This is your week up, Hall Up the Breakfast Club to show you love to hate from the East to the West Coat d J L. Charlomagne, the really show on the planet. This is where I respect this show because this is a voice of society. James in the game. Guys are the coveted morning show. What y'all earn? Exacting the coach? Sure wake up in the morning and they want to hear that breakfast cub the world's most dangerous morning show. Come on you, I can't hear anything. I

thought it was just me. I'm I'm going to I'm like, I can't hear a thing. That's one finally kicking into where I can't hear nothing. Hello, Hi, I can't hear nothing. I can hear like I can hear us, but I can't hear like. All right, well, I pretend I can hear things. Nope, the rewind rewind What do you call that? When that happened? Do they take us out of Good

Morning You? As a yo yo yo yo yo yo yo yo yo yo yo yo yo yo yo yo yo yo yo yo yo yo yo yo yo yo yo yo yo yo yo yo yo yo yo yo yo yo yo yo yo yo yo yo, and dare I say good morning world because I know people hear us all around the world. That's right, piece to the planet. That's why I say piece to the planet, Piece to the planet. It's Thursday. Yes, good good morning, Angelie, good money, Charlomagne. I'm gonna tell you something I have been um thinking about,

something that I think Angelie can help me with. I was trying not to get excited about this. I was, you know, like purposely, purposely not trying to build anticipation up because I was very excited when this got announced last week. But it's very hard for me to contain my excitement. Now, what's up with this whole electronic album? It will be out if you're done. I've heard because you used to and his Ja Electronica. Yes, I sure did. And I actually was the one that called him to

meet jay Z okay, so that's how they met. It was a birthday party for Julie Greenwall that the Spotty Pig and U Jay Electronica was out with my brother for my brother's birthday, and I was like, you gotta come here at jay Z's here. He would love you. I got, I got, I got a high hope for this project, and I wanted to drop it. I wanted to drop during Black king Street Month. It's not I wanted to drop on Savior's Day, which Jesus, I want to.

I want to intro from the Honorable Minute to the Little Frakon and I want eighty percent production from just Bliss. But are y'all talking about the whole electronic album? Well, he already said specifically when he tweeted that it was coming out, that it's coming out in forty days. Yeah, he called, he called us. We called him the other day. Yeah, I called him. I talked to Day. Yeah, so we knew about this album about a couple of weeks ago.

But I wouldn't let us tell anybody, wouldn't. There's a lot of information that I could get, but I'm but I don't like doing that because he's such a private, you know person. But there's a lot of activities playing. There's an album release date already in March, and he did say in forty days it's coming out, so that's not a secret. Yeah, And as you can see, yes, jay Z is on much of the album. When I spoke to me the the other I tried to get a

record so bad. He was like, no vo, he addresses all the nonbelievers immediately in the first couple of bars, okay, and it sounds amazing okay, And I don't know what else can I say? Um, he already has some big things planned for the day that the album comes out. Okay. So I'm just telling you what motivates me. That's what

motivates me. And because on the way to work out listening to the Jail Electronica jay Z, we made a freestyle listening to Signy Shoot Signed Shiny Shoot Theory super very hard man with a pronounced that okay, but I was just vibing the jail Elex, So I wander I would I would rather drop during Black History Moro phone Savior's Day? Would Hey, you know, at least you'd get

in the project. We promise we wouldn't say anything. Remember the other day he was like, no, he's not going to drop the album, but I know it was done, so I couldn't say anythings. He tweeted it was done. Yeah, he said, oh yeah, but you said it wasn't that it was something that you said. I said, what does album done mean to jail Electronic? Still I still don't know what album done means. But here's the other thing

about it. Um, here's a cool story. The day that he met jay Z at the Spotted Pig, he gave jay Z he sent him a song, and jay Z sent back to Son the next day with a verse on it and the dream that song? Okay, the next day, when does that happen? All right, Well, let's get the show cracking. Oh, we got a good show for you today. I mean, we have a decent show for you every day, I think so anyway, but this morning we have Terrell Owens, ter ter Terrell. You're right, Terrell Owens not like being

called Terrell. And Matthew Hatchets that a host of the Get Your Popcorn Ready podcast? Correct, But you know Terrell Owens is a Hall of Fame NFL wide receiver. Yes, very interesting person. Yep, yep, yep. And we got front page news what we're talking about? Easy. Well, imagine the police get called on you because you will not move your seat in the classroom. This is exactly what happened at Ball State University. All right, we'll get into that

next keeping lock just to breakfast club. Good morning. That's crazy. I didn't know our cameraman had such an intimate relationship with his dog. He's in a bad move of his dog, his back to him. Yes, don't put him on the couch. Last your dog make you sleep on the couch. Oh my god, how did the dog tell you you're a pad boy? Poor little fits? All right, Fritz White, people are crazy, man, They're all right, let's get his news. When we started, we are going to start with China.

They are seeing two hundred and forty two coronavirus deaths, and they said there's nearly fifteen thousand new cases in one day. So that's a huge jump in cases in just one day. So they said, in addition to the new cases, those two hundred and forty two new deaths were also reported um yesterday, so it looks like it's a very serious thing in the United States. They also confirmed the fourteenth person who was now under quarantine in

California who has been infected by the virus. That patient has not been identified, but that person had returned from China on the State Department chartered flights. Why do people keep talking about this like it's something that's affecting America and I'm missing something? Well, the fourteen people here haven't affected. And then there's people that if you've traveled to China, you there's a chance that you could come and bring

it back and it can spread quickly. If you aren't diagnosed with it and you know you're not on the quarantine, other people can get it and it's stowing down a lot of business. It just feels very ebolish. Remember remember when everybody raised so much hell over Bowler, but it wasn't really a threat anything here. If if somebody has it in his head, it's very contagious and it's stowing down business too, like even this week in this All Star Game, and usually the Asian community is big in

the All Star World basketball world buying tickets. A lot of people they can't fly in, so there's you know, there's a lot of hotel rooms, there's a lot of tickets. If you were planning to go to All Star weekend, that was a great time to get a room because the rooms are super cheap. These people have to cancel those rooms. What about the coronavirus. But there's a lot of people can't fly in. If you're in time, you can't fly in. It's not there. He scout in Chicago.

No oh, okay, no, so really no threats what you're saying. But there's a threat. Fourteen people have it. It can go. But I'm just asking different cities. Okay, all right. Now, there is a professor at Ball State University who will not be able to teach the rest of the semester because this professor called the police on a black student who would not move his seat. Now, according to Sultan Benson,

he's a student. He came into the classroom, his usual seat was taken, so the professor, Shaheen Borna, said take that seat toward the back. He took that seat, but then another student left a half an hour into class, and the professor asked Sultan Benson to move on up. He was like, look, I've already unpacked my things, my computer is charging. I'm good. And the professor called the police on this student. Now here is what Sultan Benson had to say. Thirty minutes into class, a young lady

had to leave for some reason. We're unshowing the reason or what the reasoning was, but she sits directly in the front of the classroom. About five minutes after that, the professor asked me to move to that seat, mind you, I have my book back and everything already undone, my laptops plugged in, it's charging, and gave me the two options of you can move where I can call the police, gonna call the police. I was scared. I was gonna get shot, I was gonna get taste, get beat arrested.

All right. A lot of the students were also coming to his defense. They were filming the incident as well, and the professor has since apologized to the class. Apologized to Sultan Benson directly stating, as a professor at Ball State University, it is my responsibility to ensure that you and all of my students receive an excellent educational experience. I am sorry that my actions today did not contribute to that. It's amazing that before I even knew the

details of that story. As soon as I heard it in my mind, I hear guests what racing days, and I'm like, I bet you you was a young black man? All right? Well I'm angela ye, and that's your front page news, all right, Get it off your chest. Eighty five one oh five one. If you're upset, you need to vent. Phone lines are wide open here to something now, it's the Breakfast Club. Come on the Breakfast Club. Did

your time to get it off your chests? Whether you're mad or blast, So you better have the same minutes we want to hear from you on the breakfast Club. Hello, who's this? You're there? Your boy Kevin Man out of what's up? Broke it off your chests? Yeah? I need y'all here, I need y'a hep. So one of my girls sent you three years. I know she's listening right now for that. So I mentioned myself, but she didn't tell my hind it girls set in the Bad Boys movie.

