Oh my goodness, yes, yesterday you know Ajiwa Styles and Styles Pete were on the show and then we have them at the angela year book Club my first official one of twenty twenty as it has her book out, the Ethereal Hike. As you know, the first time they came on the show to talk about their daughter passing away from committing suicide was up here on the Breakfast Club. So now she has a book out that kind of details her relationship with her daughter.
It was very therapeutic for her to write it, and I'm sure it will be something that's helpful for other people to read as well. And they are going to be our marriage boot camp. Okay, all right, Well I was me and my wife. Of course, I have the podcast called The Casey Crew. We never videotape it, and the reason we never do is I just don't have the time to deal with my wife when the time to get ready, I'd just like to turn over in bed and record it from bed. So we started recording
it for my bed. Oh yeah, we got the mics and everything set up, so we just plug in and do it right from from the bed. So we started recording. So we built a set and out in Jersey and we have a set and we take a bunch of shows. Last night, a bunch of guests, Uh, bring a bunch of different people in your bed. No, both a set in Jersey. Now, okay, we can actually do it, and uh, we got a couple of offers to do some some
bigger things, so we had to create a set. There's no longer can we do it in I mean in our bed. So it's we did a bunch of that last eight. It's a couple of episodes, do some bigger things. What are those bigger things? Sir? On television? You yo, you've been kinky. Shouldn't go there there, you're kinky. Let me tell you guys, So let's your mind go though. Angelie broke my card so I can't swipe the card to get in the building anymore. Right, I didn't break
your card. It was already bro you broke it. So I'm down stairs and I'm like, hey, can somebody grab me? Stop the music? Charlemagne replies, what type of grab do you want? I didn't say that. Do you just say that? What did you say? I said? What kind of grab? Okay, stop the music again? What kind of grab? I'm saying? Like that? I text you, how how do you read that? In the time? That's how I read it. No, it meant like yo, you need somebody to come get you
right now, right now, you know, just right now? Are you in trouble? No? No, no, it was it would stop. The music was what kind of grab? That's what it was. That's how I took it. That's how that's what I heard. Y'a should have bought y'allasses. And Missing Nita's retirement I went there, went missingas party, and it took me so long because I had to drive there. Then I had my book club, so I came early. Nita is a rock star. I definitely went to Miss Anita's retirement party.
The good thing is though she's been tired, but she still is going to be temping and filling in. That's only because they can't find anybody to replace. She'll never find anybody. Yeah, like I said last night, I still get to see her. Yes, like I said last night, whoever that person is, we're just not gonna like you as much as we like Missing Nita. It's just not gonna happen. That's the truth. He shoots a way too big to feel okay, and you gotta come in and
try to be yourself, you know. But I'm just letting you know right now yourself is not gonna be good enough. That's just how good Missing Nita was absolutely okay. It is as a human being. And I'm telling you if if she makes pilate workers look like devil worshippers, that's just she just has it. It's just she an angel. I don't know what to tell you. I know it seems like he's told a lot of sauce on it, but no, he's telling the truth. No, I've never seen
her in a bad mood. Never, And she finds a way to make everybody else feel good, you know, and that says a lot. She's always pouring in other people's cups, so I wonder, I'm like, damn, who's pouring in Miss Anita's cups? So it's just good to see her get to love that she's been getting the past couple of weeks. That's just celebrity rock star. Last night, there was like a long line to take a picture with her. She deserved the past party. That's how you go out, That's
how you go out. That's how you go out. You go out with Will Smith posting you on your Instagram, posting you on your Instagram. That going viral and then you know, your people who've always loved you, celebrating you the way that we did last night. So drop on a clues mons from miss and Nita Sippio. There you go. We shall keep the spirit of Cippio alive in this building. God damnaged that's right now. Brisia Webb will be joining us this morning, folks. I love Brisha Man. She's an
actress and you might know her. What's what's the flip coming out this Friday? Fall from Grace, Fall from the Low Tyler Perry movie on Netflix, and she's one of the starts of it, along with Felicia shod I think Cecily Tyson in that movie as well. But Brescia got a lot going on. Bree's one of those people who, um, I don't want to say she's up next because it's like she's now She's still kind of up next to as well. You could say she's now yeah, yeah, yeah,
all right, So we're kicking with breaching. Then we got Front Page News what we're talking about you well. Also, last night was the Democratic debate in Iowa, and we'll give you some of those highlights. All right, we'll get to that next. Keep a lot just to Breakfast Club. Good morning morning. Everybody is DJ mvy Angela Yee, Charlomagne the guy. We are the Breakfast Club. Let me shout out to Stephen Stephen as the cameraman up here. Yesterday was his dog's birthday. He had a little cupcake with
a candle for his dog. Man. He had a little celebration just him and his dog Man. What's wrong with your Mike Man? Stephen the White Demon? Okay, he was so happy for his dog's birthday. I literally thought it was some girl he was dating birthday the way he was talking, till I realized that it is just kind of kind of is Anyway, let's get in some front page news. I've been running around all day long year. Do you know what's going on with the ash shows?
I know they said they were cheating. What happened? Do you know Bunney Jams? No? I really don't know. Man. I know it had something to do with the Mets now too, cheating. I don't know. Okay, well I'll figure it out. I gotta read some more about it. But baseball is better when the players and the teams are cheating. No, it's not. It is when everybody was on steroids the league. The league was much better. I like the fact that these guys cheat. And but you don't get you don't
get that bumby. If you're Houston Astros cheating, you don't get that one. I wish, I wish my sports team would cheat. My Dallas cowboy has been playing fair for the past twenty years. Where that guy that got them? All right, I'm soon to the Astros. All right, now what we are talking about you either, Well, well, let's talk about the Democratic debate that happened in Iowa, and
we'll give you some of the highlights. As you know, Elizabeth Warren has been stating that she had a meeting with Bernie Sanders, and Bernie Sanders said that a woman couldn't win. Well, here's what happened on that stage. Bernie is my friend, and I am not here to try to fight with Bernie. But look, just question about whether or not a woman can be president has been raised, and it's time for us to attack it. And I think the best way to talk about who can win
is by looking at people's winning record. So can a woman beat Donald Trump? Look at the men on this stage, collectively, they have lost ten elections. The only people on this stage who have won every single election that they've been in are the women. Amy, I'm gonna tell why that was such a misleading statement. No woman has ever been president. So, yes, you've won elections, but you never won a presidential election. No woman has ever won a presidential election. Well, there's
only six people left. As you know, this is the smallest of the debates thus far. And here is what Bernie Sanders has to say in his defense. Well, as a matter of fact, I didn't say it, and I don't want to waste a whole lot of time on this because this is what Donald Trump maybe some of the media want. Anybody knows me those that it's incomprehensible that I would think that a woman could not be
president of the outsides? Do you too? Today? There's a video of that of me thirty years ago talking about how a woman could become president of the United States. Hillary Clinton won the popular vote by three million votes. How could anybody in a million years not believe that a woman could become president of the United States? And I think Elizabeth Warrell was talking about any election, not
just presidential, but we're talking about the presidential election. That's what she meant when she said Bernie had a good point. I mean Hillary did win the popular vel. Hillary did win the popular vote. But the problem with this whole thing is and tell y'all path some type of election security bill to make sure it there's no Russian interference this year. Our interference from any foreign country not a autenity. Now here's Mayor Pete talking about his lack of black support.
