch the YouTube videos. He's a guy with the beard that Lizzo says is an f board that normally sits in the corner and doesn't

say much and plays with his beard. But this morning he's got to give me some updates on what's going on. The whole time he pushed his buttons and plays with his beard. There you go, there you go. And I know Trina's gonna comment on your beard as well, so

I think she wanted to get into that now. Shout out to Trina because she just did my Lip Service live show that happened in New York and she was really amazing and she had a great time and she even posted about it, and it really did mean a lot to me because that's a lot of work that we put into that. I'm still recovering from that show because I was out until midnight, then had to go to work and also go home and pack and then come straight to LA. But we are running off Humes

right now, so let's get this show started. We have Front Page News on the way it's the Breakfast Club. First day here, the gang's all here. Yeah, hey ye, first day at summer. It don't feel like it at all, at least not in New York City. No, it's nasty'd been nasty the last couple of days. In the Lincoln Tunnel, that's the tunnel that connects Jersey to New York was shut down. I guess one of them playees got hit by a car, so they shut it down for a

little bit and I was done. But sorry, Sorry, Houston and Miami. I know y'all don't care. I'm just explained. I just letting y'all know what's happening in our world. They care that y'all were late, but they just want to know why you were too. No, I wasn't. I'm never late. I'm supposed to get in six so far. You know what. I gotta restructure. All right, let's get into front page news now. Last night was the NBA Draft, and congratulations to the New York Knicks. They picked up

the number one picks out y'all. I don't know why i'd give Why would you lie? Why would you let satan You didn't have a bowl faced lie like that? You know, if you're some you're supposed to be some type of media authority. So some people maybe listening to this like, really, how did that happen, explaining they don't

get sarcasm. No, no, Well everybody knows that Zion Williamson was the first name called for the NBA draft, and here's what he had to say in a very emotional speech as he got drafted to the New Orleans Pelicans. My mom's sacrifice a lot for me. I wouldn't be here with on my mom she did. She did everything for me. I just want to thank her. Your mom was your coach when you were coming up. She coached you until you were fourteen. What are the sacrifices you

feel as though she made for you? She put her dreams aside from mine. Dropped on a clues bonx for that South Carolina kid, Zion william sit and grasped to him. Yes, congratulationships, How did that Brooklyn that to do? Are they were number twenty seven? They got the twenty seven, they were seventeen. Oh yeah, they got the seventeenth pick. In the twenty seventh pick. You're absolutely right. I don't know who they picked up, but they had the seventeenth pick in the

tw only seventh pick. The nets don't even know who they picked up. It's only anyway it was the job was at the Barclays. Though it was at the Barclays. It's a two man it was a two man draft. Okay, three Maybe ja J's cool, you know what I mean? John morant Zian Willison. I think his sleep was though. I think the new ball sung gonna ball out on the low. He's seven six though, right, yep, like his daddy. Is he skinny or does he have a little weight

on him? I'm skinny like his daddy. Skinny. Okay, what else he got you? Let's talk about a man in Detroit who won the lottery. He won a thirty million dollar lottery, but now his ex wife is going to get half of that. Richards Alaska and his wife Mary Beth, they were separated for two years. He bought the Mega Millions ticket back in twenty thirteen. The divorce was finalized in twenty eighteen, and now he has to give her half. Why Well, they were going through ads divorce, so they

weren't divorced yet. So they said the titter was marital property. Wow, So yeah, that's what it is? What can you do? You mean to tell me? If I'm married and anything I go by is considered marital. If I buy a packing Eminem's have her is considered half her. If you get a divorce, yeah that's wild. And also if you have a I mean, if you had a pre nup. I don't know how that would work. You know, I know it's a state by state thing, but what about it?

The stuff I can't use? Like I can't use your tampons. You know what I'm said? You can't. I can't, Okay, you can? You can? And do what with them? I don't know. That's all y'all got. She literally all y'all got every day in but Joe, we right, what else you got? All right? So, in Rhode Island, as everybody else is trying to do all these anti abortion bills,

I Rhode Island wrote an abortion protection into law. So Rhode Island's Democrat control government passed the law to protect abortion rights as an effort to support ro versus Way as they are, ro versus Wade as they are facing a tax nationwide from all the conservatives who are trying to take away women's rights. So trying to yes, looks like they've done a pretty good job to me. What's that every state not yet? Not goodness? Well, as you can see, Rhode Island is one of those dates that

it's protecting women's right. So that's good, that's amazing. All right, well last front page news. Get it off your chest. Eight hundred five eight five one oh five one. If you're upset, you need to vent, you can hit this up right now. Maybe you had a horrible night, bad night, bad morning. Maybe the bridge was shut down and you were late to work, or what bridge the tunnel Lincoln Tunnel, or maybe you feel great and if this this have to be me, I'm sure there's a bridge shut down somewhere.

Or if you want to anyway, eight hundred five eight five one oh five one, hit us up now. It's the breakfast club. Good morning, the breakfast Club. This is your time to get it off your chest, whether you're man or blast. So we better have the same Inny. We want to hear from you on the breakfast club. All right, Britain and get you off your chest. Good morning. I just wanted to say I woke up very blessed today.

Yesterday I was driving home from work, and I was in a drive by shooting the guy in front of me at a red light decided to get out the window and just start shooting back at us. So today I just woke up and I feel blessed to be here. He said he was shooting at you. Why shooting? That's scary. It was just a drive by he was. We were all stopped at a red light, and he uh just hung out the window and just started shooting back at the cars that were stopped. White guy, a black guy.

He was the African American male Jesus Christ. Did he get Did they find him? To the cops find him? No, they didn't. They came over to my house like they were there pretty much all day, just trying to get information. But there were up some questions like what type of cars were around you? And I'm like, I don't know. He started shooting and I dumped underneath and steering will. He didn't look at anything else. He had to be shooting at somebody. What I'm in a North Carolina in Fayetteville.

Jesus Christ. I'm glad you're okay, Mama, Yeah, me too. Thank you. Guys, have a good one. You're too. Sounds scary. I can't imagine that. Yes, what's up the morning? Hey, Nikki, get you off your chest. I'm both blessed and I'm mad this morning. I'm blessed because God blessed me to wake up another day to be able to take care of my kids. But I'm pissed off because how sadah was written at home and I found out that the person that appeared to be the landlord was actually a scammer,

so he took all of our planey. Yeah, we ended up getting kicked kicked out by the bat because the ad was actually a four soldier that he made it seem like he was at the landlord for it. Damn that sucks, says nothing you can do about that. How much money did he get from your mama? He got four thousand, five hundred dollars and now you don't have a place to stay. No, he really he created a whole fake least and all of this stuff. And then the sheriff came because the house two months later and

they just kicked the thing. They didn't give us thirty days nothing, They said, we had to go. Damn, are you in Jersey? If you in Jersey? I got you for a month with you in Jersey. Oh, I'm sorry, mama. Damn, I'm sorry, that's shot. If you was in Jersey. How to put you up in one of my my apartments for a month to get you get you, let you get yourself together. I'm sorry, Mama. There's nothing you can do to get that back then. I mean, we can't even find the guy games of all of the poem.

He saw the information that we had, Blady. They said that they can't do nothing because they don't even know if that's what we need. These damn scammers. But they don't care about people's lives at all. No, they're dumb. It's crazy. All right, mama, we'll have a better weekend here. Thank you, guys. At you guys, all right, get it off your chests. Eight hundred five eight five one oh five one. If you need to vep you get hit this up right now. It's the breakfast Club. Good morning,

Angel, come down, thank you, Thank you, sir. I didn't hear it. I didn't hear it. All right,

The way he was going in, Hello, who's this? Hey? This is hey? Get it off? Damn Hi, how are you doing you? Um So? Hello, who's this? Get it off your chess? Didn't want to go and tell y'all. So, y'all, Plata is like one

for this and my boyfriend. No, I'll just saying you're beautiful. You'll see my woman. If I wasn't murried, I might shout out to your wife. Black men don't cheat, broad, y'all, y'all, Hey, that's my second point. Last Tuesday, I'm getting off for work and I was frying to see my side checking

the first thing out here in the cards. Black men don't see, I want to say, and because once I heard trying right the one wet here we are there doing God's work, and you need to stop running around here like a little black boy and start being a real black man. Because black men don't cheat, but black boys do your side check. Yeah, I'm not No, it's not worth It's exactly sir. How old are you see what I'm saying? You're still in that phase? I understand, but you know you gotta be a black man, not

a black boy, sir. He's right right. And hey, the last thing is everybody you swimming the right to an empty for your gage show. But I'm the same way like I'm trilling my bad school energy. All right, listen with that said, I want you to know that today's National Peaches and Cream Day, sir. All right, I shout out

Hey, Hey, that's what my sid Stop talking about your man, grow up, sir, he misses her. All right, get it off your chest. Eight hundred five A five one on five one. If you need to vent, you can hit this up now.

You we got rumors on the way he asked, we're talking about our artists who we all know and love, and she's going through something right now, and she was on social media talking about her depression. So let's send her some love. All right, we'll get into that next. Keep it locked. Just to Breakfast Club. Good morning, the Breakfast Club. Morning. Everybody is DJ mvy Angela Yee, Charlomagne the guy. We are to Breakfast Club, good morning, good morning.

