Now now we're doing it a little different this year. You know what I mean. If you're just noticing us, then you know, I mean, if you're just joining us, maybe this year you knew to the breakfast club, then you know. Change for change is something we've been doing for what the past three years, past
three years correct? First year, I think we raised like eight hundred plus thousand dollars for eight hundred they're gathering for Justice Movement correct um. The second year, we raised like a quarter million dollars for Brandon Marshall's Mental Health Initiative correct Project three seventy five. And last year we raised like what seven hundred thousand dollars for the third Good Marshall College College Fund. Correct. Yes, so this shit.
You know, we usually ask you guys to help us, and we try to raise money to give to these organizations. But you know, because of COVID coronavirus, the pandemic, things are effed up out there, that's right. A lot of people lost their jobs, a lot of people need help. So we said, let's give them some money. Let's flip the script. Let's give you guys some money. People are always calling up here and they're giving us their cash apps, and you know, they have, you know, stories about you know,
things that are going on in their life. They're facing some hardships. So we do we can, right, Like, we throw them a couple of dollars out of our personal pockets. Correct a lot of times, you know, So this time we shook down from corporations for some for some cash, that's right. Change just to give to y'all, that's right, so we're gonna be giving you guys money all morning long, all morning, not all day. Now, that's the other thing we gotta tell change for change, we're usually here for
twenty four hours. Is hugely at radio through We start at six in the morning, we leave at midnight. Correct, not today, No, not today, today is six am to ten am, right, So we got this bag. I don't know how much i've I've I've checked some of the funds. Funds of increased since the first initial you know. Yeah, we're gonna him two thousands, hundreds of thousands we put in there. We're gonna stay here until we give it to this money, right, and it's it's a nice summer money.
It's a nice summer money. We can we can bless a lot of people, that's right. So for all the people that be calling up here with your cash apps and everything else, and you'll be needing a little change, this morning is the morning to call absolutely, because we're we're gonna be real giving out random cash all morning. Like swoop to my dude Riconia. Riconia's from Cleveland, and he does this and called random acts of kindness everywhere.
That's essentially what we're doing. This morning, absence random acts of cash giving. You know what I mean? And please, I want you to be be be be moral this morning, honest. Don't call up in Lyn. Got two kids, that's sick in the I see you couple hot. I just got my all man, don't call him, to be honest, because God is watching. That's right, all right. This is this is money to do the You can do the right thing with this cash. There you go, all right, you
got bills and paid. Thanksgiving next week, the holidays is upon us. We got a little bit, have some integrity that we gotta be out a little bit. Yes, all right, well all right year round. She's not still there. I don't know, but we're here all morning. We got four hours. We're not doing no features, no rumor report that we're just giving out cash. That's right, all right, so I guess we're doing blessed all right, So keep it locked. It's the breakfast Club. Good morning. They're gonna be a
good day, be a great day. We got a lot of money to give away the folks. You got a Gucci geez versus tonight, Okay, today, it's gonna be a good day from top to bottom. That's right bottom the top. All right, whatever you like it. Come morning, we all the Breakfast Club. If he just joined us, it's Breakfast Club Change for change. Now. Usually we ask you guys for money, and we raise money to donate to an organization. But today we just want to give you guys somebody.
Let's be clear on that though, because a lot of people may be new to the Breakfast Club. We've been doing this for a few years. It's usually a twenty four hour radio thrown with a breakfast club stays on for twenty four hours, and you know, we call up you know, everybody from you know, our industry folk to athletes, people that listen to us every day. They donate and we usually take this big lump of money and just
give it to one organization. Correct. Eight hundred thousand plus for the third Good Marshall College Fund last year, quarter million for Brandon Marsha's Mental Health Awareness Fund. The year before Project three twenty five seven hundred plus dollars for
Gathering for Justice the year before that. Right this year, we got a large sum of money and we literally just putting it in your your your pockets because you're always calling up here, you know, giving us your cash apps and telling us that you're having trouble here, having trouble there, and we look out as much as we can out of our own pockets. So today we're just making it a nice four hours of it. Right, So we've been asking you guys to register on the website,
which was BC change the number four change dot com. Uh, leave your number, and we're gonna be calling those people back today random right, randomly. So if you left the email and you see a weird number, call in answer, pick up, because it's probably us. It's gonna come up on your phone. It's one oh five one, A right, one oh five one is it's gonna look it's gonna look crazy, it's gonna look weak. Let's doing it this one oh five one. But it's us, Yes, that's us.
