The power of public speaking probably changed your life somehow. Not only did you sit in classrooms, you might have attended a church service, a business meeting, presentation, you might have attended a seminar or a conference; a funeral, all of that has public speaking involved.

Public speaking affects most industries. You either have to motivate a crowd, inspire action, strengthen and direct your team, you might have to educate students or connect with potential clients. I believe every industry is affected by public speaking in some form.