We got a shout out to our newest family member w y RB Rockford's Power one oh six in Rockford, Illinois. They joined the club. They joined the family. Welcome guys, good morning, how many something? Yes? God is good? Yes, and his family look at God. There you go. All right, well, let's get to these rumors. Let's talk a little Dirk listens, Oh gosh reports. It's the rule report Breakfast Club. But a little Dirk has been a granted bond. He's out

of jail, and he has a curfew. He has to also wear an ankle monitor at all times, and he cannot have any contact direct or indirect with gang members. And he cannot possess or be near any weapons. And he has to stay at least two hundred yards away

from the victim. So, as you know, he's been booked for five felony charges that includes criminal intend to commit murder, aggravated us all a, possession of a firearm during commission of a felony, possession of a firearm by a convicted felon, and another charge of associating with a criminal street gang to participate in a crime. Now tell me what I'm missing, because I thought he killed somebody. So while he got to stay away from a victim of the victim, Dad,

he can't. I don't think he killed It was no, no, no, it was attempted murder. And they said a pastor actually got him out testified and said, uh, he was a good person and all that. And they're not saying to pass his name. And then they're saying because of that, that's how he was able to get released on bondy right, they're saying he's not a flight risk, and the judge clearly agrees with that. He's not on house arrest, but he has to be in the house at eleven pm

from eleven pm until seven am. All right, Now, Fattie Wapp is in trouble. He is being accused of man handling a woman that he met at a video shoot. Apparently they were going back to an airbnb. They were having a party. It was several other women as well. They said at some point during that evening, the accuser went to the room with Fattie Wapp and things allegedly got a little violent. They said there was a witness who's one of the accusers friends who was in the room,

and they said she was upset. The woman was upset because of the other women that he had invited back to the house, and she was screaming that he put his hands on her and dared him to do it again, and that's when he allegedly smacked the phone out of her hand. Yeah, got a video of it. What do you think when you saw the video? I think people were gonna learn about dogging women out in twenty nineteen like that Hard on Thoughts movie gonna get a lot

of y'all in situations like this. That's what I think, all right now. Lizzo, she posted and we love Lizza so much on the Breakfast Club when she was up here. She's been on lip service. She's an amazing person and she posted I'm depressing. There's no one I can talk to because there's nothing anyone can do about it. Life hurts. And then she said, I self love so hard because everything feels like rejection. It feels like the whole world be ghost to me sometimes sad as f today, but

this too shall pass. Had out all the messages of love. Thank you. That's real though. I mean what she said. You know self love, You're first last and best love is self love, period. So we're sending some love to you right now, Lizzo. Absolutely. Other people may not show up for you, but you can always show for your goddamn self. All right, Now, let's talk about Little nas X. He has his a remix featuring Cardi B and Billy Ray Cyrus. So do you guys want to hear? Sure?

It's a remix? Well everything black look good shot, good shot? Thought you heard about it? Must not? Must not like to send me dirty dirty not my hearted below I'm like, I will only beat his widow. Actually that's a new song, but it sounds like a remix to me. That's what I thought at first. But it's Rodeo featuring Cardi B. And that's off of his debut a EP seven. I

Loove Cardi B. So you know anything she does. I love that song does sound like I like it old Town Road so like to any time like they kind of yeah. So when I first heard it, I thought it was another remix, but it's actually a new song called sounds like another country song. I don't necessarily sound like Old Town Road like it's got a country vibe. It's a playoff of it a little bit. I think. M M all right, so and if you love the old Country Road, hey, you're gonna love Maybe not because

Rodeo didn't catch me like that immediately. I gotta listen again, all right. Now, another person who's oh song came out. She's been teasing this Nicki Minaj Mega Tron. We told you what was gonna drop at midnight last night. So if you haven't heard it, it's also a video, so make sure you watch the video. And here's a snippet of that. They called me Mega trump just to the telethone. He got my chillous song, and I kill my chillous song. I'm like I missed some just came out of prison talking,

got a pot of piston. My name is sticky m I'm in a sticky Ben said that means it's Candy Epple. But I'm Bobby. This is Kenny. That is a find effect. I'm a hunting me. Oh, this is custom made Donna. Tell usent me that Phil pull up only five member Phil me pull only just I'm drinking when I'm drinking.

All right, what y'all think about that? With the little heads high sample, you still gotta hear more of the same thing with the Rodeo record, Well, I'm sure Emmy's gonna play it this morning, right, snippet I throw back on Friday. I played Flashback on Friday. It's not sticking to my ribs yet. I gotta I gotta vibe with these records this weekend. I'm hearing snippets. I haven't heard either one of these videos. Dope. I think Nicki Mina

song is cool. I like when Nicki spitz though, like when she's rapping rapping, But this is for what she knows. She's going for a single. You've heard the whole song. I heard the whole song, and I said, I always like a little reggae reggae theme song, So you know I like when she does that. All right, I'm Angela Yee And that is your rumor report. All right, thank you, miss Yee. Now we got front page news. When we come back. Man, let's talk about the NBA draft, because

I know y'all want to talk about Zion Williamson. There was very predictably first pick, and we'll discuss what he had to say about his inspiration. All right, we'll get into that next. Keeping locked this to Breakfast Club. Good morning, all right morning. Everybody is DJ mvy, Angela Yee, Charlomagne and guy. We are the Breakfast Club. Good morning. What's happening. Let's get in some front page news. Now. Last night was the twenty and nineteen NBA draft. Congratulations to Zion.

We knew he was going number one, and we also knew that he was going to the Pelicans. So congratulations. South Carolina's own drop on a clues box designed Williamson. Damnit. Yes, it was a very terry eyed occasion. Here's what he had to say about his mama. My mom's sacrifice a lot for me. I wouldn't be able on my mom. She did everything for me. I just want to think her. Your mom was your coach when you were coming up. She coached you until you were fourteen. What are the sacrifices.

You feel as though she made for you, She put her dreams aside from mine. Well, the journey is just beginning, young Man's right. Being number one doesn't guarantee success. Look no farther than Kwame Brown and Greg Olden. He'll get a lot of bread. But I think you'll do fine. He's a great play I think he'll do Okay. What else we got you? Well, they're saying that artists and labels are reportedly losing three hundred million dollars in potential revenue,

and that's all because of fake streams. Now, there was a new report from Rolling Stone that put that out, and it says that there's computerized click farms and bats and that's become a rising concern for people in the industry because there's generated streams that are coming from potentially

fake users. We knew that already. You can't compete with these these major corporations when it comes to these streaming service especially when they, you know, doing these sponsorship deals and you got these companies like Pepsi and Coking whoever else buying two hundred million screens before albums even come out. How can you compete? Yeah, they said three to four percent of global streams are fake. And right now, you know the technology is people aren't able to keep up

with protecting that new technology that's out there. Nothing's real, man, not, nothing's real at all. Your votes don't matter. The screams ain't real. People get a lot of money off of that fake stream stuff too, though, But whatever works, they think, So who's getting the money? The labels must because the damn sure ain't the artist. But now I said, the labels are losing money because of that fake So who's

faking the streams? Then I would think that was what That's something the labels would be doing now they don't get money from it. I know that. I know a lot a lot of artists. I heard what we're faking some of the streams, and they can renegotiate and say, hey, I stream this amount of this amount of you know units, and I should be getting this amount of money. How do artists fake screams? Somebody's sending that manual lover, Yeah, I guess they have the website. You just released a single,

Why You're Gonna see a Black Man? No cheat? I think I wouldn't fake some streams. Was just talking about that yesterday. Nah, he was just talking about He was saying the same thing, like, you got all of these people faking screams. Absolutely, remember back in the day they used to fake the followers on Twitter and the follows on Instagram to that and still do. It's a little different with screams, though. You can get money from that. People.

You know, we're paying you to advertise depending on how much I'm Distagram followers. You have one, I'm gonna tell you how that kills you. Now, though, people be having all of these followers, but they don't get no engagement exactly. So you can have somebody that got twenty thousand followers, but their engagement is crazy. You know. They also have all these apps now because I think they've caught onto that, so they can tell when people have fake followers, and

they can tell when it's bought. So you can actually go through that and tell well, I wish they would go through mind because I'm so tired of getting spammed. You have no idea how much don't see this woman? Man, I ain't got time for I don't got time to go into my search engine and type word like math I got a block? Is masterbate? What else did they say, I looked, huh, I got block all the cartoon people already.

If this one woman that's always that to name a girl badder than me, and if another woman asking me to always went, who wants to see me? Masterbate blocks block block batter So I have I'm blacklos I hate all right. Now let's move on. A woman named Marijuana Pepsi just got her PhD. She did a whole dissertation on black names. His name is what marijuana Pepsi? Her mama named a marijuana I guess. So she's a forty

six year old woman from Wisconsin. She was teased a lot for having a name like that, and yeah, a child marijuana. Why would they do that? He named pepsi. That's not a That's not an obstacle she should have had to overcome in her life. I know what her mama liked when she was going up marijuana and pepsi, Like, why did that happen? So she would go buy Imagine trying to get a job and you got to write in presenting your resume marijuana pepsi? How d yourself a

diapers never visited that? I'm curious. I would have definitely changed my name. I understand saluting her now, but that's an obstacle she should have never had to overcome. That's crazy. Why is her name Mari Wanna Pepsi. Why nobody around and say that's not a good idea? Well, she said that, despite the fact that many people plays blame on her mother for giving her that name, she credits that for turning her into the powerful, ambitious woman that she is.

