Episode description
Rutendo is a Zimbabwean occupational therapist with 9 years experience. She is a single mum of three, who has defied all odds to pursue her career and change her children's lives for better. Leaving her youngest son at the age of 3months with her mum, she migrated to United Arab Emirates (Abu Dhabi), where she worked as an OT in a long term care facility, with ventilated patients for two years. She then migrated to Australia together with her children, where she's currently working as an Occupational therapist. Her passion is to become a pediatric OT as she adores helping children achieve maximum potential in their physical, social and emotional wellbeing.