The black voters who know me best are supporting me. Now. The biggest mistake we could make is to take black votes for granted, and I never will. It's because of the work that we have done facing some of the toughest issues that communities can issues, from poverty to justice in policing. I'm proud to say we've been nationally recognized for our work as a race and form city on delivering greater economic justice. We have reduced use of force
by leading the region in transparency. Of course, there is a much longer way to go, but I will be a president whose personal commitment is to continue doing this work. All right. So that is just some highlights that we can get to right now. And also just to put it out there, today is the day the House is going to deliver articles of impeachment against Donald Trump to the Senate. So just letting y'all know. We'll get more
into that in the next front page news. I was gonna say, you know what, Elizabeth Warren and Bernie Sands. The crazy thing about it is they were friends. And she popped out and said, no, you said that women could never be president. She didn't say that, they said people around her said that. Yeah, But at the end of it, they said that he reached out to give her a handshake and she denied the handshake, and they
had like a tough conversation. So I don't even know if they're friends or how it goes from there, but they're still friends, I would be honest. I went to sleep last Nam debate was way too white for me. And maybe I'm just feeling salty. You know, less than three and a half years after having the first black president, there's no black people on the stage, Like you've got a billionaire and did a bunch of white folks. I wasn't.
I didn't appreciate that, all right, personally, get it off your chests eight hundred five eight five one oh five one. If you need to vent hit us up right now eight hundred five eight five one oh five one phone lines so wide open. It's the Breakfast Local Morning, the Breakfast Club. Did your time to get it off your chests? Whether you're mad or blast so, so you better have the same industry We want to hear from you on the Breakfast Club. Tell about who's this? It's Charles left
New York. Charles. What up? Man? Get it off your chests? Bro real quick, man, like I was playing your assistant. Um. I don't take nothing from the power of a woman, but it kind of scares me and see a woman in office because I really don't know there ejective is it to fix the problems that we have now or to try to elevate and and pushed more for a woman's move Man, you know what I'm trying to say, what's around with what's around with a women's movement? No,
there's nothing wrong with it. I'm not trying to say there's nothing you know. I'm saying there's not wrong with it. But are you going to fix the problems that are going on right now? Or are you gonna go in office talking a good game and then when you get an office it's more of a meat too, like you wouldn't you wouldn't be worried about what what anybody would do in office, just what a woman would do because
you're concerned that she might be pushing. Okay, but over the past no couple months a year, y'all went from the mean the meat too movement to hot girl summers. So you're kind of shaky, you're not really talking. You know, you know you can, you know you can say that you're you know you can say that you're not allowed to sexually assault women and harass women and rape women. How do you go and also have a hot girl movement?
Because a month later you go from damn near but ass naked need too movement so that you want to be pushed. So you're saying if a women is naked, that means that you have the right to touch her. I'm okay, let's go to the Instagram, okay, or or the singers of the actors that I don't think the instig I'd like to see people die on hills. What are you doing? Do you know what high crust M mean? Is trying to get man? You trying to It's just
a bad it's a bad look. I just want to let you know that if you think that because a woman is half naked that means you have the right to touch her or she's asking for something, then you have a problem. Did not say that. I cannot say that. So what are you saying? I'm confused. I love the fact that you think that Elizabeth Warren to participate in That's what I took from, like fact that you think you know and you know one of the problems, one of the problems that we do have, the does need
to be fixed, is people that think like you. So hopefully a woman does make it real. Right, Hello, who's this? Hey, what's going on? Yeah? I got through and it's something I get off your chest. Man, Okay, so here go. Man. I went out to buy a Korean out of Merryville, Indiana. Man, and my earnest money. They took it. Wait what they
literally took it. They actually took myners money. So what it was was the property was going for one hundred and sixty five thousand dollars and there was some problems going on with the building. So I actual to state about a license a contractor. They chose not to do it, and so I chose not to go through with the deal. And after that that is basely told me, Hey, if I wanted my earnest money, I need to go to court small claims court and get it. Don't you have
an attorney? Nope, didn't get no an attorney because I felt like I wanted this is my first time down in the house, so I feel like I wanted the house. It was in a right neighborhood and all that stuff. So fifte hundred dollars, earned the money, and yeah they backed out or whatever, but they just took earn his money. And album's back trying to fight to get Marner his money.
So uh, he's seen you coming without an attorney. Man, No matter whatever for now or whatever anything you do in real estate of anything you do, you always have an attorney. Watch it back. Now. Attorney probably would have court you probably three fifty to five hundred to do that deal. But you to see what a thousand dollars, what they were they would what they would have saved the like is something out they would have been about
my stat all the way. All the trust attorneys. Really, you don't trust attorneys, you know, I mean, you gotta somebody got to read your paperwork. Somebody got to read the paperwork, gotta make sure things are right just for this situation right here, so you don't lose your money. Bro. Yeah, I know, Yeah, I know, definitely. No. Hey, what he's good talking to you guys. Thought just wanted to get it off my chest. I'm surprised I've made through. Man, Hey,
I love you guys. All right, Sorry, but then you can laugh about losing the money. Yeah, I'll be pissed the f off man. I see what you're talking about now too, with the Bernie saying there's a Lizabeth Warren thing because never Warren is the number two trending hashtag because apparently she didn't shake her shake his hand. That's that was the biggest moment after the Friends anymore. What I said after the event, he want to shake her head.
Killing Elizabeth war They're calling her a liar and a snake and saying that in twenty fifteen Bernie said she should run for president. But now five years later, four anonymous people say Bernie said she couldn't win, and she's running with it. They are killing her. Eight hundred five eight five one five one, Get it off your chest. So I understand stop cursing. But hey, all right, hey, it's fun. Though it's fun, the job is fun, the
environment is difficult. What do you do? I'm tooling down, maker, I'm an apprentice, man, I'm a deep drawn metal stamping apprentice. Okay, do you want to sound like right now? Eight hundred five eight five one five one.
We got rooms on the way man. Now, this clip was circulating yesterday. Apparently comedian Brad Williams told the story, and that story is a confession of alleged rape. Oh boy, all right, we'll get into that next. Keeping locked this to Breakfast Club. Good morning, the Breakfast Club. Morning. Everybody is tj MG. Angela, ye Charlomne the god, we are the Breakfast Club. Let's get to the rumors to talk a Power spinoff. It's about the report Angela on the
Breakfast Club. All right, So they had just reported that the Power spinoff that's coming Power, but two we already know it stars Mary day Blige. When now they're saying that method Man has been added to the cast. Always like a meth and Mary combo dope. He's going to a portray ambitious and savvy attorney Davis McLean in that series. So I guess we're getting more information. Did y'all watch Power on Sunday of course I watched probably I didn't
see it. This Sunday I definitely watched it. I will say this though, Meth is a very very underrated actor. I think so. I think Meth bodies damn there. Every role he plays. Man's very good on screen, whether this film or on television. And I would love to see him play Bishop in the Marvel Cinematic Universe. All right now, Timberland has dropped one hundred and thirty pounds, and that's because he had a pain killer addiction. He admitted that. And he said that he gained all this weight due
to unhealthy eating habits and becoming addicted to perks. He was taking the prescription pills for a root canal back in twenty eleven. Then he had his divorce going on, He had an IRS investigation into his taxes. All of those things, he said, contributed to his unhealthy lifestyle. According to Timberland, he told Men's Health the pills put me in a great feeling of not caring, of just being free. I'm like traveling, doing shows, popping them, having fun, just
being ignorant. And at his heaviest, he weighed three hundred and fifty pounds. Wow. Yeah, me and Timberland had a conversation about that. He told me that before, but after he saw the Meek Milling of you and saw Meek said that he used to take ten perks a day. He was telling me about his addiction to prescription medication
and what I want more artists to do. If we really got to start talking about how you kicked the habit, because a lot of people got over like, oh, I quit, And I'm like, I don't think it's that easy, you know, because you got to go through withdrawals and all that
other type of stuff. Like I would really like to know what steps are they taken to really, Yeah, some people try to do it on their own, and then I know some people will actually go to a doctor and then they have this whole weekend detox that you have to do, and it's really a tough thing to do, like because you're really it's a real withdrawal. You're shaking,
you're sweating, you're sick, you're throwing up. Yeah, like you said, you got to talk about that because a lot of people hear it in the songs and think it's cool, but they don't understand how to get off of it, especially when you see somebody die. And every time somebody dies, you see these rappers say I'm about to stop doing lean I'm about to stop doing these pills. How it's not that easy. You're gonna go to withdrawals. It's not that easy just to quit drugs. All right, Now, let's
talk about the Grammys. Demi Levada will be performing for the first time since her overdose. So that's good news for her. She said, I told you the next time you'd hear from me, I'd be singing Grammy's Recording Academy at CBS. So she has shared that she will be performing. Now another iconic performance. Aerosmith will be performing right, They're doing a medley of their hits, but run DMC is going to join them for a performance up Walk this way.