To man, what she said, because man, there's certain obstacles that we can't help but have to overcome. You know what I'm saying. When you're born in certain situations, you got to transcend certain circumstances. That one, right, there is absolutely a poor choice that somebody absolutely Mari Wanna Pepsi, like you ain't have to do that to your child. Why you don't like a kid? Come on, man, like nobody that makes no sense either want kids? Does she

have siblings? What they name? She's a doctor? Now? All right, siblings, But now she's a doctor. You go to that doctor. Let's be honest, doctor peper She's got a PHDT doctor Marijuanna Pepsi. Would you go to that doctor? Doctor Pepsi? Sounds like a bootleg soldier. I wanted to doctor pepper y'all, doctor pepsi. Doctor. She's got a doctor. She earned her PhD in higher education leadership. But you know she's doctor. No, that's her PhD. But it's not a doctor like you

know goes. She goes by doctor marijuana pepsi van. All I'm saying is that's a a obstule should not have had to overcome in her life. I was about to say her last name. I don't want to say it, Hettive. What is it? What is it? Pepsi got her last name marijuana pepsi van dick, Marijuana pepsi van dick. Okay, so she was conceived in a van. The mother loved it. She was high and drinking pepsi. There you go, that's

how they got that name. Put it together, marijuana vandi Jesus, thank you ye doctor marijuana pepsi co All right, Well, last front page news. Now when we come back, Trino will be joining us. She has a number one album right now, so she posted her album is number one. I'm mad, I'm miss Trina. I wasn't here for Trina. That's the homie, right, we did it. It got kind of aggressive, so I had the phone a friend, so I had the FaceTime Charlomagne, probably the only time I

ever FaceTime Charlomagne. Yeah, that's the only reason I answered. I thought it was some type of It was so weird that you FaceTime because y'all were getting at me and him so bad. I needed help. Had the phone a friend, So we'll get that on next and don't move. It's to Breakfast Clugal Morning, the Breakfast Club Morning. Everybody is DJ MVY, Angela Yee, Charlomagne and the guy. We all the Breakfast Club. We got a special guest in the building, the baddest itch. That sounded terrible because it

sounds like somebody's itching or something. Right, you can say it the VY Welcome. What's up? I got a new album, the One, Yes, Yes, Yes, and I heard that song. We gonna play that. We're gonna play the Breakfast We are going to play those records. Okay, got an album coming out, Yes, thank you. Finally I'm excited. But before we get to the album, let's talk up your other job, love and hip hop. Okay, you regret doing that now? No, I don't regret it because I don't really have drama

like that on the show. Um, that's not one of my most favorite things. I think with the time in the filming, I'm not really like, I'm not a schedule person. I have to be on my own schedule. Other than that, UM, I don't really have like, you know, the issues. I have my little stuff to label my with Bobby, you know, just any other My only thing that I don't like is the reunion. What happened for me and Trick. That's like the only thing that kind of like went left

for me. And I mean it's no, it's contrary to the fact me and Trick for fight every day, but it was just on TV and it just got I was it just went. It just blowed up, escalator kind of kind of big. I just that's the only thing I don't like. I felt bad watching the show, and I was like, because I saw that you were getting very upset and emotional as your career and things that you're doing, and it felt like he wasn't taking it

as seriously. Thank you, I'm happy, somebody said, because everybody don't seem to understand why I got so mad because Trick was just he was like organize and he was taunting me. He does it all the time, but I think this particular day, I think I was really sensitive because you were talking about the album, and of course he knows how hard I beat in the studio and been fighting to get him in the studio, and just

for him to just be like it's nothing. I just felt like, this is not the time to do that on television. And of course a lot of stuff was beat out, so you didn't really get to hear some of the things that he said before I just lost it, you know, So that kind of just made me feel bad. Um. And I mean we made up. I spoke. Of course we're gonna make up. My man, he's my brother. So I always he caused me in the morning at seven am. He just be calling every morning. He'd be just talking

and talking and talking. So I'm like, okay, finally I got to have a converst. I have to meet up with him face to face so he could hash this out. And of course he I think. I think at a restaurant um in Miami, Um, and I think the I think what happened it needed to happen. I just didn't wanted to happen that way, like I wish it wasn't through a love of hip hop scenario, because he's always done stuff to me that I don't like, but I always just brush it off because this is my brother,

you know. But I think I got kind of fed up and I just wanted him to understand, like stop playing with me and taking me for a joke, because I really work hard and you know it, and I'm always here with you and for you. And the fact that you won't commit to coming to see you and do this album, and then the fact that you say, oh, well, you don't like my records because they're not like the baddest bitch records. They're like too soft and water down

in the diamond price whatever all this stuff. I was like, bro, that's just not cool to me. So that's why I really like lost it because I'm like, yeah, you do this in private, but you're not gonna do it in public. And that's kind of how it happened. So now we meet up and we talk and I think he really have he understands because he's I felt like he was hurt. I was hurt, so I know I feel like he

was hurt, and just our conversation it came up. It was organic, of course this trick, and he's gonna always nobody else is gonna talk to him like that, and nobody's gonna talk to me like that. He's not gonna allow it. So it's one of them kind of things. We talked and he was just like, you know, I'm sorry, he said he was sorry. He never says that, so of course for me, you know, I felt better. And I mean, I think I feel like he gets it.

He realized, like Dan, this is not from Noam days, Like she's really grown, She's really out here doing her things, She's really making happen, so I can't be just knocking her down, knocking her down. And I mean, I think from my conversation off to meet him, he got that or what was his problem? He felt that he just feels like this is tricks problem. Tricks feels like he feels like, I like, I don't like to do records that are like the continuation of nam Okay the street

record Booty Shake. I mean I do, but I I mean you gotta do. He hates when I do any love record. He hates the slow melodic, but the women love that, and That's what I'm trying to say. But he feels like, that's not the baddest bitch, that's the diamond princess. That's soft, that's weak, And he feels like that's the reason why every all these new artists, the girls it's like sound like me or they're still in my sound, are doing this because I don't want to

do those records. I want to do these soft machines. And I don't do all soft machine records. I do records for women. I feel like it helps Himboudy. You go through bad relationship, trying to get your stuff together, trying to make sure your bad secure, whatever the case is, and he just we just always clash for that. Don't you feel like the younger artists do pay homage? Of course? And I love that, I mean I should. I love that. It's inspiring me because when I hear the music, I

can hear me through it, you know. And most of these artists I met already. I've been around them. I've seen him reciting my songs. I've seen them do like do my song like it was me, so like I fan out over that. I love that. So what I like about the city girls, it's I'm a listen to me of Trina. Yeah, like it reminds me of you. But I don't mean that in a negative way, but it's like, oh, it's like nostalgic. And they from Miami, they group under me, they love me. They're going the studio.

They listen to my old albums before they do their music, so I get it. When I hear it, I'd be like pumped. That just give me way more energy. It just makes me more excited. It makes me feel way more like just able to keep going on because I'm watching what they're doing. I'm like super exciting. I'm always talking to them like, Yo, don't worry about the Hay doesn't worry about then the internet troll and all that noise. Did that just to give young Miami vice. Almost every

day every day. She just got my message. Last night, I was in a car like crying. I was like I can't, but she just said some of the sweetest things because I'm always telling her, like, you know, it's it's realistically. People can say whatever they want to say, but you actually got into the game. You're the other

half of your group is not here. It's not even many guys that's gonna hold down a group and do that, but like running about somebody else, you actually are holding on a whole group, a whole, I mean a whole, your whole partner, like a whole situation. That is really difficult when you're getting all the BackFlash. People are saying so much stuff that's that could be a lot, you know,

especially for a new artist. She's young, she's sensitive to everything somebody said, and now she's pregnant, and now she's having a baby, another baby. I mean, so I like, I'm always like encouraging her, like no, no, no, no, no, no, baby. You know, get your bad bitch attitude on. You tell them all the Hayter's kissing, and you keep on focusing on making your money, take care of your family. Worried about your family, your sister, your son, your newborn baby,

your mom, everybody that's means something to you. That's what you focus on. The rest of this stuff. They're not putting money in your pocket, they're not cashing your check, so why you even care about what they gotta say? You know, I love her, This is like my baby, So I'm gonna always encourage her because I've been in this game for so long and you can't knock me so for her, I just want to make sure she stays strong and not be weak because she you know,

she gets sensitive about a lot of little stuff. So I'm always talking to her. Oh girl, well let's talk about you. We're gonna talk about me. I want to talk about some of the songs on this album, like get Money Your Money. That felt like a very personal song, like something happened to you in real life, and we've seen you on social media. It seems like somebody did something to you when people were trying to figure out but women betrayed you. Oh you know these women, they're

so caddy and so shady. Um. That was a situation that happened like a while ago. That song I did that song. Rico Love produced that record, and that record was it was between me and a girl that was my friend and like you, my homie, Like this is my rider down ride with You're rocking with you, but you really you switch sides, like you jumped ship and you went against the grain. I can't rock with you no more. I love you and it hurts, but I

can't rock with you. Still from you or no, you didn't still you Just try to play both sides of the fence of a situation that I just felt like, like, if I leave a situation, you leave, we all leave. What are you gonna stand hanging around like a bomb, talking to my man, my ex talking, hanging right and fly like you're doing. It's doing the most I like relaxing, pump your brakes. But you know that's what that song is about. One thing I noticed about Tina is you

see a lot of rappers in the industry. Why are you going back and forth like that? One thing about treating is treata Never I've never seen treatinga broke. I've never seen trena without money. I never seen them for clothes on, treating the crib. I've never seen none of that. So how yeah, been able to keep the bag for so long? It's Trina Like, I mean, I'm the bag secure. I always secure bags. I've been doing this for so long. I just make sure I stay focused and and when

i'm I mean, I work. I don't just sit around and just oh, I put out the record, I'm gonna sit back and chill. For me, I perform, I tour, I constant. I'm working more than I'm doing anything else. You know what I'm saying, So I'm always making sure my bag is coming in and come home for no matter. I don't care if I don't have an album. I don't care if I decide to not do music. No more. I want, I have to, I need. I have an expensive,

extravagant lifestyle, you know what I mean. So, I'm always working. I'm always busy, I'm always elevating them, always making money. I'm never I don't feel like I'm I'm never gonna have enough money. And when she's not working, she's at homebody. Just so you know. When I'm not working, them at home, you know, I'm a big couch watching TV, watching Netflix reruns whatever. Boot Up, Yeah, boot up. Sometimes I'm boot up. Sometimes I'm just hoping by myself. I'm always boot up.

You know that. You know I told you so the last time I can't here. I have a man. A whole relationship is three years in the making. So it's great, thank you. I'm very happy. The money is good, the money comes in the bag secure. You know, I had a big roof over my head. I can't stay you know, grind, and so it's all good. That's what I'm talking about. And you're sitting on that face too, right, Let's keep around always. That's a good thing about in a relationship.