She's already weren't one her girls or whatever. So I called myself going last night just you know, I think I've worked and want to go to the movies. And then put my walk in and I see my ex. So I'm like, you by yourself. That's a lie. You went with your ex to the movies and don't call. Don't tell us the same lie you told your girl. And what did you do after that? How is she looking? It's like, that's why I need she's looking far looking good? Dude,

I think she's stocking me. Man, How you talk? You know? So you was the movies by yourself. I just want to want to not just to go. I wanted to go out. And what did you do after that? Like a lot? Was she by herself? Also? She was definitely by herself? That's did you do after? Did you stay or did you leave? Stop it? I say you dum you sat next to her? What it is to say? I never told my girl there I got home as I feel like I cheated. Well, first of all, you did because you know your ex plan to go to

the movies together. Y'all sat next to each other. You guys made out. I don't I believe I believe that you met your X there. Bro, I don't believe that was coincidence. That's why do I tell my girl that I see ex? Or keep it? Are you gonna tell her you went to the movies with your ex? Do you go to the movies by yourself? A lot? As the question? Answer me that question for no. If it's not a regular habit, it's something that she knows that you do on the regular, She's not gonna believe you. BRO.

Might sound like you're lying right now. That's what guys say when they like I was I was a looking strong like and she's looking good. Did you keep in contact with her after that and hit her up and tell her I did not? I did not. When you're going to the movies again, stop it, stop it. I think you should tell her the truth. If it's you, better tell her yet of us. You definitely recognizes your voice. Yeah,

if it's the truth, if the truth. If it's the truth, and you really feel like you need to get that off your chest, that's what you need to be calling inventing to, not the breakfast club. Hello, who's this? Come on? And it's Mike, Mike, what's up? What are you calling from? I'm calling from Palm Beach County West. Palm Beach, Florida. Was something man, No, no, Charlomagne. Falm Beach, Florida is

the best place to be, without a doubt. The craziest people in America come from the Bronson all the Florida. I don't care how sunny that state is. No man, not from Palm Beach anyway, And I want to get off my chest. Man. I feel like you gotta talk more about your backstory and how you got to where

you are. I'll follow you on social media, and I feel like you do so many good things as a father and as a husband and a businessman that like people could really look up to you, especially somebody like me. So I feel like you didn't talk more about where you came from and how you got to the position that you're in now. He talks about being gay every day on this radio, every day on this radio, and talk what are you talking about? Gay? Salomate is definitely suspect.

But I talk about my story all the time. But don't worry this. There's there's a book that's coming soon that will talking about my story and how I grew up and how I got into this industry and how I got on the breakfast club and everything and all that is coming soon. But you could check out Revolt to the documentary on me and it kind of it kind of does. It tells the whole story if you so. If you go to YouTube and click revote DJ Mby, I'm sure to pop right up. So you better have something

really prepared for your significant other. If you're not getting away, you know, really doing some vacation for three four day weekend, something wrong with you. You ain't playing this out, You ain't think this through. Right, I'm heading out the All Star. I'm gonna be in Chalcea, South Carolina. And guess who I'm bringing with me? Your wife? Absolutely? Absolutely, you know what I want to do for Valentine's Day. But staying Okay, that's what I want to do. I don't even want

to go anywhere. I don't want to leave the house. All right, Well, enjoy your time staying in. Get it off your chest? Eight, don't get five eight five one on five one. Now we got rumors on the way. Yes. First of all, I just saw this story. One of my favorite books of all time, a young adult book from when I was growing up, is actually being made into a movie finally, and a lot of women will

be able to relate to this book. Also, let's talk about these xenophobic comments that Genie May and Jeezy got during fashion Week. What is xenophobic. What's that fear of people from other countries got you? All right? Get it off your chest? Eight hundred five eight five one on five one. If you need to vent hit us up now. It's the Breakfast Club. Go morning, the breakfast Club. Listen. Just oh gosh, GOSU report got angel and it's a

rule report Breakfast Club. Well on the real, Genie May was sharing some things that hurt her feelings that were during New York Fashion Week when her and Jeezy they took a lot of really fly pictures together the fashion shows. They were coordinated. So here's what she had to say. When Jeez and I were in fashion Week just recently and there were pictures posted I saw in the comments on other blogs a couple of times of like, don't be catching that corona, Jeezy, And that's so hurtful because

there are people that are actually dying this. So I just want to say, we know that misinformation coupled with fear leads to xenophobia, right, and xenophobia is a deep rooted spear against foreigners. So we just gotta do better and know that when it comes to yourself, educate yourself so that you don't give life too. I'm a great faith when that's ignorant of people. Because Jennie was born in Cali, She's she's Asian American, she wasn't born in

another country. There's just Joe can be hurtful. But I think I think they fly. I think Genie Mind and Geezy together fly. And she also said that she heard that there are schools that are considering quarantining Asian kids because they want to keep them everybody safe. How can you quarantine Why would you quarantine Asian kids if they were born here in America. The people that are really at the most risk of people that have tablets, the specific province of Buhan in China that have been exposed

to the virus. And that's really what the issue is. And then came back to the United States. If xenophobia is dislike a prejudice of people from other countries, dared not from other countries. Jenny mom was born here. I really dislike people who can't even hate right. You gotta get your hate right, Jesus, how about no hate gone. It's a lot of energy to do it, at least hate right. You can't just be out here yelling zenophobic statements. And it don't even make no sense from this country,

all right. R Kelly has reportedly been granted a bill hearing he could be released on bail after being behind bars for those text crime cases in Illinois. So if the judge does approve for reconsider for reconsideration to be released on bail, then it could happen. As you know. R Kelly's lawyer has said that he's not a flight risk because of his fame and that he did not actually fulee last time when he had a previous child

pornography case. They said he's never missed a single court date from two thousand and two to two thousand and eight on his previous case. So if he is granted bill, they did pro it was a judge put him under home confinement with an electronic monitoring device. DoD you have a home and go to h They took his place in Trump too. Yeah, I'm not sure if that was

his only home. You know, he had several, so maybe they're he definitely broke so right, So but remember last time somebody helped him out and she lost some money, right, Yeah, she's not getting that money back any time soon. Just pissed that money away she was really upset about that. All right, Now, Little Wayne has surpassed Elvis for the second most top forty hot one hundred hits of all time. So Elvis Presley has eighty one, now Little Wayne has eighty two. For hip hop? Damn it? Who do you

think it's never one? Who's number one? Drake? Yes, Drake has a one hundred dropping a clues bomb for hip hop baby Drake and Little Wayne worked on the list. Is Taylor Swift than Elton John, then Kanye, then Nicky then Eminem dropping a clues boon for hip hop baby Kanye and Nicky over and Eminem. All right, Now, as much as we love and admire some own vials, we never think about everything that she has to go through.

