Good morning, Usa yo yo yo yo yo yo yo yo yo yo yo yo yo yo yo yo yo yo yo yo yo yo yo yo yo yo yo yo yo yo yo yo yo yo yo yo yo yo yo yo yo.
Yo Charlamagne na god piece to the plane. It is Thursday.
It's Thursday.
This what's happening?
I love you, brother, I love you too, King So I just you just want to say I love you.
I saw I look handsome this morning. No, no, let's want to say you love me. I feel like I feel like I look handsome this morning. Okay, Well, somebody out there thinks you look cute, some some fay. First of all, I am not cute. I am handsome, whatever you call it.
Tell you I'm not just born in nineteen hundred and seventy eight. I am a forty four year old grown man. Women refer to me as handsome, not cute, all right, whatever, okay, whatever durables are cute, all right, all right, I'm handsome, sir. This is fine, cony, this is this is age fine kanyak in this. All I just wanted to tell you is I love you.
That's all.
Let just thought. I just want to say I love you, brother, that was it? You too, all right, that's all I wanted. They say, look at your stuttering.
Now they started off crazy, and I don't want to. I started to say something on them. I'm like, you know, I'm not gonna say nothing because it's nothing. Just locked my keys in the car, that's all. I don't understand how because it's an electric it's you know, it's the two thousand Escalator, But it's just.
Like, how do you lock it? I thought that the whole point is this entry, right, Well, you're not supposed if the kids in the car, it's not supposed to lock. That's my point.
So how the hell did that happen? I don't know either.
Well, you can call them and they can use the on Star.
To unlock it.
Who called it a dealership? Yeah you called on Star? Did you activate your own starf No?
What would I have on Star in the two thousand escalator?
Oh?
My stuff?
I'm like, I want to have on Star. I can't call it triple A. Yeah yeah, they can pop the lock.
They can.
Yeah, yeah, they'll get in that car, even if it's an electric car, or if you called little sew and little Sean be able to do it in two minutes. I don't know if Litle Shaw's up right now, but little Sean come over here and do it.
One, two three, I'll be all right. I thought you could do it from you. It's just weird, like I thought. The whole point of that's huss entry. Yes, it's not allowed to leave the key in the trunk or in the cars. My wife said the battery might be dead in the key. That could be a possibility. That gotta be.
You try all the doors, all of them in the back. No, wow, I'm sure you tried to back first.
Shut up.
Now, let me shout out to Tiana Taylor. Tianna Taylor has this new sneaker that she released with Air Jordan. It's the Jordan Ones, and she sent us up a pair up here. She's supposed to set up three pairs. She was supposed to say one for you, one for me, and wanted like a cute little display to leave up here, but she didn't send that. That version of this is nice. Yeah, so shout out to Tiana Taylor for sending us a pair Jordan one TC.
Nice presentation right here, Tiana, Yeah, really really dope. The loudest rolls the rest upon your shoe. But first you must preserve the pedals inside your heart.
Your heart, so.
It's true, grant your confidence the will to harvest your most enchanted roles. But the last rose that bloomed out of concrete is you? Okay? But after she was called right, the roles that grew from concrete. Yes, there's a collaboration with Jordan, right, but yep, yet go ahead of Tiana.
So she shout out to Tianna Tailor, it's not an average boxy that like a looks like a rich treasure check. Yes, so slou to Tiana Taylor for dropping that office. The girls, the ladies from One Run the World, Run the World that is on Stars, Brechia Webb, Corbin Red and Amber Stevens West will be joining us this morning.
Driving for them Season two Stars next week, I believe. Yeah, Season two starts next week.
A lot to talk to them about that because you know, over the past year Bresche's gotten.
Married and you know, yes, a lot, a lot to talk about.
Yeah, So we'll be kicking it with them in a little bit.
Erica Dutchess will be joining us too. She's just running a little uh behind. You're supposed to uh, sim did our produce So she's a little lady. Yes, she was running a little behind.
All right, well, let's get the show cracking front page news. Teslim Figure will be joining us a lot to talk about Meghan. Marco paparazzi was running her down, they said for two hours. Well we'll give you a full story when we come back. It's the Breakfast Club. Good morning everybody. It's dj Envy Charlemagne the guy. We are the Breakfast Club. Let's get in some front page news. We have Teslim Figure out here.
Good morning, tis Good morning, dj Envy Charlemagne the God.
Yo.
How you feeling yelling well this morning? All right, well, let's.
Jump right into its sports.
Last night, that heat beat the Celtics one twenty three, one sixteen. They lead the Celtics in that series one nothing.
He'd beat the Celtics outh.
Yes they did. I fell asleep, damn yes they did.
Go ahead in Miami. That is a very well coached team. The Miami have a coach in Miami of basketball.
Now, wow, where are we starting to task.
Let's start with this Prince Harry. A lot of folks have been talking about that online. How Prince Harry and his wife Megan were involved in a chaotic car chase with the paparazzi in New York on Tuesday night that could have resulted in a catastrophic outcome. Now, the couple was pursued by photographers after leaving the Women of Vision Awards in a convoy. Now, a good thing is no one was hurt, but the couple was left shaken by
the incident. Police say numerous photographers made the transport challenging, but there were no reports of collisions, injuries, or arrests. Now, guys, there's been a lot of back and forth about this story. Some folks said that it was not a you know, as chaotic as they wanted to make it sound, they said, or it was a high speed chase, and they're like, no, it was challenging, it was not a chase. But here is what New York City Mayor Eric Adams had to say.
It would be horrific to lose an innocent bystander doing the chase like this and something to have happened to them as well. So I think we have to be extremely responsible. I thought that was a bit reckless and irresponsible. I would find it hard to believe that there was a two hour high speed chase, that would be I find out, hard to believe, but we will find out.
The exact duration of it.
But if it's a ten minutes, a ten minute chase is extremely dangerous in New York City.
I agree with the mayor.
If you've ever been in New York City, traffick and no high speed nothing, Okay, you might be getting chased, but it will not be at a high speed. Yeah, it happened very close to here.
When we were leaving the building yesterday, there was nothing but cameras all over the place, and I was trying to figure out what happened, and I guess, you know, she was leaving the ball room. But they said that the paparazzi allegedly hit like six seven calls over there, and they said it was a big thing.
That's what we were talking yesterday.
Because they said they hit the cars.
Yeah, we were told that yesterday.
We were told that the paparazzi was going around the block because I guess she was in a building over here, she was an event over here.
What is that the zig Free ballroom over there?
Yeah something Yeah, and they like they was like paparazzi was hitting cars, you know, trying to trying to get a picture.
Trying to get the picture, which is weird because in New York City you really don't see wild paparazzi crazy like that chasing people because you see so many people. You don't really have that, you know here, but.
Y'all losing your damn mind or Marco.
Where they allegedly said it was no actual collision, So I don't know if they meant hit like, you know, resulting in an injury or accident or what.
Part cars. Security told us that yesterday.
Security literally told us yesterday Mega Marco was at the ballroom or whatever, left, paparazzi kept going around in circles just to get a picture of her, and they was hitting part cars. Yeah, I heard that before I even heard from the myth.
Okay, well, the man said it was cap But you know, we know that his mother, just to remind folks, his mother of Princess Diana, died at the age thirty six in nineteen ninety seven due to a paparazzi chase as well, So I guess, you know, I'm sure that had his anxiety high and maybe you know, they want to use this as an opportunity to remind people not to chase folks down, but definitely hoigh speed in New York sounds not happening.
It took it took me an hour to get out the city.
It took me an hour to get to the tunnel yesterday, and I was five minutes from your tonnel.
Yeah, there's no travel.
I would have been like five literally five maybe eight minutes away from the Holland Tunnel where I was at. It took me, like no exaggeration, thirty five to forty minutes to get out of the city.
Wow, all right, Well that is front page news. Stanky Tess with set a little bit, absolutely everybody else, get it off your chest. Eight hundred five eight five one oh five to one, Phone lines wide open. Let us know how you're feeling. If you had a good morning, bad morning, a great night last night, it'll horrible. Whatever it may be, something's on your mind. Eight hundred five eight five one oh five, won't call us up right now. It's the breakfast Club. Good morning, the Breakfast.

Let's see y What what is y'all?
What's up? Brother?
First thing, I want to thank you about the looking out for Amika Mallory and all of that.
That was game.
But the thing I.
Want to talk about right now. Did y'all see the instagram with Birdman and Jay Prince and NBA Young boy?
I did see the picture. We're gonna talk about it in the rumors.
Okay you did.
Yeah, we shut on y'all.
Y'all have a good morning.
But but what you got to say about the pictures?
The negative comments?
Man, ain't nobody you know, we we're black man.
Let's be positive boy a little while.
What's what's the negative about the comments? I didn't?
I mean, what could what could they possibly say negative about young boy?
Princeing Berrman, b princeing Berrman.
Immediately they immediately went back to the saying he was going to extort him with his car, jeez and all of that. Man, I don't care about that no more.
It man, they together now that means a lot of good things don't happen.
Well, when we come back during the rooms, I'll tell you what Jay Prince had to say about their conversation and their meeting. So just keep it locked and will give you all those details. Hello, who's this. It's Walton Walter woul up. Get it off your chest and my chest.
Don't thankful that my girls is picking on first child.
Hey, congratulations, ro congratulations king, thank you.
A long time listener, first time calling.
When she do.
January six like a couple of days for my birthday?
Okay January baby? All right, well congrats baby. You'll enjoy it too, man, because when a woman is pregnant, man, you can really enjoy it. Make sure she's happy. Make sure you you beat the perfect man. You get it anything she needs if she If she wants chocolate, you get it chocolate, she wants strawberries, ice cream, slushy from seven to eleven, if she wants a particular type of food, you make sure she enjoys that.
Pregnancy and not to mention pregnant. Not to mention pregnancy. Sex is amazing, it is.
Oh my goodness, right already.
Have before yeah, outside, we don't we don't discuss that enough as men. But it's not only is it amazing, it's actually good for the baby. We're not the baby. It's good for the cervix so something.
It's something good for month to be able to release out something.
