this Friday. I'm out of him. Man. I had to host. Well, I just had a long day yesterday. I did doctor os podcast Child to Doctors and his wife Lisa, and then I from there, and then I had my book club yesterday, so I shout out to d Watkins who came from Baltimore. I had to do the book club with me, okay, and then after that I had to host a milk River for Christopher Martin's album released Party BB Records Reggae. He's in town from Jamaica. And yeah,

it was a long night. Yeah. After I left here, you know, I do a lot with the real estate thing, so I was checking on a couple of cribs. A lot of you who don't know I get a lot of my cribsrction dot com right. Auction dot Com doesn't pay me for I'm just telling you where I go to. I go to auction dot com or hubzoo dot com and I'm able to find the best deal. But sometimes when you purchase a crib, or you put down on the crib, you can't close for six months to eight

months to twelve months later. So some of the cribs that I'm just picking up now of cribs that I closed on maybe you know, six months ago. So a couple of them had tenants in it, so we had to they had to get the tenants out before we were able to get the homes. They had to vict

people yesterday. So that hurts. Yeah, definitely hurt. I felt bad for a lot of people, but they just weren't paying their bills, and a lot of people know how to beat the system where they can stay in the house for years at a time and not you know, pay the bills or pay rent. So we were doing that yesterday. So we're you know, excited to pick it up some new properties and then working on car show. You know, I'm doing a car show September seventh, and

I'm excited about that. It's it's almost damn they're sold out and I'm happy about that. If you want to pick up your tickets event right. But we bring just all type of cars to a car show. It's a big family day. We allow kids to jump, we have jumpish face painting, we have clowns, we have balloons. Uh, just just just a big family days. Last year we did the first one. It was so many people. Angel Lee came last year. Hopefully we'll have her juices in

the car show this year. You know what I'm saying, Let's make it happy. You know, I'm I'm shamed happy. I'm excited about that. But anyway, let's get the show cracking. We got uh. I don't know if he's a friend. I saw Daniel Rawlins yesterday. I'm not sure if we can. You know what he was asking me a lot of questions about you and and flipping New Jersey. Yeah he was, was he? one oh eight. Now what else we got ye? Now, since we're talking about the NBA, let's talk about NBA Commissioner Adam Silver. He says he wants half of all new referees joining the league to be women, and he would like to see teams higher female coaches as well.

You know, there's never been a female head coach in the NBA ever, So he said going forward, the goal is it should be roughly fifty fifty of new officials entering in the league, saying for coaches, by the way, we have a program, there's no reason why women shouldn't be coaching men's basketball. And he also said, as far as refereeing, it's an area of the game where physically, certainly there's no benefits to being a man as opposed

to a woman when it comes to refereeing. So I'm sure we'll see somebody like Don Staley coaching an NBA team. One want to close bonds for Don Staley, I hope, so hopefully see wall women is the ball market. I remember when I went to I went to one of the next games and I saw one they have a women referee at the Barclays, and I thought it was pretty exciting because that's I never realized, like, there's no women referees that I see too often, So it's nice

to see that representation. I would love to see that. Okay, so you will. And let's talk about Houston because there has been some serious serious rain and flooding, heavy rain. They said there was ping ping pong ball sized hell lightning and in some areas two to three inches of rain per hour yesterday, so there was flooding, power outages. They had to have emergency rescues as well. And Trade the Truth again had his relief gang out there helping

people now here his his PSA. You know, it's a lot of hot water areas in the city of us right now. You know, all the take is a little bit of rain and everything turning chaotic. So if you in any areas that people are not speaking on that they're not posting the seed light to make sure you jump on relief gang under the post and tagged the ears. I'm gonna have somebody informing me and mister Rogers as the days go by, you know, for the next three four days it's gonna be rain. And it's only day

But what I can't figure out is is it floods in the same place all the time? Right? In the five minutes from when I booked my flight and booked my mom's flight, the cost of the flight went up one thousand dollars, and of course of five like my flight was whatever price. And then I clicked back on to get hers and I'm like, this is a mistake. What's going on here? In five minutes the price went up a thousand dollars. You're not crazy. You lose,

Raz By speaking of running off of things, apparently the lift driver he left his bag in there, and the lift driver refused to bring it back to him, so he went on social media and posted the lift driver's information where he was and he did manage to get his bag back. After that, a rep for Lift said that the driver dropped off the items at a central secure location and they said, we have let the writer know where he can collect his items. I'm glad this

issue could be resolved quickly. In that bag, well, it was a Louis ver time bag. He said he had his iPad in it. The bag was worth about twenty five hundred dollars. He goes on to say, yeah, there were just other certain items in there. I don't know what else was in his bag, but he wanted his back back and he didn't get it you don't do it all right now. Michael Italy told the story to the Chicago Tribune about one of the worst moments he's had working in the industry, and he said it was

