I thought it

was the curb. My friends were more horrified because they saw it all happen. I didn't even see. I didn't know what was going on because it was right above my head. But thank god, they saved my life. At the time that he was detained by ICE, he actually had his state idea, social Security card and his birth certificate on him, but he also had a Mexican tourist visa with him. Now that visa did and accurately list his country of birth as Mexico, So that's why they actually ended up taking him into the protection facility, where

he said he was treated less than human. He said that he was not allowed to shower for twenty three days, he had to sleep on the cement floor, he was not given enough food. By the time he got released, he had lost twenty six pounds and is now malnourished. So if you have any question about the treatment of people at these facilities and looked no further than Francisco

Galicia can sue. I'm sure he's planning to. He was told that he had no rights, so he said he does still remain a positive person even though he was treated so badly. He doesn't know if he will take legal action, but he does want some type of measure of justice. He said that they were phone numbers of

some of the families. He showed some of the phone numbers of the families of people that were held with him, and they had asked him to reach out to them, to let them know that they're okay, to reach out to their family members, let them know they're okay, and didn't want the families to know about the conditions. I guess they want to make sure people aren't concerned and worried about that. That's interesting when you tell somebody that they have no rights, because even if they don't have any,

I guess what you call civil rights? Don't they have basic rights as a human being? Clearly not here. Can't you just treat them just because that's how you should treat You should treat people with some type of respect. And I just want to be clear, like nobody's saying that we don't need some type of border control, but you have to still treat people like human beings, that's what we're saying, and have a better system and a better process. All right. Now, let's talk about a petition

that's being circulated to move Halloween. They think Halloween should be the last Saturday of October instead of having it sometimes in the middle of the week. They say it will be a lot safer and it'll agree with that more of a stress free celebration. Here for that, Yes, last Saturday at them off. You know what I'm saying, people, all right home, you know you can do better parties.

You know the kids. You don't gotta be stretched out with the kids because you can be out a little bit later and then you can sleep the next day. I'm all for it. When it's sign the petition, I'm here for that, all right. And let's talk about the FBI. They just did a raid on an Arizona body donation center. There was some harvesting organs. Well no, so what people thought is that they were donating these body parts in

order to be used for research for medical research. But it turns out that they were actually from this place, this body donation center. They were selling parts of the body. So they had a twenty thirteen priceless For instance, you could buy a whole boy with no shoulders or head for twenty nine hundred dollars. I'll try to harvesting organs you get out was more than the movie people. You could buy a spine for nine hundred and fifty dollars.

And then they were doing things like sewing bodies together like Frankenstein. They said they found a small woman's head sewn onto a large male torso and hanging from the wall like Frankenstein. Obviously the person who owned the facility ended up having to go to jail, and he was sentenced to one year of jail, of deferred jail time, four years probation, and had to pay a one hundred and twenty one thousand dollars in institutions.

They're paying up to seven hundred million dollars to settle investigations over the data breach that they had about one hundred and forty seven million Americans credit data was compromised back in twenty seventeen. So how can you get your money? Who gets the money? Though? You do? Oh? You do? Yeah, they have to settle, but you have to claim that

you get the money. So for if you have to spend time and money because of this breach, then they can provide sums up to twenty thousand dollars. But if you have the credit monitoring, you can also just get one hundred and twenty five dollars just because somebody sent me a text yesterday about a class action lawsuits that I can be a part of. Yeah, I get that in the mail all the time, like every time somebody

is a class action lawsuit and whatever. So I've never tried to claim money for that though, have y'all ever done it? All? Right? At LBMA S that's Louis the time, my wet Hennessy executive has accused them of ignoring sexual harassment, and she now says that she fares for her safety.