It's good for the it's good for the for the husbands and fathers too because it feels so damn that's amazing. All right, brother, have a going all right, thank you too? Hello? Who's this be?
Mine?
From the metro?
What's up for?
No man?
What's popping things? Two things to address? What is wrong with the media? Hitting part cars is christ.
But they they're busy trying to get these shots because those pictures translated into.
Money, so that's that's what that's about.
Yeah, But I mean, you just can't be hitting people's cars, Like I agree with Rock Nason is out here talking about people. It's like spreading this information and stuff like that. With that little letter that they wrote with the casino and Tom Square and to me, it's like I just about to be the first gaming license, so you're gonna do it right like you need to be done right.
I feel like they're trying to do too much with that casino, and to me, they honestly sound like politicians like making empty campaign promise.
No, I totally disagree with you.
I don't feel that way with Rock Nation. And I'll tell you this, and you know everybody knows I'm a whole lover. But when it comes to all the things that jay Z has done, he's shown improved.
Whether it was.
Rockefeller Records, whether it was the Rockefeller clothing line, whether it was Title, whether it was du Say, whether it's a Suspades, whether it's his cannabis line. Like, he shows improves. And not only does he show improved, he gives back to his community. And I think anybody that gets an opportunity to get that casino is not going to give back to the community. And Hope has done it numerous times.
Envy is absolutely right, And there's nobody better to have a casino, and we know that that money is gonna go into communities that need it, then Rock Nation there's nobody better the people that they're gonna employ, you know what I mean, where they're gonna put the money they're already talking about putting, you know, one hundreds of millions of dollars in Broadway for black Broadway plays Like No, they need to get that gaming license in New York.
Absolutely, get it off your chest. Eight hundred five eight five one oh five one. If you need to vent, hit us up now. It's the Breakfast Club. Good morning, the Breakfast Club. From today is your time to get it off.
Your chest, whether you're mad or blessed.
Time to get up and get some call up now.
Eight hundred and five eight five one o five one. We want to hear from you on the Breakfast Club.

Oh, good morning, my mother.
I was calling today to be the envy. I sent you a message on Instagram and you never got back to me.
What did the message say?
It said that, you know, I introduced myself and I was like, I'm definitely a big fan. And I was trying to help my husband because he's over through some stuff mentally and emotionally this year, and he is a prior mechanics stun the service and can't do what he loves anymore, and you were trying to see if fairly be able to come to your car.

Our kids are pretty small. They can't handle that business right now.
How old are the kids. I have a one year old, and if we have a seven year old, yes, you could bring your kids. That's that's what the car show is about. Like we you know, we have jumpies and rides and activities for kids. We teach the kids how to double Dutch, we do face planning. I bring my you know, I got a seventeen month old, so my seventeen month to be there, my seven year old, my eight year old, my nine, my nineteen, my twenty one. We bring the whole family. But yeah, absolutely, Well, I'll
give you tickets for everybody. If you want to bring them, come along and have a good time. We'll get you. We'll get you VIP tickets, get you in straight and everything.
Rick Ross would never oh, shoot, and why you say that?
Yeah I meant, but yeah, but now you stay on the line. Who will definitely get that for you.
Right, all right, thank you so much. I have a blesseday.
Hold on all right.
And I know this sounds random. We were talking about sex during pregnancy. Sex during pregnancy is good for both you and the baby. It can help you sleep better, sleep better, lower your blood pressure, and make you happier.
Okay, yes, I just want to throw that out there, and it feels great, does feel amazing?
Hello? Who's this listen?
Joshua Michie from Conways, South Carolina.
Hey, josh Conway, get it off your chest.
Oh my first time. I want to thank you guys.
As I was working a job.
And with what got me to.
The job, I ever got to college with you guys, and then I also started going to sarious.
Thanks for charming to God. That was probably one of the part.
Of things I did as a young black man, one of the best things that I did. I'm only twenty five years old, so I love to really need it. While I went to college, my mom passed away and we playing my older brother's pass play, so it was hard to try to deal with that.
Man. I love therapy and I'm glad you. Yeah, I'm glad you went the therapy to deal with your grief.
I love to hear it.
Well, I just do.
It's a big thing to you, guys.
I've listened.
I also while I worked that job, I listened to your audio books and every day.
It was tough to get that job, but legit, the breakfast club. It's like, what got me do that?
I also know what I listened to.
Black privilege, Oh, black privilege word, thank you, thank you.
And I also I know you're.
A comic books fan, and.
I'm a huge comic book fan.
I'm also writing my own comic book, and I was wondering, can I just kind of shout that out because currently I have a Kickstart going on. I don't know if I know Kickstarter is.
Of course, of course shut it out.
So I have a Kickstarter.
You can go to Kickstarter and it's called No Retreat, No Surrender, Issues one and two. I have about twenty days the great rest of the fund. I have about fifty percent of the phones already, so I just really need help to get the other fifty percent. It's twenty five hundred right now. I have a about one and one dollars.
Okay, I'm gonna make a donation.
I make a donation to I'm a change on that brother.
You know, I gotta.
I got, I got a line of comic book and graphic novels coming up to You know, they announced it.
I didn't know about that, man.
Yeah, I wish they had about that.
Yeah, I wish they hadn't announced it so early. But they come in really soon.
Hold on the right so we can get all your information, all right, get it off your chest. Eight hundred and five eighty five, one oh five one. If you need the vent, you can hit us up and again shoutut to that young lady Regina. She was talking about the car show, My car Show, which is on the twenty eighth of this month, and we're doing it with the Dolph family and his record label, Paper Route. So I just want to tell everybody, get your tickets if you
haven't got your tickets. Also, if you want to put your car or bike in the show, we'd love to see what you have. And that's dj m V Car Show at gmail dot com, and we want to see everything. Whether you got Ferrari's we got, We're gonna have bugattis, We're gonna have vets, we're gonna have old schools, camaros and whatever you got that you put your time into, you know, Like I always say, my first call was a nineteen eighty six Honda card and I put everything
into that car. I put eighteen ins rims in it. At the time, I put a bazooka, I had TVs in that thing. It was my baby. I worked hard for that. So we want to see those type of vehicles as well. So get your tickets. If you haven't got your tickets now when we come back, we got your room and report. A gentleman earlier called talking about a picture he seit online A birdman. J Prince an NBA young boy.
I don't see how anybody can hate on that.
We'll tell you about what J. Prince has to say after that, meet into the Move. It's the Breakfast Club. Good morning, the Breakfast Club owning everybody. It's DJ n V Charlamagne the guy. We are the Breakfast Club. Our guest host, Erica Duchess is here. You're a little late this morning.
Yeah, I'm good.
You look tired ed. Hey man, I don't like calling a woman d I don't.
I'm in New York. I'm trying to get all the experience.
We mean you went out last night.
Yeah, I went. I don't know where I was, but you know you And it was in.
An alley, like you said. He was an alley like people like.
It was fun. I don't know, jungle, I.
Know, just in an alley in New York.
A jungle is like.
A party alley, like a party in an alley.
Was smoking crack.
No, I don't know.
That sounds like you know, that sounds like we're in Brooklyn and Queens. He wasn't in the city.
Yeah, we just a ride. I don't know. I had fun.
But don't go that way. That way is the Bronx. You don't want to go that way.
What that's the way.
I was dying?
Was that way? That was fun people and they loved me.
You had a good time.
I had a good time.
All right, Well, let's drink some water, let's get to the room. Let's talk NB A young boy name or you gossip? You chatting gods? This is the rumor report.
I mean, I guess we're on the breakfast club. This is where the tea spells right.
On the breakfast club.
Now during get it off your chest, a gentleman called talking about a picture that he's seen yesterday posted on social media. It was a picture of Birdman J Prince in NB A young Boy all right now. The reason has pictures posted is because NBA Young Boy has been taking stabs at Drake, stabs at Jay Prince. Do we have the audio of his rapping of some of the stabs he's done.
Drake was selling me tell me that, he said, tell me that he like doing I.
Can't do issue's on West.
I always do what you say, all.
Right, that's all right about that?
He said he was he couldn't do a song with in me a young Boy because his relationship with Dirt, right, yes, all right, right right.
So they did have a meeting and a conversation. Jay Prince posted yesterday. As you can all see, I had a good time kicking it with the homies in Utah on behalf of the Little Homie, NBA Young Boy, Me and my brother Birdman were able to have a real conversation face to face. We talked about the past, the present, in the future, but most importantly, we left each other with a mutual respect moving forward. Even though I wasn't there for a meeting with birdman, I must say, the
Lord works in mysterious ways. But that being said, I must address the song where my name and Drake's name were mentioned to the little homie. As I said to you privately, I say to you publicly that Drake is my son.
He rolls with me.
Therefore, I think it's a good idea to take him off your enemy list, because the truth of the matter is that we got nothing but love for Dirk and your accomplishments. When I put Drake on that FaceTime call with you, my attempt was for y'all to move forward, not backwards. Two things we get every day is a chance and a choice. The choices we make determine our destination.
First of all, you're reading too fast. If you're reading any words from Jay Prince, you got to slow those down.
That's number one. But what's the problem with what he said? I like to see brothers.
I think it's a big.
Differences to the side.
Great that they have a conversation, and I think I think a lot of things will be handled a lot differently if we're able to have a conversation, especially face to face. Absolutely, because I hate the social media. Sometimes somebody can put something in capital words and be like, why are you yelling at me?
By accident? And especially j Prince and bird Man.
You love to see two bosses connect like they don't have no reason to have no issues with each other.
Now Also XX sex attention on the person that you know he was. Basically he was found guilty of. I want to make sure I want to get the right what he was found guilty for. Let me look, let me look look. I don't know if it was actually murder, but being a part of accessory of murder. Yeah, XXX attentions sentence. Well, he only got seven years from being an accomplice.
Well, that's because he cooperated with the police.
Right.
Robert Allen landed a deal for a reduced sentence. In February, Allen took the witness stand and threw his co defended to Dedrick Williams, Michael Bolt, right, and Trayvon Newsome under the bus. Allen was originally sentenced by brow A Circuit Judge Michael you Saying to seven years in state prison, but due to serving five years throughout the duration, it looks like he only has two years and with good behavior, he might be out in a couple of months. Wow.
