Well, Jesse smile Letty showed up in a court yesterday for a previously unscheduled hearing, and it turns out that the prosecutors dropped all charges in that indictment accusing him of staging that hate crime against him. He said he was a victim of a hate crime. Now allegedly prosecutors had all kinds of overwhelming evidence against him. But this deal that he did, he agreed to forfeit the ten thousand

dollars he posted for his bond. He also performed community service and completed that community service on Monday. According to that deal, he does not have to admit that he did anything wrong. And according to Jesse Smollett's lawyers, they're saying there was no agreement at all. They also said now that the entire court file has been sealed, because he's asked for that to be sealed, so we're not going to know exactly what happened. Here's what Jesse had

to say after the charges were dropped. I want you to know that, not for a moment was it in vain. I've been truthful and consistent on every single level since day one. I would not be my mother's son if I was capable of one drop of what I was accused of. This has been an incredibly difficult time, honestly, one of the worst of my entire life. But I'm a man of faith, and I'm a man that has knowledge of my history, and I would not bring my family, our lives or the movement through a fire like this.

You know, all those counts you had were only going to lead the community service anyway, So why not cut it? Well, I go to court and embrass yourself any further. Police officers said they had a bunch of evidence to show you committed the crime. But now because he took the deferred prosecution deal, a lot of the case would be sealed, and now he could just let the code of public opinion I'll give amongst themselves on whether he's guilty or not. Now may I Manuel from Chicago had this to say

about the charges getting dropped. This is a whitewash of justice A grand jury could not have been clearer to then say, not only is the cost ten thousand dollars doesn't come cost financial, but all the other repercussions of this decision it made. Where is the accountability in the system you cannot have because of a person's position, one set of rules apply to them, and another set of rules apply to everybody else whoa it's not looking my dead.

It does make sense, though, I mean, he was only going to get community service anyways, that's what they're saying. So why use the taxpayers money to take this to trial? I get that with his other trials and other things that they can use with that money. But I do get that. But the fact that he's even saying I still didn't say stuffing, I still didn't do what I would just say, thank you for praying for me, keep it moving well, doesn't mean that the brothers should get charged,

because and that would mean that they really did. If he is still what he's saying is true, well, well that's an argument. That's an argument for social media. Did Donald Trump collude with Russians? And did Jesse collude with Nigeria? All right? Now, the first Assistant State Attorney Joseph Macgotts had this to say about this whole situation. He does still believe that Jesse Smallatt is guilty. Just dropping the charges vindicate him? No? Does it exonorate him? No? Do

you believe that he is innocent? I do not believe he's innocent. So you believe he's guilty, yes, So why drop the charges based on all the facts and circumstances based on this like a criminal background? I mean, we defer or do alternative prosecutions. mad about that. They were trying to do all kinds of lawsuits against the NFL. So this is something very new. So as you guys watch the NFL, I know you'll be interested to see about them being able to replay reviews on past interference call. Doll, I guess make the right call. All the people in New Orleans who are sitting there like, I don't give a damn about that right now, I should have had that last year, right, Well, moving forward, what can you do? All right? Now, let's

get into Jesse's smilett. He has had all of these charges dropped against him. And it also had crushed up aspiring. It was a white powder they later determined was aspiring

in it. It's better off for him to take the deal, because why go to Courton and brass yourself any further police officer that he didn't take. A deal is a deal, And I let you know right then, you can't make the statement I've been telling the truth the whole time. But then have your lawyers say there was no deal when the details of the deal are right there in your face. Why do you come the de service if there was no deal? Like he did it. It was

a deal, community deal, that's all part of the deal. Like, come on, they said that that was not community service. He did volunteer work and a lot of the case sealed. Okay, So now he can just let the court of public opinion argue amongst themselves on whether he is guilty or not. All right, But he did that two days community service

with Rainbow Push Coalition, which is Jesse Jackson's organization. And that's it no need for Jesse to talk about this anymore whatsoever, because every time Jesse speaks on this situation, it sounds like he's lying. You think this is going to affect his career or you think he'll still get work now, I think he'll be fine. I mean he'll be okay. I think it'll be okay. Like you think directors are now gonna straight away from that? You think he'll still be on Empire. I honestly don't know. I

mean I don't even know how much. If you are a director and you had the opportunity, would you say, okay, it's just his talent or would you say I don't even want to deal with Would you depend on any Nigerians working with me on set, because clearly he don't get along with Nigerians in some way, shape or form. I found out when it hit the account, and he thinks I'm overreacting on my trust being tested on him because that's our financial decisions that I was left out of. And he thinks I'm overreacting and being mad. So you guys have a joint account. Yeah, everything is joint. So why would he do that without

consulting with you? What's the reason for it? And what does he need to take that loan out for? We're in some credit card debt. He got this plan in his head and it's all for the better of our future, and he's just saying I don't see it, and I'm like, no, that's something we should have sat down together, look at all the numbers and made that this decision together. Didn't

have just hit submit because you felt like it. Yeah, and you know, finances are the number one people, number one reason that people do end up getting divorced because we're not on the same page financially, and things like that are important for him to tell you, and he needs to acknowledge that, yes, these are decisions that we have to make together. I at least have to come to you and let you know this is my plan, because ay, you're gonna find out anyway and be that's

your money and your credit as well. Yeah, so he doesn't see it that way. So and now what is he saying about moving forward? Would he do something like that again? Well, he's like, well, you can't claim I'm doing things that I haven't already done. And I'm like, well, I mean I don't know, Like, if you're willing to hit submit on something like that without talking to me from us, I don't really know what you're willing to do. Like, and how would he feel if you did the same thing?