And she's doing an ad for a skincare line, and what she did in this ad and it's called sk two is a line she said. Let's talk about competition, specifically, the competition I didn't sign up for and feel like has become almost a daily challenge for me. And I do not think I'm the only one. In gymnastics, as in many other professions, there is a growing competition that has nothing to do with performance itself. I'm talking about beauty. I don't know why, but others feel as though they

can define your own beauty based on their standards. She says, I've learned to put on a strong front and let most of its slide. But I'd be lying if I told you that what people say about my arms, my legs, my body, of how I look like an address, leotard, bathing seit or even in casual pants hasn't gotten me

down at times. So she says, I am dumb competing versus beauty standards and the toxic culture of trolling when others feel as though their expectations are not met because nobody should tell you or I what beauties should or should looked like. That's crazy because her arms, legs and body is what gives her the ability to be some moan bile, So how could anybody ever hate on it? It's so powerful, But people will find any reason, as

we know all right now. I was excited when I heard this story, and I've talked about this book a lot, just me being an ambassador for the New York Public Library, having my own book club. This book has such an impact on me growing up, and that's Judy Bloom's book. Are you their God? It's me Margaret Roblom to goat Judy Bloom. People ask me all the time, who's my dream interview? That's the one person I would love to

interview Judy Goddamn Well. Chelsea Handler actually just sat down with her at the twenty twenty Makers Conference and here's what she revealed. Well, Margaret's gonna be the first one. Margaret's gonna be a book I must, I mean a movie, a movie. She is a book. She's gonna be a movie. I don't know, you know, is it gonna work? Is it gonna please you? I have no idea, but it's exciting, and I think after fifty years I was ready to let go. You know that book. When that can out,

It had a lot of people against it. They were saying that it was too sexual. They wanted to ban that book, and she said she wanted to show sexuality, responsibility, girls having a good time. She said, I didn't set out to do anything except tell stories as well as I could. I read all Judy Bloom books in elementary school because I grew up on the bookt program and my mom was an English teaching She would always tell me to read books that don't pertain to me. So

what pertains to me? You know, less than a book about young white girls. So I've read everything. Freckle Juice tells a fourth grade nothing. Are you there? God's mean Margaret Fudge Blubber, I'm super fudge double fudge fudge Bania. I've read them all, dropping a blue bomb for Judy Bloom. She's the goddamn gold Matthew, don't know what? Are you there? God's me Margaret about Do you know what it's about? Emmy? No, I do not. It's about a young girl who is

praying to get her period. M She was really into that book. I was I must, I must, I must increase bust. We must, we must increase our bust. It was like a little exercise they would do because they wanted their booths to get bigger. I got to introduce my daughter to Judie Blue. Did you do that with that? Did you do that exercise? Oh? Yeah, it's a great read. I'm gonna tell you something else. It shows you how culturally clueless Hollywood is, because how the hell you haven't

made any Judy Bloom books into a movie yet. Yeah, that's crazy. But I'm excited for that, Like, listen, that's how I really learned about my period. And there's a lot of things that she goes through as a young girl, Like she buys her first ever bro that was a big deal for her. She starts thinking about boys, YouTube, all of that. So it was like the first book I ever read that was about issues that girls had

to deal with. I am jealous of Chelsea Hanley. I want to Chelsea ever have to pay any money to um. Julie Bloom When she named her book are You There God? Vodka? Are you there vodka as me Chelsea or something like that, it was are you there God? Maybe I think it's are you there? Remembers to pay Judy any money for that? Anyway? All right, well, I wanted a year and that is your rumor. Yes, are you there vodka? It's me Chelsea. I must, I must working envy you already got. You've

been at them happening. Put you up for nine years. I think they're going to nowhere. Do not have ties? By the way, I need to get the surgery dotting all that money on your hand, Yeah, don't bode him sitting up? What time is your period? Like a little side bull, a little d from that guard is sticking up. Get onto my god, come on that report. Let's move on. So when do you kich your period every three months? I hate this show. Front page is what we're talking about. You.

We are going to talk about two former Ohio State football players. They are former players. Now will tell you what they've been charged with. All right, we'll get into that next. Keeping locked. This is the breakfast club. Go baj mvy angela yee, Charlomagne the guy. We are the breakfast club. Let's get in some front page news. What we saw you. Well, let's start with two former Ohio State football players who are now being charged with rape and kidnapping twenty one year olds, a Mayor Reup and

Jessin Went. They were arrested Tuesday night. They were taken to jail and they said these alleged crimes happened on February fourth. It started off with consensual sex. It was a Mary Up who was having contextual sex with her, but she decided she did not want to continue. And that's when Wint entered the room and Reap asked her if Wint could join, and that's the point that she said rep grabbed her by the neck and forced her to have sex pint her in place while went forced

oral sex on her. They said. After both parties ended, they forced her to give her name and say that the sex was consensual on a video recording. They also forced her to take a shower allegedly before driving her back to her residence, and you could see that she was crying on the video and all of that. So now his attorney is saying that the charges are outrageously false and he shouldn't be in jail. He's wrongly accused.

They planned to prove that, they said, when all the circumstances attended to this case are examined objectively, fairly and in the light of day, not in a one sided Gee, here's the arrest weren't proceeding. People are going to understand that she's without any credibility whatsoever. So that's what's happening in right now. The Ohio State University, it's on US

chapter issue the statements. Our organization condemns the behavior and conduct of the two players involved with these serious allegations. Our university is failing to dismantle rape culture in its athletics department and often abuse is hidden and protected by those in power, So we will keep you updated on what's going on with their case. All right now, donors are leaving Joe Biden after Ayowa and New Hampshire results.

A lot of people are preparing to jump ship and throw their money behind somebody else, even though right now his campaign is doing new ads on social media saying this is only getting started. Yeah, And according to some insider, as an advisor for Biden to a political this is horrendous. We're all scared. I think we're going to make it to South Carolina. I know we're supposed to say we're going to and we're going to win, But I just

don't know thissen. Biden sucks at running for president. This is just time and he's really not good at this. And I often I just want black voters, especially to ask themselves one question, Why are you voting for? Why are the two people who have the most racist legislation at the top of the ticket for when when it comes to black voters, why do they Why are they

getting y'all support so much? Why is Biden and Bloomberg getting your support so much when they implemented things like the stopping frist policy in the ninety four Crime Bill and the eighty six crack laws. How can you just trust these people now to say here, here's my vote. What if they've done to get that guard of that trust? All right, well, I'm Angela yee and that is your rumor report. All right then, I mean page news, let

me report. We know what man. Now, when we come back to and Matthew Hatcher will be joining us at a host of Get Your Popcorn Ready podcast, And when we say t o, we mean Terrell Owens. That's right, Terrell Owen's a week Hall of Famer, NFL Hall of Famer, So don't move. It's to Breakfast Club. Good morning, the Breakfast Club Morning. Everybody is TJ mv Angela ye, Charlemagne the guy. We are the Breakfast Club. We got some

special guests in the building. Indeed, Terrell Owens and Matthew hat you welcome Harold manet Man Media Butcher and say t all the year. That's why Terrell Owens, Terrell terroll. But but your first five six years, you didn't mind them mentioning your name. You didn't say nothing. You didn't say nothing. Then you got big. You wanted to be like, yo, no my name no, no, no mom name, my mama named me Terrell Owens. I've never gone by Terrell. Okay, so you're just like the rest of it. Wow, thank you.

No journalist here. Y'all got a podcast called to Get Your Popcorn Ready podcast Get Your Popcorn Ready, not get your but get your popcast. I was gonna ask a dumb question, why do y'all doing the podcast together? But I can already tell that debate all day, all day. What did you guys think of the XFL Oh? I thought I thought it was a great first week. Um now it's gonna you know, can they have that longevity?

Do you think you support it? Yeah? Yeah, I mean I'm always going to support, especially guys that are trying to expand their careers or trying to get to that next level, trying to get into the NFL. But I think they're doing a disservice not having some marquee names on that platform right now. You think about the Colin Kaepernicks and guys like that that could officely. I think Push the League Forward wanted too much of money. I think they should have gave cap some equity in the

actual league too. Yeah. If it's something they need to start, they need somebody with fans can go to it, say, I want to see this person play this as Colin? Who could you see as a marquee player that they could bring in? Throw on? It looks like you still got it away in. They want to pay me? How much you Okay, how much you want? That's the five thousand right now? Huh, that's the average. Some people get

paid more than that five season. Just what you ain't go do talking somebody that had six touchdowns eight years? That's all right? I got one left me. I got How do y'all know each other? We skipped over that part? How did this happen? Oh? Man? We like twenty years ago. He was the Vikings and he was forty nine, and I was doing um, like a celebrity basketball game weekend. And I remember we met at the airport just randomly. He was going somewhere. I was going somewhere. What's up? Hey?

