Yo yo yo yo yo yo yo yo yo. Yes. Welcome to another edition of the Bootleg cav podcast, officially checked in this episode number twelve. That's right, man, nice little dirty dozen in full effect. Appreciate everybody who's locked in. Man Crazy week got a shout out a couple of things before we get to the interview we have this week. Man, I want to shout out NAS's new album, King's Disease, executive produced by my good friend hit Boy. NAS is

my favorite rapper. For anybody who doesn't know me, Nas is my favorite MC ever. I hold him in a very high regard. Kanye is my favorite artist ever. Na's my favorite MC ever, and I definitely have been yearning for a NAS project like this for some years now and I'm glad that it came through. Was very disappointed with Lost Tapes two, was very disappointed with the project he did with with Kanye Nazir. And now we have King's Disease, which came out through Mass Appeal, which is

NASA's actual label. So this one did not drop through Death Jam and my boy hit Boy. He actually is. In my opinion, I've always said this man Hit Boys for one of the greatest of all time. Like, you could be in the studio with hit Boy and he'll just be playing beats and he'd be like, these beats are so fire Like I've never heard hit Boy play a whack beat off his laptop. Man, So shout out

to hit Boy. Thank you hit Boy for putting together this incredible project executive producing it with NAS and King's Disease. I'm telling you all my hip hop heads out there, tap in with it. Dope body of work, man, dope body of work. Something else I wanted to shout out was Bust the Rhymes. So Bust the Rhymes invited me to a studio here in La last week to listen to his new album, Extinction Level Event two E L

E two. It's a sequel to the album he put out in ninety eight, and he's been working on this album for eleven years. And let me tell you something, man. First of all, BUSTA Rhymes is one of the more underappreciated MC's in the game, right, an all time great doesn't get the props, respect and love that he probably deserves.

And when I tell you that this album is something special, man, I know when it's coming out, I don't believe that the album release date is public yet, but he played the entire album front to back and for the most part, man, just I was in awe. To be honest when I tell you, he's literally got some of the most insane features that you would never in a million years expect on this project. Wow. Man, I don't want to say too much, but be on the lookout for the new

Bust of Rhymes album. It was a treat. I got to sit there and just chop game with him, and he played all the music videos. He's got like nine videos done from this album already, and then I just got to talk to him, man, and it was like one of those moments of my career where, you know, not a lot of stuff like be like fucking with me.

You know, like as far as you know, I've met Buster to Rhymes before, but to sit in the studio with him and like in a very intimate setting and just let him tell me stories and and just just talk like some of my memories of his music when when I was a kid. It was it was priceless, man. And I was like, damn, Like, if you'd have told like that. The twelve thirteen year old bootleg CAV that I would have had that experience with Buster to Rhymes, I would have called you a fucking liar. So I

just want to shout out bus to Rymes. I can't wait for everyone to hear his new album because my god, it is fucking incredible, fucking incredible. So shout out to Buster to Rhymes for giving me that opportunity sharing his new album. And listen, guys, when that shit drops, run to Spotify, Apple Music title and just hit play on it and just chill and just thank me later. So shout out to Buster the Rhymes. I'ms gonna be coming out soon. I know that pretty damn soon. Today's episode

n on Instagram. Today's episode is with nl Choppa. Now, nly Choppa is seventeen years old, someone who I interviewed earlier this year before the pandemic, and you know, at a lot of these new kids that are rapping. This is coming from a super old heads perspective. There's certain artists who I really appreciate because I feel like they're

actually rapping. Now. Like, I'm not saying that these guys are like nas level mcs by any stretch of the means, but you know, like I appreciate the fact that I can listen to NL Choppa and that's this dude is actually rapping. I can appreciate the fact that, you know, NBA Young Boy is another one of them them them dudes in that younger generation that I'm like, Yo, this dude is actually like, you know, he actually is making an effort to rap. I'm trying to think who else

is like that? Obviously, you know, all bullshit aside. I think Corday is gonna be one of the greatest mcs ever when he whenever he decides to hang it up. But I'm talking in that like, you know, there's a there's this new wave of this young shit and uh, I like NL Chop. I think he's you know, my impression when I first interviewed him was I expected to have a shitty interview because I just saw him on social media and I always kind of saw him wild'n out on social media, and I was like, man, let