Yeah, because he did fight. I can't.
I was looking at that yep, day, I was like, damn, it's been five years. It's been five years.
Damn, time really going back.
Yeah, So because he got on the stand, I'll say allegedly, because people assuming these days, but because he allegedly, well he did get understand because he got a understand instead of having to serve you know, the whole twenty years, he got seven and with five years, it looks like, like I said, he'll just steal a couple of months.
Do you know somebody like that won't play a role in somebody else's murder in the future. How do we know this for sure? They we don't know.
They don't.
I'm just saying.
And it seemed like when it happened, they end up back in a situation like that.
Yes, it's always.
It's seven years, you know what I mean, he's cooperating, not because he wants to do the right thing, is because he's trying to say of his own ass.
But I don't even understand why they needed the cooperation because they had it all on video. Remember it was on video. The whole thing was on video, So they didn't need the cooperation they should. They should have all got the full time, the maximum time. They didn't need cooperation. It wasn't like, well, maybe he did it, maybe it was no, it was on video. I would think them following him in, them following him out, like the whole thing.
But yeah, I just don't know how they can be for sure that this guy won't to play the role in a murder in the future.
And then how does how does the mom? How does mom get closure the young boy that killed her son or was part of killing her son gets out. He's out right now, he'll be out in a couple of months.
Everybody else got life, though, I think the trigger man and everybody else got.
Life, doesn't matter. Should all be in the same situation.
I think if you played the role in somebody else's murder, yeah, I think you should all be in the same situation.
But what do I know.
All right now? Also, Rick Ross, he's back in the news. He wants to run from mayor of Fayetteville, Georgia, and your shots at Ross, bro I'm just reporting the stories. I'm just reporting ms. I didn't even say anything about let me see what this going. I didn't see anything about his car show being denied from the I just say anything. I didn't say anything about that permit. I didn't say anything about that. I'm just talking about the mayor. He wants to run for mayor of I love Spainville
so much. Next year I'm running for mayor.
That's right, the boss, Rick Ross running for mayor of Fayetteville. What I want to ask is some young students that's in legal school. I want to ask you all a few questions about politics. I want to know how many votes did it actually take to vote in the mayor of Fairville. I need to know that because we're gonna become that, we're gonna make that happen.
We're gonna have a good time.
We're gonna give some people opportunities.
We're gonna give some people raises, and of course we're gonna have to clean some people out.
I don't think that's gonna be good because it's so many old people that stay in Fadville and white folk.
And they ain't going and Eric, because you're living living well.
I stay down the street from Fairville, George, and I'm from Atlanta, so.
I know you're gonna vote for Ross running from men I can't vote for him.
I don't stay in the country. Yeah.
Yeah, so well, we wish Roster best of luck with running from he.
Would be so many old people with their little hands up posters.
Yeah, but I didn't even mention. I didn't even mention the fact that is uh, they revoked his car show permit. That your second time.
I was not even on the report because he said I was.
He said I was throw shots.
I was not even saying it, but just said it last time.
Lastly, quickly, I just want to tell your mon it became the first state to officially ban TikTok. Right Governor Greg gm Forte signed the bill restricting downloads of the popular social media at the reason law.
I'm not mad at it, but what the reason?
Uh?
They just said, Uh, they didn't say. They said Montana's person and private data from the Chinese Communist Party. They don't want the Chinese community or the Chinese communities Communist Party to have people's information, so they have banned TikTok in Montana.
They know something we don't know.
Yeah, they do, all right.
Well that is your rumor report. Now when we come back, Tesling figure out will be joining us for Front Page News, So don't move and the ladies, the women from Run the World. The cast of Runner World will be joining us Breacho Webb, Corbin Reid, and Amber Stephen West, so don't join us.

Attorney General Ashley Moody responded to comments about Ron DeSantis being a white supremacist made by Charlemagne, and she responded to it on Fox News. Here's what she had to say, and we will talk about it on the other side.
I just want to very quickly because you had Charlemagne, the radio host blasting your Governor Rod de Status for batting public funding of Dei in Florida's public collegist saying the following, It's obvious that Ronda Santas is a white supremacist, right. It's amazing to me that a person like that would be running for president. When I think about it, it's like, damn, he's not even interested in bringing the country together.
Your final take on that about thirty seconds.
Look, Ronda Santis served this country. He believes an equal opportunity for everyone, equal.
Application of the law.
That's what he wants taught, that's what he wants educated here in the state of Florida. And to say otherwise it is untrue.
Did I say something wrong to us?
I think you were quite accurate. I mean, we can start with the fact that he promoted a fundraiser for Daniel Penny, of the man that murdered Jordan Neeley. He actually tweeted out let's show the marine that America had his back. So there's a long list of things that he has done that has pretty much I don't want to say he confirmed or at least alleged, or he looks like a white supremacist, talks like a white supremacist, so he might indeed be a white supremacist. So we can go down the.
List I bandp causes on African American studies.
Hell signed the building of law banning.
The state's public colleges and universities from spending money on diversity equity and include them. You know, a strategically district that wiped out at least four majority black districts, like come on, man, come on.
That's right, fighting Disney for no reason, fighting the teachers, making them cover up books that he doesn't like, again, banning the diversity programs, and again the Florida na A CP has literally as black people not to come to Florida. So and one of the most extreme people. People will say that Trump is extreme, and even Trump has said that he is too extreme when it comes to matter of abortion. So when Trump is telling you you're too extreme, you're probably too.
Extreme or absolutely. Now we want to go next. You want to go to the strippers or Rudy Giuliani.
Let's go to rude Genie Holney. Let's let's talk about that he demanded oral sex while on the phone with Trump. A forty three year old Trump.
Damn Jesus.
Forty three year old Noel Dumpfy is suing for ten million in damages and unpaid wages, claiming that the former New York mayor of Rudy Juniorali subjected her to wide ranging sexual assault and harassment, including making her perform oral sex while he was on the phone with Donald Trump. Now, she claims that she has recordings of numerous interactions, meaning that she has some receipts, and she said that Giuliani told her that he enjoyed engaging in this conduct while
on the phone because it made him feel like Bill Clinton. Now, in a statement of missus, Giuliani said that he completely denies the allegations and plans to defend himself and that this is pure harassment and an attempt at extortion.
I oh, how many times you know Republicans and even Democrats for that matter, refer to Bill Clinton when they're getting for Latio, Like is that like slang? Is that like slang amongst politicians.
Can I get some of that bill bill.
Bill at BC?
Well, I don't know.
I know. You better be careful because it sounds like she got some receipts. So we're gonna see if if she if she puts it out there.
All right, Well, that is your front page news.
And make sure you are subscribe to Tesla Figureos podcast A great shot and no chase of podcasts on the Black Effect. iHeartRadio podcast network.
That's right, And when we come back, we're gonna be kicking it with the ladies from One the World. All right, Brechia Webb, Corbin Red and Amber Stevens West. We're gonna talk to them next and don't move. It's The Breakfast Club.
Good morning, The Breakfast Club.
Morning everybody. It's dj n V Charlamagne the Guy. We are the Breakfast Club. We got our guest co hosts Erica Dutchess with us this morning, and we got some special guests joining us this morning. Breasia Webb, Corbyn, Reading, Aber Stevens West. Welcome Running World season two on Stars the people that haven't seen Run the World. What is Run the World?
Run the World is a fun show about three women living the lives and Harlem. Our friendship binds us together. We're running our careers, we're running our love lives. We're black women doing it and it's just a fun show about just women.
Friendship and success and love and yeah. And we look into the comedy and we look fabulous.
Yes, yes, yes, yes.
Yes, thank you.
How did y'all get teamed up together with this show?
We were cast brought us together, tell us our good looks.
I did not know these two, these two know each other. However, I met them at the chemistry read and it was like at the test, and it was like instant. I mean like the casting director Kim Coleman had to be like, you guys, can you please keep it down like other people are reading.
Yeah, instant friendship chemistry is definitely rue.
But Bricia and I met probably fifteen years ago. We've known each other a long long time, a lot of friends in common in LA and we love to sing.
Yeah.
And so when this show came around as and we heard that both of us were being considered for the parts, I texted her and I was like, if you.
Do it, I'll do it same. Because it was a big deal.
For us because we live in Los Angeles and to move out here to New York it was like a big deal.
So how was that?
How did you have to, you know, get up on your New York slang?
But don't.
I'm from Baltimore, so the New York slang ain't really that hard.
And you a long time ago. I bring it back when I get angry.
But you know, but seriously, I mean, our characters are all from different places. We like, our friendship started at Spellman and you know, so we're about being women from different places coming together in Harlem and working and growing in Harlem.
So our slang didn't have to be so much about.
My characters from the South. Yeah, and I mean I don't have a Southern accent on the show, but you know.
Yeah. Yeah, Now I'm assuming that this y'all take the season two before the writers correct.
Yeah, like a year ago.
Yeah, sorry fans, sorry people that watched seasons.
Yeah, just take a.
While, but we're coming back finally, it'll be worth to wait.
Yeah.
How do you feel like the characters grew in season two a.
Lot, a lot? Yeah.
The first season was really establishing who these characters were and what their friendship was with each other. But the end of the season left us all like there's a lot of cliffhangers at the end of season one, and so season two is really just about them kind of more learning more about themselves and like leaning on each other even more.
They're all in.
They're very successful in their lives, but they're still growing as human beings, and so they're at like a place in their lives, like a fork in the road.
Basically all of them all learning how to be selfish for the first time. You know, we've been working towards our careers and our relationships and love and taking care of our families, we forget about who we are and what we actually want. So that's what I love about the show is for black women or just women in general, just to be reminded about how powerful they are and what we have to say no to and what we have to say yes too.
And our show is really cool too because they feel like you see women in their twenties figuring it out, like that's a very glamorized thing on TV shows, but our show is about women in their thirties still figuring it out. And I don't think that's the top, but that's going to explore as much. And I think it's good that, like we're normalizing that and celebrating that and
also making it feel aspirational and exciting. And it's not like, Okay, you're in your thirties, you have to be married, you have to have kids, you have to like have all these things, like these established things. It's like, you know what, we might make a huge career shift in our thirties. We might be confused about whether or not you know, this fiance or this serious partner or someone that we really want to be with.