They called me Terrell on a real name. I was like, forget him. Yeah, we saw each other just walking out. What do you think of them when you first met him? Honestly, well, we at the time we had the top receiving corps in the league right, and the forty nine ers thought they had the time that you had Randy Master, Chris, Chris car Randy myself, and Jake read his version of the Big Three. He included himself absolutely, it was Jake Read,

Chris Carter, and Randy Moss. So actually the Big four actually, and they had JJ Stokes, him and Jerry Rice. But when we were to when when Vike has played the forty nine ers, I would always have a good game. And he was over there, Hey, Hash, I like that dude, that's my guy, you know what. And I was like, I appreciate the support. And so we got you. What did you think about him when you met him? What was your first Is he a cool dude? Or he's quiet?

People like said, now he the camera zone and microphones in his face, so now you go see the you know, lit up a little bit. But he's really quiet. He won't be doing nothing. He'd just be walking around New York two o'clock in the morning, not saying nothing. When are you walking around New up too oclock the morning? Yeah, and the morning in the sulass say when the cameras

come on, you're a different person. Turns up. He turns up that that's honestly how it was when I was when I was younger and then the lights came on. That was kind of like when I was at my best. That's interesting because you had a whole reality show too for a couple of seasons. Lo and Kida. Are you still cool with them? No? He and I'm sure he will vout for me. I don't know what happened. That's that's the family fu if you will. But yeah, reconcile that.

When your mom tells you about certain people, those two were one of the people. She's like, watch out for them. Nothing that could be reconciled. Man, I moved on. That's been like ten and almost ten years ago. Cast You Can't Grow On. You was a millionaire? Matter about that? Did y'all y'all need the money at the time we got the reality show, you need the money Around the time that the reality show phase was was popping was popping, and so then was it worth a due? Did they

pay a lot? Was like, yeah, that was cool. I mean I understood the xtfla a lot about the business behind the scene, understanding executive producer credit and you're being on camera, so you were getting like two checks. He was a million dollar match making. How do you do? Yeah, that's a horrible, horrible story. Let's move on football. You were a millionaire. You know, it's it's it's it's TV

because everything is fake, you know what I'm saying. So he just put you in the room with a bunch of you know, girls, and like you're supposed to pick one, but um, the pad seemed too bad. If you're single, it was cool, but it's still they're not really available. He still didn't work. You didn't get lucky, You ain't hitting. It didn't work. It didn't work. Did you have sex with anybody on the show? You know what? I did? Not? Okay?

And I can I think if I can remember, if I can remember, is it weird that a woman, by the way, I'm the good excuse when you're in a relationship to get everything? Do they really have classes and felt like where they teach you about women when you

first get in the league. Not classes, We'll have like seminars, like we used to do this thing called the Rookie Symposium, um, and they would come in and discuss all these things you're supposed to do, you know, high spool to handle your money high supposed to handle female domestic violence, to show your video to Darren Shopper and say this is not what you want to do. That was That was an example during that time. Absolutely absolutely how did the

podcast come together? It was my idea. It was my no look, no, look, your idea was just guess he wanted a podcast with himself Shocker Shocker for a show for like two years prior, and so it didn't work out. And then because it was by himself, No, it has nothing to do with it. I was with that situation didn't dissolve. So yeah, so uh he was. We got to talking about doing a podcast, and so he was like,

you know, what do you think about him? Like, yes, I've been working on it anyway, trying to get one anyway. So I'm like we have a great dynamic and so been friends for years and so then I was like, okay, cool, it's somebody so that would be my idea with right, just with or what have you. So I'm like, all right, cool, let's let's let's see what we can do. So White let his name go first, and if it was yours, that's what I said. I was like, my name should

be first. I got a day. I got about thirteen fans out there, and they loyal or you have to be honest. Right, If you see the podcast and you see Terrell Loans and Matvy Hatching, it's called get your Popcorn, Ready, you know you're gonna thank you to the podcast because of the whole popcorn, right, And and I and I and I tried for I tried for weeks to think of a different name, and I couldn't think of one better. So I had to. I did have to give him

that name and say, yeah, get your popcorn. Be humble about things, right, Yeah, yeah, I think it's a good look for me. Yeah. When the last time you've been humbled about something? Till I've always been my My humbleness has been manageable. What I'd like to expound on that I've always been humble. I guess if you're asking, I guess it's based on perception. I guess my confidence has been grossly misconstrued as being arrogant. All Right, we got more with t O and Matthew Hatchet when we come back,

don't move. It's the Breakfast Club, Good Morning Putting. Everybody is DJ Envy Angela yee, Charlemagne, the guy we all the Breakfast club was still kicking in with Terrell Owens and Matthew Hatchet. Charlemagne, how do you think your ego helped and hurt you in the league? Till Well, if you don't know me, then of course you're not gonna know how to perceive me. The narrative was that I was a bad teammate, locker room problems, things of that nature.

But my defense was no players have ever come out and said that I was that that the media had put out there. I had coaches, you know, that were served as like father figures, like big brothers to me. They would pull me to the side and they would let me know if I was doing something wrong. Every stuff that I've made, I've had those coaches that pulled me to the side. I'm like, yo, you're not doing

anything wrong. And these were black coaches that they knew what was going in those locker rooms regardless of what was being reported about me. So that gave me confidence to still be who I was, be out spoken, and when I was in press conferences or what have you, post game or whatever, if they asked me, you know what happened during the course of the game. But my

feelings about the game. I gave you the real you had to hurt and the lady is though right like when you were still in shape, clearly you could still play, but they didn't. Clearly they didn't want you in the league anymore. So, so maybe that's negative negativity sales. Now, I think with the pat social media platforms that you know we have now, I think I could have dispelled

some of the some of those things. Um, I would do an interview with somebody like a Dion Centers or Andrew Kramer for like an hour and a half, but then they would break through that those hour and a half down to like five ten minutes, right, and then you have a panel of guys that are critiquing that little sound bite. So it compounded and made me look

even worse. And I've been a lot of places with Tea and of that those negative things that are on the on ESPN or Fox whatever she comes from a personal basis on Shannon and Skip Show and something that like Skip has been like you, right, he's been the cover because he was a writer beat writer in San Francisco around the time. And so again he used me to kind of I guess put himself in the forefront. I guess to be who he is, catapot his career right right, And so all the things that he said

about me, they're not factual. Did you have a press skip like I know you see the TV sit down, but kept skip out and about and like no, no, And I've never seen really, I've never really seen him outside of the studio. What would you do? What would you do? But what you're gonna do? Not what to do? I'm asking you about that dude and you see him. I'm not about that life and which beat? No. I mean I sometimes you know they say kill people with kindness,

was like killing with blindness. I just I like that. I just like, I don't see it. You really don't. No, not really. But I said, I've gone on the show because I'm confident who I am and what I've done in my character. And so again over these years, like I said, I think he's done to the service for who he is as a journalist to create false narratives and things about me. He think he personally attacks you, Oh, no, no doubt for sure. I mean the whole TiO obliterator

thing that's not in the other. I even obliterator Yea on the show. And again, you know, he said that was an issue in Dallas, and I've been removed from every stop. That's not the other. But I went on the show with facts. He said that was an issue. My character was an issue when I left Dallas. I went on that show. When you get released from a team, they the team filed as to why they let you go. So there's a number of boxes they could have checked.

If it was conduct detrimental to the team, they could have a box. But you know what box that was checked as to why they released me. It was performance based too slow. And I don't even know how that was because I was a leading receiver. I was a leading receiver. Man, you don't even know. That's the only money. Hey, you know you don't ground you money. You're gonna take you to the roof joint too. One time. I will

I will mop this young boy up. Man. Now, listen, we do have Antonio Brown coming up here, right, he'll be here I think like sometime, oh tomorrow, man, flight talk with him and then what time he's supposed to be here nine in the morning, nine to check that flight. Do you think about what Roger had to say about, you know, wanting to help him out in the league, and I don't know what did he say. He said he said that they want to make sure they help him.