You just said you made it big and everybody, well, Aerosmith is huge. By the way, I do love Erosmith. As a matter of fact, me I was at I was at the iHeart Music Music Awards and I saw Steven Tyler. He was in the green room waiting area with me, and I was like, oh, this is exciting. Look as Steven Tyler at what point he wanted to do a hip hop album I remember. It's definitely a cultural thing. I mean, Aerosmith is huge, there's no doubt. But I just don't care about them. But you care
about walk this way? Yes, all right, now let's make your faces. Comedian Brad Williams. So this audio has leaked, and this is from the Doug Benson podcast show Getting Dug. What's his name again? His name is Brad Williams. Okay, and it's a clip from twenty fourteen that has now started circulating, and he talks about non consensual experience and alleged experience with a woman while on tour with Carlos Smancia.
Here's what he said. We were on a tour bus together and this girl was like on the bus and just really wanted to sleep with Carlos. So she's in the back and and and then she is married. He's not gonna do anything. So he turned off all the lights and then sent me in. And then I started looking up with the girl and it went for a good fifteen minutes before she realized that huh, I mencas tiny,
but he shouldn't have stubby arms like that. And then finally she realized that she was having sex with me. It's kind of. I feel like that's like a rape story. I think technically it is. It definitely is. And now he's on the show Degenerates by the Way on Netflix, and so people have been asking Netflix to remove him as a cast member from the show. Since then, however, he has posted this on Twitter. He said, hello everyone. Recently, a podcast Getting Dunk with High, I did years ago
as a younger, more inexperienced comedian, has resurfaced. On the podcast, guests get high talk and answer questions, A question was asked me to describe a crazy story that happened on the road. I didn't have any crazy stories, but I didn't want to say no, as this is a very popular podcast and I wanted to be funny, so I made up a story on the spot to try and be entertaining. Unfortunately, this story was not funny at all
and made light of an incredibly serious topic. I understand that people were offended, and rightfully so, by me joking about such material, and I want to take this opportunity to let you know that I regret what I said and apologize for the content of the story, but I want to emphasize that it was just the story that I made up. It was an unfunny, horrible fabrication, and the actions described in this story never happened. I mean,
he probably didn't make it up. I don't know, but I think that culturally, those conversations do need to happen. And the reason I think they need to happen and so they aren't repeated because situations like that was so common in America once upon a time, so much so that they ended up in movies, like in the seventies
and eighties. Yeah, a lot of TV and films condone that exact kind of rape culture, like that scenario that he described that was in Revenge You the Nerds when the nerds stole the jock's constule to have sex with the jock's girlfriend. You know what I mean, Our sixteen candle when the dude's girlfriend got drunk and he says, I could violate her ten different ways, and then he passes her off to the young boy and she didn't know who she was with, and the young boy had
sex with her. So it's like, yeah, those conversations need to happen. That behavior did the repeat. If that didn't happen, what's what's the funny in it? Like like, why that story that's not funny. Well, listen, he might have grew up on that seventies and eighties, you know type of humor, because that was considered humor back in those films back then. To him, maybe he grew up off that's where he was trying to be funny. All right, Well that is
your rumor report. I'm Angela Yee. All right, thank you, missy. Now front page news. What we're talking about. We are going to talk about Donald Trump. Now he is weighing in on what's happening between Bernie Sanders and Elizabeth Warren. Will tell you what he has to say. All right, we'll get into that next. Keeping locked us to Breakfast Club. Good morning. I want to everybody is DJ MD and Angela Yee, Charlemagne the God. We are the Breakfast Club.
Let's get into some front page news. What we're starting, Well, let's talk about the democratic debate in Iowa. Now, as you know, there was a back and forth between Bernie Sanders and Elizabeth Warren and that's over Elizabeth Sanders. Elizabeth Warren says that Bernie Sanders said a woman couldn't win when she had a conversation with him. And they are suposedly friends with each other. They did say yesterday they are still friends. But after the debate everyone was talking
about how Elizabeth Warren would not shake Bernie Sanders hand. Well, a lot of people are weighing in on this. One person who was right there, Tom Styer, because he was on stage at this Democratic debate there was six people left. And here's what he had to say about the conversation the two of them had. I was just going up to say good night, and I felt like, okay, there's something going on here. Good night. I'm out of her. But what were they arguing? Were they were talking about
getting together or something. I really didn't listen. I really it was one of those awkward moments where I felt like, you know, I need to I feel bad for you as possible. All right now, Donald Trump has even weighed in on this Elizabeth Warren Bernie Sanders conflict. And here's what he said. And I don't believe that he said this, because you know, I don't know him. I don't particularly like him. It's a nasty guy. But I don't believe he said it's not his deal. You really have to
know what people say. She said that Bernie say that strongly that a woman can't win for president. A woman can win for president. Fortunately, it's just I could happen. You know, the debates were trashed last night. I actually went to sleep on him. And I don't believe Bernie said that because that's not in Bernie's character. But if he did, so what it's America. America's a racist, sexist, homophobic country. To say I don't think America will vote for a woman or vote for a gay person doesn't
make you sexist, a homophobic. That's an indictment of America, not you, the person that said it. All right, Well, today is also the day that the House is going to be voting to send articles of impeachment against Donald Trump to the Senate, and that's where they say opening
arguments are expected, So we'll see what happens. Of course, as we all know, a lot of people don't anticipate much will come of this because the two thirds majority of the Senate would be required to convict Donald Trump, and they do feel that it's unlikely since Republicans outnumber Democrats in the Senate. Teflondon, Nothing's gonna happen to Donald Trump. Trump. Donald Trump makes me question the whole science of politics,
because it really is no science to politics. It's just that you know, politicians or bss and dream sellers, and it's all about who can sell the best dream who can BSU the best. But he does what he wants to do. But that's the reason Trump is able to run circles around all these politicians because he's a better be after than all of them. He is. Now they send an impeachment trial is set to begin January twenty first as of now, all right, and there's an online
petition for against Ralph Lauren. They want them to do the right thing and recall, destroy and publicly apologize for trying to capitalize off of black culture. That's all because there were the Greek letters for five Beta Sigma Fraternity, Inc. Which was founded at Howard University, And that lettering was on these pants that they had that were retailing for three hundred and thirty four dollars, So the symbols were on the black back left pant leg and that was
an issue supposed the Sigma lettering. I didn't go to college, about no friends? Hi Beta Sigma Fraternity? Ink? What's it look like? Um? You can actually draw Steve, but they did. They have since uh pull them off the website and they're not for sale anymore. They said the symbols on the pants were an oversight and the company deeply apologize and they had taken immediate action to stop selling them.
