Like, how do you not let the triggers and your new relationship affect you know, like the triggers in your passion your

relationship affect your new relationship. Well, first of all, you have to determine if those triggers are legitimate red flags or just your own insecurities, Like what do you mean by triggers? Um, it could be anything like, like, I have triggers. If somebody raises their voice at me, right all right in any way makes me think seating triggers.

Cheating triggers, Yeah, cheating triggers. Okay, so tell me your triggers, like uh, texting on the phone all the time, you know, not really being so open to talk about and give my problems or any of their problems. Like, it's just certain triggers that make it seem like there's always someone else. Well, I think, you know, for us as and people in general, have all kinds of baggage they bring from previous relationships and previous experiences, and sometimes you do have to pay

attention to your intuition. There's a difference between a trigger and your own intuition telling you this is not it. So I think in the beginning of a relationship, when you first start dating somebody, nobody's really as open as you would want them to because people are as still all cautiously dealing with their own baggage right as well, So you have to think I have baggage, so does

this person. I think all you can really do is take it slow and communicate if you feel like something is a little off then say something about it and just say, hey, do you have to you know, text the whole time that we're together. You know, I think I put my phone to this or make a deal, be like, look, let's both put our phones to the side while we have dinner and then you can look

at it after that. None of that's the problem is just I guess it could be my own personal securities because in the past, like you know, every time that you know, it would be presented that there would be someone else's pictures, like you know, someone team on me. It would be like know the little things of how they kind of right go through the back door to try and communicate with the other person. So everything is fine in my new situation, like you know, we're talking, communicating,

hanging out with everything. It's probably just my own securities because you know, little triggers, like especially with the whole phone thing, because that's the easiest way for someone else to write nowadays cheat and it's hard because people are sometimes innocently just on their phone a lot, like looking at social media and looking at stories, so you don't

So how do you like not let that affected, you know, I always look at it because I have a problem when I let my ex boyfriend who did me dirty, affect my current relationship. So I have to say to myself, I'm not gonna let him affect me being happy with somebody else because I would never give him that pleasure of being able to do that. So I have to sometimes very consciously make that effort to make sure I

don't allow that to happen. So what that means for you is unless this is how I go by my relationship, unless I have a real reason to believe that something is wrong, somebody contacts me, I see something, something's fishy out here, you whispering something crazy happens. I'm gonna give you the benefit of the doubt, and I'm not gonna rack my brain. If I have an issue with anything, if it's something small, I bring it to your attention

and let's see if we can resolve it. If something actually happens that makes me not trust you, that's gonna put up a serious red flag. But if we're a smooth sailing, I don't want to do that to somebody. I have to make sure I check myself, and a lot of times, as women, we do have to check ourselves. We have this belief that all men cheat, all men are no good, and we should never think like that because and that actually can deteriorate your relationship. Yeah, because