She's still an employee there, all right, She's still an employee there, and she said that she sees her alleged harasser every day and is forced to attend corporate functions with him, and so now she's saying that she was subject to repeated harassment between twenty fifteen and twenty eighteen. She said, I really didn't want to have to file

this lawsuit. I just want to LVMH to do the right thing, and I'm worried about retaliation, but I feel I had no choice but to bring this lawsuit on behalf of myself and other women who are asked to tolerate this kind of behavior in the workplace. You know, I'm not gonna be there every day watching everything he's doing, but I'm just gonna make sure that just my presences are no. No, he has a father and he can have whatever you want. he was bad. I remember when I moved to Delaware where I have a house in Delaware, I had to move with me. Eighth grade. He beat us from kid. He messed up, beat up a white kid, and white parents press charges. Son. End up going to court, caught for a fight, fight, end I'm getting kicked out of school, end up going to one of these bad schools where you have to go to for like a year, they send the bad kids that when they send the bad

kids that. So when that happened, I was pissed. Send his aspect to his mother in Philly, you know, and his mother's wonted strict mom, Like I say, we'll get you together, We get together, you come back. He come to be with me, So you got it together, you know. And I said when I moved to Cali, I said, you know, you come to Cali, come to high school here, going to Scoots problem problem problem teachers is a call and complained that he's in school, not responding, just hide whatever.

Right before he graduated, had a long talk with him. I said, listen, you don't get it together, we'll see you back to the filing. He agreed to get it together, graduated Bama BMW for his graduation and send his kids. Say you wanted to go to college locally, which is never a good idea to stay close to your friends. Next you know, this kid is in college, got him an apart man. He dropped out without me knowing. Are you still paying for school? And he's just not going

going paying for school. He's not going paying for his apartment, thinking his part man just getting high, smoking all kind who knows what he spoken. I mean, later on we found that it was like K two. Yeah, yeah, I don't know whether the K two so that after that synthetic weed, I guess probably you probably smoke. It's because it's undetectable, maybe despite why to do it. I have no idea. I don't know. I don't know about drugs. My thing. If you're gonna smoke, we get the real weak.

I had no idea for a very long time, you know. And a couple of times he'll come over to visit me. He's acting a little weird, but I never really caught onto it because I don't hang around drug addicts. One he had he had roommates where he liked, so eventually he had he got into a fight with roommate. Roommate called the cops and he said he had to leave. So he comes to my place. I had to leave the department. If you paid for apartment way half paid for half his room and paid for the other half.

Left the apartment. Came to my place and like acting really weird, and I almost got into a fight with him. And sometimes you know, you think because you're a parent. You could beat this kid. This mother was strongest. He didn't had me hamm the hell down. I'm still your father. You always still think you could beat up your kids. Right? How big is he? Man? He's bobbly, about five eleven maybe one eighty okay, and I'm five eleven eighty. This then I couldn't get the back. And guess what any

African would do when they're losing a fight. What do you do? Now? You bite the mother I be And that's how I was able to get him off. Called the cops and whatever. That's where I caught the cops, and I could have caused an angel. Not called the cops, actually called the security. Where I live is very secure building. I called the security today and the figure this that you don't want to call the cops. You know, you

don't want this again get out in public. So I called his mom myself, I don't know, I'm not sure what's one of this kids. Something's not right, Come and get him. Got her ticket to take him back to Philly, you know, And I kept asking how this thing's going. She kept blinding me by how things were going. Find out this guy would like a mental institution off your

son son. One time he was in one place. He escaped from downtown Philly, ended up at my old house where my brother lives now, which is by the airport, with no shoes on. Right, That's why I was in a la when this happened. So my brother and I never told me I'm good and I ain't crossing eighty nine. Why you getting tough? It was it was always a year now is continued, Okay, I'm sorry. So my brother calls me, said, Mike is here, and I never told

my brothers and what's going on. So I was like, listen, just keep him there, let me try to reach his mother and his mind. His mother never told me that he was in mentor home. She was just sugarcoating everything. So you know, I called his mind set. They said, Mike just ran away out of the institution and he's no shoes on. Make mant it to like thirty minutes outside of where he was, with no money, no nothing,

how to hell. Then she then she finally broke down and told me everything's been going on with him in the last three or four months, how bad it's bad. So um I stopped, told my brother just keep him there till overnight if he can make a long social the guy he found it what to escape, my brother. This guy was missing for a whole day, Harry. I mean that was probably the first of my shared tears in probably twenties something years. A whole day and a half.

So I remember the next morning I had to catch a flight from LA to Atlanta, and I got a call from my block, numbs like, let me just pick this up. I picked it up. It was a police officer saying that you have a son named Michael is that this kid was hanging behind a bus and that's how you know, the bus driver called the police and that's how he got caught. And then from there we said were to get him into like a place and thank god, he's like a better person. All right, we