me talk to this kid. He came into the radio station. He came with his mom and dad, right, and his parents are super nice. His mom's sweetheart. Kids got a good head on his shoulders. Fast forward to about a week ago, he pulls up with his pops with his team, and man, this kid has grown so much. He's only seventeen. He's a new father, and this kid just really got a really strong head on his shoulders for being seventeen. Man,

it's kind of crazy. I had a lot of fun with this interview, and I would really suggest anyone listen to this interview. You might have preconceived notions about Nli Choppa, but listen to this interview. Man, he's a good kid, and he may solid music, and he's got a new album out and man, I think this is the best interview he's ever done. And that's like all by a side shout out to Nli Chopper. Let's get into it, man Anally Choppa boutlet care podcast, butlet Care podcast man

An Chopper is here. Hey, man, I want to say congratulations on the album. A long time coming for sure, two years two years, brou It's crazy because like you still ain't even eighteen, bro, and you you've had a legendary couple of years. Picked up a lot of plaques. Oh god, I just picked up some new ones today and saw that. I don't know what's camera I'm looking at, Like whichever this this is the one that's just on you right here. Okay, don't worry about it, I said,

but you're not. I saw you just picked up some new plaques. Uh, walk them downs officially gold probably close to planeum by now. It is planning. We just got to put it in a certification for plannel. I think they can make no more. We ran that. We got about four in the more because they said they can make no more. How many do you know how many certifications you have now? Like as far as like Golden Platinum Records. It's like eleven's crazy, you know what I'm saying.

You know what was crazy about when you first came in too, that I respected was off the rip you you stayed independent for a while. Yeah, you did the United Masters play, which you could have probably had any deal you wanted at that time. It was a lot of labels with a lot of people. I'm curious, like, what what was the thought process behind that. I know

your parents are really close to you. Like what was the idea of, like, you know, mashing out a little bit longer on the India route than just taking that quick bag than anybody else probably your age or position

might have probably taken. It was just it was just like pretty much been on your sitting on like which was worth like knowing what you could have did in a long run to the points of where you can come back to the labels and then you can pretty much make your deal instead of them making you the deal. You caught the shots, Yeah for sure. So like this is what it was, and I got to own my music and get my label, my own Lebel, So I

mean it was a fair wind. I feel like like they wait their weight was really important because I feel like if I would have signed, I wouldn't have did this ship I would have I would have been signed. I would have been you would have took some bullshit deal that the label had all the leverage on. Yeah, for sure, the music on all the masters you would

have liked. You would have been unhappy after a year, because we've seen a lot of artists after like nine months being on the major they go on Twitter and they start shitting on their label and we've seen it now. It's crazy because like being like a kid man like and you and you having the idea to bet on yourself. It's like I always that's how I've been my whole life, Like I'd rather better myself than put my uh you know, my ship in someone else's hands, you know, show because

what you're trying to get you already got. You just gotta get there. Congrats to on the double XLF Freshman Man for sure, well deserved. Arguably you should have been on it last year. Last year you could have been on the last year. But this year I thought they did a solid job on the cover. There's a few people that you know, maybe you know, I thought min could have made it that didn't. But how did you feel getting on that cover? Like was that something that

was always like a goal on yours? Yeah, I mean, like this something you look up to, like when it was a little like there's some shit you see on YouTube. I just stay going on to YouTube looking at out of freestyle saying who had the bis, who had the words? And I was like, when I get on here one day, I'm gonna know what not to do. Like, so I've really been prepared for that, like all my life because I was always thinking like how would I do with

a freestyle? Like because I know sometimes you offer me the freestyle, but I feel like my doubles a freestyle. I don't know why that it was hard at fuck you've been knowing, like, Okay, I saw this guy fuck up and I saw what this guy did, right, I ain't trying to be no mean cause I ain't trying to be and you know that's a neublax. So first for freestyles, it's either great or it's bad for you one hundred When you when you did your cipher, who were you doing your cipher with deciphers? I was with