They said that Ralph Lauren has a rigorous review process for its designs and the company is now looking at its protocols to help ensure that nothing like this ever happens again. Why did ibe? Why? Oh, look all right, we don't need you drawing things in here. Yeah? Please? And that is Steve said, you want me to draw you. I would love to see that draw. Let me see you doing, Steve. No, No No, I'm just kidding. You got
to get in trouble, Steve. All right, when we come back in the new Tyler Perie movie, A Fall from Grace that will be out on Netflix just Friday. Were you watching that this weekend? I can't wait. So Brecia web when we come back, don't move. It's to Breakfast Club. Good morning, the Breakfast Club E J M. V and Ngela Yee Sharlomane the guy. We are the Breakfast Club. We have a special guest in the building. Welcome. Thank
you for having me high tis so Brie. I'm surprised you're here because y'all had to premier Fall from Grace last night. Right, y'all must have been being nice in front of Sicily Tyson. Y'all must not have been acting ratchet misbehavior. Well, you know what a lot of people don't know that but know this, but miss Tyson is hilarious. Really who she was out until like eleven thirty. I don't you know. I didn't look in her life like that. Okay, she was out there dancing and chilling. She lives. How
do you celebrate that events like that? Dude? You turn up? Do you drink? Do you? I mean, this event is so much different than all the other events because it's so iconic just to be in a movie with all of these amazing women, Cicily Tyson, Felicia Sead, Crystal Fox, the Tyler Perry. I can't really twork anywhere because I'm just living in the moment. I talked to myself, but I talk in my head, you know, But it's just I'm just kind of floating, yeah, you know, just being
in the moment. Well, tell us about a fall from Grace, A fall from Grace is about a woman who has really been tried by a man that she falls in love with. What do you mean tried by? Well, you know, she allows herself to be open with a man. And Mary, yes, she was herd winked. There you go explain some Did she get cheated on? She was cheated on by her husband. She opens up her heart to love. So who's the white character that plays this husband? Well, because you know
black men don't buy it's a black guy. Well, it's a black guy. We never meet her original husband who cheated but Macaw does his own dirt, okay, and he steals her money and all of these things happen, and she marries him, and you know, they fall in love, and then the seat and all of these things falls in love, She falls in love and then twist and turns to happen. She kills him. She's like that, yes, yes, this is the whole point of the Yeah, Bobby, but
that's what she's accused of. And I played her lawyer already, she's already in the depths of sorrow. And then I'm her lawyer. I'm a public defender, and I am tired of just what it is and what it takes to be a lawyer, being a public defender, and having the government and everything on your back to in order. Did you your job? Well? Um, she finds her strength, my character does, and she fights for Grace's life in the end. I'm sure you learned a lot about the legal system
while doing this. Oh my goodness. Yes, a lot of people are not gonna be expecting this from me, and I'm excited. I wonderful a woman could if you were if you were that was an actual situation, Could you be objective in a situation like that, especially if you are a woman that's been cheated on or whatever it is.
I feel like every woman has a heart in a space for a woman that has been hurt, you know, because we all can identify with that, and so, you know, you I already see her from that point of view, and her eyes and her sympathy and everything that I'm feeling from her. It makes me want to fight for her even more. Yes, I believe so, I mean, you know, I don't. I don't harp on negative things. You know. That was his disservice, not mine. I'm better for it. So go cheat, I'm tell him, go see my movie.
Watch my movie watch Me Shine bo I had? How about that? Did you catch him or no? I mean I'm not walking in the room watching people, you know, just doing things. Not gonna curse, I will say I'm not. I've got to say it. I'm trying to be award winning actress. You see this stuff, I mean everything was in the script there. Tyler Perry did such a great job in the script and people will not be expecting this from him. Just twisting turns in a new way
of looking at cinema for him. A thriller really, and so um. I watched this documentary that he sent to me called Gideon's Army about public defenders, and I use that as my my landscape of just how to navigate and how public defenders really balanced their love life, their social life, and what the weight of being a public defender is and how you take your work home with you and the struggles of that and the pressure of it all. Have you No, No, because yeah, it's an
exactly no. I have never been. No. Now it's a lot because at first, right, you're wanting this woman she said she's gonna just take a plea deal, She's gonna plead guilty and then as the movie goes on, you uncover more and more layers of what happened. It also means to think about the system and how how many people do plead guilty to things that they didn't even do. Yeah, and they take the plea deal because they think that
that's the best deal possible. And we see that in this movie, and we see that in the system, and just anytime we turn on the news and more movies like Jamie Fox's film, and you know, and when we see Mercy, just Mercy, and when we see Central Park five and we watch these stories about these innocent men and innocent people going to jail and taking deals that you know are beneath them, and people that aren't fighting
on their behalf in the first place. You know, I hope this inspires lawyers and other people to just question what other people are doing and how they are being perceived, and you know, and to just open themselves up to maybe allowing the truth to affect them, right and not judge it, just face on, you know, judge a situation, face on, how how did you recover from being cheated on? Because clearly, because I don't want I don't want women to feel like they can just go kill a man,
not Lowaina Bobin in here. Okay, Now, like listen, I just know, I mean, I'm I'm rooted by faith, So I just know that, you know, what God has for me is for me, and so I'm not going to allow a person and what they're going through and how they view me and how they need to go seek another person to affect who I am. Right, you know, I'm not going to allow that to affect me. You know, I just know, like, hey, if that's how you feel good for you, I'm better for it because I know
that there's something better for me. And if you're a true person to fifth, you got to know that God wanted you to get you eated on yes, because he needed to be to see the light to get the hell out of it right, because obviously I wasn't seeing
all the other side. Which brings me back to this film because you know, I have to say, Felicia talk me ain't getting see she taught me how to rounding mag is that sometime, Like I was saying about the film, Um, you know, Grace goes through so many things and she has been given so many signs and she doesn't pay attention, and so I hope that women and men when they
watch this film, they pay attention to the signs. And mister Perry said something very you know, he said something that I'll keep in my little pocket them, you know, things that I'll do. I'll I'll keep notes when I'm falling in love. Sometimes you you know, you get blinded by you know love, Tuesday, Yes, three pm on Tuesday, this mofile. Pay attend to those red flags, those red flags you gotta because sometimes love can deceive you and blind you of his blind He's going at something right,
and you can't remember. Everything is cloggy, and then your friends start to remind you. And then after the fact when you dump them, everybody come out the woodwork. Well you want to tell you knew you know what I mean. So this movie has a lot of that talk to the screen. I think it will be better if you wrote positive things and negative things, then you can weigh the pros and cars as opposed to just having a
list of all the negatives at a president. Not true, but you're living the positive if you're in the moment, you're loving everything positive. When you break it down and you look at it all, you see is all negativity. Nobody's perfect, okay, right because black men don't cheat it so right of course, I know, okay, so yes, black men don't cheat. So we have to weigh the good and the bad. Ladies and man, okay, all right, we have more with Brecia Webb when we come back, don't move.
It's the breakfast club. Come morning morning. Everybody is DJ Envy, Angela Yee, Charlomagne the guy. We are the breakfast club. We're still kicking it with Brecia Webb yee. Has anybody ever tried to scam you a guy? Well, you know what, Oh you're getting that money now to breathe. It's a lot of trying to trap you. I keep myself, you know. I honor the space that I'm in, and the more I you know, grow as a woman, I really evaluate
people that are allowing my space. That's right, a boundaries because at first, you know, when you're young, everything is all lovely and you don't come on over and come on you're good friends. No, no, no, no, that's over. You know. Now, I honor my space, and I honor this position, and I honor who God is creating me to be. So I'm not gonna loud. It's a privilege to be on my space. That's how you stay mentally healthy too. That's like really one of the first step
to stay mentally healthy, just setting boundaries. Yes, And I'm learning that each step of the way, because it every step is a new trial and it teaches you again. And until you learn these lessons, you ain't gonna get these blessings. What if you learned in the past year, Bree, Because I'm watching you, I'm looking at you, your your poise, got it looks media training, Like I mean, I don't know about that. I got friends to tell me the truth. Don't do that. Yeah, yeah, so that's what it was.