You could sit on his face anytime you feel like it. I mean, that's a part of life. You women like that, like right, everybody everybody that has their face, these women, everybody has a face to sit up. I mean, but if I'm not doing, what else is he doing? I'm I'm a good face writer. You know something good makes mean that you know what you're doing. If you could be either like you could be a squirrel, you could

be like you could just I'm gonna stop. I'm not gonna happen that I've got all this morning too early. I know. You just gotta be you just gotta be a good romantic. You just gotta know what you you gotta what I learned though, I'm gonna be honest over the years, because I've had some unsatisfying moments. What I've learned though, you need to make sure that you're satisfied. I've been in a situation where it was mostly I just I'm I'm in a relationship, and I want a

relationship to work. I want both people to be, you know, completely happy. But I found out a lot of times that I felt sure and I wasn't out of the situation, you know, and so I just feel like, no, I gotta make sure it romantically, however it is, I'm gonna be completely satisfied, whether you are or not, that's you, because I realized, and men worry about them. You got to make sure you are good. And as soon as I learned that method, fool and a man that loves you,

it's satisfied when you're satisfied. Yeah, I feel like I believe that's true because I don't think a man. I don't feel like, if you're not making sure this woman is satisfied, what are you really doing? Correct? So let's do this. Gee, But she has a let's play a record, because in this record she names a lot of people in Oh my god, let's play this. Maybe these people didn't satisfy her. So let's let's play this satisfactory introduce the record. I think Treetor should introduced her own. Oh

what's something out? This is training. This is my new record. It's called BAPS featuring Nicki Minaj. All right, let's let's let's get into it. Her record, she said, right here, we'll talk about it when we come back. It's the Breakfast Club. Good morning morning. Everybody is DJ Envy, Angela Yee, Sharlomagne the guy. We are the Breakfast Club. Now that one Trina featuring Nicki Minaj just called back. Now that's about so Trina for the unsatisfactory experiences with these men?

Where any of them named in this song? Um? Yeah yeah say Harry Yeah yeah, definitely cool though, you move on, you know what it is. It is what it is like. You gotta be grown. An adult will grown. Everybody gotta be grown about the situation. Yeah. I was a lot of unsatisfactor in some of the names. Yeah, yeah, there's gonna be some backlass there. Whatever it is, let's run it. So how did you and Nicki Minaj's team up on this record? Because nick is she don't really do too

many features a lot of times. Yeah, well this Nikki Um, she was in Miami working on her album UM, and we was just you know, going back and forth. And I told I was working on my album and I wanted to get an album. So she told me to come by the studio. So I pulled up at the studio. She was playing some stuff. This is before her album came out the Queen album, right, and she played some stuff for me and it was it was dope. And then this is one of the records that we came

up with. You know, it was an amazing experience to do the record. Here. What's some of the names that she said? Let me write these down? So yeah, all right, well she meant just Tory Lane. Tory Lane told us about Tory is cool. You know I've been I knew Tory wait before everybody know maybe right. I came up here with my f Love record. Um, that's how I first knew Tory. He gave me that record. Um, but you know he's a cool person. But you know he's

quite a straight bullet, straight one French. You gotta set it off at French. Don't look at me. We know about that what what we is not going to Dutch in this conversation because I don't got time to be clapping back on in there with this guy. I'm just telling you right now, let's keep it cute again. I dodged a bullet. We all know what it is. She said, she got the bullet that one up right, Yeah, nothing, James Harden, don't look at it mebing Okay, curb. Let

me know, it's cool. Let's let's be clear. This is a situation I was in a couple of years ago. Everybody know, it's very quick. It was like it was, oh, this is my man, we're booted up. No, we were in a situation. You know, he's the person where he's cool. But you know, I love it that they're cool. But they catch a straight bullet. Now you gotta get the bullet because I'm not the person. See, I'm not the gameplayer. You're not gonna play with me. Go play with the

rest of them. Don't play with me. Once you step home in my place where you started to playing the games, you gotta go. I don't play that. I don't care what you do, what contract I don't I don't know. I don't care about none of that. You got to go Martin, So you're not going to know Big three games. I mean, everybody know that situation. That's a situation happened long, long, long, long long time ago. Um, you know, unfortunately is what it is. I mean, people just grow they grow up.

That was a bad situation. You did a bad thing. Is it ended up? Over occurred? It's over, you know, So when you see people like when you see them, do you say hi? Is it all love? Or I'm just keep it moving? I probably will say hi. If they say hi, you ain't speaking French. I performed with French at the post. It's French. Everybody know how French is. He's gonna laugh, he's gonna be silly, he's gonna be crazy, he's gonna talk trash. I don't care. I did my

concert and my seat. I'm gonna shut it down. I did, boy, I dedicate to you. It is what it is, and that's that. He plus he probably know he's cool. I don't have a problem to French. I don't have a problem with him. It is what it is. People know, you gotta be accountable for your own situations, and you you was not my man, so it doesn't matter. But you know you did some foul and that's that, and it is what it is. It's done. That was it. So I like to thank you. Who is your favorite

X damn me? I would I would guess little Wayne because y'all always still work together and it seems like you still have a friend Wayne. Yeah, Wayne is a good friend. Wayne is my friend. Wayne is just a Wayne is so different than like everybody because it's in his own world. He's so respectful, he's so calm, he's always calm, and he's always showed me respect no matter what. Me and Wayne never fell out, We never had an issue or anything like that. Were just young and it

just didn't It didn't work. Like I was too young to think I wanted to be in a situation. He was way too young to feel like we was, you know, courting and doing what we were doing. It just was We was just young, and I feel like that's what saved us to still be able to be friends right now, because we had no bad vibes, no bad intentions. He'd never done nothing that was disrespectful to me, So I got a lot of love for him. Yeah, so you would say that's your favorite X, perhaps because y'all always

still work together together. He's a nice person. I don't have no favorite X any of you, my ex. I don't even think it's not even it's done, like we don't even want to favor, no favor. We never got married, don't have kids. It's nothing favor. It's just it's you. It's we had a situation and this move on, This will be your first studio album in nine years. Yeah, what made you want to get back to music? Well, I did. I put out so many pass yeah EPs

and all that kind of stuff. But the album I was supposed to came out four years ago, three years ago, So you know, it's a it's a lot of when you're independent, you're doing it differently, you're doing on your own. It's a lot of a lot of work. It's not the same as it was when I did nan Or the Baddest album. So I mean, I had to grow. I had to learn. I had to be more involved and do things a little bit different. The album sounds great, though, I'm not gonna lie. I had a chance to get

a little early listened to it. Yeah, and we was in here vibing to it, Okay, vibing the one? So one, are you the one? I am the one? I feel like I've been through enough, I've done enough. I hold my own ground. I have a roof over my head, I could stand my own. I have my own I don't depend on need nobody for nothing. I feel like I've grown into the person that I am. The one that I am, I am the one. She let me put out this song with a little dou ball called

black Men don't Cheat. That's what there was a song I keep saying. I wonder I started to write a pit of y'all asked what that means? Because I'm confused. What do you mean black men? Black men don't cheat? Now? What is that true? Yes? Why? What do you what? What what do you mean by that? Black men evolved and we're just no more, no longer black boys and we're grown up and okay black men. So you know

five black men that don't cheat? You could count five on your hand, like your homeboys or whoever has a wife or a girl, and they never cheat. You go to the strip club, you go whatever, and they just strictly not cheating. We're not talking about the past. We're talking about the president. We're talking about right now, about five that you know right now, right now in your life, right now, currently, that you can hang out with on a Saturday night and they're not gonna cheat. They're not

gonna cheat. I want to see and meet these guys. I got to meet them. Don't get me wrong, I don't even know these four different Do you cheat her? Do you cheat her? Do you cheat her? Do you cheat her black cham gonna say, so let me get Let me say this one thing. I would say that I believe that some guys don't cheat. I mean contrary to the fact, I believe that I feel like but

that's the same. I just feel like, as people, women or men, you have to grow up and be in a certain phase in your life and be accountable for your responsibilities and be an adult. Cheating means what like you cheating for one night and then you got to go home to your wife or your husband or whatever, and then I thought, you feel like a dog, a slut, like you feel delusion to Like that's nasty. So what's

the purpose of cheat anyway? If you don't want to be with somebody, if they're not make you happy or you're not satisfied, leave to cheat. So what do mane? But Okay, Scharlamie is married not so I'm gonna give him that. But you know it's crazy, what do you mean the past? Like, well, how far in the past? I mean was like no, not yesterday? Like he's like four years? I think like years. I'm not cheating, yes, And how long he's been his wife? Say, I wish

you wash, I could pop you stop. Okay, so you had he had to get all his boy years them out, do all his whole boy things before he got seriously to not cheat. He got one year for every end she has and the wife and the one and the person the woman who's his wife not she been with him through all the whole cheating face and all that. See, that's what my problem kicks in it. Oh boy, let's

talk about it. Let's tell people always wonder what happens to train and she's in the relationship with this person of this person in the rationship dissolved, and we don't know what happens why she's not with this person, because you know why if you cheat or you do something malicious as in some of the names that I said, you got to go because I feel like it's no

reason for that. If you want to be a single man and you want to run around and do what everybody, just be single, so nobody's hurting caught up in the middle. But what if that's not your man, then that's a different stuff. But when I'm saying my man, if you're my man and you and I find out that you've done that, it's over for you. It's no explain I'm not working it out. I'm not gonna I don't go with them. Oh, I don't believe you're not gonna do it again. I'm very I'm a visionary and let me

tell you something. You cheat. Guess what's in my mind every time I go to see I'm thinking about you with this woman. Did you go down on her? Did you do all the stuff that? Did? She sit on your face, all over your face and smother you. I'm trying to figure out what was happening with you on this girl that you cheated with, Like, what made it so important for you to do something like that? That's what I'll be thinking. I'm I can't get it. I

can't get the visuals out of my mind. Every time I see you naked, I'll be thinking about ill you was cheating with her? And yeah, my vision is bad. Were you want details? Like you know, I'm a detail into details. Yes, when the woman caused you up, but I'm want to know what exactly happened? Would you be like, did y'all shower together? No? No, because some women like to give those details. No, because I had a bad

experience with that. That's another reason why I or anybody. No, I don't have recons I don't like you about if something's not going to I'm leaving all we got more with Trina when we come back, don't move. It's to Breakfast Club. Good morning. It's only right to get this on. I mean, I'm I'm feeling this way. Yeah, I'm so disappointed that I wasn't here to talk to the homie Trina. You know what I'm saying, because she is clearly letting