I think they're talking about him personally. It seems like it's bigger than football. They're talking about his personal life. So they just want to make sure he doesn't literally, like you know, do something to himself. Now, you guys been in the league for a long time. Way, I wanted to ask you what your conversation was like though with with um. I went over there as a friend, even with the video that went out, Like I said, we've had this discussion. UM My thing is, you know,

he's a he's a father, he's a dad. I didn't like, you know, the way he was using the language in front of these kids. Don't the other whatever situations that he had in regards to the police, his girlfriend or wife, whatever the case may be. Hammle that outside of the video camera, you know what I mean. I didn't have a father growing up. He didn't have one going up, So we have a responsibility to be be better than what our fathers were to us talking about kids. You

guys been in the league a long time. We talked about CT a little bit earlier. Would you allow your kids to play football? Yeah, I mean I think they're trying to do whatever they can to make the game safer. Um, I'm not sure I'm gonna really push my kids to play anything. Um, if they wanted to play sports, football

or what have you, then I'm all for it everything. Right, I'm not sure yet because again I don't have kids yet, so I know, right, you know, I buy every condom that he has never bought because he got he got twenty five kids. That's how I look at that. I love my kids. Don't let the kid you don't know if you let I'm not sure, yeah, because it's like you know, when your kids like nine or ten, that's

when you kind of let him play. And if he's the hammer, he's out there hitting everybody, getting up saying I love it, Like, then you let that kid play. But if he's that kid that's kind of whining about it and you know, crying and I got to hurt shoulder, a bloody nose, and I say, don't let that kid play. If he's the hammer, let him play. If he's a nail, don't let him play. Yeah, if they got the passion for it, the drive for it, then yeah, I mean why prevent or you know, a kid from wanting to

achieve their dreams? You know what I mean? CTE The injuries is what you know, a lot of pairs that that's part of the game. That's always going to be something some recourse to it to any sport that you that you play, so has Let's start with you, what do you think of this whole Aaron Hernandez situation. I think the Florida Gators, the NFL, the NCAA, they all knew what was going on with him, and when you're that good, they do what they have to do to

keep things quiet. You think the NFL will have a star player because we don't have a lot of openly gay NFL players. You think that's something that's going to happen sometimes soon. Well, what was the guy Michael sam yea? Every time not a lot he could play and they got rid of him real quick. Every time somebody comes out and openly you know, expresses themselves or you know, want to come out the closet and be brave, they're jobless. Yep, did either of that either? Y'all have players in the

locker room that y'all knew. I've never I've never known one. I've never been in a situation where I even even suspected it. So your advice would be staying in the closet if you're in the NFL. Yeah, if you're trying to really have an NFL career, Like otherwise, your point are really coming out if you want to be an advocate for the LB LGBT community. Matthews like, just go do that again. That Michael Sam scenario. A couple of years back, when I think when did he get draft?

Did he get drafted? He got the seventh round, but he was out of the league so quick. It doesn't help. Was he really good though? He was good enough, But they really treat anyone who doesn't fit that criteria and they get him out the league. Because if you really look at it, the Teo scenario, the Michael Sam scenario, not in that scenario, I've got your topic, okay, and the and the Tim Tebow scenario, it's really all the same. They're three way different type of sligion, religion, sex, and

a bad character. But they get him more a bad character attitude, not until they do something like if you see bad character like like he had when first, I've never really done anything. Well, let's let's say if he would have did that when he was in his first or second year, he would have never made it for fifteen years. That you have to perform first, You see

what I'm saying. So again those whole scenarios like you don't get to perform unless you're like that good that early and then we're gonna give you some leeway later on. But the Michael sam never got there, So question that could be like kind of Colin Kapin situation. Right, dude, do not move the needle in the negative direction else we will get riady. All right, keep a lock. We got more with t O and Matthew Hatchet when we come back. Is the Breakfast Club? Good morning, Tony. Everybody

is DJ Envy Angela, Yee, Charlomagne the guy. We all the Breakfast Club were still kicking it with Terrell Owens and Matthew Hatchet to t O. Now, Colin Kapney, did you see his workout? What do you think? Do you think he deserves to be in the league after watching this workout? Yes, after the workout, had not that had nothing to do with it. That had nothing to do with it. To me, he should he should have been

there three years ago. But at the same time, Cap did pass up contracts that were on the table because he wanted more money. So that's on him. But he wanted fair value for what he says, it's fair because on his production, look at the goal that you know that you can compare him to. You can't compare him nobody. Okay, why not because his numbers and his Super bowls Let's say because he didn't have Right, you're only as good

as your last game. So again, if you compare his stats to when he left the game versus the guys that are playing them, that's who they're gonna They wanted to pay him like a backup. Right, what is was he passing up contract? Because I've heard definitely true just about three four years ago. What is the number? What numbers was it that he was passing up? Nobody? Nobody, I don't know, but I heard it was market value,

That's all I'm saying. But but what you're saying is he should have been getting paid like the top twenty guys. That's what he hears. I didn't think he was a top twenty guy. I thought he could play. I thought he should be in the NFL for sure. He could be battling for a starting position. And you you treated the same way when you're a free agent and somebody's like, okay, you can come here and you can compete for a job. Some players don't want to hear that. Some people want

to hear I'm the starter. And like I said, maybe I don't know, maybe that's what he wanted to hear, but he didn't want to hear you have to compete for this job. And then if he don't want to go through a Mello went through where Mellow went through a team and had to play as a star for the position there you got. But he did, and but he did it. Now he's back playing. But you have to go through that process. We're not just gonna give it to you, especially black athletes, they don't just give

it to you, especially in the NFL. Like there's a bunch of five ten, one hundred and eighty pound white quarterbacks that are third string guys. They keep around for four or five, sometimes six seven years in the NFL. He'll never hear here about them. But they're not moving the needle. If you're not, if you're moving the needle, you better be good. Dang, you're great, And that's what the NFL guys those backup. But he can't get paid like a third year guy or the third third string.

That's would you just say he wanted more money, We're gonna pay you like a third or second string. Nobody knows you're It's like a backup quarterback gets paid, gets paid four million dollars a year, but he wants ten. I think he's worth that, but you're not the GM or the owners, right, But I'm not paying. It doesn't matter, It doesn't matter if that's not the point that I'm making.

I'm saying that he's worth that. So if he turned to you, not to thirty two other teams, poor a guy that's not comparable to his talent, then yeah, of course you're gonna say that. Damn wait, I wasn't. I can't pay you now based off your best year. Thank you. You're not getting paid today for yesterday's game. Look, I'm a Cowboys fan, used to play for the Cowboys. What do you think the problem with the Cowboys? Well, they

got rid of that. They just got rid of him right that you got your man got rid of him. That's another one of his boys. I think this is this is this is a year that they progress. Do you think Tony Romo was a better quarterback or announcer? Announcer? Wow? And I think because of how being a quarterback, that's your quarterback though, Yeah, well you cried, you cried, you open up your heart and open again. Just but he's better at announcing. This is almost like film study for this.

But he's basically articulating into the world kind of what he sees through his eyes. Related especially after when you did cry and everything that he had me touching to him right right. I mean he never said anything about it really, but that was just me like I would have seen Flowers tried for mcg thing about me. Like I said, I know I was a good teammate regardless of what the media has said and what's out there. Like I said, I've done a number of great things

for my teammates. I was the ultimate consummate program magic question. Does Teo take personal accountability for anything he does? Uh? Yeah, yeah, a lot of it, not not all the time. He always tried to know I could I have some things differently a better during the course of my career, absolutely, but that that comes with with with maturation, the maturation process. Um. I've never never felt like I didn't take accountability for anything.