Or if we want to have kids, if we even want to have kids.
I think it's a very modern day take on what it is to be a woman, an ambitious woman, either one of you.
I have kids.
I have got the kids.
I have two little little girls.
Little girl.
I would know.
I thought, you, oh my god, because I look so young, get married married that I tried.
I did it. I did. You were married for six months? Oh really? Yeah, I got divorced on zoom.
Oh wow, okay.
TV show.
Yeah it ended all in the same I did, I do, I did and done a period with.
The most grateful Get this comment, and I'd like to hear more about that.
Do you want to know more about how you did get to Yeah, a couple during the pandemic.
Interesting, okay, and so you still.
Were on the phone with the judge and the little block. Wow, I said, all I want is my bed, is the bed that we just bought. Because he had me all the little bed for six months.
You know what youre getting yourself into before?
Really he treated me, he was he was like a pastor child.
So like I said, this sounds like a TV show.
Really literally, I have a TV TV show coming with something around my life, so kind of smart.
I was gonna ask, now, you both recently got married. Was the pressure to get married, because you talk about sometimes the pressure of getting married and having kids. Was there pressure from the family to get married?
I mean, my family is Jamaican that my grandma was like, you know, ninety like ninety three, she's I'm gonna die soon, Please get married. I could be there.
She said that.
Oh yeah, she said to my husband.
Like Torrid the first day, shen't.
Have no shame, Like you know, that's a very very Caribbean thing.
Me.
I I've kind of been manifest in getting married for so long. Charlottney, I would talk about how I couldn't find a man, and I really said, if God don't do it, it won't get done, because it's really it was really scarce in these streets. You know, found me Okayanna Love Lannie Love Sanqua my brother.
We met over FaceTime. I'm during the pandemic.
I was working and I went in the quarantine for a week or two, came out with a boyfriend, and a.
Year later engaged, One year later, one year later engaged.
Did you take it serious at first because it was over FaceTime?
Like I mean, yeah, I mean I.
Have been praying about it, and like it wasn't like, oh we're meeting on FaceTime, You're gonna be my husband or something like that.
Wouldn't that. I wasn't thirsty like that.
No, No, but but you know he was.
Just he was just a great guy. And it's hard not to.
Love Nick Jones.
And I got a bunch of home girls who was about to give up until it happened for yes, and you, Brisha has the example all the time.
I'm thank you.
That's a good thing. Thank you.
God is good.
I mean, listen and go lower your standard, do not lower your standards. What was your standards though, just bring something. I mean, look, anything to start Listen that if I love your we not We're not gonna be in the IF world. We're not gonna be in the IF.
No. No, We're just gonna be in the right.
Now.
What's on the table is you know what I just wanted a man that brought something to me because I know what I bring and I honor what I have done, and I want him to honor what he's done and bring it so we can be evenly.
Yo, all right, we got more with the cast from Run the World when we come back, Brisia Webb, Corbyn Reid and Amber Stevens West. It don't move.
It's the Breakfast Club.
Good morning, Bring everybody, It's DJ Envy, Charlamage the guy. We are the Breakfast Club. Our guest co host, Erica Duchess is here and we're still kicking it with the ladies from Run the World Bresia Webb, Corbyn Reid and Amber Stevens West. Charlomagne.
Is it hard to play characters who are married or you know, who may not have kids when you are married.
And have kids.
I actually had a challenge with my character because she's playing like a. I don't call it a fake step parent, but she is stepping in with just an older man you know that she's with, and he's also like her thesis advisor because she's getting her PhD. And she's taking on this parenting role you know, with his daughter, and she loves it, and it does also ends up being
a situation where she feels taken for granted. And I'd have never had that experience, but I did have a lot of women, you know, say to me, like, I relate to this so much, and men too, like I
relate to this dichotomy. I relate to being put in this position where like in season two, tik A Sumpter, her real mom comes back into the picture, and I, you know, I hear people saying, like, we watched the season and like, this is a role that I'm in right now, having to like tread this line between my new partner and you know, my child's mother, and you know,
I understand like the challenges that presents. And it was nice to hear the feedback that they identified with it because as an actor, I as a human being, I have never had that experience. But it's nice that, like to know that I'm able to portray it in a way that feels relatable. So that's been interesting.
You you got, Well, my character on the show is in the pilot, you know, spoiler alert if you haven't seen the show, cheats on her fiance and she is very unsure about what she wants for her future because she's a very type a personality who's been doing everything the right way and checking every box in her life and she's finally gonna get married to like, you know, on paper, he's the perfect man, and he's got a wonderful family, a big Nigerian family, and they're planning this
big epic wedding and it's very overwhelming for her. So she ends up sleeping with someone because she's just never acted out in any way experiences, never had any experiences, and just felt like stifled in some way, and so that's the way she acted out. So she is just struggling with that. And I don't identify with that part because I've been married for so long. I've been married for eight years and we've been together way longer than that.
Did you get the while out before you got married?
That's why you don't ever kind.
Of did some dating, you know, I'm a very monogamous personality. I just like, you know, boo up real fast. But I met my husband and I was twenty two, so we've been together for so long. But it was interesting to just play a character who was just so nervous about taking that next big step.
And I think a lot of people relate to that.
They feel like they need to hit check that box by the time they turn thirty so that they can like, you know, say that they won or whatever. And this character is very much like, I got everything that I wanted in my life, and I'm still unsure if that's what I really want.
So I like, I like that.
Hard to be a single woman, play a single woman.
Listen, I can relate.
But you know, my character, she was married and you know, she had a great relationship with her husband, and she dropped him and was going through the divorce and everything, and you know, he could didn't. He stole her money pretty much. And that was first season and so now she's you know, out here single doing her thing, and I can relate to that. But I also in this second season, I love that she's realizing that the heart really wants what it wants and she misses that piece
of her life. So I can understand that too, because there is a longing for love and for stability when you're trying to find your footing in a new place. Because she has a new career path, she quits her job, she leaves her husband, she's doing a whole bunch of stuff. So she's really trying to reclaim who she is. And you know, remember like there's people around her that love her and that she has to go and get them and show them and clean up herself a little bit,
like to take accountability. And I totally can you know, I know what that means now being married, but you know, like just being married and just understanding the commitment and the love that it takes to know even when you're going through a season, it doesn't matter, you can get through.
It said about her.
Character with me because I think this is important to your character. Needed more experience, you know before they got married. Is that's something that women actually go through?
Yeah, I think men go through that too.
You want to experience much as much life as you can so that you would look back with no regrets and you feel like you've made the right choice in your life, especially if you're going to commit to somebody for the rest of your life because you're choosing to spend every with them, and like we're saying, you want to be on the same team with them, and you're gonna have to compromise. So you want to make sure you're going to do that with someone that you respect.
We call it for men and women, we call it the whole phase.
Yeah, I miss.
Yes, I really did. I hate I missed it. I missed it.
Now season two, you guys gained some new characters on the show, some new cast mates, Yes, and you lost some new cast mates. So talk to people about who's not coming back and who who's who's coming You know he used to before.
He used to be four of.
Us, you know.
Okay, let's Ella.
You know, she she had you know, everybody has a decision, you know, and it has to protect themselves. So much respect to her and what she decided to do, right Andrea, and you know she she did the right thing for her. You know, we moved along. I went and got my bag. We all did that, and we came back with season two and she still shows up. Her presence is ever so presents.
Still a part of the show, and she's referenced a lot, and she comes and saves the day sometimes like she's still definitely a friend, but the character is addressed as to where they go. And I think it's handled like really great and actually very real, you know, like friends move away.
The It wasn't because.
We love to support Andrea, and you know, we wish her the absolute best cast.
It's just us, you know, we are the three leads of the show.
And then we have just great stars summer summers.
Sure we have who else we have this season? You have some wonderful people in your funeral show funeral. Now you over here, listen.
Now we'll say this.
I do not speak.
There is a funeral.
No, there's a funeral. There's a lot of things that happen this season.
Funeral.
Yes, there's a wedding and a funeral. So we got through it.
And I love shows that highlight therapy, and I know you go to therapy, Breeze, So how important is therapy with these three ladies.
It's important because one thing that part of the show. It's a big part because I love.
That Crese Summer first of all is our therapist this season.
Shout out to Roso, I mean Rosio Donald did a phenomenal's job last season as well. But I love in our therapy episode is that she brings she makes us answer our own questions, you know. And so usually a therapist is telling you what to do and makes you ponder it. She asked the questions and then we come up with it and we're going, oh, she says, so you know what you want to do, It's in you already.
And I think that's the craft of a really great therapist.
Yeah, someone who empowers you to make choices for yourself.
Yes, well, I will be honest right now. I lost my father a while I was filming the season at the same time, while I was filming a funeral scene.
All.
Yeah, So therapy was such an important process for me to even show up to work, for me to even do anything, you know, And I'm so appreciative of that time and of this cast. But therapy really is not just a luxury. It's something that we need to be able to express ourselves because we express what we you know, we can use that energy and good or in bad. You know, you could use that energy if you're going through a loss or grief, for a heartache or any
anything like that. Just because you can't pay your bills, Like that's one thing, but like all of those things are still an emotion that you need to be able to get out and express. So don't like I used to be in that mindset like, oh, if you're rich, you can get therapy. There's other avenues where you can still talk to somebody and get that energy out, because if you don't, it just lives in your body and you get sick.
How do you deal with those gottail of emotions, Bree, Because you know you're celebrating high, you're being married, celebrating high. I'm sure doing Season two, but then you celebrating, not celebrating, but then the low happens.
Your father passed.
A lot of prayer, a lot of soul searching and walking in my truth and being grateful that I get to walk in my truth and do what I love. Shove to work, be around people that love to laugh. Laughing really helped and know that I'm living out my father's dream. You know, I was grateful to be in New York. I'm from Baltimore, so I was able to catch a train back and forth every weekend in between, and I know that that was all God for me to be here and for me to be on this show.