Satan use her. But everything she said about cheating is absolutely right, and that's exactly why we made this song to spread that message. E j Envy, Angela Yee, Charlomagne, the guy we are the Breakfast Club was still kicking it with Trina. Her albums out right now. Not Trina, who hurt you. I was in a situation in her relationship. This is a this is a relationship you're talking about five years in though. Gee okay, I'm not the person. I'm not insecure. I'm not the girl that's going through

your phone. I'm not checking your phone, your text mess I don't want to be in your DM. I don't care. I don't care about none of that. I'm not gonna do that. But what happens in the dark always comes to the lights, you know what I mean. So I don't have to look for this stuff because it failed directly in my lap. One of your friends told you. No, my friend didn't tell me. You told on yourself. You told, and the person you was cheating with told, not you

in person. No. But the thing is that he thought my friend told me. And that's so crazy because you know, you so foul and the only person you know that's around me that with no something you thought it was them. It wasn't. I set you up to tell on yourself, so small I didn't. I just it just happened. Somebody started sending random text messages and emails and all this stuff. It started fluctuating through a circle of people, you know, and it was like, oh, so, yeah, you you're talking

to this person. Why what's the point of it. And I'll give you a bene for the doctor because I don't have a kid. You have a kid, so a man with a kid, I'm gonna give you a leave. But hey, I want you to be the best father, to be with the kid. All this stuff, but I'm allowing this. But instead of you just being with the kids. You trying to be with the woman too. Of course that baby mama, go back slide the thing. I don't play all that. You want to slide it with your

baby mamma. Go be with your baby mama. So this is what happened. I found out. It wasn't more what she said in the message. It was what he said. That's the thing. That's the real nasty dis No, no, no, no, no, you're you're to come with this guy. He don't even know your emails, your text messages, your conversation. The person you're cheating with is like, oh, I wish you could get back together. I miss you. I know you got this girl now you in love, but let that go

because you got a family. X y Z Okay, cool, But what you said, how many more times can I f you before I leave? And when you labor coming to me? So what does that mean? You gotta go? That is disgusting. When you gotta go? No, I just said was on the radio. But you know what I'm talking abound like that, So you know I've been through that and I didn't I didn't look for this. It came out, so you look crazy and I didn't tell you I knew for four months, and that's probably you

not tell somebody because you gotta be grown. I had to make a decision if I tell you two things are gonna happen. Women are so we're gonna fall out and get it to this whole blowout and I'm gonna leave, or I'm gonna I just once I tell you everything is ruined because now you know it's awkward, it's bad vibes between us. So I gotta make up my decision. Do I Am I gonna stay in this situation if I tell you we're gonna argue every day about it, or am I just gonna leave? So I was, I was.

I was torn like trying to figure out what to do. I gave myself time and time and time, and I just like, I'm gonna walk away because I can't. I'm not gonna be fake. I can't sit here and act like I want to be in a situation. I don't trust you. You're a nasty dog, and I'm out and I left. I don't know how you held that for four months. I can't. I'm trying to make sure my evidence is solid. I got a good reason to like the case. So if somebody in the pass cheating on you.

Did you ever give somebody a chance to be like, look, I effed up? This is what it was. I'm sorry. Let's move on. Damn treating because yeah, you're not really sorry because you wasn't think about you was sorry when you did it. What was training at in the picture when you was doing it? When you think about poor little treating the feelers when you were doing it. Now, So why should I be work about your little feelers because you're sorry? Now? Yeah, you're sorry, you got caught.

You're sorry, I know, but you're not sorry because you're gonna do it again if it's allowed. So how is he's working with you in your relationship now? Shot talking about how did he decide that he? Like, did y'all have a conversation like we're gonna be in a monogamus relationship? Yeah? My man, I girls just half and we just became friends and then we just scided just the friendship later into relationship. And you know, he's honest, and that's the

one thing I respect most is honesty. Like he's already been through the whole vibe of the girls the strip clubs are hanging out the water not. So you got to go through that. Yeah, and that's the thing about me, you know what. I left relationship because of that because guess why I'm not the person. I'm not. I don't want to. I'm not to say, hey, don't hang out to the strip clubs. You want to go bust down the ones and get the butt shaking all over y'all, get it. Go live your life and be have fun.

But then when it goes to other levels, you stop cheating, cheating out, you sliding with the strippers, and you slide with the bottens and all that. It's a rap. I don't have time for that. But half and you want to do that, go live your life and do that. I'm not here to stop you. I can't stop you because I know you got to go through that phase. Everybody go through that phase. Black men don't do that anymore though, So that's that's a good charm. I can't

wait to see Charlomagne with this. Black men don't cheat foolsh I mean, it's a good it's a good catch. But I just want to know each one of your men that say that, do you have five potential men that you know for sure that do not cheat. If you can't tell me that, I don't believe it. Black men, dude, cheat remix might be nice. Yeah, black men do cheat remix. I'm featuring an angela. Yeah, yeah, I do my first way, I can you write my verse? Do you want to

write your Okay? I got you. Could you imagine that in the morning time playing that? Oh my god, I'm getting cursed out right now by treating man. I told the black men don't cheat. Knock it off, Charlemagne charm the narrative you are. I'm so proud of you. You're married, you have a beautiful wife. I'm happy that you're saved and you don't cheat, and you're clean in the last three four years. But those fifteen years that you because, yeah, they come. You see the cause underlying got me. I'm

calling the friends I need to change. You got five friends male friends that don't cheat? I do? Actually you do? Yeah, okay, that's really interesting. I'm I'm a rock with this black men on cheat wave. I'm all for y'all. Brothers. Oh baby, you got some forty your old men that's in this industry that are big influencers that I still out here

cheating and acting like they're twenty years old. You know we're talking about but yes, I got I got about three all right bye, as we're talking about by Charlotte Mane remixes coming song, Black Man Cremixes Coming so chote O God, I'm standing my brother, thank you, thank you guys. I'm exciting the album and that's it. Yeah, it's the one. Good morning, all right morning every envy angela alone. Man, I wasn't here to have a dialogue with my sister

Training Pray for Training? Which does she do? Her song Mercy, Sister Training need pray? Somebody heard of her album is Fire. I'm not gonna lie, yeah, never been fired. First of all, training is a whole legend out here, dropping the clues bons for training everybody. That's that's that's an understatement. Okay. I'm just saying, Sister Tree to need some prayer, Lord Mercy just because he's got a man that she's been winning for over three years. She poppy when you see.

I hope she trusts them, you know what I'm saying. That's the other thing. All these women running around here not wanting us to change the narrative of black men not cheating. Do you trust your black man, that you would you trust you think about that? I trust my boyfriend. Good. You should. So when we say black it has never given me reason not to. All right, Well, as long as you trust me, that's all that matters. So when we say black men don't cheating, we're trying to change

the narrative. Everythings training said about cheating is absolutely right. That co signed that one hundred percent. A lot of guys do mess up though, well no, a lot of boys mess up. That's what they is. The young man have who haven't matured. That that's correct. And you can be a forty something of your old grown ass boy. You can cold be married with kids. Okay, oh you're definitely wile it now. Okay, you need to change. And that's all. That's the narrative that we're pushing. Let's get

into rumors. Let's talk to Double XL freshman. Listen, this is the rumor report with Angela ye Man that Double x L freshman class list is out. Now. I know normally every year we are the ones that do the interview with Vanessa from Double XL about the cover. So we tried to make it happen yesterday, but it was difficult because people weren't in town. People had to leave. So we'll get her on the show next week to talk about it. But some people are saying this might

be one of the best ones ever. Really, yes, So let's talk about some of the picks, all right, Tierra Whack, Megan the Stallion, Rico Nasty, three women by the way, which is really I don't think it's ever happened before for the Double XL Freshman Cover, the Baby Gunna, Little Mosey, y Bien Corday, Roddy Rich, Y Kao, Cyrus, Comethazine, and blue Face. So what do you guys think? Oh, sometimes I see the Double XL listen, I feel old because

I don't know what the hell is going on. But this one I actually listened to about four those artists on the regular, Meghan Stallion, the Baby Gunna, somebody else you named, blue Face, no Y Bien, Corday, y Ko, Cyrus, Roddy Rich, Roddy Rich Rich. I love the fact that there's three women. It's a dope listen, and three women that deserve to be on it too, So shout out to them. But yeah, and some of them, you look at them and you're like, Wow, the baby's blown up

so much and Megan this stallion. But you gotta think they already agreed to do this list Gunna a while ago, so I guess they have to agree to it. They do the shoot, they do the interviews, they do all of that. And Kamaya posted she saluted all the women. She said, shout out to double Xtyle for putting three females on the Freshman cover. History is made. That's player

as f y. That's a very, very dope list. That's one of those lists that five years from now, you're gonna look back on it and be like, damn, some superstars really came off that out of that class. And I've seen a lot of them grinding. I've seen a lot of these artists actually out there grinding. So this is a dope list. Is a good list. Yeah, So I can't wait to have that conversation all right now beyond say and Donald Glover. So, there's a TV spot that has a snippet of the cover of Elton Johns.