what he wants? It was road Wave little tj H. What's her name? Chica? Yeah, Chica, that's the one. Let me redo it because I I always forget her name, Like I don't want to feel like I'm just leaving her out because she was cool to hell, but Chica, it was road wave Chica. Besides yourself, did you get to did you get to see uh, any anyone else's freestyles there? Like like I'm sure you went off, but like like were you like was there anyone else who

you were like, yeah, that there. That ship was pretty hard. It was like we wasn't even with nobody doing the freestyles. Like the freestyles was bad. Road Wave is singing, for sure. He was singing. There's no way like road Wave is. I ain't gonna lie on the cipher rod he kind of. I think he was rapper if you if ill he was rapping. Went. I like, I like this ship though,

voice crazy, His voice is incredible. Shout out to say, hey, did you see the the much dank official parody they did of you and I his interview, Like every every interview I go into, I'd be like thinking, like damn, I just know they're gonna pick this up because I'd be doing some slow ship. What is this? I guess, so say anxiety. I don't like you know a long time, bro, you weren't doing interviews like that. It was like I remember I ran into you at a session with hit Maker. Yeah, yeah,

I remember that. I remember that. Yeah, And I remember I told you yo, man, like I love to have you. I know you don't do interviews like that, but whenever you're ready, like you know, I think it'd be dope for people to kind of just get to know you a little bit better, because I think people see that whatever.

You know, we live in a time where people would just see whatever's on the blogs and make up their mind about that person, whether it's academics or whatever, blog post, whatever, And I think that, you know, it's it's important to to control your own narrative for sure. You know what I'm saying, Yeah, Freshman cover, big deal, eleven plaques, finally we have your official debut album, and you're on the Fast nine soundtrack. That's another dream country. That's that's crazy.

I was saying it. I'm like, I gotta get my song in the movie. I got to manifest this ship heap and I said three to zero. I think it was three. I got one with Rico Nasty on the on the on the on the sound no no, I submitted three. I think they picked one though, but ship I submitted three. I did three for him at the end of the day, but they picked that one. Shout out to Rico Nasty. I saw she's trolling that she's gonna start the only fans That's what I saw. I mean,

Cardi Beach just started an only fans accounts. So at this point, like it's kind of just like open season, Like I saw like he dudes like DDG, you know d DG. Oh he's also a rapper. I don't want to just put him in that YouTube. He records here, so that's the whole me shout out DDG. But he started the Only Fans but on there he's like giving advice and game to like up and coming artists and ship.

Would you ever do an only fans account? Obviously you're not going to be on there showing your joint off, but like you know, maybe like exclusive content for your fans. Uh, you know, I feel like it's it's it could be like an untapped market. Low key. I ain't gonna lie

I get on that. But you know what, I make my own site to my fancy come they come subscribing me like my own time, because you could like put your video up for like a week on Only Fans first, like a music Let's say you got a music video, like you'll subscribe to my ship and you'll see the video a week. But if you if you go away from Only Fans and then make like an l chopper fans dot com or whatever the fuck like Dad on subscritic because I don't want no only fans on their name.

I don't know, you don't want to be you don't want to be in that group with Instagram thoughts on my own? Yeah, yeah, ye, my own. Well yeah, we already when we think of OnlyFans, we think of girls that can no longer sell their vagina because of COVID. So now they're selling it on the internet. God bless them. Social distancing at its best over the computer, over the world wide Web. Yeah, that's crazy. Uh. You also recently became a father for sure. Congratulations you're you're still a kid.

I had I was pregnant with my son. I wasn't pregnant. My baby mama was pregnant. I have impregnated my baby mama with my son my senior year in high school. So when I was seventeen, my girl was pregnant. I think I was just turned eighteen when I had him. But it was definitely tough being like a young father. I've been in that position. Like, what have you like taken away from being a dad so far? I ain't

gonna it's like just change your whole mindset. You gotta stay positive twenty four seven, Like I don't be trying to let a negative just inter with my mood. And because you gotta at the end of the day think like you think of you, your daughter and your family. So it just really opened my ead up to see a lot of more shit. I started meditating too, it should be helping me with a lot of shit. So but the daughter shit, it just opened my eyes to a lot of more doors and I just start just