Chris Rock. He said that Chris Rock was kind of nasty to him. He said, I was doing this movie when Anthony Hopkins and Chris Rock called Bad Company. It was back in two thousand and two. I was still waiting tables at the time, but I had just done a long order episode, which basically certifies you as a New York actor. I was so excited to audition for this movie, and I didn't get the part, but the director, Joe Schumacher, saw something in me and he wrote apart

for me. It wasn't much. It was a bit part, but I was very grateful. The movie was shooting in New York and Chris Rock played a street hustler, and then he said, Um, I'm a young actor. I'm thrilled because it's my first movie. It's a big budget movie. I'm doing a scene with Anthony Hopkins. Kerry Washington was just starting out too when she played Chris's love, and I guess Kerrie and I were the local hires. And then he said that I guess Chris Rock was just

very nasty to him. He said he came on set, Chris and Carry is standing there, and then right before he says action, Chris looks over at me and says, oh, still in the business. Huh. And then he said he thought it was a dig. He tried to make it playful teasing, but it wasn't. And he said that Carry Washington actually checked him for that as well, and later on Chris Rock did apologize Smooth and Michael Early. Everybody is allowed to feel how do they feel, and you

can express how you feel. But she also got to understand context to Chris Rock is a comedian. When any of these comedians make a little jab at you like that, you can't take that that serious. It's a joke. Well, Jill Envy that I'd be trying to be trying to tell him now for nine years, Chris Rock issues Now mere Chris was, it wasn't no joke, it was something different, but we squashed it. Well. It was it was both dads and we're both passionate about fatherhood. And I was

So even Chris rock must have felt like

it wasn't nice. Well, I'm sure some comedians apologize for joke sometime. All I'm saying is sometimes you just gotta take it for what it is as a joke. Okay, I was in Dave Chappelle has gotten on a microphone and a party and said shout out to Charlemagne in the building. We don't know if he was born a man. Our woman said, you laugh, that's true. They're becoming the first US city to decriminalize psychedelic mushrooms. So it doesn't mean that it's illegal, but it basically says that you won't get prosecuted or arrested if you have them, so you can even grow them for personal use and it'll be considered a low

priority for Denver police. And they said those changes will take effect as soon as next year. And it actually won just by fifty point five six percent voted in favor. So it just slid by. What are you taking mushrooms before? Right here? Yes? Ahead? And what does it do? How does it make the body fit? What does it do for me? And I'm sure different people have different reactions. And I just took a little um. It just made you hallucinate. But I have really great fun ones and

you know, I was in a great mood. I was laughing so hard, I couldn't stop crying. It was fun and I was saying she raised at the time, and people were turning into characters from Winnie the Poop in front of my eyes. I don't know if we should say that using drugs it's funny. But but why but why why are they making it illegal? Is there something like they didn't make it illegal, they're just decriminalized it. So in other words, it's not legal, but you're not

going to get arrested or prosecuted for it. It's a very low priority, right, Yeah, so that's all I don't find it. I don't think it's something addictive because I never felt like I needed to do it again. But I will say it is natural, like it's something that just grows out of the ground and then when it goes to your body is just over, like you don't have any after effects after where it kind of goes quick. But how does it affect you when you're Does it

affect you when you're driving? Like, yeah, I wouldn't drive about and kill somebody, Like what did it do? I wouldn't dry. I wouldn't do that unless I was like, had nothing to do for a few hours and I wasn't going anywhere. I'm just I wouldn't do anything. You should never drive when you have any type of anything in your system. So even if you just had over the counter prescription medicine, I mean over accounter medicine, you sho just stillhouldn't drive, right, got you? All right? Now,

let's talk about it. If you are graduating in twenty nineteen, what are the most popular jobs right now? On average? They're saying that the number one job that new graduates have is entry level software engineers, and they make eighty three thousand dollars per year on average. That's a pretty good salary fresh out of college. I think I made

about one fourth of that when I graduated. And according to LinkedIn, some of the other most popular jobs when people graduate is a registered nurse is number two, salesperson is number three, teachers number four, accounting his number five, and then it goes on from there. That's for the class of twenty nineteen. Yes, all right, and let's Joseph

I'm gonna enjoy reading it, and I enjoyed reading Michelle's books, so I'm

feel how she feel. Well, we have to discuss the issue of seeking outside validation, because if you're constantly, always seeking outside validation, which everybody is in this social media era, you'll never truly be happy. But it's called self esteem

I think every now and then, all people have insecurities as human being and self and I think it's harder when you know, imagine what it's like being married to somebody as famous as Steph Curry, because I don't think any of us know what that might feel like. She didn't say she dies by other people saying that she looks nice. She just said that every once in a while she likes people that think that

So if that husband that she sleeps with every night tells her that she's beautiful and I love you and I value and I appreciate you, that's all that should matter. You wonder why people are depressed and they got anxiety and they deal with mental health issues now is because we're seeking a lot of outside validation from people that don't give a damn about us. But a lot of people also repress their true emotions. And if she's able to say I'm feeling insecure and then she can work on that. Right, Yeah,

I think so. But if I look at some of the comments that people are leaving for, they're saying she's ruining his legacy, she's nobody, she's nothing like. It's terrible. You can't look at those comments. He can't worry about what people say, so and that's not her pace. How can you say you can't worry about what people say.