It's us. And when we come back, we'll call somebody, all right. I think her name is Jericha from Memphis. Jericha Gun from Memphis. Yeah, we're gonna call up when we come back. Hopefully she picture you put their name. Oh, I guess we gotta put their names out there because I'm just saying that it's the holiday season. Like I heard you when whenever you Breakfast Cloud. Okay, don't you owe me some money? All right? Yeah, yeah, we'll just
say we're just gonna yeah, I guess you're right. We'll call. We're gonna call home from Memphis. I know everybody. Let's us on kN ninety seven. By the way, all right, it's the Breakfast Club. Good morning, the Breakfast Club Morning. Everybody is DJ Envy and Ngela yee, Charlemagne the guy. We all the Breakfast Club today is changed for change, Yes it is. We're giving out money. That's why I Usually we raise money to give it to an organization,
but today we're giving out money to random people. And I have a let's go to line one. What's her name, Jericha, Jericha, good morning, Good morning, pez Jericho. I love the name Jericho. I got a home girl in Chicago named Jack. I've always liked that name. It's just a dope name for some reason. Jericha. Now Jericka's from Memphis. Shout to our family at kN ninety seven at what What's what's going on, Jericha? What you tell us your story? Mama, what's going on
with in your life? Hello? My names Jerica. I'm ten more years out on from Nation, Tennesee. Of course, um and I really wanted to enter this contest because I thought it was a great opportunity to actually just recognize my business. I've been working so hard to go to posement to the school Memphis as the Posit Polite School. I've been working really hard, but in my but trying to start my own business. The Wigging now by Jamon
a collection. It's targeting women and kids who suffer from hair longs conditions and the these is such as alopecia, kids who have cancer, women who have cancer, or even the women and kids that were covering, you know and gaining their hair back from their chemotherapy. You know, it's people like that. They want affordable quality weeds. And you know, I actually working agreeding supply and I met a lot of women and kids who suffer from hair loss conditions,
and most of them, you know, they were ashamed. And the reason that this project is so important as well as personal. Since I was six, I too have suffered from the condition called alopecia. It's very very rare with the fishes, you know, and growing up where I'm from, you know, it's easy to get picked on. It's easy to lead your confidence. And like I was saying, you know, it's easy to customize the weegs for people that have
that confidence. You know, you see it all the time on Instagram, um, the ladies, the Instagram influencers to get their wigs up. But it's different when you have to customize the wigs, you know, for the people who are actually dependent on that wig for that confidence that they don't have. You know what I'm saying. Let me get this. So, you're a single mom, you have a two year old. You're trying to get your business off the off the ground,
but it's challenging because you gotta work. So I respect what you're doing to Jericho only because like you want us to bless you so you could bless others. That's right, Thank you, And I respect what you're doing because you know, I love the fact that you went to Paul Mitchell School because it's a lot of cosmetically challenged people out here, you know what I mean, And you are helping him out tremendously. How much, Um, honestly, I'm gonna be modest y'all. Honestly,
I'm looking at like ten thousand dollars Jericho. Yeah, Now we looked in the pot. So we gotta spread We gotta spread the love around this morning. We could do ten percent of ten thousand. It ain't got that much, now, Jack, we got a thousand dollars, got a rack for your way? Is that good? Is that a start? I am happy with Okay, with that? You nine thousand dollars away from your goal. All right, make the go fund me a lot easier, okay, but we're gonna get You're gonna give
you a rack. All right, Okay, I'm so excited. Thank you, Breakfast, Thank you, Jericho. All right, well, eight hundred five eight five, one on five one, we're gonna take more of your calls and give out some more money. It's the Breakfast Club. Good morning, the Breakfast Club. You up. It's the world most dangerous. Want to show the Breakfast Club. Charlomagne and God Angelie E DJ Envy listen man. We're doing change for Change now. If you're just joining us, if you're
new to the Breakfast Club. Change for Change is something that we do every year around this time. We've been doing it for the past few years. Um first year we raised over eight hundred thousand dollars for the gathering for Justice Movement UM. The year after that, like a quarter million dollars for Brandon Marshall's Mental Health Initiative Project three seventy five the year after that. Last year we raised eight hundred plus thousand dollars for the third Good
Marshall College Fund. Now, you know, things have been rough for people this year, so to be asking y'all to donate money felt kind of stupid. It felt ridiculous. So what we did with shakedown a few corporations to get it back, and we're giving away that bag of money all morning because y'all always calling up giving us your cash apps and telling us y'all need a little change for something, So we have it for you. Now. We got searm on the phone. Hey Sara, Hey Sharma, what's
up girl? Good morning Sharma, Sharmar from Miami the three oh five. That's right, all the crazy people in America come from the Bronx and all the Florida. How crazy are you on a scale of one the gun play, how crazy are you? Probably don't play national. I'm gonna tell us what you've been doing during this pandemic? Um, Well, I've been I worked at a Vitamin A couple of a shop, so kind of been keeping America healthy, you know, making sure they have all those ammume builders. Um, the
kind of struggle the time. You know, hey man, you know car'll like sorry, um, all that kind of stuff. But how much would you need for your for your rent and for your car? How much would you think you need to kind of get things back on check? Like three thousand. I'm a little behind, Charlemagne. How much you need three thousand, three thousand? Consult with people. Tell Eddie come here real quick, you old Let's see what
we can do. Hold on, hold on, give it to him, all right, okay, okay, okay, we've had a conversation behind the scenes. We have to check the piggy bank just to make sure, Sharma, congratulations, three Dallas from the breakfast club. We have to make sure we had it. We have to check the piggy bank. We have to go to the scraps and we pulled it out for you. That's all. We got it for you, Sharma. So three thousands, they got it. They got it, SMA, congratulate. I don't like
that little evil laugh you're doing, Seanman. You make me think that your red man about to be a very happy camp smoke away from work. Answer the call, we think it to yourself right now, I should have said twenty thousand. I'm sorry, my bad. I'm kicking myself, but that's okay. Really deserve it me to get bye. We had that anyway. But Sema, we appreciate you. Pay your rent, save your call and good luck. All right, thank you so much for being in the Senti Worker. Thank you
so much. I appreciate it. All right. First love today Charman too. You go out there and spread love to people as well. Put that energy out there. Yeah all right, mama, thank you, thank you, thank you for bye. The Breakfast Club, Yeah, it's the world most dangers want to show the Breakfast Club Charlomagne and God Angelie DJ and we're doing change for change. We're doing change for change different this year. Um. If you're new to the Breakfast Club, Change for Change.
It's something that we do every year, same day, same time, and we've raised over one point seven million dollars um for three different organizations over the past few years. The Gathering for Justice Movement, Brandon Marshall's three fifty seven Movement, and the Third Good Marshall College Fund. But this ship didn't feel right to have people, you know, call up donating money for us to give to one organization. Because we know everybody out there is having some financial struggles.