Can you feel the love tonight? I know you guys are so excited for the Lion King. Someone actually came to my live show filip Service and brought me A Lion King DVD's still in the rapper at home. So here's a snip for you. Can you feel to look at the stars? The piece three Kings look down on us from those stars for once and perfect, we're hartill? I okay, okay, So I know you guys are all excited for the Lion. They don't have the Lion came up. Man,

people are excited. I'm excited, but man, these live action movies that they're making that we grew up on be looking kind of crazy. They can't mess it up for me. Yeah right, all right? Now, would you be excited for Oprah to do were reboot? Since we're rebooting things. She talked to uh Cheryl Hickey in Canada and she talked about perhaps coming back with the talk show. I would love to make that happen, let me tell you, but

maybe not every day. Yeah. For twenty five years it was perfect and the only time I missed it was like during the election or something really big happens in the news. I think, Angie, I wish I had to show thank you. No, I wouldn't be excited for over daytime talk show. And my last name is Pinketsmill For win Free knows Carter and the reason I wouldn't be excited because I feel like Oprah has evolved from that, and I think Oprah Super Soul Conversations is Oprah Show

Times ten. I think that it just means so much if you actually listen to our podcast. I love open Super Soul Conversations. I mean open could do whatever she wants. So I didn't you just ask us if we want to. I'm not disagreeing with you, I'm just saying, op we can do whatever she wants. She has everything together. She's like, yeah, I'm doing a weekly show. I would love to see it, but like she said, not every she would do it, and she loved it. That's why I'd like to see

Opra Super Soul Conversations in prime time. I don't know if y'all listen to her podcast, but the guest that she has on there, it's it's it's it's just a it's very spiritual and it just gets you on a very high level of consciousness. I would like to see her do that at primetime somewhere. All right, I'm as lay and that is your room report, all right? Charlemagne, Yes, giving a donkey too well, there's a new business business in town that y'all may not be up on, but

I'm gonna tell you all about it. Four after the hour. Okay, we'll get to that next keeping lock and then next hour County Orlando from b Et she'll be joining us. We'll kick it with us. Rentings at bat Sister Breakfast Club. Good morning, It's donna be a dusty because right now you want some real It's time for Donkey of the Day. So if we ever feel I need to be a donkey man, get it with the heat. Did she getting

in the name? Please? I had become Donkey of the Day the Breakfast Club Bitchy, Yeah, donkey today for Friday, June twenty first goes to a thirty one year old man named Benissus Porto. Now Benisus is an Uber eats delivery guy who's making a delivery and Hackensack, New Jersey dropped on a clues box for Hackensack, New Jersey. All right, Benissa's delivered a bag of food to a twenty three year old customer, and the customer noticed the bag was unstable.

Does that happened to anybody in here before? No? Would you eat some food from Uber Eats of the bag was unstable, probably you still would yeah, okay, hungry, Let's see. I mean, it depends. And it looked like it was accidentally unstable and picked it up or was it rummaged through? Was the food all sealed up inside? Well, let's see

what you think. After you hit the story, the woman she shot like, y'all, no, she didn't want to eat the food because the bag was unstabled, So she rushed over to the Ford explorer that Porto was driving to question him about the open bag, and then this happened. This thirty one year old Uber Eats delivery driver is charged with lewdness after a customer says she caught the driver and it's just Porto pleasuring himself outside her Hackensack home.

The twenty three year old woman says that Porto delivered an unstable bag when she found odds, so she went out to ask him about it. As she approached his car, that's when she saw him. Police say she recorded the incident before he left the neighborhood. Police were able to identify him from the video and he was arrested. First of all, let me give k y W CBS three the credit they deserved for that new story. Also, I want to say by pleasuring himself, they meant masturbation. Right, Yes,

that sounds pleasurable. I would love to know what she ordered to eat. What if it was jerk chicken the irony right, well, Vanissa's port that's a good Vanissa's Porter after delivering an open bag of food, went back to the car and saw the young man applying the old handbrake. Clearly this twenty three ye old woman looked amazing because he took a mental picture and couldn't even wait till

he got home to badge of his witness. Now, I am so glad this young woman didn't need her food, because any man that would churn his butter at four forty five pm and a Ford explorer in the middle of New Jersey broad daylight definitely would eat some of her food before he dropped it off, even if he just took a fry. The thought of him taking the sausage,

the sausage ostygen and touching your food. Now, I must say this young lady is quick, because she pulled out her phone and shot a video of Portal trying to make stomach pancakes before he sped off, and cops tracked down this guy. He's a resident of the New York and they slapped him with a summons of loudness. On a brighter note, Vanissus is starting a new company called

uber Beats. All right, so if you're in the men watch, if you're into watching men play the skin flute, he will come to your house and choke the cyclops and do a little dishonorable discharge and all the acids that you give him a five star uber spanking, I mean ranking. All right, please give Venissus port to whatever the hell is masturbate his name is, give him the sweet sounds of the Hamletones. Oh now you are the dogee the day, do gee, oh the day. Ain't nobody gonna be shaking

vni whatever? This venis portals for Niece's portals hand in Hackensack for a long time, which is kind of tired. It's kind of wild. You wouldn't shake his hand because you gotta think all men masturbate, right, yes, yeah, so it just like everybody's hand that you dap up has masturbated. So why wouldn't you dap up for Nissa's portal? Just because you know where did he wash it? He should wash your hands after that's true. No hand sanitizing. The

world can clean that up, bro. And I'm sure he had more deliveries right after that too, probably Jesus, that's nasty. God bless him. All right, all right, well, thank you for that donkey of the day. Now when we come back, we have the executive vice president of Programming at b ET,

the Boss, Connie Orlando, should be joining us. I've been trying to get Connie up here for so damn long, and I think this might be her first radio interview ever, if I'm not mistaken, and she posted that she did say that, right, Okay, all right, so we'll talk to her next. Don't move. It's to Breakfast Club the Morning, the Breakfast Club, j Envy Angela, yee, Charlomagne the guy. We are the Breakfast Club. We got a special guest in the building. We have the president of b ET,

Connie Orlando, in the building. Good Morning's up, Connie? What's up here? I thought you'd be in La already getting ready right after this? Right on the plane. Now, we've heard a lot of announcements about what's happening. Best bar, right, we know that Regina Hall is hosting. Very excited about that. We know Nipsey Hustle is getting the Humanitarian Award. Yes, very very honored to give him that award, Mary J. Blige, as well as being honored achievement. Are there some surprises

that you haven't told us yet? There's a few. There's a few. Well, you know, Tyler's getting Tyler Perry's getting the Icon Award. And I think this year the plan, you know, Jesse Collins and I we said we wanted to bring it back to moments, those moments that you tune in like you don't know what's going to happen next. I think we have some mashups that you definitely five six seven moments that I think people are gonna be

talking ab about and excited about. BT has been putting on some great programming for the past couple of Well, thank you, and I gotta attribute a lot of that to you because you've been listening. You started at the

interim in twenty seventeen, right, yep, twenty twenty seventeen. I'm two and a half years in and it seemed like they've been taking a lot of chances with original programming, whether it's erv Gotti tells you know, fifty cents prank show like Being Mary Jane's and Real Husband's yood Game. So with all that said, why aren't more people watching BT? You know? I think, Well, my job is to get people back to the network. I think we are evolving.

I love where our programming is going. I love that we're showing the world that we tell many stories in different forms. And I think they're coming back. Like American Soul was a big hit game. People plays Bobby Brown. So I think people are slowly coming back. All right, good? So did you have a production company? Is that how you got into the business. So I had a production company. I was a producer. Well, I was a producer and

then I started a small product company. Then maybe three years I started freelance producing for Hype Williams, and then a year later I became his executive producer and ended up running Big Dog Films. Wow, so I've been I've been in the game. I started from that side of it. Oh, so you was on Belly So I was the production company, Hype production company. I was the liaison between Artisan and Hype. How difficult was that? Because that was the area that

was the nineties nineties of money. It was a lot of money. We had so much money, million dollar, million dollars we are the yes was big and out of controlling and everybody was super young. So because it was a lot of fun, I think I credit Hype like he is a creative genius, and I credit him with showing me that you can dream and create anything. So what made you want to become a suit so to speak. I don't think I said, oh, I want to become

a suit. I think I did my company, we did the music videos, and then I was like wondering what was next. Then I really wanted to be uh to go into film. And a friend of mine and you guys, Jack Benson, was like, you should try TV. Why don't you come and try to produce for TV because the TV producers are at the top and films the director. So I did some freelancing with his company h and then I did some work with BT freelance producing for

probably about two years on different shows. I did the New Faces search that found Terrence and Rock Terrence, Roxy, Alicia, Rene Lamar and yeah, yeah, so that was one of my first freelance gigs. And then Stephen brought me in to produce the Five. You guys remember that show? Oh yeah, ray J was a host on that at sometimes and Alicia reeah. So that's how it started. And once I got to BT, I just luckily, I just grew in

my career and I was elevated at different points. So when became a sup by accident within midda sweet and twenty seventeen when you became interim president as because Stephen, Yeah, absolutely. Stephen's a great friend of mine, a very great friend, and we've been friends for over twenty years. So definitely bitter sweet, but we're still very close. When did they come and say, okay, you're it? They came five months later in September and said, okay, we want you to

do the gig. And I was ecstatic. So what are some of the first things you did? Well? Let it? So I went to LA because the whole original programming team is in LA. So I went there. That's where we do scripted and unscripted, and you kind of just have to go through everything that had been done to that point and kind of catch up almost because I was in the role I was over specials at that point.

I had done I had been a VP of original programming, but it was still three years ago, and just getting up to speed on what was going on and what things were in development, man, and just really trying to get a vision for what I wanted my legacy or what handprint I wanted to put on on the programming that I did. So the first year is a lot of cleanup and rearranging and trying to get like a clean slate. So I think last year was the first year that was entirely my slate and nothing was inherited,

and I'm very proud of it. I'm pressure. Is it being the new executive vice president being a black woman? Like? What is that pressure? Like? That's interesting? So lots of pressure, I think just with the job. It's not a lot of female pressure, but it's just the pressure to succeed in an environment where you know, less people are watching TV and really make a difference and get people back.

We saw Easter Race speech recently where she talks about being too humble all the time when she was accepting her award. Do you feel like, as a woman, you've tried to be sometimes too humble and not really celebrate your victories the way we could yes, yes, I definitely, yes, yes I am. I do suffer from that. But I think it's also like I've had a long career with lots of ups and downs, and I don't take anything

for granted. So I know, like this is today. Who knows what's going to happen tomorrow, So I just try to be grateful and that's where that humility comes from. But I'm trying to learn. I'm trying to learn to like, did I enjoy her speech? Because it's still too I do feel like as women sometimes be like, oh, you know, I just it wouldn't be possible. And it's true, you know, with the people that support us, but sometimes we downplay

our own achievements and things that we've done. Like even now, you'd be like, you know, I've had ups and downs and you never know, instead of being like, leg, I'm popping. I did this, I'm proud of this. I bought boomerang, And sometimes we have to really put it out there so people could know it and because they might not know, they got to know what's green lighting this stuff. Yes,

you're absolutely right, I am poppy. I did this show, but this show I green lit this show even getting the talent that you've gotten to work with, BEET the fifties or the Lena Waves like I mean, a lot of those are especially Lena at this point. Lena could be like, I'm not doing b ET. Yes, you know well, and it was great to have Lena come. Lena and Hallie executive boomerang and we always say, and I always say,

that BT is home. So at the end of the day, one of the things I did when I went it is really just sat down and talk to everybody, and you hear people out, You see what the pain points may have been, and then you really my job is to see what you want to do. I don't necessarily pitch, but we want to be in business with great talent and we want to bring great people to the network. So I think that cleansing was a big part of

the success that we're having today. And I think people at the end of the day want to come to BET. All right, we have more with Khannie Orlando President or b ET. When we come back, don't move. It's to Breakfast Club. Co morning. It's DJ Envy and Jela Gee, Charlomagne the guy. We are the Breakfast Club. We have a special guest in the building, Executive vice president of Programming from Beet Khannie Orlando Charlomagne. What are the paining

points for artists? I would my problem with artists a lot of times they think white ice is colder, so they don't value to BT award that they don't value black entertainment like this, So what would their paying points be. I think it's different. It's different for different people, Like because BT is home and BT's family. If you haven't experienced, that's a little rough, or you know, they take a personal personal and you know they shouldn't because I think BT.

