We are doing something different today and interviewing a member of our legal team, Monica Nguyen. Monica is a Deputy Public Defender that specializes in competency and has been working solely in mental health for 15 years. Monica digs into the court's decision on Tom Girardi's competency and provides her opinion, based on her experience, of the decision and what the court could have addressed further.