So we decided to shake down some of these corporations, get it back from them, and then just give the back to y'all. Yes, and you know, normally we do do rumor report here, but today we just thought it was important to make sure that we spend all this time giving away this money that we've gotten from these organizations. So I think we have someone on the line right now who we're about to bless. Candice, Candice Banks. Hey, Candice, got money in the banks. I'll calm down, good money.
I got me excited at work. We got you at work. Yeall got me excited. They're worded, okay, charlemn excited at work all the time. So you know it's changed for change. And you did send in your story, right, So what's
what's your story? Mamma? Oh? This is basically like me and my mom was going through this little space still we had and you know it's like to be you know, kind of pith on top of each other, you know, and now it's like we well, I'm going from you know, check the check to try to get everything up together so it's only working. Let me read what you sent to us. You said, Hi, my name is Candice Banks. And the reason I need to help and pay the bills off for the pandemic. I was working forty hours
a week. Since the pandemic, I'm only working twenty hours a week. So the check that I received I have to manage buying food, getting gas to go to work, paying my life billing, keeping money from when we run out of food again, which is hard. I'm trying to move because of mold. I have do to not having a good tenant in maintenance. But that's why I need to help. I do not want to end up on the scripple pole. Help me. He didn't put the strip of pole. Stuff? There are that candy? How much? How
much you need? I mean, I just need enough to like get us to work. Give what's a number? Now, I'll talk to the universe. Tell the universe what you need. I don't you know I hate asking for stuff, so I wouldn't. I don't like this, Come on my own. What about? What's a number? Not about give us a number? Give us a number, give us a number. I mean, a thousand will be fine, thousand, a thousand, I don't
I don't know. I'm gonna give you a thousand. Ain't me gonna give you a thousand and you're gonna give you five hundred because she's cheap? What about twenty? Mama? First of all, y'all stop acting like this. Y'all money, Okay, money, it's not all money. How about twenty be awesome? Okay, So eight hundred perces, I'm gonna give an hundred and you're gonna give an hundred. You're gonna give nine? Is that? But it's not you want that? You want twenty five hundred?
That's this? This awesome? Oh my god, that person. All right, Cannis, we're gonna give it one. No, we'll get that to you now, change for change. That's what we're doing all day. We've raised one point seven million dollars for three different organizations over the past three years, but
this year we're doing it different. That's right, We're giving you guys money. I know that you guys are a lot of you guys are left up because of pandemic COVID coronavirus layoffs are furloughs. All right, Now, when we come back, we're gonna talk to a young lady that this is the lady of her house burned that right, her house burnt down. She was on her way home. She has a child, and when she got back to the crib
her house was on fire. She asked everything, you know, could you imagine your clothes, your pictures, your you know, your your important valuables, all that gone. So we're gonna talk to her when we come back. She sent us an email, so we're gonna break off a little bit, so we'll do that when we come back. It's the Breakfast Club. Good morning morning. Everybody is DJ Envy and Ngela Guee Charlomagne, the guy we are the Breakfast Club.
Now it's changed for change where we're actually giving people money. This morning and we have a young lady on the phone training a good morning, good morning, train up training for Milwaukee. How are you doing this morning, mamma? How you pronounce your last name? Training? It looked like millions from what I'm seeing on this paper. I know everyone. I always said, there's milling millions missing an al Okay,
miss Ellen, and I your last name was millions. We want to ask you for some money for when I ran for Treasury before I said training millions a name so called the Millions. Take some I love Milwaukee, salute everybody that listens to us on V one hundred point seven. I really do, got a lot of love for Milwaukee. To the first city that ever syndicated the breakfast Club
that's from Milwaukee, tell us your story. So October Worse, I had just got off work and I was on my way to my boyfriend's mom house since he was staying there for a week because he had his mom and out of town and he was tain't care of his sister, so we were there for a week because she's disabled. And then I was like, okay, yo, my not back here. I'm ready to go home. He likens she's supposed to be back. I'm like, well, I'm gonna go home. So I took my baby. He's not much.
I took her and I was like, I'm going home. I'm gonna get in my bed. I'm ready to eat. And as soon as I started going home, the fire trucks kept pulling me over because you know, I had to get buy back. He pulling over to the side, and I'm pulling over as I'm driving home, and then I get right to my main street where I have to turn down, and I get pulled over again because they had to go by again. I'm like, okay, I know they're going to a barider parperty. They like they not.
I'm not thinking they're going to my place. So if I get closer, I'll see the street is blocked off, and I'm like, I lived down this street. The man like, I don't care. I'm still not thinking it's my place. It's still not registring. So I parked the car and I grabbed my baby's car seat, and I walked to the corner. Because my house is literally one major building away from the streets. So I started walking and it's my building. I'm like, what is going on? Like the
fire started outside. I said, dude, I haven't been home in a week. I just want to lay on my bed. It's cold on my baby is right there, so we can't go home. So I'm like frustrated. I'm taking all my anger out on my boyfriend because I'm like, we just lost everything. You know, this year, I was working towards the building my credit. I'm getting me a house, snection. That's what I kept going. And then I got hit with this curveball and he's just like, what are we
sending to do? Like, I'm working to build things up, and now I didn't know it's expensive to be homeless. Like it's expensive like I thought people who didn't have a house was just like, gets about the newest shoes, get to do this. No, we've spent here like a hundred dollars a day to eat. I'm working just to make friends week for the week, not even to saves nothing, like it's just costing us more and more and more.
It's just been so frustrating. My dad was like, I know you want to give up, but it's gonna work out. It's gonna work out. I'm like, I know, but I'm just so tired of getting hit with things that's supposed to make you stronger and later like, no, I'm just tired, like and he's just like, it'll get better, It'll get better.