They just tell you, like, look, don't do this, don't do that. Yeah. Well, I just know what kind of I have an idea. I have a vision of what kind of career I would love to have. And being in a film with these iconic women and you know, and sitting beside them, I've learned so much and I've been able to soak everything up in their stories and how they've grown as women, and just to be able
to sit at the table. I just know what this is now, you know, And I love going to work, and I love being funny and I love just working. But I also know the position that this holds and how people look at me and how I need to look at myself right And it's okay to have all of these different layers as a person. I can be goofy, I can be all of these things, but also knowing
who I am in the position and honoring that. Did they give you advice about you guys were filming scenes, being that you worked with these iconic women Felicia, I mean we we filmed this movie in five days. Wow, in five days. Five days? That grinds. That is a grind. You're just doing that, not twenty hours shifts. What did y'all stop for five days? I mean we got our hours.
You know the sad things were you know, you know everything was done correctly, but you know the way that mister you know, Tyler, he hates when I say, mister Perry, but I mean when you come to this man studio, you know you have to realize what it encompasses. You know, you can go from each set to another, So it felt like you were doing a play for five days because you could go from each set to another. The lights are already preset. Everything is ready, the crew, the people,
everybody just is all in sync with each other. So you can do a film in five days there because it's all his stuff, it's all his cameras, he's all the people working for him for the greater good of the project, and he trusts the people that he has. So I was very honored to even be a part of it. And getting this role Jasmine, I was like, I can't do anything else but show up. I don't have any time to have any doubt. I'm in a scene with Felicia Rashard and she's a Broadway actress, Crystal Fox,
Broadway Theater trained Cecile Tyson. You ain't got time to be like, um, so where do you want me to stand? You just go ahead and do it. And that's the best way of doing it for me because I only could move and my instincts. So how do you get over being? Because you gotta be When you see Felicia Rashaw.
A lot of people don't know that Felicia, Miss Felicia and her daughter, uh and I went to college to go Okay, yeah, we went to call her daughter, Nona's on Billions and she's an amazing actress as well, and we're really good friends. And so we went to college together. So my my other best friend over there, Victor, we all went to school together. So we all are like, Condolea's mom is coming, you know, like so it's just been that. So that's like, oh my gosh, your market
with Condolea's loam. But I mean, come on, bow down, it's miss Felicia. I mean. But beyond that, I mean, she's done so many amazing works on stage and so many people are going to be shocked at who she is in this film, and she gets those opportunities to play it on stage, and now she gets to show it on film. Could you see yourself on bar Away? Absolutely?
I mean yes, sing and dance. I have a one woman show that I do called this My Show, and I do all of these characters with a band because I live in LA and because I get frustrated with just you know, not being theatrical. I'm a theatrical person and I love being funny and all that, but I love doing my characters and singing my songs and my crazy song thing from your heart? What did your parents think about? Think from your heart? You know what. They
raised me this way, They raised me crazy. Yes, my mom was My mom was a sexual education professor. Really, yes, so I was raised knowing who I am and what people had. Talk with you. She answered every question I had that talk with me. Book ahead. Okay, well I still don't know what you're doing. But you did something, you got chilled, you had something. You figured it out. I figured it out. Yes, But um no, I mean, my my mom has always been for word about She
was like these you know. She used to call my my lady land my purse purse, yes, she said. She would ask me. She was like, uh, don't let anyone touch your purson go near your purse. And she would give me a little purse to go to school with. And I thought it was very clever now that I'm older. Put the purse on the ground, Yeah, I don't put your purse on the ground, Okay, like little things. She was like that, don't let anyone touch your purse. And my purse would fall right near my area. So she
would be like, did anyone touch your person? Like, no one touched my person. But you know, it starts a conversation about you having ownership of your body and I why you didn't call a thing from your heart not your person? Well, I mean, nobody else would get that. I would have to explain purse. But you know, hey, I think the word, the p word is really nice, you know. Actually yeah, I mean it's actually a powerful world. Thank you. I think so too. I possess it and
so do you. Okay, and some men as well. Yes, But I mean, do you have to think from your heart? You know, going through this dating life? You know you can. You gotta think from your heart. Gave me his man purse? Really, it's right behind you that box. That's not a person, that's a book bag. Oh that's a mercy. A woman has a person didn't have book bags, book bags or mercies? Yeah, oh, don't do it. Ohs right here in my face. It
just took me a spot surprise. I can't come on, we shoul trying to grow up and we ain't grown now. For people listening, for people listening who can't see it, they were not balling her face for real, But it was pretty damn bloke. Mold. It's the mold of mind. Who is that as? But it's a mold of an ass. Well look at that. Look at that and it was plump and ready to poke. It's a book back you focus now, I don't want to boking. How are you not from great to manage on Netflix on Friday? Okay?
And what else you got, Breach? I know you got a lot in the work. Yes, I mean I'm gonna pop up a lot, you know. Thank you to everybody that our Sherman Showcase last season. Um so a lot more crazy stuff is coming like that, Nick, thank you so much. Everybody loved my Mary J and my Julia b vans Ak and net A Baker. But you've been practicing that Mary J your whole life. I mean, have you been doing in the mirror? I'm sure life. I mean, she just gives you so much, to give you so much.
Have be belated, you know, you know I love her. Hopefully I could perform on stage with her, just be in her background shadow, you know, I would just like to be the shadow of her. I met her at Tyler Perry's gala and I was like, it was so funny. I was like, hey, Murray, and she turned around like she was like, who called me Murray? Like that like my family members? And she was like huh. I was like Hi, um, your biggest fand I play you on Sherman Show, Kase she should try to look at it
before after she performed did you do? Absolutely? And I did it right next to Beyonce Say and jay Z and I made them giggle. This is just a wonderful moment in my life. I was like, oh, thank God, they're giggling at me. I'm doing it right, all right? This, Breecia Webb is the breakfast club. Good morning, thank you. What's wrong with you? Bro? I'm trying to figure that out. That's why go to the every every Friday at three dirty all morning. Everybody is DJ Envy, Angela Ye, Charlemagne

I know that much. We do need a pass Oh, I'm glad you said that my passport is expiring forgetting to renew it, you better get that fast. I got somebody that could do it in like two days if you needed. We all have that regular. Let's talk about that though, because I feel like we haven't been putting
enough sauce on this trip that we're taken. Because you know, in the Breakfast Club nine years, we've only done one other trip and that was to Jamaica, right, and that was that was ages ago, right right, right, Well, this is uh. For all information, you can hit up the Breakfast Club jess adwater dot com. Now this trip is our I'll say it is our first because the last one was trash. The first one we didn't first one. It was because it was the sound system didn't work.