going through them. Kind of change the way you're thinking. Ship. Yeah, for sure, I be positively. I just be living day by day. I don't try to think too much of the future. I don't try to think too much of the path. When you say you start meditating, that's something that's that's deep man. You know what I'm saying. You've lived a lot of life for being your age, bro, Like what got you into meditating? And like kind of give us a little bit of game on what that

is because I don't think a lot of people. I think people hear that and they see it on TV and they think it's like some like weird like hippie shit, But talk about what what the meditation shit is? It's really like it's really peaceful. It's like you like sometimes you want to feel alone, you want to be by yourself or some right, so you will go in the

room away from people. You will normally be with us on right, and you would think that this solving the solution because you isolating yourself, but really like the peace to find their peace. It's like when I meditate, I find their peace. I be looking for like I be distant from the world, from this world, this little fake

shit we living there. I be distant from that shit, and I just be with myself with my thoughts, and I be controlling my thoughts, you know, just saying what I want and I just be like I already have it. I be talking, like I be praying. At the same time I meditate, I I be doing a lot of shit. I be on. It's just constant telling myself shit. So when I get out of their meditation, that's my mindset and this is what I be working to. You know,

it just changed your way of thinking. It reprogrammed your bruning, like to all the shit, like, hey, you beg shit with purpose? What got you into like starting to do that? Like was it a certain person or did it something you watch? Like what got you? And it's starting to do that. I came across a video and and I was just wondering, like no, I always been like I've been getting like spiritually woke, like I'd be seeing angel

numbers and shit. I don't know if you know what they mean, but like you will probably see a numbers, Yeah, you will see it. After I talked to you. I bet money you gonna see it. But it's like I started seeing angel numbers and a whole lot of shit, and I don't know. It's like spiritually, it's like when once you do shit spiritually, it's like you unlock different levels. It's all things flying. It just come. It just came to me, like it come to you in like different

chapters type shit. It's like here, here go a new two to get through this chapter, you know. And then I just stumbled across a video. That's my mouth. I stumbled across a video just tart my meditation. I tried it, and bro, I ain't gonna laugh since I tried it, man, I been like straight, I don't be giving nobody the time of day. You with the time of their own

be on be doing the edge. Yeah, I know. The last time we talked, I was telling you like, yo, man, like you're you have, like you can have ten years, twenty years in this game. You got the talent, Like you're dope. Don't let none of the other outside negative like cause you know when I like, obviously I was up on like shot a Flow and like some of

the earlier shit you would put out. But I had known you more initially for just the shit I would see on on Instagram, like you arguing with other rappers or whatever, and I'd be like, man, this this kid is dope, and it's dope to see you like level up mentally, you know what I'm saying, Because it's going to extend your career, bro, and it's gonna like make your quality of life like so much better. And that's

really what it. At the end of the day. The money and all that shit, that shit don't matter if your quality of life is solid, that's really really true happiness, you know what I'm saying, And like that's how you can extend you know, you could be one of these rappers. I mean a lot of your peers that were around a year and a half Forgo when you was first popping, they ain't here no more. And if they are, no one cares like they used to. So you know what

I'm saying. So I think you've done a good job of growing man, Yeah, because it could be you know, we see it all the time, bro, with a lot of these artists where they're just the antics pushed the narrative of who they are and it's not as much about the music. And it's been dope to see you just keep leveling up artistically and just as a man. Man.

And like, I think a lot of people too. Got to realize that you're growing up in front of our eyes, bro, So this would be crazy saying I don't nobody talking about this kid. He's a kid, bro, Like you know, like we all we all went through some ship as a kid. We all did dumb shit and we're kids, like you're growing up in front of our eyes, bro, Like you know what I'm saying. So I think I don't been through. I ain't gonna let it's like I don't grown as man. I ain't even gonna let like

shit I've been through. I ain't gonna lie not not normal that they went through that. I don't seem already knowing what at what age did you start to get mixed up? In some of the more street shit because obviously, you know a lot of your subject content is very very aggressive and it is you know, it's in that world. So at what age did was that the a side of the world that you were exposed to and started to participate in on any level. Like I was always

bad as he was. Like I remember when I was little, like my next door neighbor. This was when I was probably I was like six to seven, and he wasn't even a blood for real, right, but he had a red flag. I guess his big brother gave it to him or something. He had a red flag. I was about six or seven, he like three years older than me, and he just walk outside. We used to walk outside.