Has been to hear on the radio how much you need, how much you need training, how much you need trina I. Actually the crazy part is that yesterday, before I got the phone call, I had got a fool for a place and a man was like, as soon as you can come in and bring us somebody, the keys are yours, sixty five security and nine sixty five deposit nine nine hundred dollars sixty five ninety five and thinks about two thousand dollars. That's round up, come on two thousand, about
two thousand dollars. All right, so listen, how about we do this for your training. We give you that two thousand, and since it's the holidays, you throw an extra three grand on top of how you feel about how you feel about that about five thousand dollars. Yeah, I'm gonna make you cry. I've never asked people, but that's really gonna make an Carol you better. I cry because you know you just put that mask Gara on. You're gonna look crazy. It's called mask here or not mask? Can't
we make you? Okay? Congratulations, you got raped for you? Oh my god, rack. And then let me ask you a question. Trina, how's your credit? I actually just got it. I just got it up to six thirty six. We're gonna fix your credit. We're gonna get you in the sevens two. Okay, okay, I'm gonna make my guy fix your credit for nothing, for free, to make sure your credits in the seven hundred. So next year this time, we're gonna be talking about your place that you're gonna
be buying. Trina, you make sure happy holidays from the breakfast club. That's right, And Trina, you make sure if he does that you for free, because the NBA will be like, well, listen, it's gonna be three thousand dollars, so you have your two thousand to get the look to get you up. You pinch your plates and then you gotta get him three get your credit on. Don't let him make your y. Don't take your credit and buy a bunch of other things with it. No, I'm not,
I don't. I don't fix the credit. But I got my credit, got a credit due. Go fix your credit. I'm gonna call him, make sure he does your credit for free, and make sure next year you got it. You got a place to live, thank you? All right, you're hold on, Trina, Okay, all right, Well we got more money to give away. Now. We've been talking behind the scenes about Jeez and Gucci, so I think we should just do a little mini mix. I mean, that's
I don't go front, that's excitement for the night. Oh now, now, now you what you're about to say the same thing I've been telling you ask for the past week. I'm not confront although I know Jeez will win. I think Jez's gonna win. Gucci got records. Gucci got a lot of records. Charlemagne, send me some of the Gucci record because I'm gonna play to doing a mini mix. And how many I sent you a lot? I sent you like twenty off the top listening to Think, but they
was all bangers. There wasn't like you forget so many records you really forget. And Jeez is one of my top seven favorite rappers of all time. I always say that if you're listening to the Breakers Club for years. You know, I've always said that, But Jeez got joints. The only just between Jez and Gucci is Jeez has better bodies of work. Jez got two classic albums and two really great albums, The Recession Team, One on One, the Classics, Inspiration, and one on three of the great records.
But Gucci got a one hundred and eight albums and mixtapes. He's got a lot of great songs. Like there's a lot of things that you just forget, like wasted right, Yeah, just forget that's Gucci's record, or steady mobbing with with Gucci and Wayne, Like you forget Gucci's did mean Gucciucci with the pill that record, I think I love me as a lot of Well, we're gonna go through the rank got joints. It's the Breakfast Club. Good morning, good morning.
Everybody is DJ Envy, Angela Yee, Charlemagne the guy. We are the Breakfast Club. It is Breakfast Club, Change for Change, where we are giving people money. Usually this day we raise money to give to an organization to help the organization, but today we know because of COVID the pandemic, we want to help you guys so we're trying to help as many people as possible. You know, over the past three years, we've raised over one point seven million dollars
that's created for three different organizations. That is one point seven million dollars we've raised for different organizations over the past three years. So as you just said, you know, COVID got everybody in a financial bond, So it just felt weird asking people to call up here and donate to give to one cause when we could just shake down one of these corporations, get a bag and just give it out to people. That's right, I mean, yeah,
So shout out to PEPSI too. We want to thank them for stepping up to the plate to make sure that we had some change to give away to y'all. And I do also want to say that the entry is closed um online. So for a lot of people that are sending messages to our personal emails or on Twitter, that's not how this works. It has to be vetted. All right, Well, we have Lakisha on the line. Lakisha,
good morning. Are you all right? What you need? Some money for a lot just want to waiting for school, mainly because that's that's something that I have used as a priority other than the Hills. Now, Joe Biden allegedly said he's canceling all student debt. So I don't know if we need to give you any money for that right now? You yeah, that has the past. You can't just do that. Let's get ready do it? You do it with executive ward. What are you? What are you
going to school for nursing? Now? You have? You have two kids? Essential work? Four? Yea four kids? So? Yes, kids are home virtual school like virtually schooling right now? Correct, I'm at home virtual learning. I'm in virtual school. How many baby daddy's you got too? Okay? How are they with child support? They don't pay? They don't pay? Why? Okay? I works? Okay? Are they gonna try to chank you
down for some money if we give it to you? No, I take everything on my own, taking everything on my own. That's about Lakisha. You let them know you got four kids. You go in to school for nursing, to be in essential worker, to help other people. I think you deserve now, Lakisha, on your email, you said you need a thousand dollars. Yes, that's all. Yes, you are four kids. You want to you want to the thousand. I'm modest. I know it's a lot of people out there that need help, a
lot of people. I respect that. So we needed Let's let's throw a little extra gravy on her. Right, how about the holidays are coming out, the kid's gonna need some things. If you take the mask off, maybe we'll feel more comfortable. Why do you want to see I'm just saying, why are you wearing a mask? You make me feel nervous. You don't like he knows something that we don't know. You know, it's twenty twenty as a pandemic. We're getting a bubble. I'm this glass surrounding me. The dogs wide over, we got humidifiers. Everybody's been tested, and you still wearing a Mask's testing? Yeah, it's been tested in there. Well,
