Those abbreviations I stumbled through the most. Ensure any MRI tech programs you are considering is accredited by one of these three organizations:
- Joint Review Committee on Education in Radiologic Technology (JRCERT),
- American Registry of Magnetic Resonance Imaging Technologists (AMRIT), or
- Commission on Accreditation of Allied Health Education Programs (CAAHEP).