We will play it there. Right then one day he just had me fucked up, Like he just walked outside and then I don't know, it was like he had the flag that he was like, I'm a blood and he said you're gonna be a blood with me too, and I was like and like, I don't know. That day, I was like, it wasn't the fact that I didn't want to be a blood. It was more so the fact I wanted to be my own man, Like I didn't want to go into his winged like you know type shit, And I said, well, I said, if you

are blood, I said, I'm a crip. You know that what I told her. And since the day we had started beefing, like I used to always fight with my neighbor and shit, and like a whole lot of fights in the neighborhood. We ended up moving. We had to move, and shit, I was just bad as her mama's like, man, I ain't gonna lie. I already know what you're gonna do out here. So we moved. But I ain't gonna lie. When I moved, I really got even moved into gang shit because I was more distanced from like the niggas

I was growing up with. So shit, it was like I was wanting to do this shit more because I wanted you had to find new friends and I ain't want to do that. So really, really when I really started doing it was probably fourteen, like thirteen. And the thing is too, is like I met both your parents and they're great people, and like I feel like you have a great support It was perfect. It's just me you have a great supporters, like you have a great

support system. I think it's dope that you keep your your parents close to you, because a lot of people don't do that, and they, you know, they become someone who there now with this rap shit in this Hollywood shit. So like from from you getting into trouble like that when you were like fourteen and shit like to you rapping, Like when did you start taking this rap shit serious? Like dude, I was like fifteen, because what was it? What was the moment though where you were like, oh shit,

this okay? Like I had dropped this song. I recorded this song I was. I think it was when I was fourteen. I record this song called No Love Anthem before I blew up. It had one hundred k on the audio like it was my first song, no like on YouTube. That's what was crazy. I got one hundred k on an audio video on YouTube and then I was like, man, this shit crazy And it was my first song I ever made, my first song I ever dropped. And so when I did did it at that age,

I was like, man, I ain't gonna do nothing. Get better. I started dropping some more, dropping some more. Turn fifteen, I drive No Cause Part three whole time, I'm I'm I'm, I'm, I'm flunking in school. I'm getting backing up, I'm fucking up. I'm telling but but I'm telling my mom. I'm telling my mom. Bro. It was crazy man. Every night I was doing She in her eyes it was like I was doing wrong. But I was really making my making my own lane. I was making something. I knew what

I was going. I knew I was on the right path because, like I said, I was seeing angel imbers like for for for this telling on me. And I was like, Mom, on the right path. I'm on the right I got you. And I was like, and there was one thing I said, I saw. I see a lot how a lot of niggas treat their mothers to treat they PAUSI ship like I treat I got an attitude. I treat them a certain way. But at the same time, a real type SHOTOW know that, like you gotta make

sure they straight at the end of the day. And the purpose is when you blow, you gotta make sure they go you. They gotta be with you because if your family and with you, you're getting fed to some wolves you don't even know who. You don't know who. Everyone has fucked up, uh deterior motive. They got fucked the deals, I motives all that they trust. That's what

I was saying. When we've been like yo, when you when you, when you when you went that United Mattress route off the rip, I'm like, this kid is different because we know, I mean, everybody he jumps on that first advance, they get offered and then they fuck it off and then they got to pay it back. And it's crazy. That was offering me three mell and shit,

I went through United Madisons. It's six one hundred and fifty thousands, just a players say, and you probably got that three mel within a few months and you own the record. Shout out to Steve stout Man. Yeah, that's crazy, man. I was just it's interesting because I feel like at the moment, you know, every every place has an era in rap, right. You know, there was West Coast when Snoop had it and Dre had it, and then obviously it started in New York and Atlanta's had it for

a long time. But I do feel like at the moment, for whatever reason, man, Baton Rouge is between Baton Rouge and where you're from in Memphis. It's like Memphis and Baton Rouge. I feel like it's it's y'all's time, you know what I'm saying. But Atlanta is always going to be there. But I mean Memphis, Like you guys are between Memphis and bad and rules. You guys are like really controlling so much of like the down the culture

and the slang and the like just everything. I mean, if you look at like Memphis right now, it's crazy, Like you know what I'm saying, there's a lot of OG's out the city. And then you know yourself, and you know, I just talked to Dolph yesterday. Dolph just put his new album out, But like, what is it about Memphis right now? You think that it's it's always been a special place, shout out you know, the three six Mafia and and everybody who's come out of Memphis,