I do everybody. I gotta do things outside of radio, so yeah, we all do. But I don't think everybody in there has been tested. No, you haven't. That's why you home. And you're gonna stay home because you're too mixed. We all I'm nervous, y'all. I'm nervous because y'all have kids in school that live in your houses and no, my kids not in school, not not. exciting for? Not you, we get tested for COVID. What do you mean? What? What? What are you going to st But we do attested the bar. Yes, that's good to know. But listen, we're in the middle of change for change right now. If you, if you, if you've been following us the past few years, you know that we've raised one point seven million dollars over the past three years for three different organizations. Okay, but this year we're doing it different because we know people are having
financial hardships out there, so we're giving away money. Yes we are, Yes, yes we are. We're gonna be doing that all morning long. So hopefully you send your email to BC changed and number four change dot com. We appreciate all your listeners out there. We know what you're going through, so we're just trying to help, absolutely,

where you buy books, so Amazon, Barns, and Nobles. I buy my books off Amazon, so please go pre order Tomka Mallory's upcoming book, State of Emergency right now, coming out on a My My, My My imprint Black Privileged Publishing. Okay, yes, all right now. Also tonight it's the Verses back oh Man, Gucci Geez Okay, it's gonna be epic. One further of all, y'all know, Jez is one of my top seven favorite rappers of all time. Okay, been telling y'all that for years,
but I'm just letting you know. Don't sleep on gu Up, Guoup, got records, got joints, and V told me earlier this week it was gonna be a wash. I did think that, you know what I mean, And I think he feels like that because you know, Gucci called his dog a punk. But Chuck Norris check, Chuck Norris was hurt by that. Chuck Norris did say, ah, like as much time as you spent down South NBA, and you know, don't know
the records that Gucci got, but shout the chuck. Chuck Nurds says, it's on site, just just throwing it out there. Shout the chuck. Lurdas had to hold him down. But anyway, now you know what it is is so Jez got to worry about Freddie Gibbing, Gucci gotta worry about Chucking Nords. This is too much attraction tonight. A lot going on now. You just you just you forget about a lot of the records that you forgot. I did. I there's some choice, but it's gonna be interesting. But I mean, listen, I
think Jez should pull out the wind. But MANZ got it. It's the entertainment fact that to the internet. If Gucci plays the truth tonight, if he starts that off, and that's gonna lose his mind. Were not even we might not even get to the other nineteen songs. I'm just saying, but Gucci, Gucci's very disrespectful, you know, Gucci, could you nes never know what Gucci do? Guccia pull up to the to the venue with a coffin like you just never know what Guccia. I don't think you'll do all that.
Oh yeah, the truth is enough. Yeah, yes, you're right, But we'll see that happens tonight at what time? I don't know even know them. So you got Jez, that is not happening to the eight o'clock We got Geez. Yeah, I mean, I think Jess has better music, But I stayed from the entertainment standpoint, and for what versus is, I'm not I'm not gonna sleep on Guccia in this situation.
I got he's an entertaining person. And um, once again, if he plays the truth tonight, the audacity of him to play that record in front of Jeez, but Jesus over, I'm sure that's that's that that that's that's he got to watch his temperament. You gotta keep his head. Jeez would be good. I'm sure he'll be on defense and know exactly how to come right back with with another record. He should just go hits, Just go hits. He got a lot of them, right, I'm the realist getting here.
Y'all all go right into that now. Who you got? Ye? I told you all this already, Jeezy, But you know I listened to more Je's music and know his song is better. So I'm from New York. What do I mean? They not what that mean? I mean, I think that Atlanta and in the South, there's a lot of records that weren't songs that were played on the radio and singles that people know from Gucci, And I don't think that I grew up listening to that. It's not like
what we heard in the clubs. I felt like Jez got more songs that was popular nationally, all right, I can see that. I think. Also, Jez was signed the Def Jam and def Jam is such a New York label, so it was more pushed to New York Atlantic Atlantic. But def Jam is a New York label, like it feels and breathe New York, like you just said Atlantic. So I'm sorry, Wow, no one that they didn't donated to change Wow. Wow, Okay, guys, I didn't say let's come back and give some more money up. We'll get
some more money back. Of course, we're giving money away, so just keep it locked. And it's the Breakfast Club, the Money morning. Everybody is teach Envy, Angela Yee, Charlomagne. The guy we are the breakfast Club today has changed and change now you asually. What we do is we ask you guys for some money, and we like to get as raised as much money as possible and give
to a different organization. Over the past three years, we've raised one point seven million dollars for three different organizations, the Gathering for Justice Movement, Random Marshall's three seventy five Movement, and the Third Good Marshall College Funds. We raised one point seven million dollars for those three different organizations over the past three years. So this ship we were right now we are. We are in the midst of a pandemic. So we want to make sure that we can help
other people out and give you guys some money. So we have been fortunate enough to get some donations from some corporations like Pepsi's down right, and I also want to point out that I know a lot of people are in need and you know right now, there's a lot of resources for you. If you have rent, you need rental assistance, if you're facing homelessness or food and
security assistance, there's a lot of organizations for that. There's a Coalition for the Homeless, New York Community Service Society of New York, Catholic Charities of New York, Food Bank for New York City. We'll be giving you some of that and from throughout the morning as well their City Harvest for food as well. It also shout out to Andrew Yang. Right, we got Andrew Yang's money, right, did you get his money yet? Andrew Yang gave a bunch of money too, so yeah, we get he gave five racks.