But if somebody's given false information about me, then I'm going to defend myself to the empt degree. Nash, he's been talking, you know, you've been saying about how you things to say inappropriate. I'm glad you said that because even you know, like I said, there's there's some inaccuracies, not factual stuff that even Skip said. I heard in exchange a couple of weeks ago he had with with Shannon, you know, saying that McNabb, you know, challenged me to

a fight and I backed down. He said. He said, Jason went and challenged me to a fight and I back down. Neither one sound like a punk. I don't want this problem. When I got in the scuffle with Hugh Douglas, that was a real story. That was. I went into that locker room after that and I saw Donoman there and he knew what had just happened. And I asked him, and you said the same thing. You want a piece of me, old man? No, And I I said, if you want some of this. You can

get some of it too. You put your hand on who Douglas. Yeah, I was in the training room. I was getting treatment or what have you. And I was in the hydroworts pool. The door was cracked and he was yelling through the door or from the outside, and I heard him and he was like, yeah, some people in here faking injuries. It's not in the other you know. I found it disrespectful. So I got up out of the water, you know, A dressed the situation. We got in a little scuffle. It's not o. There wasn't really

any blows thrown. But like I said, I handled my own. He fought you, Douglas, and you wudn't challenge Dona and napped to a duel and m and Jonavan McNabb said no, Just to be clear, he didn't want oh he didn't. He didn't want none, to trust me. You can see how that could be misconstrued, like you can be disruptive in the locker room, but what about you didn't say nothing about he's the one that started. Yeah, I'm gonna say something. I'm always rooting for everybody black, you and

Jason Whitten. I might have to go to Jason Witten in the fight, Well, I mean you can go with that. What's you think? Man? He has this thing. It's a different level of strength. He's got like that old country strength. The bar he barely go do it, but he's like that old country boy strength, or like when he has to do something, he's got to lift the car like god. Yeah, he's one of those dudes. That's the thing. Jason win and I we there's never been any any beef anyway.

Did you like anybody in the Cowboys locker room. No, those scuffles know nothing. He almost got into it with their receiver coach Todd Haiten, shoving, pushing. No, we just got in. No, they ain't never gon hands on. He would never put hands on, never do that. I'm never gonna disrespect anybody less they put their hands on me.

But let me let me ask you this as a table, right, if if just your your eyeballs right, you see a white dude and a black dude fighting in the street and a cop comes up, they're both two feet away. If cop comes up, who's the cop going to stop first? Black? Yeah? That was just him. You see what I'm saying. It had nothing to do. Nobody even knows all these situations looked suspicious. I just want to throw that up your cyclasses. Man. My future is right, man, I'm here to breakfast clubs.

I mean, this is an honor for me, to be honest. And one thing you both can agree on is that Ta should have been one of the NFL's all time one hundred, right. We I kind of like that he knocked it, wow, because now we're all, guy, we're on the same level, though we both didn't make it. What about top ten wide receivers? Should you should have made that? Oh? He definitely should have made that. Yeah, yeah, I mean

it's not even closer. I've been like, these are the things that I've been forced to kind of digest throughout the course of my career. Like I said, I wasn't looked upon to be like the next Jerry Rice. Honestly, I never had any ambition, never thought I would play beyond the collegiate level. I didn't even really watch football

growing up. I didn't really know who Jerry Wish was to like my junior year, and I hate that so because I'm such a football guy and I wanted all that, and you're the guy who says he didn't want all that and he got it. I want to choke him out right now right, I gotta subscribe to this podcast breaks this team up and today went hat all right, Matthew have to We appreciate you guys for Joel, thanks

for having us. Guy. We appreciate it, man, hashtrack GPR. Yeah, this is this has been an it man, it's been great. It's the breakfast Club. Good morning. Turn the mic on that wait too much instrumental. You could have been talking over that instrumental. You remember that so you didn't see You didn't grow up on the radio. We grew up on No, he didn't. Back in the day, we had to talk over those instruments. All right, morning, everybody is DJ Envy, Angela Yee, Sharlomagne the guy. We are the

breakfast Club. Let's get to the rum as. Let's talk Snoop. This is the rum of Report with Angela Breakfast Club. Listen well. Snoop has apologized to gil Kim after calling her a funky doghead bitch. He now has had a change of Hearty said he had to talk with his mama. He said, thank you, mama. Two wrongs don't make it right time to heal at gil King, Peace and love praying for you and your family as well as Vanessa

and the kids. Here's what he said, gil King, I probably tore you down by coming at you in the debolatory matter based off of emotions, me being angry and questions that you asked. I should have handled it way different than that. I was raised way better than that. So I would like to apologize to you, probably for the language that I use and calling you out of your name and just being disrespectful. Anytime you mess up. It's okay to fix it. It's okay the man I've

to say that you want, I apologize. Hopefully we can sit down and talk. Nothing wrong with that. I understand why Snoop was mad. I understand why he was angry. And you can't tell someone how to react, but you can't tell somebody if they went too far. And you can't tell a sixty five year a woman that you may come get her. Okay. We always see every action is a reaction. And you know Stoop said his mom called him. His mom checked him. Sometimes when your mama

call you, I would listen. I would like to know how old shops mom, because my mom is sixty seven. Hold your mom, she's should be seventy five to hold your mom. My mom is sixty five, That's what I'm saying. So she's girl King's age. So can you imagine somebody repeatedly calling her dog faceb like? So? So yes, I can. I have no problem with somebody having a problem with somebody checking them, but I just don't like that verbiage.

I will say too. I think in that apology, Snoop should have encouraged miss Gail King to apologize for being insensitive to the family of Kobe Bryant if she feels like she should, because I know Snoop feels that way. So in apologizing to her, he should have, you know, asked her to apology. They can have their sit down behind the scene. He ever heard from Gail since the incident? Correct, Well, yeah, she put out a I G video. She's been on

TV this week, right, she she's been working with this morning? Okay, Gil King? All right, now, Timberland has had a discussion about his oipioid addiction. He was on Aramon Hall and he was discussing how bad it wasn't how many pills he was taking. I want to glorify it, but it feels amazing. It makes you feel Some people for me and may feel like a superhero. How many Well, viking and that was too weak for me. At one point

I was like, I need something stronger. So I went to oxy cotton and I was taking one hundred and eighty a day milligrams eighty milligrams milligrams, that's two pills. But I was taking it like four times a day. Viking In is strong, okay, but for me for the whole day. I could take one time for a root canel and it hurt my stomach so bad I threw up and I couldn't. I could never tell you. Well, I got into a car wreck back in the day and I was taking oxy and I think viking In

for my back. Those are the painkillers, right. Yes, I loved him. I'm gona be honest with you. I could totally see ill somebody can get addicted to him. I was having this conversation with Andrew Martinege yesterday just about you know how good that stuff is? It is? It really is not for me. Yeah, when I got all, I got off four my wisdom teeth pulled at once and I took Viking, and I took that. I probably only took it once because it was so powerful. I

don't like feeling not in control. You smoke. You took mushrooms before, Yeah, but that's different. First of all, shrooms were off way quicker than and they're natural. They're from the earth. Yeah, they're natural. They're just poisonous and your body's fighting off the poison. I never took amout of she tried it, no, um, So it was different. And it was also very like enlightening. I don't feel like oil aids were enlightening for me. It just made me feel out of it. I would even give it to

my daughter. My daughter had her wisdom teeth taken out, I would not nod. Yeah, I mean I would not. It's strong. I wouldn't give it to that. I was on them for a good month. It's gracious, bro, Even after the pays decided, I was on them for a good month. I can totally see why y'all are into a graze. Addition to that, he talks about how he did get clean. Was there ever a direct intervention God came to me. I don't think a name, a big,

a human being could come to me. Is that what people mean when they say you have to want it yourself. I think it's part ego and you don't want to admit that you have a problem. My mom kept telling me she kept having dream because my mom praise and she's like, God keeps showing me you're facing white, and I'm like, I got it, I got it. But then it's God's kept tapping me, like you're gonna be out of here in a minute. But how do you get