But like right now, y'all really got it. Like and I feel like there's obviously Dolph's got his issues with with Gotti, but outside of that, I feel like there's there's munification. You know. I feel like a lot of the Memphis do s fuck with each other. I mean, it's like it'd be hard to explain, Like it'd be kind of hard to explain. It's real hard to explain. It's like at the same time, it's like it'd be different sets. So you got North Memphis, South Memphis, The's Memphis.

But like it's like everybody be on their own ship. Like everybody a lot of people be on their own ship. Everybody click out with their own gang. And then like, I don't know, everybody be on their own stuff. I feel like this is why it would be like a lot of people coming out of it, but like everybody be on their own stuff. And then and y'all make that mrgic you feel me. Then it's like they click.

I don't know how this shit be food HEU. It's like we be a part and then together and cuse, I feel like you're like you're like your own little island in Memphis. Like I feel like you're not like affiliated. I feel like at some point in time, people are either affiliated with CMG or or PR like Paper Route or something. And then there's there's this seventeen year old kid who's low key, like you know, probably the most lit kid out of the city right now, and like

you're kind of like your own entity. I like to I can I like to be on my own what's that country? In the middle of Europe. It's like independent on is the Scandinaviy or Switzerland Switzerland? Then they're they're neutral all on everything. They just their own little you know, you know they got they got no affiliation. You're like

just Switcherland a Memphis bro. Uh, you got any relationships with I know the Grizzlies are uh, you know, they're about to hopefully make the playoffs with this playing game. But you know, John Moran is obviously going to be a superstar. You got any uh have you? You guys tapped in it all together? Yeah, So he's just following me on Twitter. We just follow on Twitter. I tweeted him, I said, Memphis shooters like the Grizzlies and one of my songs I tell you them Yeah, and then we

supzed to whop. I suppose to pulled up at a gym hoo with them, but I was in COVID and

also the COVID shit. You know, can you imagine what kind of shit he'd get in if there was a video like John Moran's not taking COVID nineteen series as he plays basketball with Nli Chopper on the album Dude, you have a you know the record that really hit me was the Depression Record, which I thought, uh, melodically is an incredible song, but just the content of the record, I feel like, you know, not a lot of people deal with their depression openly, and it's a it's kind

of like a subject that doesn't get a lot of Uh. It probably doesn't get as much coverage as it is because I think a lot of people sometimes are ashamed that they feel like they're depressed or they're in the dark place, and then we find out someone dies because

they're overdose where they kill themselves or some shit. I mean, look like to hear a song from a sixty sixteen seventeen year old kid about depression, it's crazy because my son's fourteen in the next room, Like, talk about your battle with depression, Like you know what I'm saying, like and how serious that was, and like you know why why you choose to be open with it with the world. It's like, I don't know. I feel like I ain't knowing.

It used to be shying because it actually helps in a certain way because like people know that, you know, they perceive me as a nigga. I don't be hyped like that. I'd be cool but in your videos you'd be hype as fuck. Yeah, it's like a switch. It's like a switch, but like I'll just be cooling. But I know there was somebody I always did with deprission, like because I was always different. I just was always different. Like I said, I always wanted you went this way.

I wanted to go that way, like I ain't want to just you know, and she this shit just it made a hard for a lot of people to get along with me, for me to keep shit going with people because I was just always different as fuck. Nobody knew how to adapt to me, so niggas started with nigga would hate on me, so I had to. You know. It was just a lot of shit. Yeah, a lot of problems since I was younger then hear it. But when I got when I said I dropped my album,

I lost myself doing my album type shit. I lost myself making my album. But then when I dropped it, I said, I found myself again because just around the time started meditating. And like when you put it in your mind that you don't have it like that, you don't have the personal you don't have anxiety, like you keep saying it in your head, like it gets worse. Probably, no, it gets better. You, Oh it does get better, Okay you It's like when you know you cool, don't have it?