So I just look at the gratitude in that and just rejoice in that.
And anybody that's listening to this and watching, if you're going through it, I totally get it.
And losing a parent, it's life changing.
All right, will move? We got more with the cast and Run the World, So don't move. It's the Breakfast Club. Good morning Hoarding everybody. It's DJ Envy, Charlomagne, the gud We are to Breakfast Club. Our guest co host, Erica Duchess is here and we're still kicking it with the ladies from Run the World, Breach a web, Corbyn Red and Amber Stevens West Charlomagne.
I want to ask you, Corbyn, like you know your character makes a lot of sacrifices on her wants some needs as a woman, Like do you have to do that in real life in order to find a partner that you spend the rest of your life.
I am very blessed to have a partner who supports me, like blindly, Like he is like my biggest fan, and that's why big part of the reason why I married him. Like this industry is so demanding. You know, we got to travel, we got crazy hours. You know, you're kissing and hugging on other people. You have to have somebody who is supportive, and it is hard to find. And I feel really blessed that I have somebody who just literally is like, whatever you need to do, I like,
I got you, and I understand and whatever. Like He's there for me one hundred percent. So I'm very grateful that in my personal life I don't have to deal with that, but I do appreciate that on the show, you know, I had the opportunity, within the writing and within my character's journey to show like what that can look like, to have to come to terms with that
and set those boundaries and then act on them. I think black women in particular end up a lot of times in that caretaker role, and it can be easy to just go along, to get along and just be like, this is a role I have to play and almost take this Martyrer position in a way, and it's hard to say like, this is what I need and this is what I want and I'm going to act on it. And a lot of times, you know, you can get
called selfish, and it's a negative thing. But I think the way that my character is written is she makes a move, a selfish move in her own interests, and it looks sexy, like it looks good, and I hope that women watch and they're encouraged to make those moves because a lot of times, when you're selfish, it's a loving move for even the people that are affected by it, because if you're not happy, the people around you are going to be happy and inegatively, that's gonna, you know,
turn into resentment, or that's going to turn into you being not fully flourishing, and that that affects the people you love negatively. So that's exactly what my character deals with the whole season exactly. I actually act on it, whereas you're kind of like grappling within her.
Well, she's realized that that's why she cheated in the first place, is because she wasn't acting on her true ambition. She was filling all these roles because she felt like that was the right thing to do in order to
be successful. And then she's terrified when she's actually confronted with, oh, I've actually hit all these marks and I'm not as happy as I thought I would be, and I'm and she's realizing that she wasn't being her authentic self in her relationship, so she wasn't getting out of the relationship what she wanted because she wasn't telling what she needed.
And instead of taking the action like Sandi does in a way that has merit, you know, the way that you can look back on the relationship lovingly and not have to walk away from it with like your tail between your legs or feeling some sort of guilt. It's like you kind of like, you know, I think it's
a nice dichotomy. It's like, yes, I take the action you don't, and then you see what the outcome can be, you know, be to do the brave thing or do the thing that's a little bit easier, and then the aftermath is messier.
Absolutely.
Yeah.
So that's why you need girlfriends, Elene, because you don't have to pray.
That's great is that you have the friendship on our show, there's no judgment for making any of those decisions. It's like we just support each other and we understand each other. We give each other's space to grieve and feel sad and embarrassed, but also lift.
Each other back up.
Husbands feel about the Orange Green romances.
Listen, my husband's an actor. He gets it and he knows what it's about, honestly. And most of my.
Stuff was always with Tosin and who's like the most gentlemanly, kind, warm, easy going, very respectful. But we also have intimacy coordinator person that comes to the show, so it feels very choreographed anything that we have to do, even if it's just like a kiss on the cheek, they're like, all right, are you comfortable with that?
Like, let's talk about it. Which cheek?
You know?
How much are they going to touch other parts of your body? How you know that that is a job intimacy coordinator. Yes, So it actually takes away the awkwardness I think it is. It's a newer job in the industry and it's essential. Once we had that person, I was like, wow, feels so much safer.
Yea, especially they used to go on with and couple and they start sw Yeah.
Let me take advantage in those situations.
Really, they really do, and it's nice to have someone else to hold that person accountable and say you said literally on paper they will write she is you are allowed to touch graise her thigh like literally, that's specific. So if anyone goes outside the boundaries that have been discussed, you can take it to them and you can figure it out and say.
That that was in that job. You can't get like a form of porn.
Directors people television, they don't realize that, you know, intimacy scenes are not like as intimate and you know, choreographed, we sweating in weird positions for the light.
Yeah, and the camera.
You're like, did you you have a mint? Like it's crazy and it's not.
You'll see the comments, you know, because they compare Harlem to y'all show. Do y'all see those comments? What are your thoughts on it?
Listen?
Why why can't we have to, you know, shows about black women in Harlem living in it all the time.
We need.
Los Angeles and especially like these times, I'm looking at y'all, and I'm looking at y'all, like y'all chemistry and all that, and how y'all getting along like women, especially us black women, and how y'all support one another just off the screen too. It's just how y'all that love and the support and I just love it. We need a women because we're so caddy it's a competition.
But that's what's out there, you know. That's what I'm saying.
That's why it shows like Ours and Harlem is needed because there's so much stop and media that they perpetuate this this stereo type.
Of black women, and you have to be a competitive realize the power of storytelling, like how you absorb that and how that affects your people's real behavior in their real lives. Like a show like Ours encourages you to get those good girlfriends and find those people who lift you up. You know, it can have like a real impact, and hopefully it encourages networks to make more shows like that.
Because we need it. I was growing up, we had like the coss was showing.
Yeah, as our executive producer, you know, living single and listen all the amazing shows about black women.
How how we was in power, how.
You know we had being rich and had families and did all this stuff and studied the other way.
I love this.
You could check two more questions.
Is it true that amble with a message message your wedding.
Oh my god, what a mess in terms of she was crying.
Wedding whatever that means.
And my husband we're both very emotional. You know, you had a Maya Angelou poem everyone in the crowd read together.
I wanted. I couldn't even I didn't even speak.
It out loud, what we were doing.
And I was very moved by the whole moment.
I just loved the power of everyone's voices together, you know, lifting lifting us up and like reaffirming our love. I thought that was really beautiful. But I looked out into the audience and I just am.
It was just like.
During dinner and you did have a speech to stop losing her mind.
It was so funny.
I love it.
It was so sweet.
I loved where was my favorite?
I love love.
My God is love so so when people like forget love Loyd all the little God is love so that it ain't nothing above that.
That's why I had to have a choir. Okay, girl, Kelly of your Yes, that's my son.
We worked together on Merry Little Christmas. I mean we've done three of them, are about to do a fourth one. You know, after you work with somebody like the love is genuine and.
You have that spirit.
Bless you.
My cousin.
Was about.
I'm your sister too.
I I'm so proud of him. I'm so happy for me too, so happy he's back.
That's right.

Yeah, yeah, I got got Yeah. You know I ain't did that. But I'm just saying, yeah, it's okay. He had a bad set, but I get it where you were trying to, where you were trying where he were trying to go. Once he explained it yesterday, Yes, indeed, we see that now, but it didn't It still didn't make no sense because you still could have used a Mell or other men in the world beside Donald Trump.
Oh yeah, I'm just talking about the shot he was taking his Yeah, got you. He ain't bomb yet. That's what I'm thinking yesterday.
That Instagram, that's what That's the energy we needed at the funeral. That's the energy we needed at We needed him have all them shots like that. But you know what I'm saying, we wanted that. We wanted it to eat so it we needed something to land. Nothing in land.
What's Luther? Pastor Jamal?
I really do hold Pastor Jamal, I don't ever come to know Erica dutche So because I feel like Erica's gonna have something for him thirty minutes.
I already know I am. But Pastor Jamal Brian he about that life. He about that life.
He had a life before he started preaching and stuff like that, like he a little gangster. I like it though, but I didn't know he posted that on his paid by the unknown comedian. I bet you won't forget me now. You don't never forget Erica Dutchess. Or somebody said I bomb that. Anytime you hear bomb, you're gonna think about Erica Dutchees.
Jesus now.
Also, Yo, Gotti, yesterday we told you what was going on before two Doug and he said that he was having problems in jail. He felt like they were trying to kill him. He had to heat his food with hot water from the shower. I read the whole statement that he put up a day ago. But yesterday, last yesterday evening, I should say he said they rated my is ish last night. Man at three am, they taking me the war. I need Johnny Cocker, little cousin or something.
It's on and popping in this itch. Well, Yo, Gotti posted yesterday, I got two million dollars for any lawyer that can get dug out early.
Thanks. That's what I want for my birthday, to free for two doug. So if I didn't know he was talking about the rabbit, that's say. It sounds crazy what I got two million dollars for anybody who can get dug out early?
That sounds wild.
No, it doesn't.
We didn't talk about four Yeah.
Not knowing context that they talk about, but I didn't know that's in.
It sounds crazy.
Can a lawyer do that? Can you just give a lawyer two million dollars and they go get him out early?
Well, I mean, you know the right people. They gotta fight the case. They gotta fight the case. Now, rich the Kid he apologizes to Tory Bricks after cheating allegations. Rich they Kid is apologizing to his fiance and child's mother and says that he's sorry. He says that he's trying to do better. He was also accused of failing to pay a woman thirty five thousand dollars to keep her pregnancy a seat from his fiancee, Tory Bricks as well.
Once a woman found out she was pregnant, she says she and Rich created a signed agreement that she would terminate the pregnancy and keep to their sexual encounters a secret from Tory, allegedly, So Risky Kids apologized and you know he's saying he's he's sorry, he's he's a grown ass man. He's trying to evolve, he's trying to grow, and he wished that didn't happen.
Well, we've all been there, Rich the kid.
That's all you can do, you know, give a public apology, but the best apology is change behavior.
That's all I can tell you, young man.
Absolutely all right.
And lastly, Swiss Beats and Timberland say that they own one hundred percent of Versus. It was a reported a couple of months ago that Trilla actually purchased a big majority of Versus, but Swiss and Timberland are saying that's not true, and Versus one.