over yours? I just stopped. Did you have an addictive I think Tim was on it for a long time, it for a month. I'm sure there's some addictiveness to it. I don't remember. I was a kid, and there's different ways you can actually kick it. I had to go through this with somebody, and you can actually there's a weekend program that you can do. And that's the hardest thing when you quit cold turkey, if you're really addicted, because it's real, like shakes say all of that. I

was addicted. I just liked it. Okay. It's a difference, yes, all right, I'm a know there is. There's a difference between just liking somebody just like it too. Though he

was addicted sleuthor Tiblin. No for telling this story, man, because you know, when you tell your story and that helps people to tell the and it might be people that's sprung out on the drugs now issues to step here, all right, because real quick, that's one thing these kids don't realize, like you know, they always when somebody died, they're like, don't about to stop taking these pills. And that's not that easy. Like some of y'all really might need to go to rehab or really need some tips

on how to kick these addictions. So it's when you people tell these stories absolutely all right, Well are you giving your donkey to well? Speaking of kicking it, okay, four after the hour, we're gonna talk about why there's no future in front and you don't got a lot of kicking. We'll discuss, all right, we'll get into that next keeping lot this to breakfast club. About time for Donkey of the day. Being Donkey of the day a little bit of a mix like a dope other day.

Now I've been called a lot of my years donkey day is a new wife? Yeah, thunk you? Today for Tuesday, February thirteenth, one day before National I'm single and shad about it. But tomorrow I'm a front like being an independent single lady is fun. Day goes to Aaron Barnes Burpo and Walker Washington. Okay, some people simply haven't learned

there is no future in fronting. It's very hard to explain that concept to people nowadays, especially with Instagram, because there may be no future in front, but this show are a lot of followers and likes you can get from fronting. Okay, oh, there is followers in front and people, but there is no future. And Walker Washington and Aaron

Barnes Burpo learn that the hard way. Say you can front, you can pretend, but just like in Cinderella, eventually the illusion will end in that carriage will turn back into a pumpkin. Now Aaron and Walker are in jail for fronting. Would you like to know what Aaron and Walking with fronting about? Yes? Would you like to know why they have been arrested in charge with conspiracy to commit why you're fraud and aggravated identity theft? Well, let's go to

WRS Joe Bartlett for the report. Police two young men named Walker Washington and Aaron Barnes Burpo have been charged with conspiracy to commit wire fraud and aggravated identity theft after they put on a paper plane hat, a pair of pumas and pretended to be with the entertainment firm Rock Nation. They also went to Target, bought a graphic t with the W on it, and told at least one place they were members of the rap group that

ain't nothing to quit the Wu Tang Clan. He've duped the Atlanta Georgian Terrace Hotel out of forty five racks in the Highend Regency, Atlanta, out of thirty nine racks. These fronting motherfs who have to lie to kick it, drove a Rolls Royce phantom rented from a National limousine, which also reported a sixty thousand dollars loss to Atlanta Recording Studios also lost seventeen racks at their hands. The crew allegedly used one stolen credit card and another that

was likely fake. A suspicious hotel sales director called Rock Nation and was told by the company that this was all cap This is they don't know what he's say now. I don't know these guys. They're just walking in aaron, but I guarantee you one as older than the other. The guy who pretended to be a member of Whutang Clan is the older guy. The guy who said he's a part of rock Nation is younger. I guarantee. Okay. My thing is this. I can understand saying you're a

part of rock Nation. It's a company. Okay. The CEOs of that company aren't high profile people. They really played the back. Okay, you see them every now and then. It's a lot of behind the scenes folks in Rock Nations, so you can probably get that off. But when you tell people you a member of Wu Tang Clan, one of the most famous groups of all time in any genre of music, okay that if you blacking from a

certain era, you can name the whole group. Soon when soon as someone says scrape from the Sums of Sholan, the Wu Tang Clan scraps again. The Riza, Old dirty Basket, the deck break, the chef, you guys, ghost, Phase Killer and man hit me thho gotta got you got you forgot master Killer? No, I didn't I hear you say them. Oh, it's not my fault. They're master Killer. Not in that intro you got it is the master Killer? Not okay, but all I'm saying is a Google search will shut

all that CAP down. Speaking of CAP, you might can pretend to be capa donna, but that's the reach too. And I know, like Angelie said, master Killer. You know, but master Killer you got inspected Deck. You can't really pretend to be them either. Okay, maybe you can't, but that's not my point. The point is this is whack all right. There's no future in Front, and it's only but so long. Any fake anything can pretend. But let me tell you something, Walking, Aaron, you can get lost

pretending to be something you're not. Do you understand? Pretending to be something you're not takes a toll on the real you, and the real you is more important than anyone else, not to mention, the real you, or should I say you's, is currently in jail right now. Please let Remy Mark get Walker Washington and Aaron Barns the biggest he are he ha he ha, you stupid motherfuck? Are you dumb? All right? Well, Charlemagne, thank you for that dog kay to day. There no future in Front, man,

don't pretend about nothing. I love people who can just be the real them, like, for instance, I cameraman Steve. You know what I'm saying. He just he's he's always him all the time. He just asked Envy for twenty dollars because he got a hot day with his dog tomorrow for Valentine. It's nice and he wanted to take his dog on a nice day. He didn't be game the twenty dollars. I respected it, you know, I respected it. And somebody going pecco. Now, um, there's a drunk drink.

It's a cheap date. Somebody wanted me to tell you Charlemagne that today is Thursday. That Tuesday you said Tuesday. You said Tuesday. Don't matter him even matter Tuesday. Somewhere it was correct your uncle when you hear him. And keep it moving, y'all, y'all know it's Thursday. Doesn't matter. If I know it's Thursday, I didn't know. Now it doesn't really matter if I know. I was a little confused. It doesn't matter Thursday. Let me hold on, don't you

to day for Thursday, February thirteenth? So now you got to edit Daniel Ye okay, yes, all right again it again? No he said Thursday. All right, guys, all right, well up next? Ask ye eight hundred five A five one oh five one. If you need relationship advice and any type of advice, hit us right now. It's the Breakfast Club. Good morning, the Breakfast Club. He need relationship advice, need personal advice, just the real advice, call up nown for

ask ye morning. Everybody is DJ Envy, Angela, Yee, Charlomagne, the Guy. We are the Breakfast Club. It's time to ask yee. Hello. Who's this? This is Tasha, Hey, Tysha, what's your question for you? My question is I've been dating the guy for two years now, and my past relationships, I've always been like the leader, so to speak, like if there's a problem, I've always handled it on my own. Okay, you're very independent, yes, ma'am. So now I have this who is I guess we would say a real man

that he wants me to trust him. It's not like I want to trust him as far as you know, incidentally your stuff like that. He wants me to trust him as far as if something is happening. He got me, he is, everything's gonna be okay. So I'm trying to trying to get to that level without losing myself. Just in case. You know what I mean, it's just listen. I know exactly what you mean, Tasha. That's exactly how I am in relationships. I'm so used to handling everything,

doing stuff myself, not relying on anybody. But the good thing is when you have a partner who can do things for you, who you can rely on, but you don't have to rely on them. And I think it's so important to let people take care of you just like you take care of them, just like you take care of yourself, because why be with somebody if you can't allow that to happen. And it's really you allowing that to happen, so you still have that control where

you're allowing it. It's not that I need it, and it's not that I can't survive without it, but it's nice that you can do it for me and that I can love you enough because that is a sign of love. It is a sign of love, and you can allow somebody to take control and you don't have to do it all the time in every situation, but it is so nice to be able to sit back and let somebody do great things for you. Still, I get it, And just tell Charlotte Magne if I hear one more yo yo yo A six or three in

the morning. I'm gonna draw my clu for cliff to God in this Crasius cliff where you live at? Anyway? No cliffs where you live at? People slowed to say that I don't even no cliff where you live ain't no mountains? All right? Ask ye eight hundred five eight five one on five one. If you need relationship advice or any type of advice, call us. Now. It's the breakfast Club, the Morning Coma. Keep for real? What you get some real advice with anthela ye gets ask ye morning.