You just be like was that white? Because your brain on telling you what it's your brain to see your whole reality. It's gonna if you That's how it was. I was like, man, I'm the prison stas and you know this is how I'm feeling. But if I just changed my thought, looked at all the positive and kept thinking about the positive, YO, moved were you in? Like? Because I do feel like you had a few episodes where you were on I G Live that were kind of wild, Like was that like you? Yeah, you had

some crazy IG Live episodes. But I was like, Yo, what the hell just be tweaking someone? Get this mad? Was that was that because the depression or was it because of drugs? Or like what were you going through at those times? Because you asked wild ship going on? Man? I don't know because like and then I mean that's you know. When I talked to you, I was like, yo, man, like you got this bro, Like you know what I'm saying. Like and then you're obviously a smart kid. You have

your head on straight. But there was some times where, like you, you were at some low points and the whole world saw, yeah, I was mad in here. I just be man, a little mad ass. What's sad ass? Nigga? Man? But cool now I'm gonna through this ship. Be cool to mind, trying to see better days. I got a daughter.

It's so much more I can look forward to, sir, the legacy of you doing Shot to Flow Right because it's obviously wend five now right, I'm through, I'm through, and it was done, but now it's top Shot to Flow Right. No, but what was there's another one that that's on the album. Yeah. What I what I think is dope is unlike most people who are in your lane or your peers rather in hip hop right now, like you, you make it an emphasis and a point

to make sure you're like a dope rapper. I don't feel like you talked about no, but you're you're like you're you know, like there's some of this new ship I just can't listen to because it's it's I don't know if it's because I'm an old head or but I appreciate people who actually rap and you're actually like a dope rapper, So like, what what when you were growing up growing You're still growing up, but like what was what was some of the more record rap ship

that like kind of influenced you the you know, kind of put more of an emphasis on the on on the on the bars and making sure you ain't like you know, my pops like he's the stay bumping Tupac and U g K and MC all that. Yeah. Ah, this so this was really the music I grew up and chief keep all this stuff. So you get a mixed about it. I just feel like the games is being specially U g K. Come on, man, if there was one O G that you haven't worked with yet,

who's like the O G? That would be like your like bucket list feature, Like if you could work with somebody obviously somebody who was still live, Like who would that be? Mm hmm h. I really was waye't really Wayne? Wayne? Does they go back to the shade and flow thing? Yeah? I said that's the only way I make another side flow is SI six. Yeah. Have you had any communication with Wayne or I mean, I'm sure he knows who.

I think he's nah that they say he don't be on I don't know I think he'd be distant from a lot of ship. That is true, and he's like in love now I'll just be cool ship. Wayne is the guy who'll get you to do another shot to flow. Hey, Wayne, a tick on the shadow flow you. I want to hear you mentioned UGK, which is one of my favorite rat rupers. I feel like you and Bun b would do a Have you ever heard the UGK record Murderer?

You know what I'm think? So listen, man, if you remade that record, I'm gonna play it free for you. Leave probably probably played it, I know, Diamonds. That's something if you did like a twenty twenty version of that, it's in your bag, bro, and put Bun on it and you just like him. Yeah, of course, m Yeah, that'd be crazy though, Wayne. Yeah, we gotta make that Happenlet's put that into the world, man, six. That's the

only way shot up six weazy. Yeah. A lot of I've noticed a lot of artists are a lot more artists at least are doing like collabed projects together, right like you know EPs together. Some people are doing albums together. Is there an artist who you would who you think you would like you could see yourself doing an entire project with one of the homies, someone who you're close with. I Eis do it like take you what block boy like me and block Yo? I saw him? Did he

give you the dance moves? Because I saw him in the video and y'all was you know we were going up. We was turning up in top shot of floor. Yeah, we was letting your shout out to black Boy. Also, I feel like blackboy don't get talked about enough Blackboy JB. He just dropped in no dribble free style your block boy's fire to or yeah it bitch had on my jacket, BRONIGGI my motherfucker Jacob get on your jacket in the video. Hey I'm on his ASDs Damn. But Jack I gave

some one. Though you talked about Chief Keith, how important was it for you to do a shout of flow with Chief Keith? Was amazing because like one of my songs, I said, no, I ain't gonna speak on this song. Y'all don't have to wait for this song. It's not out yet. I ain't gonna say nothing about this song. But like this, one of the niggas I looked up to. We was doing drills off his music pretty much. She was the guy was sometimes when we meet people like that.