You can't judge us just on the programming. We do a lot of things behind the scenes. We do a lot of empowering things. We're always in the community, Like we employ people who look like us, and that's important to us and it's part of our mission. But I just think if you had a bad experience ten years ago, like there's people that still hold on to that, you know, but I'm there to try to fix all that or at least be a voice where you can talk and

let's move past it. Do you ever get offended, like you call somebody to be at the awarding, like, oh, I'm not gonna be able to make you like but I saw you at their Grammys. I saw you. You can't come to BET, you know. I do ask myself those questions sometimes because I think at the end of the day, BT launched a lot of careers, yes, and

we're there at the beginning. We want to be there through the middle, and as you become a superstar, it's always great for you to come back, and I think it sends a message to the world, like when you don't come home but you see people other places. What about the BAT Hip Hop Awards that those going to be in Atlanta again. They're back in Atlanta. So we were in Miami the last two years. We're back in Atlanta. We're excited about that tape October fifth, What the BT

meaning you? Growing up, BT was my sanctuary. I'm an only child, so when I came home, like, I just wanted to watch BTW. It's where I got all the music, It's where I tried to learn to dance. It was

just something that felt so comfortable. And I think that's why like my career, like I've with Hype Williams, like I've always been at companies that were about us, like I'd love seeing us on television, and I think it's important, like when we do a lot of movies and TV shows, like the relatability, like when we did Boomerang to hear Lena tell her story, like when she watched the movie What That Did, it was first time she saw us

in these roles on television, Like those are moments. And then when I was going up, there were very few moments and BT was the only place that you could really hear music that you wanted to hear or see people that look like you. Yeah, I mean even what you did with the New Edition story and being Bobby Brown, like that's the new minute. When we grew up, they made us it was lu you know what I'm saying,

Like now that's not our history. That is our history, but we got a new history and it's like y'all are the only place that can tell it. Like who else is gonna do New Edition in Bobby Brown? Right? And I think the way we tell our stories, like you always learn something and we're thorough because we care so much about it. We're not going to give you a new Edition that doesn't have everything that it should happen. I feel like y'all should do that, like every two years,

tell a different story. Uptown Records, that's what needs to be told. I agree with you. Yes, yes, Uptown Records. It's coming. Absolutely, he said it's coming. It's coming, Okay, So that's happening already. Yep. We announced it in the upfront April in development, in development, we're excited really in development. Wait a minute, now, that's got to be a few months.

Any series ready to get all the people you got Mary j. Blide's Joe to see Heavy d I'll be shure, Christopher Williams, all the storylines like did he kim porton? I'll be shot in the office, Like oh man, now that's like that. That's like my top three record labels of all time. But not just recond label, just lifestyle. Yes, like that that new Jack Ara meant so much. Guy the nineties was a thug. People don't know that. Like, oh my god, so it's Diddy on board and everything

we're getting. Everybody. Andre is totally on. The story need to be told is he opened the door for so many people and artists and like, we are honored to tell this story and we're gonna do it right. And the Nipsey Hustle Humanitarian Award. Is that the award that Jesse Williams won before. Yes, got you Okay, I didn't really. I didn't know if that was a new award of that was it? Nope, it's the social Humanitarian We give it every year. That's something y'all knew you'll wanted to

do before he passed. Uh No, So we usually don't even think about it until like May, and then it had already unfortunately happened and it was no no choice. Who do you have accepted for him? The family? I think his mom Lauren Man teams summing that is the number one request we get, just because there's so many issues that kids aren't having addressed as them and for them, and it's different issues. Today is way crazier, way crazier.

I think if we were thinking about bringing it back, but I think it's something for digital because that's where kids are now. Yeah, but we're absolutely thinking about it because they don't have that platform to really discuss anything. Well. I like with BT doing and I'd like to jomp doing it for the past couple of years, and I don't why we're not supporting BT more. Well. I hope.

That's why I'm trying to get you up here for a little Yeah, but I sounds like Charlotte Mayne told me two years ago I should come up, and I am coming up, and now you're not gonna get rid of me. I'm gonna come up for every show. I'm going to tell you how I'm popping. We should do it? What's going on at me? So? How can people hit you up to pitch shows to you? No, I'm kidding, she said minute. I always wanted you up here because, um, the dope programming that y'all have on BT, and plus

you you're a black woman. I think that that's fly for people to see right now in this moment, like, oh, a black woman is running BT. Well, I appreciate that, and I would love I love for people to see a black woman and just doing BT T her T we have B to her like we're all about black women up there. So absolutely my absolute dream job. And I'm having a good time and hopefully everybody comes back the support and I appreciate like you guys have always

supported BT and I appreciate that. Thank you, Andy awards it this weekend. Yes, we'll all be funday you' all gonna be watching that. We've been giving all the spoilers as they come out. We have a lot of a lot of little knobs and Billy Ray Cyrus. It's gonna be their first TV look. Wow. Yeah, yep, that was announced. It's gonna be a big show and it's it's gonna bring you back to those moments that you that BT

Awards has been known for. You know what I wanted to ask you, was it tense for you having to deal with IRV Gotti and fifty cents in the space and then you know, fifty was tweeting everybody except Kanye Orlando and all of that. Well, I'm friends with both of them because I've known them both from back in the music video days. So it wasn't tense. It was just, you know, conversation between friends, and you know, both of them did the truth, so they stopped when when all

that was going on. That's it's all about that. Fifty was a good look for you though, because a lot of people do feel that way, like BT's up for Kanie Orlando, so they know your worth, you know your value. Yes, I know you were like damn man, I was trying to be behind the scenes. Now it's great and fifty is a great friend. So this Sunday with time, This Sunday, eight p m. Eastern Okay on BT ont it's gonna be a great show. Get out your socials. Make sure

All right, all right, there you go. Follow Kanie Orlando's he can win three tickets for the BT Award this weekend. Kannie, thank you for coming, Thank

you for having me, Thank you for having me. You guys to the Breakfast Club. It's about this is the rumor report. Angela Yee on the Breakfast Club. So Wendy Williams was at the Black Enterprise Forward conference in Charlotte, North Carolina, yesterday, and she talked about basically not knowing anything about her business and that's because her ex, her strange husband, Kevin and Hunter was the person that really took control of everything. And here was her advice in

the future. And so yeah, the difference of my business is that, you know, because it needs to be Calf and the ten and then Calf would bring me in until he knew, Okay, the deal's done. Now it's time for you to meet the people. Leave, not now. I want to be in on the first conversation of the deal, and I want to be on every meeting until the deal is done. And that's the way I will. That's right. Take back your power, Queen. I spoke to Wendy last week.

Actually I actually FaceTime with us. She says she's back, so you can tell us she back out here in these creatus. The truth to the matter is Kelvin. Kelvin wasn't great at business. It's just a lot of things fell in his lap because I mean, look at the product he had. When you got a product like Wendy Williams, you know, anybody can anybody can manage that. She's a great talent, you know, right, So now she's making sure that she knows everything from start to finish about her business.

I agree with that because a lot of times people get taken advantage of because they don't know what's going on. Correct, Like the way I do mine is I have a booking email and I see it and Pat season and we go through it so I could see everything that's happening, all the emails as they transpire. That way, there's never any confusion, right all right, Now, let's talk about Levion Belle. He's talking about the two women who allegedly still half a million dollars worth of stuff, and he had left

them naked in the bed earlier in the day. So they do have that nine one one audio TMZ Sports. I got that audio, and here's what he told them. Well, I had two girls in my house and I went to my daughter to do my normal routine to go work out. When I came back, they took my money, It took my jewelry. And she said that you know the girls who did this, I need to get their description. Are they what block or Hispanic? Okay? The one that looks more block, what was she wearing today? I mean

what I work she was in we okay? And the other one you said, she looked more Hispanic. And what was she seeing Boston wearing today? The rain works? So We don't know if he's gotten his stuff back yet or if they've caught in these suspects, but clearly he to them right all right now. Rihanna was on Late Night with Seth Seth Meyers and they were doing some day drinking and she was getting some advice from Seth Myers.