There was no event. What was the sound system for? We had to broadcast them there and it sounded terrible. Remember there was no events, We didn't have no parties, We didn't do nothing or was in the pool. I am a cancer. My astrological sign makes me a homebody. I enjoy doing nothing. They remember, they try to make us all room together, but first they try to put all the rooms together because I because I'm not only
room together like I have two of the room. You remember, remember m Easy had the room with somebody our board. I didn't people when you quested the room with me? No, I remember that. Yeah, yeah, I told you. She wasn't my wife then, but my girl was coming now my now wife. I'm not messing with you. But if if I hate this guy, but yesh so, like I said, June fourth through June eighth, we're gonna be doing all
types of it's gonna be performances. Is a two thousands party that we're doing two thousands party, this comedy show. There's a Carnival Colors party used to a lip service. I'm doing my Casey Crew podcast there. Charlemagne is doing brilliant idiots. I don't think Andrew Shows knows anything about that. You'd have to let them know. You're gonna tell my guy. Yeah, I don't have to tell them about that. And the comedy show. We gotta put the comedy show together to
I have the comments in mind. It should be the people we messed john Nelle Rawlings funny, most of my most of my friends now you are gonna be there my friends. The comedian so little people that came up here. How to get flame Monroe flame wing Row would be great. I'd love to have flame. Tippy had I don't Tiffany probably busy, but I try to tell me that is would love to have Tivity. That ativity probably busy. I reach out the little lttle ll probably little l but

Yeah, we're doing the silk and skins pajama party. Nothing about what the hell is that? What that sounds weird? But I'm talking about that silk and silk and skins. No, you can't do that. What is that? That doesn't sound me too. Reading the fly, it says I didn't discuss this part. I didn't discuss that either, So let's take
that off the menu. That's not gonna be there, not having an we need to have a planning meeting. Yeah, I just read. I'm just reading what we have sinfully sexy party. Don't worry. I don't know about that. Don't worry about the details. Just tell them where we're gonna be Maya rivera rextical Maya. There you go, June fourth through the geef. That's right, the Breakfast Club just atwater dot com. Give him the website sex the Breakfast dot
com the website. Okay, there's gonna be a beach Olympics too. What a beach Olympics? What does that mean? I don't know. Maybe will do volleyball maybe with you know, that's for the younger demo. That's gonna be out of Breakfast. That for the young twenty somethings that rock with us. That playing volleyball in the water on the sidelines, drunk watching y'all is work out and we sold that great huh. But we will be there the website for more information.
We're gonna have a lot of fun. This is our first real flyway parties, and man, first we gotta have some artist. They performan as well. It's gonna be It's gonna be a great time. So I'm gonna go do a scouting trip just I need to see the location. I went already down trip I need to do. My place is amazing. They got jet skis out there, all types of things that's not included with the trip. Dot just want to put that out there. That's all extra. But we had a great we're trying to sell the trip.
Don't a lot of people over. You didn't have to even say that, just say they have jets, they have jet skis. I don't believe we got nothing that you just said. To be honest, I just know we're gonna be there. You gonna push the party. We're having the skins and what No, we ain't doing skin silken skins. All right? Anyway, anyway, now we got rumors coming up. What we're talking about. Uh well, let's talk about Takashi six nine. All right, let's get into us to come home.
We're gonna get into it that we're gonna play song. We should get into it now. We gotta leave. I thought, man do his job. If it's supposed to be a song, drying played the song, play the song, John Morning. Everybody is CJ Mvy and Angela Yee, Charlomagne the guy. We are to Breakfast Club. Let's get to the rumors. Let's talk to Kashi six nine. She's filling the team. This is the rumor report with Angela Yee on the Breakfast Club.
But Takashi six nine once out. He's trying to get out of jail and he wants to serve the remainder of his sentence at home. He believes that he is at serious risk behind ours. Now, why didn't he be at risk at home? Also? Yeah, but I guess he'll have be a little safe because he can hire security and at least to make sure he's protected. And okay, I mean you've seen Power do even happen the stitches and power see what they try to do the DREI last episode? Oh no, you see, and that happened to
stand in jail. Yeah that's my point. Yeah, but I also feel like at home that could happen too, Like it makes you a target as well. You don't even know if your security is in on it or not. Yeah, but it's easier to hide at home, like nobody would know who he was at. Yeah, it depends where he lives. He could get security, he can get cameras, he can get you to live in a gate. He could get Ring community living a gate. And I said living a gate?
If Ring calls him a right, what if Ring starts talking to Takashi at the house, you're rats cheese in the refrigerator, You can't be out by August twenty twenty best case scenario, so but he wants to get out before that. All right, now, let's talk about this beef between Nick Cannon and eminem Still beef, there's no beef. Never didn't reply Nicki's shadow box, and at this point nobody's hitting them back. Nick Cannon actually has a song called used to look up to you. We told you
before you put out a whole new project. Well here's part of that song, sweet and leg it been a sufface, please, Brian little martial matters, putting on my turban like on my lads. They can die capping black lives matter. We don't ever see you boy, You like a shadow got them curling up on the pillow, talking you on a pillow. They can't come get a job for me. We gotta him out to fix the issue bringing walling out. Check which you swiss the Boman Like I was against slippers,
You beneficial? Then thoughts have been less none the ball of benish feelings. I've never seen a person. I've never seen you. I've never seen a person lose a rap battle through self inflicted punishment like Nicky was you was Nikki No the sty there's more, no more. Nick Cannon used to look up to you, sick. Nick deb shut his federal about you. What silt you sow us an animals to make the money, but money making you all
your own music. We used throwing ling you while you ain't on me because I never ain't you know you were getting talk about you. I would debate, but numbers don't make you move. Eminem is winning this battle because he's doing He's making Nick do the one thing that we don't want him to do, which is rap. Like Nick is really good at everything else, he's fighting himself for rapping, Like, yeah, don't love Nick man, y'all love Nick.
Y'all would join me and the fight against making Nick Cannon stop rapping because the first one sign of decent and I think it amped him to do. He just kept you up. You was up, Nick. I was like, you know what now? Not yourself is self inflicted punishment at this point, stop Nick. Please. One thing you can't argue is that Eminem is an amazing rapper. I mean you just can't. And Nick Cannon is great on wilding out. Nick Cannon is great at a lot of different things.
Ye not, But what I'm saying is battling eminem. I would bet against Nick Cannon and everything else, and I would probably know I'm lying. He said you would better gets. I would bet with Nick. I would bet on Nick in anything else. But when it comes to rapping, No, the more he raps, he just digs more. Hold himself, all right now, Tyson Fury. He says that he's been getting ready for his rematch with Deontay Wild. Are y'all excited for that? And one thing that he's been doing
is masturbating seven times a day. What are some of the other things that you're doing to prepare for this play? A man masturbate seven times a day? He's not serious? No, definitely levels up. No, No, you don't believe it. What do you say You're not to have sex before fights because it makes you weak? And I would think that the ejaculation would still make you weak, regardless of whether you're going through the action of it or not. But the first not to February twenty seconds. So maybe he's
doing now while he's training. That's over months away. They tell you not to have sex for like five six weeks longer than that, So maybe now he stopped masturbating seven times a day because imagine the stamina it takes. Goes seven times. That actually might help you if you start now, right, who got time to master base seven times? He's an coment, y'all know, he yoke. I'm gonna stop that sound jealous? All right, well, I'm angela yee and that is your rum. That's more of a joke than
Nick Cannon's raps. Come on, all right, charloaie. We're giving that donkey you four after the hour. I would like Arthur Stephen King to come to the front of the congregation. We'd like to have a world with him, please, all right? And then after that it's asked ye. So if he did relationship advice, any type of advice, get on the phone lines right now. Eight hundred five eight five, one oh five one. It's the breakfast Club. Good morning, Donkey
of the day Democrat. So being Dunkey of the day a little bit of a mixed so like a do other day. Now, I've been called a lot of my twenty three years, but donkey of the day is a new wife. Yeah, donkey to day for Wednesday, January fifteenth, goes to King you know who, Stephen King is right. Yeah, he's an author of horror and supernatural fiction Pet Cemetery, The Shining. His books have been turned into all of
those films, Carry the Outsiders. He's a big deal. If you're a fan of the horror genre, you know, love cool Joe, Cool Joe. That's about the dog, right. Yeah. Personally I don't like horror movies. I refuse to pay people to scare me. But this isn't about me. It's about Stephen King. Okay, he caught the raft of social media yesterday when he tweeted out I would never consider diversity in matters of art, only quality. It seems to
me that to do otherwise would be wrong. Now let me tell you the primary reason I think this is stupid and why Stephen King should get the credit he deserves from being stupid. It's because art is a reflection of life. Okay, artist a reflection of society. Artist a reflection of people's experiences, a reflection of people's views, a reflection of people's ideas. So someone who is the creative is Stephen King, should understand why diversity is so important life.