phone calls. Indeed, no one calls you. I'm holding my daughter for home school. Her school didn't have a choice of going to schools, so we've been homeschooling ever since September. And I'm just behind all my bills. Like the agencies from New York City is so different from the agencies in Long Islands. I want you to have a job before, they couldn't even help you. And I don't have a job, so and you've been trying that list and I've been trying, they still wouldn't help me. I'm behind all my rent
like bill collectors calling me. I'm just so stressed. And here come Christmas. Yeah, I'm stressed. Well, listen, um, Christmas, the holidays period is just the time for family to hug on each other and love on each other and really remember what the reason for the season is. That's number one. Yeah, number two, I think we can help you with with with some with some bills, right, how about a cool stack? How about a thousand dollars? Could that help you? Talk? Anything can help me, anything can
help me? All right? What troll your thousand dollars to help you with your your your back rent, in your in your in your bills that you need help with, and hopefully that holds you down for a little bit. Mama and Stephanie. And another note, what kind of job? What kind of work do you do or are you looking for? Just in case anybody in the Long Island area needs to hire. I do a lot of data entry, medical data entry, like a Colden medical billings. Okay. In question,

Breakfast Club. Good morning morning. Everybody is DJ Envy, Angela Yee, Charlemagne the guy. We are the Breakfast Club. Good morning. What we got? We got baby? All right? Now, what are we doing for anybody who just joined us? Mate? Now? We're doing change for change. Now. Usually during Change for Change we give money to organizations. We ask you, guys, we try to raise as much money as possible. We have people. We raised over one point seven million dollars
in the last three years. That's right for the Gathering for Justice Organization, for Project three fifty seven, Brandon Marshall's mental health organization, and UM last year was the third Good Marshall College Fund. I feel sad though, because this is making me think about Chadwick Boseman, because Chadwick Boldman was here year. Actually this what's the day? Nineteenth? Yeah, it might have been. Might have been the same date last year, and he gave away a one hundred thousand
dollars for the third Good Marshall College Fund. I think he donated every year. I think he did. I'm not sure. I don't know if he donated every year, but he was up here. He was here, yeah, I mean he was in the studio and he donated one hundred thousand dollars. So rest in pezz to Chadwick Boseman man. Absolutely well. We have George Jones on the line, George comring. Yo, it's up, Fellers. What's up you from Brooklyn? Right? Yeah, what's up, Joe? Don't forget the lady. Oh yeah you're

the full line, so don't move. It's to breakfast Club, Change for change morning. Everybody is t j Envy Angela yee? Shall I mean the guy we are the breakfast club, good morning, all right? Has changed for change. But we're giving money a way. We've been doing it all morning
long and we have no but now hold on. It's good, very important to keep telling people that for the past three years we've raised one point seven million dollars organizations, meaning raised that we always have callers calling give a dollar, give five dollars, give ten dollars. We have artists give you know, large sums of money, and that's how we get to these big sums that we're able to give to these organizations. But today we're just giving our listeners.
That's right. I'll support is money. And we have Alexus on the line. Alexis for New Jersey. Good morning, Alexis, good morning. Talk to me, Alexis. What's happening. I'm funny, Okay, I'd just be trying to see if your MoMA him named you after the car, that's all Alexis. What part of New Jersey are you in? Made? What? I'm in? Middlesex County? Okay, So let's talk about your story this morning. So basically it's a little emotional. But um, it was last November. I was in a major car accident. I
lost my less below than me, my wife. No man, Yeah, I have a three year old son, um, who's amazing. Um. When I was in the car accident, UM, I didn't really know, like the obviously I was unconscious on it. I didn't know like till three days later it was actually happening, and maybe basically just said like, your leg is not you know, but it's that basically, and you're not going to be able to walk on that leg.
So yeah, I don't have to antilitate it. So it did, and I was in a huge depression, and you know, I was really depressed and I couldn't couldn't pick up my son. My parents were taking care of us for a long time. Finally I got my aprosthetic leg and I had no you know, hope at all like that I was going to be okay. I had no hope to be like at all, and I just started walking. I was just doing so well with a prosthetic. Like I remember the first time I picked up my son. Um,
it was just I finally sign up for school. I'm in beauty school now. I go to Probate Academy and Addison. I love it. It's something I always loved to do. So it's kind of like something really it was really bad what happened to me, but it kind of like turned around my life. Hell, your medical bills, your medical bills are crazy, I'm sure d wow. And then your son's daycare while you're in school, it's like eight hundred a month. Oh my goodness, mom, what what do you
need too? How much you need? Well, first of all, that's that's that's what she needs a lot. I'm sure she needs more than we could actually give um. But we would help you right now. Yeah, I think how would you like, let's just say five thousand dollars? Oh my god, I would that would be amazing. I think we could do five thousand for you, mama. Five bands that's the least we can do. I mean, you lost the leg Jesus Christ like, yeah, we could do fives, which I could do more? Is that? Is that? Thank
you guys so much. Now we have your cash A do you mind if we put that out there because you know somebody might say, you know what, let's do a lose something extra in there just in case. Yes, Oh my god, thank you so much. Cash app is alexis a L E X I S C I A M I L L Oh And don't forget to put the Dallas side in front of it, a Dallas sign against that Dallas sign. Alexis a L e x I
S C I A M I L l Oh. Yeah, so y'all hit up her cash app but uh, in the meantime, we're putting five thousand dollars in your pocket. My goodness, boss you guys, thank you so much and continue appreciate you. Alexis, give you a sign a hug for us. Well, absolutely, thank you guys so much. You just need our christ mess. Thank you guys so much. You don't understand. Don't write Alexis much much. Rank you Okay, okay,