Hundred percent black owned.
Kay.
You see fifty percent on top of your screen and fifty percent.
On their body in the screen.
Tim and Swiss.
That's who owned versus. In case you ain't no, this is word to ALLAE.
Okay, Tim, don't like me talking like this.
I go too crazy.
I said that. He's like, man, I see the names Tim Swiss, how about that it was built for the people and it's going.
To stay with you.
So they're supposed to be announcing some new verses coming up shortly, and they said it's going to be a lot of big names.
So I'm gonna tell you what I'm forward for that.
I love Swiss thing, Tim, but I'm tired of them announcing that we're about to get new verses and we don't have new verses. Oh yeah, Okay, there's too many great verses that we keep hearing about, right, we keep hearing about potentially weighing in fifty ur JD and the Daddy, all of these people.
I want to kill NICKI Mina Kim oh oh Man. I saw Swiss on Jennifer Hudson.
He was saying, Jennifer Hudson, stop announcing that we're about to get new verses and announce some new verses. I'm with you.
I'm with you and that Asian room or report. Now who you giving that donkey too, man for after the Hour.
There's a school in Missouri called Glendale High School. And this is a perfect example of why two wrongs can make or right. We'll discuss all right, We'll get to that next. It's the Breakfast Club. Donkeys of the day, asked Charlamaye, I'm a Democrat, so being Donkey of the day is a little bit of a mixed question.
So like a donkey, Okay, Donky of the day.
The breakfast Club, bitch you now, I've.
Been called a lot of my twenty three years.
Like Donkey of the day is a new white.
Yes, Donkey today for Thursday, May eighteenth, goes to Glendale High School in Missouri and an unnamed teacher at Glendale High School in Springfield, Missouri. See there is a fifteen year old young Caucasian girl named Mary Walton who go to Glendale High School dropping the clues bombs from Mary Walton. Okay, she was in geometry class minding her business when her teacher tried to put together a geometric sequence that simply doesn't add up. All right.
See, there's this word.
That no matter how many times you tell people they shouldn't use it, they will find a way, all right, doesn't matter what race the person is. We all know the historical context of the word. We know why the words shouldn't be used by anyone. I don't care if you think it's a term of endearment or a racial slur. It's a word that is divisive and it's just too much blood and baggage on it for it to ever be positive. But yet we can't keep it out of our mouse.
All right.
The word I'm referring to is the N word, all right. I wanted to say it so bad, but I'm trying not to. I've been trying not too for years. Okay. By the way, I really haven't found a better way to describe these ninjas than the N word. Matter of fact, I want to apologize all ninjas out there. Why do we do that to them? Okay, why is ninja's a default for the N word? We love ninjas. But back
to the N word. This young fifteen year old Caucasian girl, Mary Walton, was suspended because she recorded her teacher repeatedly saying the N word.
Yes, I told you.
They was in geometry class and Mary's teacher presented a problem she didn't have an answer for. And guess what the reason I'm not saying the teacher's name is because they didn't release it.
I didn't give up the teacher's name. They released the young mind's name, but not the teacher.
Why. I don't know, but we do have audio. This is the teacher presenting this problem to his geometry class. Let's listen the word at all. But I don't know.
It feels like when when a black person's using their chours another black person.
It's the same.
How is it not?
Still?
But I don't get it. I mean, I.
Say, right now, as a teacher, if you want to keep your job, this is I'm calling anyone.
I understand.
No, h I wish we didn't bleeve the word. I mean in that context, I feel like we should use it for research purposes. But I agree with the teacher that when a black person uses it towards another black person, it's still a derogatory word. I don't use the word in that context like how YG used it on my N word or how stupid c Murder used it on down for my n words. Now, sadly, I use it
the way the white man intended it to be used. Okay, But this teacher is full of Okay, if he's smart enough to say he doesn't like the word at all, and why is he using it at all?
Okay?
If you can acknowledge with the teacher that you don't like the word and the word seems derogatory no matter how you.
Use it or who uses it, then why are you using it?
And more importantly, you heard the student a student, okay, one of those youngsters. And that's why these youngsters give me hope for the future. One of those students said to him, don't say it if you want to keep your job. If a student tells you that, and then you still continue to use the word, And then even you know, after other students said don't say it, your
response is you can say it. Well, who gave you permission to say it, And how did you come to that conclusion after acknowledging that you don't like the word. This is beyond confused, okay, But what even more confusing is the fact that Glendale High School suspended the fifteen.
Year old girl for recording which you just heard. I can't make this up. Let's go to CNN for the report.
Polase video shared on social media shows a high school teacher using the in word at least twice in a Missouri classroom. Mary Walton, a fifteen year old student, disturbed, began filming. The teacher was initially placed on administrative leave. A week later, that teacher has resigned, but Mary was
also punished suspended for three days over the recording. The school district says its discipline is quote confidential per federal law, but noted that the student handbook limits inappropriate use of electronics and considers the identification of minor students.
When disseminating video.
The school district also prohibits quote recording of faculty or staff in the classroom without prior approval and recording quote acts of violence. Ho claims that the policy is problematic and it has a chilling effect on students like Mary looking to hold authority figures accountable.
Oh, it's just it. In the Daily Mail reports the teacher's name is Kenneth Bowling. Oh, we got a name, Kenneth Bowling. He's the teacher's name. Look, we're the first one is to tell kids, if you see something, say something. But I guess in this case is if you see something, say something, unless that's something is racism. And I understand it's rules and regulations, but you do know you're punishing this little girl for doing the right thing. So let's
just say the school has a no recording policy. But if this teacher was, you know, god forbid, assaulting another student or you know, whether it's sexually or verbally.
Is someone not supposed to record that?
You're definitely deterring kids from keeping track of teachers misbehavior by suspending young Mary, because the next time a student sees or here's a teacher doing something wrong, they gonna mind their damn business because they don't want to get in trouble. This is like that law in Arizona that bans people from recording police. A lot of people in Arizona protested against that because it violates their First Amendment
rights and it keeps them from holding police accountable. Not that police really care to theay on camera, but you understand my point. Look, there is plenty of times when a person recording should be held accountable. For example, Okay, if somebody set up the tripod and hit record for R. Kelly, absolutely makes perfect sense to discipline them for their recordings. But when a child is being verbally abused by their teacher with racist words, it doesn't matter what the school
policy is on filming. That young lady should be treated as a hero and celebrated. Okay, I don't care what the student handbook says.
I get it.
It says students are prohibited from using cell phones to make audio or visual recordings.
The faculty are staff.
But what school is going to give a child permission to record a teacher saying the N word? None? Okay, So this is a perfect example of Look, sometimes two wrongs do make a right. According to the laws of culture, the teacher was wrong for using the N word, and according to the laws of the student handbook, the student was wrong for recording him. But this student was also right because dumb ass people got to be held accountable. And if that teacher thought he had a pass to
use the N word. He now know he doesn't. In fact, one could argue Mary saved that teacher's life Kenneth Boling, because if Kennoth Bolan would have used the word, the N word around the wrong.
N words.
Could have been bad for him. Please let me, me and Ma give Glendale High School and then unnamed teacher the biggest he haw.
He haw, he haw.
You stupid mother?
Are you dumb?
You just got you just said the teacher's name, Kenneth Boling, You said the unnamed teacher.
I'm sorry, Kenneth Boling.
I'm proud of Yes, I know, man, because it's very hard to say the N word back to back to back, and I'm very don't roll like you know you just be wanting to say he you know, yeah, I'm very proud of your saying nig I mean you didn't say.
The N word one time that he would have used their word.
I won't.
No, not practicing bad habits, no niggas, I'm not saying it. I'm sorry you did you see.
What you did.
To you guys, to see what you did? What you made me guys tomorrow, see what you made me do season maybe do.
Y'all later, everybody else, Let's open up the phone lines eight hundred five A five one oh five to one. Now, the ladies of run the World. We're here earlier this morning, and we were talking about whole faces. I feel like this conversation comes up every couple of years so often, right, And the question is eight hundred five eight five one oh five one. Ladies, do you think you need a whole face?
Yes?
You do?
Men too, Yes you do. We want to talk about when we come back. You're jumping already.
All right, Okay, I got cause I need to talk about it.
All right.
Erica Dutchess, our co host, is here, and that's the question. Eight hundred five A five one oh five one. Do you think you need a whole phase? Let's talk about it. It's the Breakfast Club, the Morning, the Breakfast Club.
It's topic time called eight hundred five A five one five one to join into the discussion with the Breakfast Club.
Morning. Everybody's DJ n V charlamagnea God. We are the Breakfast Club. We got our guests. Co host Erica Dutch is here.
What's up?
So we're asking eight hundred and five eight five one five When this conversation comes out of the cast of Run the World, who joined us earlier. We're talking whole phases. We're asking do you need a whole phase? Do you think people need a whole phase? Erica will start with you.
Oh, yes, most definitely. I yes, yes, I hate I missed. I hate I miss mine.
Got time you're still here?
No, No, I don't got I.
Mean I can't be, you know, years old and want to start being a whole Who me?
I just I just think I missed. I missed the good years, and I hate I missed it though, And I think you really do need it. Like how you know how they still by men or he needed to saw his warrior oaks. Yeah, see, women got to do the same thing. I think so because I in my situation, I was with somebody my first love, like from age fifteen to age twenty three, so.
I was just that one person all them years.
Then right after him, like I had three months or four month break out with my little girl dad and I with himself eight years.
So I missed it.
But see, if you get with another man, my concern would be damn hearing you constantly say you missed it, because when somebody says they constantly miss something. If there's an opportunity to go do that, they might take it.
Yeah.
I mean, hey, you might be right.
But you know what I'm saying, you might be right about that, because I do be thinking about like dang, but now it's like now, time's an't change.
Now.
Now I be kind of scared. I don't want to be like a little whore now because you know, there's so much.
Going on out here in the world.
So I'm kind of you know, a monkey boy.
Yeah, I'm scared of all. I'm scared of everything. So I'm kind of good.
That's why when I was messing with the little young guy, you know what I'm saying, you were like twe hands hour and I was just in lower because I had missed so much being young. And then when I got with somebody that wore young that's on fun.