The society we live in is very diverse. Okay, you have different races, different genders, different sexualities. I can understand a seventy two year old white man not grasping that concept because he doesn't have too Not right, white men are probably the only people on this planet who can afford to live in a box, especially here in America,
because this system was designed by them for them. So in Stephen King's mind, sure he's not thinking about diversity when he's creating his art because he's coming from an old white man's perspective. All right. He knows his world and he sticks to it, not to mention. He's doing horror and supernatural fiction, so who's got time to think
about diversity. But it's also a contradiction because Stephen King wrote Carry right, and you know, I remember him writing in his book one time that Carrie was about feminism, right, and how women find their own channel of powers and what men fear about women and women's sexuality. So if you can be that thoughtful about a character you write, then you absolutely, Stephen if considered diversity when it comes to your art. So what the hell are you talking about?
All right? Author Rocks and get hit it on the head when she said quality is everywhere, but most industries only believe in quality from one demographic. She said that in response to Stephen King's tweet, and I totally agree, but I hate when we beat around the bush. Stephen King only believes in quality from white folks. Okay, they don't think diversity and quality going hand in hand when it comes to people of color because they just don't
see the worth in anything that's not white. It is what it is, and sadly Stephen King's mindse that reflects the mindset of a lot of executives in Hollywood. Now, after the backlash or shouldn't we say blacklash, Stephen King tweeted, the most important thing we can do is artists and creative people is make sure everyone has the same fair shot, regardless of sex, color, or orientation. Right now, such people are badly underrepresented, and not only in the arts. Clean
up on out seven. Okay, Stephen King, you should have led with that tweet. In fact, that should have been your only tweet about this situation. Okay, after tweeting what you tweeted previously, not considering diversity in your art, that second tweet, the clean up tweet is more supernatural fiction than anything you've ever written. Please let Kathy Griffin, give Stephen King the biggest all please give this giant jar
of male the biggest. He Hall. That was very disappointing to me as a person who was a fan of Stephen King. I used to read those books for real growing up and then watch all the movies. I was definitely disappointed. He's still a fan. Yeah, I just said I was disappointed as a person who is a fan of You hate when somebody that you actually like their
work does something like that. Have you guys ever read Thinner instead about sounds like trying to lose He hit the main character, well kind of yeah, And the book hits a woman with his car and she's like Thinner. She puts a curse on him and he can't stop losing weight. Oh and he's just getting too skinny. Cool. Yeah, I like his you know, his work, but that was disappointing for real. All right, Well, thank you for that. Donkey day up next ask ye eight hundred five five
one oh five one. If you need relationship advice, any type of advice, call ye. Now it's the breakfast club, Go morning, Come on the relationship advice. Need personal advice, just the real advice? Call up nown for asking morning. Everybody is DJ Envy, Angela Yee, Charlemagne the guy. We are the breakfast club. It's time to ask ye Hello. Who's this? Mike? Mike? I, what's your question for you? Oh?
You know, I just want to ask him. You know, I've been with my girl for eleven years and I've decided to leave him because, you know, for the last five years I've been busting my butt working and everything. I want to go out when I can't even go out and enjoy myself, you know, because every time we find it come you know, this dude gotta get paid. Okay, so you don't get to go out. But what's she's been doing. She's been doing that. She stayed home and work.
So what's your question? My question is you know, and you know I'm a bad guy because I left her. You know, let me ask you this, Mike, do you want to be with her? No? No more? You know? Okay, you know you're a bad guy if you stay with somebody who you don't want to be with, that's what makes you a bad guy. And then you end up doing other extracurricular things because you weren't happy in your relationship. The right thing to do is what's right for you.
And if what's right for you, it's for y'all to not be together. I think that's actually a good thing, if you leave somebody you don't want to be with instead of pretending that you're happy, right, right. I just wanted to make sure it's the right thing. Yeah, you're good. Listen. Sometimes you gotta do what's best for you instead of always doing what's best for everyone else. Right, all right, thank you, you're welcome. Ask ye eight and dread five eight five one oh five one. If you need any
type of advice, call ye now. It's the breakfast Club. Good morning, some real advice with Angela ye gets ask ye morning. Everybody is Stee j Envy and Angela Yee, Charlomagne the guy. We are the breakfast Club. All right. We in the middle of ask ye Hello. Who's this? Hey? What's your name? Hi? I want to be an animous? All right, anonymous? What's your question for you? Okay? So I'm in like the previous girl, having like a casual relationship with someone that I worked with. Me and him
both points together. We've been doing this for about nine months, m so I kind of considered him more like a really close friend and I and I had like one of time to feel so him. But we just kind of broke it off with me like a few weeks ago, and it was like very and expected. It was just like from one day we had text like yesterday and then today when I'm talking anymore. Okay, So now like I feel really I'm easy about it. I'm very emotional about it. I'm even cried about it. I don't know why.
