As a single mom & small business owner, who recently moved my family miles and miles away from what we've known, I want this podcast to serve as a resource for others who are trying to do it all. People who are trying to create or sustain a business, raise good and kind kids, build and maintain a home - everything that's on your to-do list. 

I've been in business for myself for more than 11 years. My experience as a small business owner runs the gamut - frozen yogurt shop, network marketing, online coaching. I've learned so much, and I'm ready to share that knowledge, and to keep learning with you!

There is something to be said about acknowledging all of the pieces of yourself, and giving yourself grace when it comes to embracing and investing in each of them. 

I'm here to keep reminding you of that, and to tell you my story along the way.
