Today Rica attempts to practice discussing self love. The daily struggle of remembering to love yourself is sometimes overlooked by everyone. Believe it or not, reminding yourself to LOVE YOURSELF seems to be far fetched and a task we all may have forgotten to include in our daily activities. From sticky notes to written baby poems and meditation, I just want to share that self love is a must include, I promise it'll make your day worth striding through.