at least we could do. I mean, god, damn, you know what I'm saying this wild she lost the whole leg I heard that heard. I heard somebody saying. I don't know if it's true enough, but somebody seeing me a meme this morning saying that Bousey might have to get it leg Amputa you saw that? No, Yeah, I hope not. I hope not either. Wow, all right, it's the breakfast I think of cool Joe Goody too. He
got into a car accident and lost his legs. So yeah, man, morning, everybody is DJ Envy and Jela Yee, Charlemagne the guy. We are the Breakfast Club. It's Breakfast Club. Change for Change. If you just tuned in, We're are calling people trying to help people out. You know, usually we raise money for different organizations, but today we just want to help you guys because you guys support us and you guys
help us so much. Always now listen, It's very important to note that when we do Change for Change, we usually raise money. We have our artists, folks, and our athletes and you know, different corporations donate money. We've raised over one point seven million over the past three years to give the three different organizations. So this is really a change that we're actually just giving away the back. Right. It's a different time right now. We are all facing
things that we haven't faced before. So we just want to be part of the in the position to help people. Now, the next person we have on the phone turning to the yeah, yeah, sure, the terrace is from Atlanta. Shoutout one to five to three to beat family with up. Louis V. Mona without I see you guys. We need a thousand dollars from you right now, Louis V. Now now tell us what's going on? Brother, all right, So basically I'm just I just know how to financiability to
get a vehicle. At the moment, I work for a non profit. Uh that helps trying to helps victims and trying to get sex trafficking in Atlanta area. I'm earlier in school for h tax training. I just started like last month. What kind of that's important? HC? He didn't ventilation? The acc What school? Low all Terry's Career College. Okay, that's dope. That's a really essential business right now. So I'm happy that you're doing that. You're gonna do well. Yeah,
that's everybody keep telling me. Man, I've been listening to it. So that's why I joined into that. So what you need money for? King? You need a call? He said, you need a call because he's helping the organization who to try to work for a non profit. So he's he's going to trade school. He got to take the bus every day, so he needs a little bread. I respect. I want more people to go to trade school. Man. I keep saying that trade school need to be free,
especially in the hood. You know what I mean. Any brothers don't know how to use their hands no more, but they don't understand them. Plumbers, the engineers, the electricians, people that put the air conditions in that that do the cars, the heating, they make so much money. Shout the Lincoln Tech too, man, And I do want to shout you out too for working to help end sex trafficking and helping these women out and men out who are being traffic I think that's amazing that that is
something that matters to you. So shout out to you for that. So what you what you need? King? What can we give this brother this morning? What we got? I mean anything, anything will help you know. And and but you're giving away some of your personal money today right now. You know, actually we probably gave up a lot of the money up here because I don't think the heat works up anymore. they looked at it was everybody at home quarantine. That offended for yourself. Where your goddamn jacket. But listen, we've given away one point seven million dollars over the past three years the three different organizations Gathering for Justice Movement, Brandon Marshall's Project three fifty seven, and last year the third Good Marshall College Fund. Yeah, so you know, maybe that that maybe that can help you know what I'm saying with Thanksgiving for next week, because we're giving away turkey and food and all that other good stuff. And all you gotta do is pull up. It's a drive through from ten am to twelve pm at Berkeley High School this this Saturday. All right, that's

I thank y'all for reading my story and calling me. Now, all right, thank you, Happy holidays. Now. I got a serious question. What is gech sounds like patoise, sounds like all I know is something in the mouth, nothing in Why did you just say that? That's all he says?
Put a culture. That's why I can't wait till the International African American Museum opens up in Charlton, South Carolina in two thousand and twenty two. I was actually on a call about that yesterday. I can't wait until the museum opens up, and then I can actually take people down to Charlton. We're gonna have field trips take them down to Charleston, so y'all can really experience and feel the Geechi Gola culture. Alright, twenty twenty two International African
American Museum. You see what I don't know? All right, I'm trying to get Geechi with it. I don't know. All right, we got more money. You would be saying, boy Charlomagne, come in that room every day. I'd be looking at a bookie. Now that's that's go ahead. Say that, boy Charlomagne, come in the room every day. He'd be looking at me. Bunky, Now, no, you be looking at my booky? Now you know you say don't you be looking at my booking? That evening? About say booky? Fat?
Now I do say it that man? All right. I don't know how Jorge van Brownvill is gonna defend this. Now Georgian Browns will remember he said Charlemagne try to be gay or something, or Charlemagne might be gay out of them. Okay, he accepts it. Anyway, We'll be back. It's the breakfast Lolocal morning morning, everybody is ch Envy Angela Yee, Charlemagne, the guy we all to breakfast club. If you just joined us, it's changed for change. Yes, for the year. You know, every year we do this,
we give away money. We raise money and give it to an organization. We raise over one point seven million dollars. I'm gonna be honest with you, I actually like this way better. No disrespect to all organizations we've raised money too. But you know you give eight hundred thousand dollars to the third of Marshall College Fund. The reason I love that is because that goes to scholarships and other things
for a whole bunch of different people. You know what I'm saying, Well, I guess when you give money to this, they all helping various people. Absolutely right, Yeah, either way, this is good. But I just think in the timing of this this year, during the pandemic, being able to help out individuals and to hear their individual stories, I
just wish we could help more people. Yeah, it just feels more personal, you know what I'm saying, giving this giving them the money directly like this all right, Well, if somebody else on the line that we need to give some money to what line is this too? Hello? Who's this this? Key run? Key Ron from us with up? Brother? I'm good? How are you? We're doing good? Were doing good? Now? You know what? What's your story? What's going on in your life? Bro? Well, I was laid off due to COVID.