I don't know that I capped feeling for him, But at the same time, I just don't understand why he did it, and I want to tell him how I've been feeling it's the whole nine months because he doesn't know anything, so I don't know if I should tell him. I kind of feel he don't care. Okay, So he never even told you why he broke it off. He just said no more basically, well, it would like me and him got into it about something like he said something like offer it to me, and I'm kind of
put some type of way about it. So I didn't talk to him for like a couple of days. But it has happened before and then we can jump right back in. But then this time he was like, Nah, we just don't being friends like that say we're not gonna do nothing. Well, I'm gonna say a couple of
things here. There's absolutely nothing wrong with you being honest about how you feel about somebody and if you feel like you want to tell him just so you know, I really, you know, do have feelings for you, and I've been sad since everything got broken up between us, since you went away, just to let you know that. Not that I'm saying I expect you to have sympathy and want to be back together with me, but I'm just want to express how I feel and you know
I would like some closure. There's nothing wrong with that. But also understand that you can't force somebody to be back with you if that's not what they want. And if he's like I'm done, it's over and he means it, then all you can do is express yourself that one time, and there's nothing wrong with you being hurt and upset, because that's what happens when you go through a breakup. That's a really normal feeling to have to deal with those feelings. So I wouldn't feel bad about it or
I try to not understand it. It just is what it is. I'm used to being with this person and I really did like him, and now he doesn't want to be with me anymore. Of course that's upsetting, but yeah, be honest about it with him, see what he has to say. If he's just not giving you any explanation, he's just not dealing with you, then move on, right, Okay, thank you, No problem, honey. You could cry all you need to, Yeah, I could. I just be really uneasy
about it, and it was really unexpected. I kind of feel like a higher flag. I might hard to start broken and I was like expecting it at all. Yeah, you know the best way to get over heartbreak is to deal with it and on time will hill law wounds. So I think it's just gonna take you some time until you can move on. But you know better now than later, And don't cry at work, No, I won't. All right, good luck? All right? Ask ye eight hundred five eight five one oh five one. If you need
relationship advice, hit ye now. Now we got rumors on the way. Yes, Netflix is responding to Monique's laws who accusing them of discrimination. Find out what they have to say in respond to Monique. All right, we'll get into that next. Keep a lock this to Breakfast Club, Go Morning Listen. Oh it's breast Club. Well we told you guys before that. Shaggy said that he had an opportunity to be on Rihanna's album, but they wanted him to audition, and that's why he turned it down. Now Rihanna's team
is responding now. What they are saying is that there was some miscommunication. Apparently according to the representative Herriyanna. They said, after Rihanna had already gathered all the materials for the album, Shaggy contacted her asking to be a part of the album. She explained to him the album was pretty much completed. They were just working on mixing, mastering, and deciding with songs to actually use, and they did extend him an open invitation to send over some music regardless to see
if she could work thing out. So they want to make sure there's no ill feelings, but they want Shaggy to let fans know the real truth. It wasn't on an audition situation. It was that So I guess you know, he'll let us know if that's true or not. Okay, all right, now, Dareen Real has announced The deluxe edition of Revenge of the Dreamers three will come out this week. According to somebody on Twitter. They said that will arrive
on Thursday. Get ready for that. There's going to be two new singles on the album, and they said there's no further details surrounding the track list that are available. So that's what we know thus far. All right, Yogatti and a Rock Nation, they have filed a lawsuit on behalf of Mississippi prisoners. Now TMZ first was talking about this. Yogatti enlisted Rockefeller Rock Nation, which is a team rock
that's the philanthropic part of Rock Nation. They got them to represent the prisoners after there was a spike in deadly violence at different prisons, at different state prisons and Mississippi now the US who has been filed yesterday. They say that Parchment, which is a maximum security prison, is a powder kick. There's been three deaths in the first week of twenty twenty. All three inmates were stabbed to death.
They said that the system there is chronically understaffed and dramatically underfunded, so they want to make sure that they take care of those situations. So now they're filing a lawsuit on behalf of those prisoners in Mississippi. Robineclu's mom for Rock Nation for always consistently doing the work, and Yo got him. Got if you're bringing into their attention,
Yah Saluta, Tamika Mallory and my son too. I saw him down in Mississippi raising hell about what was going on in Mississippi as well, So Suta, all of all people on the front lines that are always consistently and constantly doing the work. In addition to that, they're saying that particular maximum security prison doesn't have enough matches for the inmates. The cells are covered in black mold, there's royal sewage on the floors, and there's a serious water problem.
They said the drinking water for inmates does not meet federal safety standards. All right, Boosy badass. There's been some reports that he beat up George Zimmerman at Walmart. I don't know where this room came from, but Boosey did say service announcement. I had never even seen him noodles dropping Walmart Friday. I'm gonna popping up at Walmart to see who's supporting. And he said this, I've never seen
George in my life. This is a lie leaves me alone from what I did something to him and Walmart. That is a lie, says we talk about Walmart, my noodles robbing Walmart? Fride. Man, where did the internet come up with this stuff? Man? Now, by the way, we would love for that to be true, right would be? Man? Where does the internet come up with this stuff? How did they just pull stuff like that out of their ass and just post it? Busy beat up George him
in a Walmart? That was the thing people were actually talking about. I didn't see it. Oh listen, somebody even sent me the story this morning, like make sure you report on this beat up Georgia. I'm like, that's not true. All right now. Netflix is responding to Monique's lawsuit accusing
them of discrimination. According to Netflix, they did say and by the way, she's she's actually suing them, saying that they offered her five hundred thousand dollars for a comedy special but paid millions to male and white female comedians. Netflix has filed to new documents. They said. Plaintiff feels, however, to allege any facts showing that the compensation offered her
was the product of discrimination. To the contrary, her coat contradict its core premise by knowing that other persons of color, other women and another African American women like plaintiff, have been paid substantially more money to create comedy specials for Netflix streaming service than what was offered to plaintiff, and platiff fails to explain why she was entitled to be offered what the stars to whom she compares herself were
offered for creating such comedy specials. So, according to Netflix, the evidence will show that she was not discriminated against by them, and they went the court to dismiss the majority of her claims, which they probably will do. All right, jah rule. People were going in on him on social media. Now he what ja do? Now? Why don't keep mess with? Job was promoting value tax. It's a tax preparation company. Everybody got to start thinking about filing their taxes, and
they said he now owns it. It said, it's tax season. It's simple, walk in, let us do your taxes, walk out with cash in hand. He said we also do credit repair. And people started, I guess the fire stuff. Of course they did, and yeah, it just went from there. So listen, does y'all have equity in that company because he said I'm saying because he was like, oh, y'all support black owned business business, but it's a joke when I said, yeah, now I think he owns a part
of it or something like that. So he's had i RS problems in the past as well. But maybe that is the person you want to go to. Somebody had problems and that way they'll never have those problems again. My daddy used to always tell me that if you open up something, you know, usually don't put your name on it, because when you put your name on it, people will find a reason they hate on it. I think that's very true when it comes to mister Jall
rule Jo, you might want to stand down. Well, congratulations to him, Yeah, definitely. Yeah. Anybody wants to get their taxes done and needs a place to go for that, all right now, according to US Customs, they take Kodak black tops. There list of the top ten biggest twenty nineteen seizures list. So aside from his federal guncase, you know, he was arrested at the Buffalo border after they found weed and guns in his vehicle and they said that it was he said it was a personal use amount
of cannabis and so on and so forth. But they said that he has in the top ten list of seizures in twenty nineteen made by the Buffalo Office of US Customs and Border Protections. I mean he had the most stuff. Yeah, in the most stuff they took confiscating dropping a clubes monfil cordat black. I don't know if that's a reason to drop a bottom boy. He's in jail. They're trying to find a positive and the I mean
it's number one on somebody's list. Now. Tyler the Creator is going to be performing at the twenty twenty Grammys as well. He's up for Best Rap Album. By the way, we told you earlier about some other performances that are going to be going down. Demi Levado and Aerosmith would be performing. They have a medley of hits that they're doing and they'll be also joined by run DMC for Walk This Way. Well, it turns out Tyler the Creator is also performing. It sounds like it could be a
good Grammys this year. And Big Sean's Detroit two album, there's all kinds of rumors. There was actually some video that's been now circulating and that's because y k O Cyrus was in the studio and he did post some photos and video and in one of the videos, people zoomed in or one of the pictures on a piece of paper on the wall that says Detroit two and
it has a list of artists on there. So now people are speculating on who's going to be on there, some of the names on that list or future Young Thug, Lizzo and if you take a look at this, you can see Kendricks on the list. You can see Drake is on the list. So not sure if that really means that these people are on the album, but everyone was talking about it. All right, I'm Angela Yee and that is your rumor report. Notorious Big, and Whitney Houston, if you care, they made the Rock and Roll Hall
of Fame twenty. That's dope and that just got announced. I think they should change the name to the Music Hall of Fame asupposed to just one genre. But they in there. That's dope. Depeche Mo, the Doobie Brothers, Whitney Houston, nine Inch Nails, Notorious Big, A lot of those are some of them. And you know, that's a really, really huge honor. There's a ballad of finalists that even make it to even be nominated, and then they choose from those.
They should definitely change the name because Whitney Houston ain't rocking roll and then Notorious Big ain't rocking roll. Now, like change the name. Just put the Music Hall of Fame right, all right, stop, Well, we'll see you guys tomorrow. Revote everybody else to People's Choice mixes up next, get your requested at DJ Envy.