Going to the club. He fighting over me, and so I like, oh, he's that fout that man on.
Me, Like it was just so much fun, you see.
So what happens when you continue to grow in the comedy game like you are, and you get to meet people that you might have always wanted to meet, or people that you might have used to fantasize over, but now you get the opportunity to, you know, take them down.
Yeah, but when you when you end the industry and you and you behind the scene, you know what going on, They're not there appealing the more.
What about you? Sheelman?
I think everybody should live their life because like an ambus character and run the world. You know, you don't want someone to get in the relationship and feel like they're missing out on something and then they end up go going to do that something. So I feel like, yeah, we all should live a little bit before we find that one person we want to hold it for the
rest of our life. You know, all those tricks you don't learn from being out there in these streets, popping that poom poom and sharing that magic stick, you can share.
Those for the rest of your life with one person.
So yes, I thoroughly believe everybody should live a little bit, whether you call it a whole phase, whatever you call it.
Yeah, I disagree, and I'm gonna tell you why I disagree. I disagree because it's like, while you're having that whole phase, you could be passing up that person that is your soul man. You could be passing up your husband. You could be passing up that good person because you're quote unquote in the whole phase, because you want to experience that person that you could be looking for, that you passed on, that could be the person for you. And let me ask you a question.
What before you will never pass you in for God? What God has for you will never pass you by. All Right, you don't care if it's poom poom of magic.
You keep thinking that you you missed that man because you want to be in a whole phase and that man was the perfect man for you, and now he found somebody else, or y'all miss each other. Let me ask you a question, good brother, you have four daughters. What do you tell your four daughters right now? They say, hey, Dad, I want to date. Do you say we'll go and enjoy your whole face?
I don't have that have that conversation with their mama.
Will what's that conversation you're gonna be.
I don't know what I heard her.
Mama gonna be talking about my kids. Don't have to talk to me about that.
So when your daughter comes in and say, Daddy, I heard you on the radio talk about whole phase, what's what's your thoughts on it. I'm gonna say, look, I think you should live.
Live your life. You know what I mean.
I mean, but by the way, they gonna do it regardless.
But they asked me, I ain't gonna say go live your life. No, it's a little different.
It is different though, because I have a daughter and I have two sons.
But with my boys, I tell because they're so young, I tell them to live their life, live their life, because they you mean your daughter.
With my daughter, I tell her, your reputation is everything it is.
But here's the thing.
I think there's such a negative connotation around the world. Hold on, mean that you're out here.
Sleeping with seven and eight and nine and ten guys.
Me, oh, just mean that you're living a little bit like you're not You're not you're not you're not a version.
If you want to remain a virgin of tell barriage. I'm fine with that too, is ho And that's that's not true?
Then use another word. If you if somebody calls you a whole, that means you are usually a promiscuous person that has sex with numerous people. That's a whole.
That's and I think that's the negative cond of.
I don't use the word, oh, use another one.
I think we should why I said, just live your life a little bit like like.
Like my girl Laurie Harvey. I don't think. I don't think she's horn around. I just think she's experienced and life.
We don't even know what lorrid just because just could you see somebody with a man, you see somebody.
I'm just saying, you know, just for the stuff you see on the media, and she's been there. But I don't think isn't nothing wrong with that. She's a young lady, she's beautiful, and I just think she just experiment and experiencing life with different.
In different relationship.
That's a good example what you say there, because whenever I hear like women, when women say things like Laurie Harvey as a whole, you're speaking from your perspective. You're projecting because you couldn't go out with Michael B. Jordan's Indurance or whoever else future without sleeping with sleeping with.
Them, just don't know, just settling for whatever they're going for.
She gets.
Look, she is like one thing she out of. She ain't staying in no situation long.
She like she in she she'd be down for you for a minute, and we don't know what might transpike she out of up.
And that's what I mean, that's what I mean.
You can see that, Nick Cannon all.
Yes, yes, he's having sec called dowsh No.
No, because she married. She was married to all those people. When married to Chris hum for she was married. Because you've been married four times, right, four times?
Yes, she was married to other people.
Yeah, I'm just asking, all right, Dominice, get them kids out of.
The I love you too, Dominique.
You got them kids. You got them kids to school this morning. Yes, I now, now we can talk holes. You got the kids out the car. So what's your thoughts, mama.
When you're a female, what woman, I don't think that you should ever have a hole, Steed, because your maturity level should never want you to started to even say I did with figuring men and that's okay, like your whole there's no of being a hole when you're in delt you're a kid, kid, you young, you're gonna go through a phase where you finally love, so that's not a hole.
But we are debt.
You don't got no passing.
But that's all I'm saying when you were young.
Like when I when I say young, I'm talking like college. Most women probably if you go to college, most women probably experienced phase in college.
Yeah, yeah, good morning, David. What's your thoughts, brother?
Yeah?
I think I think the whole phase thing is something that we just tell ourselves because we you know, liberated, you know, society and all that, you know, kind of be young, be free, be you. But I think a whole phase does more harm than good, okay, because it creates kind of a sexualized mindset, you know, like you know, where you just having a whole bunch of sex and everything.
It gets to a point where I think it that's kind of all you see, like even how you judge people like you judge you know, by looks, and that's it.
You know.
I kind of saw that effect on myself when I kind of did it when I was younger, and I wish I hadn't because you start to develop this mindset. But that's the only lens to see people through, like are they good looking or not? As opposed to are they a valuable person?
True?
I still think being a whole is subjective though, because you know, let's just talk about it, we're doing it.
Set you.
Some people's sex sexually, they might sleep with ten fifteen people a year. Some people might feel like two a year is too much, right, you know what I'm saying.
I do feel like like you know, I got two I got six kids, but one is twenty one, one is nineteen, and they're both dating somebody now. And I tell them, if that is the person that treats them well, and you see yourself with them for the rest of your life because you don't know, do right by them, because you just don't know, you jump into a whole face and that could be the person that's gonna hold you down, that's gonna love you, just gonna make sure
they there for you regardless. And sometimes it's hard to find that love. There's so many women and men out there single looking for that love that they might have.
Little log you gonna live his life.
I'm telling you that, right, Little Logi, you gonna be out here knocking them down.
So you can sit here.
And if you want, little Logi and star athlete, good looking kid, muscular, little Logan gonna be out here and knocking them down.
You know what I mean, LOGI, live your life. We're talking about they're talking about the whole face. Do you think you need a whole face? Call us up right now eight hundred and five eighty five. I just wanna tell you all right quick before we go logan, call me Dad, put me on the group chat with me, you and Charlomagne. I'm like no, no, I'm like no, I'm like no. You want to know where the fun at.
Good Morning? The breakfast Club. It's topic times.
Called eight hundred and five eight five one five one to join into the discussion with the breakfast club, talk about.
It more than everybody.
It's d J n V.
Charlamage the God. We are the breakfast club. Now if you're just joining us, we're talking about the whole phase, meaning do you think you need a whole phase before? I guess you settled down? That is the question.
And you know it's Andrew because you asked me something the other day, I mean a couple of minutes ago.
Because I do have four daughters. I think that we don't like to deal with.
The reality that everybody's going to have a life. You're right, our grandma's had a life, our mama's had a life, our sisters had a life, our aunts had lives.
They was out there.
Popping that poom poom for a gooon the same way we out here with somebody's daughter. I'm married to somebody's daughter, and you're married to someone's daughter.
It's going to happen. So the reality is to sit around and act like it's not and try to deter them. It's just like man.
And I'm not saying they're saying I want my daughter to behold by any means. I'm just saying I know they're going to live their lives and that's what I would just tell them to do that my daughter, I'm.
Living that life now. We're having a son or the son and my daughter becoming a teenager. So I tell them a little day.
But it is different. I gotta tell my conversation with my son is different with my daughter.
But at the end of the day, like on this world, women, I know we want this equal stuff. Somethings we do need to be ego on, but something we just not we don't need to be equal to with me. Some things men can do that we just can't do, and some things else women can do that means just can't.
A lot of people disagree with you they're saying, if a man could have a whole thing, I know that's that.
That's that the other part of the world.
Hello, who's this?
So I absolutely think that women should have a whole face and it's absolutely necessary.
And what defined whole phase? Because I think that word whole has such a negative connotation. People hear what you're saying and just automatically dismissed it with the fine whole face And how long is the whole face?
Okay?
So I would say whole face is being able to mingle while you single and do your things. That's my definition of a whole fase. You get the dibbling devil and have a treat of everything here and there, and then you do it for as long as younique, But don't do it for an amount of time.
That's true, Okay.
I honestly think you do it until you find somebody you just want to hold it for the rest of your life.
I think that's that's.
Yeah.
I think what you're saying absolute you.
I think so too, Like like, whenever I get to that level again, I would want somebody and I want to just experience like wholet stuff and nasty stuff like you know, what I'm saying, like, it's the thing in Atlanta that I've.
Never been to.
And I'm at this age I've never been to a trap Trappee. I've never been there.
But i want to get with somebody that I know I'm gonna be a long time. Like let's just going and just look at everybody or even do it.
I never heard I heard about Traffee. I've never been Traffee. For me, this is a second. I don't know if we can say.
I mean, it's that's a it's a spot where you can go and they just be doing club people. Yeah, it's a thing.
Everybody that everybody I didn't want to want to put them on blasting.
Oh no, no, no, they've passed our cards. Okay, okay, So yeah, it's a place where people go and they who music. If you want us in your room, it's different rooms.
Okay. Yeah. It was a club, swingers club. I'm looking at it online.
It's like a swingers club.
Website even said the swingers Club.
And but you don't got to swing. You can be with your partner and y'all do y'all thing. You had the door open and have people look or you can go around you look at other.
People seemed like you even even researching this a little.
Bit, Yeah, because I really want to do but I just ain't found a part in the here that I would do.
Hello, who's this?
Hey?
This is so.
I started my whfey in twenty twenty after I was heartbroken by this guy, and so I started dating outside living in Atlanta. I started dating outside of Atlanta, and man, it really opened me up to some new things, just different types of men.