I've been an accountant for the last several years. So now basically I've just been on unemployment. That ended a pot of food assistance. According they denied if you get unemployment. So it's just been trying to live, maintain my house, pay car, no's utility, schools, just things like that. Okay, okay, you got kids, yeah too, two kids. You got a wife, a grandma, ball a girlfriend? Yeah you got a girlfriend? Ain't okay? What you do with herself? She's a teacher.
She's a teacher. He's at home, virtual learning, virtual teacher. They're back in school now. Tech kiss kind of tend everybody back. We didn't really it wasn't like one of the first states. So yeah, how we helped KEI Ron this morning? What we got for Key Ron? You're figuring the car knows about what five six hundred dollars. We can figure monthly foods about five hundred dollars. I think it's calling about six twenty three a month. Say it is, Okay,
it is, it's six twenty three. No, actually it is ot the email. I ain't read no email because that's exactly what they did. All right, Well, what about fifteen hundred and fifteen hundred help your brother? Hundred would definitely up. All right, So we're gonna send you fifteen run all right, I appreciate y'all. We got you King, fifteen hundred dollars. Yes, don't spend it all in one place, all right, trust me, it won't. Yeah, don't go to Johnny Dane. Don't go
get no grills. Please, don't go get no grill. No, I'm not at all right now, we got you King, all right, eight hundred five eight five one o five one. We got more money to give away before we get up out of here. It's the breakfast cluck of morning morning. Everybody is cj Envy, Angela yee, Charlemagne the guy. We are the breakfast club. You know we've been doing today. We've been giving everybody money today, change for change. Usually
we raise money for different organizations. We raised over one point seven million in the last three years, but today. It's all about two guys. That's right. I mean, you know, it's a blessing to be able to raise money like we have the last three years and give it to different organizations. Gathering for Justice was one of them. Project three seventy five, which is Brandon Marshall's Mental Health Initiative, was another and the third, and Marshall College Fund was
the third. But it feels really good to just be reaching out to people all morning long and just just blessing them, you know what I mean, being able to be able to be a blessing others blessing to be a blessing. We have somebody on the line from one of your favorite places in the world, the Bronx. Good morning. What's your name? Hey, what's your story? Azarell has everything. How you holding up? I'm trying to hold up the
best I can. I'm a truck driver and before the pandemic, I was working six to five hours at least, and after, you know everything, a few months in, I got down to twenty hours. I'm trying to hold everything together, but my biggest thing is my rant. I'm down, like maybe sure it's hurt five hundred dollars and I'm trying not to get your texts. I have a sixteen year old daughter, and I don't want to put her through that. I've
been homeless before, and I know how it is. It's horrible, but that's the last think I want to put my thought first. I got your question. I thought truck drivers were still good, doing good during the pandema. I know they're about to go on strike in some places I heard, but no, we're not about to go on straight. But it's just like we're not getting the hours that we were before because you know, the industry is aring. Wow, and you don't want your child to be homeless because
you've been homeless before. Very understandable, are you? Are you in your truck now? I am? Can you blow the horse man? Shut up? Man? Fun with you home back? Grown man? Don't you do it? Please? Yeah? There you go. It's so alright, alright that I think it's terrible. I think it's terrible and ask you to blow anything before were about to give you some money. That is horrible. That just just just bad. It just sounds like I said,
blow the horn to the truck now. Listen. You know the craziest people in America come from flow them in the Bronx. That's a fact. But your story is very touching. What do we have for her this morning, guys? Thousand dollars? Nah, I think we could do better. In the two thousand, I think we could do better. Three I think we could do better. Man. She's talking about being homeless, and I want her daughter to be homeless. Man. She don't want to put her daughter through the stress of being
evicted and having to find some place to live. She's a single mom. Bro four thousand. You gotta give her an extra thousand dollars because she's from the Bronx. Okay, rights, and y'all know how much rent is in New York City period, So five thousand dollars dollars that work. Thank you so much, guys. I really appreciated that. Don't you go spending this in in one place. And I know Christmas coming up. You're in the Bronx, y'all drinking that damn egg nog with the lick in it. What's it called?
Al Right, don't you go mind up all of coketh and the Bronx. Okay, five thousand dollars for you, man, frog, get so much, guy, five thousand dollars for you. We hope, we hope you have a great holiday. Okay, thank you, appreciate it, all right, thank you? Hold on, okay, So coke tho? So what's the frog? The frog is key, cokey? What the hell is the frog? It's a frog's coke? Coke? Tho, y'all drink frogs? What the hell are you talking about? Get it? I just want to know what it's a frog? Coquine.
Huh don't they don't? They make that noise like you can hear him outside. I can't do it, but they made that noise all night. Oh my goodness. All right, Well, congratulations to us. She picked up five thousand dollars and everybody else. We will see you guys tomorrow. We gave away all our money. Shout to PEPSI, shout to the bull, Michael Nothing, Andrew Yang for um giving up giving us
five thousand dollars to get a way as well. And listen, man, it's a blessing to be a blessing, you know, like my man Killer Mike says, if all of us do a little, none of us got to do a lot, you know. So I feel like, um, we did a little something today. We hope that we could, you know, relieve some scress that you brothers and sisters feel in this holiday season. All right, all right, well, now let's go get ready for the Gucci man Jeezy versus tonight. Well,
you gotta leave us a positive dope. Oh and while you get ready for that, I just want to plug that established with Angela. Ye's on tonight not till ten pm Eastern, so the verses should be over by then, So make sure y'all tune in. This is about people who are established in their industry, and this is on Fox, and I got my girl, Jasmine Brand on tonight. Cool. All right, well, yes, the positive notice simply this man.