If I quit music, then what should I do? Oh? Well, I feel like you have a lot of lines of business right now, right yeah, but I mean other than that, Okay, you should be a pilot. She wants to be a pilot. You just want to be a pilot. At what age when I realized my greatest sucked? Okay, Rihanna as an airplane pilot, that'd be dope. I'm trying to figure out why the hell Rihanna did an interview with Seth Meyers because you don't see Rihanna do a lot of interviews,

So why Seth Meyers? I mean, and nothing wrong with Seth. I'm just saying why stuff. Maybe he pitched it really hard, like look, I'm trying to get you on here now. Seth Meyers also got some advice about his own pickup lines because his wife says that he's terrible, So check it out. Yeah, I feel free to ring this bell as soon as my pickup line is bad. This is me showing off how good my game is. Hey, he looked like a lady who was also underwhelmed by the

Amathron's finale. Excuse me, are he's a girl from a battleship Jesus Sorry, that's where I leave. Yeah, I'm agree with his wife. Oh it's kind of hard to, you know, have good pickup lines for somebody you already picked up. But he was trying. He was trying to my Rihanna. Yeah, those those are definitely wife pickup lines from a dad. Okay, those things you say to your wife just so she

laughs at you, like Ohren. And last but not least, you'll know Evelyn Lazada was on the show yesterday Basketball Wives, It's back on your TVs, and everybody was talking about her and Rob Kardashian. They had the exchange via Twitter and here's the information that she gave. But seems like Rob Kardashian could maybe shoot his shot now check it out. I think Rob is a nice guy. Um, I feel like he has potential for greatness. Okay, and I hope he really keeps kicking ass in the gym because I

think he's a nice looking man. So if he if he gets in the gym and he together, I'm going to David. Okay, Rob, Look you know his mom. I'm is dating younger. He could day older, you know what I mean. But you know, all right, well I'm Angela. Yeah, and that is your rumor report. All right, thank you, miss ye. Now, shou out to Revokee. We'll see you guys tomorrow, and shout out to everybody in New Orleans to man New Orleans. I'll see y'all on Sunday. We're

doing a real estate seminar. Shout to uptown Angela. I spoke to her yesterday on air, and people are excited. They want to learn about real estate. She's coming out. She's bringing a couple of people out just to teach people about real estate and where they could get started and how much they need to get started. And I'm bringing everybody to you guys, from the credit repair people to agents, to lending, to hard money lending, you name it, We're gonna bring him there. I also have Sidney Torres.

He's invested a lot in the city. He'll be joining us and my brother Larry Morrow, who's a promoter who owns a restaurant and a couple of properties. He'll be there as well. So I can't wait to see you guys in New Orleans this Sunday. And if you want more information, just hit me up on my link in my bio. Will get all the information about the seminars. All right, the People's Choice mixes up next, get your requested. Now it's the Breakfast Club. Good morning e j Envy

and jul Yee, Charlomagne the guy. We are the Breakfast Club. We got a special guest in the building. Yeah, welcome back. So so you know what that means. You know what I mean, mass show up every summer, you know, telling people to help me push the program. So excited I was just in Detroit. I just saw Detroit, Bruce, Yes, and they're so excited that you're kicking off the Big Three this time in Detroit. And you know, I love Detroit. You know Detroit is always giving love to me and

my projects, um and um. So you know last year we went to Detroit and you know, they showed out. Everybody filled up the arena, had a good time with the Big Three. Really enjoyed the whole event because it's like a mini All Star game, you know. So, um, we was like, yo, where's the best place to kick this season off? So first, uh, our first game Saturday, Saturday night, CBS eight o'clock is UH is in three games,

is in Detroit. Then the next day, one o'clock on Sunday in the afternoon, you know, we go to Indie, Indiana, and um, it's gonna be cool to see, you know, because that's a basketball mecha two correct, So just to see and show fans Big three basketball. Um, it's gonna be incredible. I need my folks out there support the league, you know what I mean. The league is taken off. So it's just it's just fun to be in this position.

These players need a rest day. Man. You got him in Detroit one day, and then after they got it was two different teams. No, no, no, no back to back, no back to back. You know, since we got twelve teams, were all the games used to happen on one day, correct, But now since we got twelve teams, we broke it up, and now it was a long day, you know what I mean. So we broke it up. So now we got three games in Detroit, in three games in Indiana.

Now I gotta ask you question, and I don't know if you'll be able to answer this as an impartial person, but which team, if you had to put your money on them, do you think is the best? Wow? I mean last time I did that, I got cursed out. I got cursed out. Crazy Power won the championship last year. And you know with our league, when you win the championship, that same team comes back. It's not like other leagues where you don't know who coming right, but right that

same team comes back. So I think they have an advantage just by playing together, playing together winning the chip. They know what it takes. And even though we got some good competition with the new teams coming in, they've never played in the Big Three, so it's gonna take a little learning curve for them. So I don't think Power Power last. The year before that was Trilogy Trilogy that he definitely cur I said a team was gonna win, and he when he got the chip, he came over

and cursed me out. Oh, I gotta give you a spoiler. This is a little gossipy, but Trina's out here. Yeah, Kenyan Martin's definitely mentioned on one of the songs on her album. Oh is that right? Oh wow? Yeah, they did have something yeah in the past. It's true album I ain't got nothing. I want to stay away from that. You know Kenyon, You know I love Kenyon because he's the first guy that ever signed with ever. You know. He so he got it as soon as you mentioned

it to him, he got it right away. Um, My partner Jeff Quantinus was right there. He uh was he you know, he talked to Kenyon and and and I talked to Kenyon. And we really we wasn't sure who was gonna sign. We weren't sure if people would even you know, um see the vision. And uh he was the first one, really And and I remember me and Jeff getting on the phone like that next day saying, damn, we we got a guy signed. This is this is gonna open the floodgates. This is gonna get other players

to realize, you know, let's do this. Let's try to to build something that ain't never been done before. And um, and you know, so I'm I'm I'm extremely grateful. Um. We got uh Jason Terry, Okay, we got Gilbert Arenas, yea, the same team. Yep, Gilbert Lamar on the same team, team called the Enemies. We got uh Joe Johnson, we got uh uh no Ryn our tests. He's actually uh, I think he's trying to coach. He's trying to either coach a college or something. Um, something I gotta do

with coaching. So you know, UM, what's cool about our league is, you know, we want guys to grow correct. You know, if opportunities come along. You know, I know Kendrick Perkins was gonna play, but he had an opportunity to uh to do e SPN and be an analyst all summer and make a lot, a lot of money. So you know, we blessed that Ai was a coach. Dad was like, yo, I got an opportunity, I got,

I got obligations. So you know, we we we want you to come to the Big Three and and win, not coming and and feel like you know, you're you're part of a league that's kind of holding you and you can't really do things. We want guys to make it back into the NBA if they can. Dan Davis is playing. Baron Davis is gonna play this year. He played last year. He got hurt he got injured after the third gag. So um, it's just incredible just to

have these guys come out and play. This year is gonna be bananas, you know on CBS, which is big. That's a big look for us. Now, you reached out to Kobe a couple of times. Has he ever responded? He says he's done playing basketball, okay, but everybody say that, yeah, you know, he may get the itch. You know, we have guys who haven't been in the NBA for ten fifteen years still out there. You know, like my mood, I'm due roof things like that, So he may get

the itch. Two years from now, three years from now, come here from now and want to play. And what's great is we'll be here. Well, it starts this weekend the twenty second, Detroit and then Indianapolis. If you want

more information, just hit the Big three dot com. I think behind the scenes if this is amazing too, because it's all these like you said, basketball greats, yes, and even the coaches and seeing all of that, like a behind the scenes not even just watching the game, but other things too, like on the road, what's happening before the game practice? Well, that's a great segue because we're just starting to show called all about the Big Three

premiers tomorrow. We gotta get the Big Three app and it's cool because you'll get a chance to, you know, learn a little more about the league. But for for people in Detroit and in Indianapolis this weekend, you gotta come out. I mean, seeing it on CBS is gonna be cool, But this is an event that you gotta be there because you never know when we're coming back. So if we somewhere near your town, come see the Big Three, it'd be one of the best basketball events

you ever attended. We'll be there in Brooklyn and July. Yeah right right. And fun fact that show was almost called the Big Three. Yeah you know you have to pay us. League was almost called the Breakfast Club. All right, it's the Breakfast Club. Mording morning. Everybody's DJ Envy Angela Yee Sholomne the guy. We are the Breakfast Club. You guys have a great weekend year. You're out in La right, Yes,

it's BT Awards weekend, so I'm out here. There's like an action packed schedule, so many activities for BT Awards weekends. He's like, this is going to be a really great year as well. So you going to Hollywood Unlocks brunch to accept our award? What is that? Sunday? Saturday? Are you going here? V yes, Shan tell me Sunday. Idn't tell you she did because I said Saturday, both day, y'all be there in Saturday. Why the hell are they have an award showed? Why would they have a brunch

to day of the award? I don't know you, Chad, Sunday, I can't tell you nothing like that's eleven am to four pm. I believe all right, I'm gonna swing through because I landed I think at ten thirty am. Shot to my girl Melissa for it. You definitely hit me up multiple times like you coming, You're coming. I just need to know. And I made a last minute trip out here, so yes, I'll be in LA for the day. I'll be there. I think like ten hours. I'm in

and out and then Sunday, New Orleans. So yeah, salute to Melissa Forwards, Luta, Jason Lee, everybody over at Hollywood Unlocked. We appreciate the award and also we gotta think a bunch of people that stopped to shout to Trina who came through today. Her new albums out right now. I'm sad Trina is the one that's the name of her album, So make sure y'all get that now, I'm sad. I'm miss treating. Me and Trina always have such great conversations. Man,

salute to Trina. Pray for her, you know what I'm saying. I pray that she's dating a nice black man and not a black boy who would be out here doing her dirty, cheating on her and things of that nature, because you know, black men don't cheat. Black boys can coachan f y'all. Yeah, she has a boyfriend now that she loves, but as you can hear from her music, she's had some experiences in the past with some f boys and sometimes that is difficult. And also shout out

to Connie Orlando from b ET. She stopped him today. Yes, I think this was Connie's first radio interview ever, And salute to Connie Man. Connie to me, Connie does a great job over at BT. I know people got a lot of negative things to say about BT, but BT really be putting a lot of dope programming on. We just gotta support it. And also ice Cube you he stopped through don't forget. The Big Three kicks off and Detroit this Saturday, so check that out here. Three of

the Big Three. So pretty amazing to see how it's evolved because we had Ice Cuba super early on when it first started. Que talk about celebrity deathmatch. It all no, okay, what's going on with it? I mean, it's on this way back, okay, Cuba an executive producer. He said, you too, I haven't said anything. You asking you, I said on you. I haven't said anything. I'm just asking. Hey, man, you know God is good. Okay, well leave it. So the positive note listen to. Positive note is simply this, man,

I want you to remember this this weekend. The only limits you have are the limits you believe you have. Breakfast Club, You're all finish for y'all dumps