What I like.
I today like multiple men. I'm a lover at heart, so I'm used to being in like one relationship at a time, but I was like dating multiple men at one time, getting flown out, okay, getting trips and money and all kinds of stuff. And it has just been opening for me. I was in a relationship off in twenty twenty one, that's him from my cofays. Then I broke up with him that I was in another relationship
in twenty twenty two and we recently broke up. So now I'm back to my wafays and I'm just enjoying life. I have so many offers for rips for men that want to like meet up with me and go places and stuff like that. And I'm just I'm loving life, and obviously I follow. I don't know if y'all heard of her, but to get her on the show. Her name is Shira seven. She's on YouTube, and she's starting
to be like this, you just take sensation. She's like the female Kevin Samuel, except she's right, and people like starting to pull her up because like she talks about how to date multiple men and date for money and how women need to stop trying to like we'll see
thirty seven. I'm older and want to be married with kids, but these men play games in Atlanta, So I had to start learning how to date, you know, a different type of way instead of going into and thinking like I want to be in love and I want this.
And I want that.
I really need to keep my options open because these men keep their options open.
So I want what she's getting in men. She says she's going out of town. She on like one on the little website singles dot com.
You go right to Athens, Savannah.
She said, oh, she said, oh that Atlanta, that part Atlanta.
I made that up.
Yeah, I gotta say she bought me like married men.
What's what's the what's the more of the story, all story.
I think everybody should live a little bit man and and and living is subjective, whatever you want to call it, a whole phase or whatever, it's just all subjective. You might deal with fourteen people, but you might deal with two people and feel like that's too much. But just live your life until you find that one person you know you want to hold it fever.
Well, don't do no whole phase in Atlanta. Why you don't want to do that? Girl Atlanta off the chain, I'm.
Gonna I'm gonna take Erica's word for it.
Please, when we come back, we got your room or report, We'll tell you what's popping off in the rumors, to the movies, to breakfast, Little Morning, everybody at cej n V, Charlamagne, the gud. We are the breakfast club. We got our guest co hosts. Erica Dutch's here and let's get to the roomors. Let's talk, Suki, Hannah, call out a name or you've gotsip been when you chatting.
This is the Ruber Report.
I mean, I guess we're on the breakfast club. This is where the tea spells.
Right on the breakfast club.
All right, now, Suki Hannah was doing an interview yesterday and she started crying. She said she was hurting. Now, if you don't know who Suki Hannah is, she's on Love and Hip Hop. She came up here a couple of weeks ago, and she has a song with AfroB that talks about eating men's bookies. And that wasn't no what I can't say that.
He dumped you.
Just in case, well, I was saying. Suki Hannah was here, she has a song with Afro be out and they were doing an interview with her and they started crying because she said Mama d called her black.
In fact, it did you hurt my feelings what she said I was fat, because it's just like you don't know how much we go through to try to fit this image for TV, Like it's really hard.
Like y'all don't know how much I go through. I tried to, you know, work out, die and everything. It was really hard. So it did hurt my feelings to hear her.
Say that, thank you for being transparent in that moment, To honestly say that you are a fan of Mamad and to say that it hurts your feelings, I think that humanized you even more.
People don't know how much people go through the image, you know.
So it is what it is.
But at the end of day, I'm gona stand my ground, let it out.
I mean, it's okay. I think that's that's.
That's not it's not a big deal, you know, it just it just there's a lot of pressure. So I don't want to be crying like I'm not a victim of anything.
That Young Jack, right, that was young Jack. That's luthor young Jack in the screech morning to take over Young Jack Street.
Five a t L.
This was the original argument here that it all came from. Yeah, that was that was part of the argument. So now this is my problem when people get their feelings hurt like that, right, and I don't know the full argument, but they say that, you know, Sukiana called the old and a bunch of different names. Don't be mad when you go at me and then when I go back you, my words hurt more than your words hurt.
Don't be mad at that.
I don't know that that would happen.
That that's what it seems like. That's what they're telling me. But that would happen, do.
You know, I know a little bit of it.
I've seen when Mama D was I think Mammay was on an interview or somewhere and she was trying to describe Suki for something.
I don't know. I don't know if she said that the fat and blasted. I don't know if she said that.
But whatever happened when when Mama D said what she said, Suki came back and said what she said. Damn just so having to end up at the same birthday party, and that's when the one down.
Yeah, because I don't like that. You know, a lot of times people say something about somebody and then when somebody with every reaction that every every action is a reaction. When I react, don't get mad because I go too far.
That's why you're leaving people a longer. Everybody all you went too far, that's why.
You know.
Yeah, and I always go too far. My wife tells me, I go too far. Charlamage tells me, I go too far. So I try not to go that far because I don't have a chill button. Sometimes I know I go too far.
Yeah, you kill answer the sledge channel. You don't need to do that, you know what I mean. Let everybody live. That's wy I don't want to play with y'all, so don't play with me. It's about those combinations of words that you can call somebody fat.
You know what I'm saying.
You say you fat, black, you called oh, you say you're old and black.
You know what I'm saying.
The boy the way you could just call somebody black, and that's beautiful, right, But it's when you add those little adjectives to it is when you know, pass you off.
I just hate that cause I love I love Mama D. I got you know, I know her personally. Yeah, that's my girl.
We are I need a movie by two movies with Mama Deed. Then I was on like a reality reality show with Mama D.
I heard you. I heard you say earlier you said, uh, needs to relax because you don't know Mama d.
Yeah.
I mean, well, don't be trying to I said related. I ain't. I don't know if I said all that because I don't know Drama, nobody. I love everybody. You know what I'm saying, suoking, you're good with me, but I ain't.
Nobody ask but I mean, but yeah, Mama ain't nothing to play with.
But Mama d ain't nothing to play with her. I don't know she knows Mama d history because Mamma D was really a real pimp. Okay, that's when when Scraper said he was brought up in like a whole house, he for real, Mamma D.
Don't play it. I look, I respect Mama D on a whole nother level. Let me tell you.
One day we were shooting arm we were having like this dinner party, and Mama Dee didn't want to be like in Mama De Moo.
She wanted to be She cooked for everybody. Now Mama de can cook on off.
You know she can cook.
She cooked for everybody, and she had on.
Her little abram, her little cook suit, right, and I really just did part like my first week of knowing her. Right, she pulled me to the side. She said, come on, let me tell you something. I said, what's up, Mamma D. He said, what's up? She said, Look, I'm not Mama D today. She said, I don't want nobody taking no pictures of me. I don't want nobody coming up to me. And now there I said, Oh, okay, mamma she said, but I'm gonna need for you to do it. I'm gonna need for you to make sure.
That happened security.
Yeah, hey, this off the rips. She told me to come out and I can't, right, So so why me and mamma de talking?
She tell me this.
Somebody said, Mamma did can't take the picture. She grabbed me like this by my neck and she.
Like, now get on your job.
And what you did?
I told him?
I said, hey, no picture today, Jesus, I said, no picture today.
Mama d bout their life though, But I love both ladies.
You don't even know who he on the I.
Don't know, but you know I see what I love it though.
Last year, man he Fresh talks about his best loved song of all time.
Probably not gonna hear none of the news play at a wedding reception five years from now.
You will still hear that music. Yeah, that come on and the crowd go crazy, and they still do they thing.
From a DJ perspective, because like DJ every week and I still.

You know what I'm saying.
It doesn't have that soul that sauce that feel good. You know what I'm saying?
What what is your go to DJ song? If you can only play one song side.
Sober, it's the.
Greatest love song of all time. Back that ass I don't disagree with him.
I think you can put back that ass up in any category of music. And it's a top five record, top five Gospel song, top five hip hop song, top five R and B song, top five jazz record, you know what I mean, top five dance record, like back that Ass Up is a Negro spiritual, a timeless classic that brings out the ratchet in everybody.

a week ago. I think a guy called during Get It Off your Chest and was saying, please do not put teens in the Uber because they said they get a fine.
It could be a big problem.
So Uber just released a part of the app it's called Uber xteen where minus can actually ride. Now that's from thirteen to seventeen. You can request the ride, but the parent can also follow the kid in the car to make sure the kid gets to the right destination.
So I still don't trust that.
For some reason, Well, I feel like you're letting people, You're letting people.
Know, Okay, this person is indeed a minor.
I feel like it would make it easier for people who are targeting miners.
And even though I know you can, it can be tracked.
Aw.
I don't know. Just something about it don't feel right right.
Yeah. I mean when my son was sixteen, I would put him in the Uber like if he had practice, I couldn't make it. I'm like it just happened. When I would, I would take care of he's older than that. At sixteen.
He was built like a twenty five year old.
That's true.
He looked more.
Madly than I.
Watch your mouth?
Does watch your mouth?
You said that all the time to you.
Gotta see you.
Wait till you see little Logan. Little Logan built like Jonathan Major's man. Oh make and it looks like his son. To be honest with your.
Every time you saw them, say something like Solomon says, Logan's the man's at the house.
He just goes yep.
I'm like, guys, don't get yours, don't get your as He light skin too, Yeah he light skin. Oh, he like light skinned, curly hair diesel.
Wait till you say when you see me like thathing be big brother? Shut up? Well I feel that way.
My daughter bigger than me, though she sits. I put her in the Uber two all the time to go to school.
Yeah.
I fall to school probably about fifteen minutes away, because we I mean.
Sixteen is old.
Sixteen is not like you know you you old enough to drive, well, if you l enough to drive, you know in New York, New Jersey, you can't. You can only get your perman sixty. So somebody has to be in the car with you. So if I'm not there, just do He's old enough now he drives himself. But back then, yeah, I threw him in the uber once or twice. But anyway, Uh, shout to uber X for doing that and Uber for doing that when we come back. We got the positive notees the Breakfast Club. Good morning

Now, boy, you got a positive?
I do man the positive. Notice simply this. We feel it in our body. When we've outgrown a relationship. The conversations reflect our past self. We don't share any real, real values, and a part of us feels drained from forcing the connection. So remember, guilt of letting go is not a kind reason to hold on.
Breakfast Club, You're gonna finish for y'all.
Done.