Everybody is DJ Envy, Angela Yee, Charlomagne the God. We are the breakfast Club. But in the middle of asking yee, Hello, who's this? Hey? Dad? What's your question for ye? My question is should I contact my ex boyfriend? He worked together for nine years but we've been separated for two contact him about what? Because it's Valentine's Day? What's what's the reason, what's the reason why you would hit him up? I don't know, because out mission tomorrow. All right, now, Dad,

let's talk about this for a second. Let's him pack this. Is he dating anyone else? Currently? Yes? He is has he tried to reach out to you? He did? When for what? Don't go ruining them people Valentine's Day night? Because you ain't got nobody? When did he reach out to you last year? Last year? Ye? Okay? So why would you reach out to your ex who's in a whole other relationship. I don't know to feel if he's still rocking with me because she's lonely. I'm gonna be

honest with you, lonely if he was racking. If he was racking with you, he wouldn't be a relationship with somebody else. He was kind of forced to get into relations Why would he be forced to be in a relationship? Not forced? But that was the rebound. I mean, you haven't spoke to him in months, right, he's clearly not thinking about you. I think he is. But why do

you think that? Because because he reached out to me first months ago, months ago, while he was in a relationship though, Okay, is that the type of person you want to be with? You want to go from being the main check to the side check. No. I feel like if I put in that effort, he'll probably leave. Look at you wanting to ruin somebody have your home just because they're gonna have a good Valentie of the morning.

Let me just let me just have you dated anybody else? Yeah? Okay, I think that A. Don't try to rebound with your X because your situation didn't work out. Be he's in a whole other relationship. I don't know what he told you was happening, but he's with someone else. So to me that you need to focus on you and not go and interfere with whatever it is that he has going on. Y'all haven't spoken in months, he hasn't reached

out to you. Tomorrow's Valentine's Day. Terrible time to reach out to your ex because what's gonna happen if your response, if his response is not what you want, you're right, damn. I would say that you have to realize it's over, it's done with move on now. If him and his girlfriend break up and he tries to reach out to you and you still want to be with him, fine, But I don't think you should drag your feelings out for no reason. Oh okay, thank you. Hey. I'm gonna

tell you something though. If you think you're lonely now, wait until tomorrow night. Let's look up Christian meaning Okay, no, you won't. She will be all right, all right, you check Christian. I get it though. Listen, this holiday isn't time when you reflect on things. Should I hit this person up? I think it's a bad time to do it. Oh my god. Eight hundred five eight five one oh five one. If you need relationship advice, you can hit you anytime. Now, we got rooms on the way. Yes,

Monique is still coming for Oprah. Now she's posted a video of another star who was on the show that did not have a good experience. All right, we'll get into that next. Keeping locked us to breakfast Club. God morning, it's about Angela ye on the Breakfast Club. Yes. So here's some great news. Lebron James. You know he opened up his eye Promised school two years ago and the surprise for us some of these students is that they are all going to get free tuition to Kent State University.

Here's what happened. You are, mister Lebron James, first class, his first love. It all started because of you. So I want you to reach under your seats, and when you reach under your seats, you're gonna find an envelope. And so as you open that envelope, what you're going to see is that we're announcing today that we will guarantee your tuition. It won't be free at Kent State University. That's right. They're getting free tuition for four years and a year of free room and board or anybody who

goes to the school of the Lebron James Family Foundation. Yes, nope. So if you're a freshman now Lebron James School or Softball, you already got your college tuition fatal. You're good at Kent State Kent State, Okay. So if you get accepted to NYU Harbor, you are now it's for Kent State only, okay, and not any college of your choice. All right. So that's dope. So they actually had a trip with the eleventh graders at Kent State and that's what went down,

all right. Now, Russell Wilson, his mother gave him some advice on accepting and loving Sierra's son as his own. She was recently on a podcast, and that podcast is the Raising Fame podcast hosted by Dell and Sonia Curry, parents of Steph Curry. And here's what was said. And I'm gonna be honest with you. I did say something about because I'm a mom, I love my kid. I'm like, but doesn't she have a kid. And I I look at my own situation how I was born, and so

I can't judge anybody. So I said to him, I'm like, Okay, if you're really serious about it, then you have to love that kid as if it were your own, even if it means you give that kid your name. That's true. Yeah, that's true. If you are with somebody and they have a child already, you should definitely love that child like that child is your own. I mean, you really have. You honestly have no choice. You can't accept a significant

other not accepted children. And if somebody doesn't accept your child, you shouldn't be with them correctly, all right now, Kanye West is bringing Sunday Service to Chicago NBA All Star Weekend, So if you're going to be in Chicago, maybe you want to check that out as happening on Sunday and you can actually get those tickets. It'll be at the Credit Union One Arena, So if you want to go to that, then look online. He has it on his Instagram page with the Lincoln everything all right, fifty cent?

He does want to work with Taragi now. He was very excited about For Life, his new show. It was the number one most so a series premiere of any primetime entertainment program on broadcast our cable so far this season, and then he posted, all right, all write, write, Sea, tell Taragie. I want to work with her. L is good at that TV thing it is and for Life is dope. It is based off a brother from Monks

Corner Softcare Story Workley High School. That's my alumni VHS ghost tags shot, Well, great act this it's a dope. Chats to my girl Joy Bryant, who's in that Who's on that show too? It's good to see her on there. She also played fifties girlfriend and get Richard Die Trying if you'll remember? All right, Monique is going at Oprah still and she posted a video of Tony Braxon discussing a really bad experience she had on Oprah show. She's

so freaking named to me, I was in shocked. Do you take responsibility for the situation that you're in right now? One hundred percent? Hundred percent. I couldn't believe it because I loved her so much. I admired her and looked up to her, and she pretty much reprimanded me. I read that you were upset of stories that you're overspending caused this, she says to me. I hear you have Gucci flatwear. I'm a Winfrey and I don't have Gucci flintwear.

Monique posted. If you think Oprah only demeans black man, it's because the black women has been made virtually invisible. See for yourself with our sister Tony b. In case you forgot, are never knew love us too. Well, you gotta let that hurt go, man Like, I mean, because all of it seems so personal, even if it does, even if she has a point, you know, it just seems like it's not coming from a good place. Her intentions aren't pure. Well, it is personal, yeah, god damn.

Like Well, I don't know. And just because a person has a bad experience which somebody doesn't make that person a bad person. Been in this business for how long? A hundred years? You know what I'm saying. You're gonna put some people off in a hundred years. All right? Well I'm angela, Yeah, and that's your rumor report, all right? Thank you, miss ye revote, We'll see you tomorrow. Everybody else to People's Choice mixes up next, get your requesting.

trying to act tough, stepmo hard. But then he turned off soft when he realized she was willing to leave. Ye, this was a very teachable moment for a lot of men. Let's hear it. This is a Black History Month moment. Your baby, I know you're not mad. How dare you embarrassed me like that on a radio today? Gina's my job to talk that way. You know I don't mean any of it, but you better not because if you believe all that MUCHO front and crap. You spat out on the radio to day. You don't respect me or

the relationship, Gina, How can you say that? You know I respect you, then you go out there and you tell your friends what's real or in a minute, damn it, what's dal between me and you? Ain't none of that business. So what you're saying is that you respect me in private, but not in public. Gina. Fine, it's over, Martin. Who woo woo woa. You're making me lad. You're gonna break up with me because of what I do on the radio. No, because of what you do to me on the radiomen Gina.

Now I'm mad. You don't get it, dude. This is childish, Gina. That's how you're gonna leave. Leave right. I'm a man, Gina, I'm gonna be all right. This is childish. I want you. I don't even know why you're still here. Step step you won you want baby? I want you one damn You're not ever ever gonna disrespect me like that on the radio or get ever never babe.