He's always you know, everything's fine. On the other side, he's like, if you plans and so go for it, Like it's kind of batter us, Like you don't need to talk to me about stuff like that. No, the issue here is this, Yes, you can plan something and you can go for it, but when you're part of a partnership. Because you guys are partners, you have to discuss those things with your partner, and if you're supposed to be in each other's lives at that end, it

affects you too. Then he has to tell you because this is not just about him. When you decide to be in a relationship, get married, you guys are engaged. What he does financially affects you, and if this is something that's important to you, he needs to acknowledge that and respect that. So even if he doesn't think that it's necessary to tell you, he shouldn't be doing these things and not bringing it up. These are group decisions. These are decisions that y'all make for your future together.

He can't make decisions for your future by himself. Yeah, he's right, He's absolutely, positively right. There's no possible way, even if it was to benefit both of you guys, he shouldn't let you know whatever he's doing. If he's taking ten thousand dollars out, if he's taking five thousand dollar, it affects you. He should definitely be telling you. You need to have that conversation. He's probably looking at it like I'm just trying to better us. Well, I'm just

doing it for us. But he doesn't realize it's foul. He didn't tell you. Yeah, like I feel disrespected, right, yeah, as you know. Time was like an X and there was always you know, in the first five years, I was always digging through his phone and looking for stuff and feeling like he was lying, and feeling like he was up to something.

And so cut to nineteen years and two kids later, I'd tell my friends, Oh, if he thinks he needs somebody to make him feel like a man, let him have a jump off. Let him do that. Whatever you're okay, what you're okay with that is what you say. You're okay with him cheating? I thought I was. And then so he came home the other night reeking of another man's cologne. Don't laugh because in the pit of my stomach, I've always felt like he might have tendencies. And he's

I'm from a place like I When I was a kid, I watched people literally be stones to death just for being gay. Like that's don't say that to me, It's offensive. So I asked about it. I was so mad. Oh I've been

here the whole time. So basically, you think he's cheating with a gay guy from his job. I do, and my heart hurts so much, and I'm like shocked because I'm like, oh, I mean, I don't know what it is. I don't know if it's my ego. I don't know if it's like you know, I guess I know this sounds wrong, but I feel like if it was a another girl or a woman, I don't think it would hurt as much. Okay, because you probably feel like all this time he hasn't been attracted to you, and that

might be part of what it is. It is an ego thing where you feel like, well, all this time, I'm not even what you desired and he's not, and it's probably something that's very difficult for somebody. Well, definitely is, because clearly he said where he grew up, people were getting stoned for being gay. So this is not something he's even come to terms with for himself. If he if he is, now, I'm going to assume that you've done some extra research, have you? I mean, yeah, I started.

Are you planning to stay with him? Do you want to stay with him? I mean we have a family like it's we have a house, we have

like a life together and he doesn't. When are you

Yes, I mean he'd drive me crazy, but like, you know, that's my best friends too, right, Well, if you love him and that's your best friend, I think you need to create a safe environment for him also so that if there's things that he's struggling with himself to come to terms with, you're not making fun of him or accusing him of being gay and making jokes about it, because that's gonna make it even harder for him to

ever be honest. Right, I want to know what kind of cologne you'll be coming home smelling like, I mean, not the cologne that he normally wears. And it was like really, but wait, I didn't even tell you until the excuse was, oh, my boss's son died and he used to wear this cologne and everybody's smelling it around the office, and so I was like, wait, yeah, it's very hard to be lied to like that. a little ridiculous. I suggest I suggest that you keep the lines of communication open between you guys, and do your research and investigation and pay extra careful attention to what he has going on so you can find out for yourself what's really happening. Okay, because you do love him,

you do say that's your best friend. You guys do have a family together, So no matter what happens, you're going to have to learn how to deal with him and also understand how painful and difficult it can be for him to even say who he really is to himself. I mean, I can't be Chris Jennas somewhere down the future, like, that's not me, right, And that's why it's important for you to find out the truth because you don't want to be in a situation that's not beneficial for you either,

It's been four months now. I remember he said that there were some issues with people ordering too many things. They didn't have enough to send out, and they had to make more items and more merchandise. But it looks like people still haven't gotten their their orders. They said.

He simply got more orders than expected there behind schedule, and the Soldier Watch was taken. He had all kinds of issues with he said, his ex cameraman hacking his site and then he had to take it down put up a news site. So now still nothing. We'll stop rushing greatness, And they said customer service emails about refunds

aren't being answered either. And for everybody out there that was saying things like, you know, the soldier boy could possibly be Jesus, and I'm me and me just know that God may not come when you call, but he's always on time. Your products would be in the meal shortly now. Some people said they ordered the stuff as a joke and it wasn't that expensive, that's why they did it.