I know so many people I looked up to as a kid. I met him and been disappointed. Was like he cool as fuck, like like like was was the like the interaction with him dope, like he cool. He's just he cool. I don't be too much in a nigga base. I just know just cooling. I've been on my own. It's just I don't know how much music you're sitting on right now. You had a song where you remade uh the uh Young Belied Masterpiece Ship. How you do that there that you did with hit Maker? Ah, yeah, yeah,

I heard that in the studio. I was like, bro, this ship, this ship go go. Oh, I forgot you just need to throw it to bulet Cap because I'm putting the project out. Will make it a bulet Camp single. You know what I'm saying. We'll put some features on it. You know what I'm saying. Yeah, I mean, otherwise you're just gonna sit on a hard drive. I gotta listen so I don't think. I don't think I like it no more. I gotta listen to that ship was hard if we see how the brain work. That's how you

know I'm listening to you. You You see how you picked up your water and I picked up ah crazy meditation. Bro, motherfucker lifts drives. You changed you Look at this video that his lift. The whole video. We got to the back with the parents ladies. You're changing diapers. Bro, you're letting the girl do that and and the parents do that. Yeah. Have you had one of the It was weird at first though, because it's a girl. It was weird. But I changed. Have you had your daughter ship on you

on accident? Yet? No? No, no, no, no, no, wait till that's gonna happen, buddy. If you go to change that diaper, you think they're done, and then my nigga said, the little boys they appears on you. You'll get hit with that straight shot. Man, You're gonna get hit with the straight and not even realizing all of a sudden, it's like, god, damn, I just got shipped on it. That's a real thing. Man. Your baby sit nah, don't let your baby get diarrhea. Did you go to change

the diarrhea diaper and you think it's they're done? And then you know this ship running. It's just it is. It can happen when you turn eighteen in November. First, are you gonna be able to vote in November? Yeah, but I ain't gonna leve bro Bro. I might sound crazy for him, but I think Kanye was doing at the best candidate out of these two niggas. You think Kanye is the best candidate Joe and Trump? What I mean for I ain't even gonna care Joe and Trump.

It's just some bad I'm not gonna lie to you. It is probably the worst selection of candidates we've ever had, the worst in the world. It's it's like, you know, they usually say like the less of two evils, right, but I don't think it's ever been more true than it is right now. Yeah, it's scary right now, but it's really scary if I, for so would a win with Kanye. Oh, for both of them are great. Listen, I love Kanye, but uh, I'm gonna just I'm gonna just I'm gonna hold my nose look the other way.

You gotta think though, I'm just trying to get Trump up out of there. You feel me, he ain't gonna be making all the diseasons by himself, Kanye the president, don't make all this. I assu you, but I don't know. He's gonna have a lot of people around him. But you know, the lady who's gonna be his vice president is like an insane lady from Wyoming who's like a spiritual healer. I don't know, man, it's I don't know. It's it's some real shout out to Kanye's my favorite

artist ever, any Kanye art anywhere anyway. I want to have spiritual I want to talk to him. I want to speak to you because I think you could be spiritual but not be religious. Are you more spiritual or you can sell yourself religious? Like I'm not religious. I just believe in a god. I know. I know a God. I know a god created all this. It ain't no way. I know he created this world. But a lot of people get a lot of people get lost them. Like the world is a living thing itself too. He created

the world a living thing too. So what you put out on the world is shit gonna put back? You know what you put out? So I for show believe it's a god. It ain't no way, this is just a preyer. But the way you know, that they say, I don't know a better. Well, you know, the Pentagon just to put out a press release. I don't know if you saw this, but they they've officially the government has acknowledged that UFOs exist. Did you see that? Man? Laugh? I believe it aliens here cut already? Oh no, I

think so too. But I'm just curious, like if the the thought of aliens being real kind of fucks up the premise of a lot of religions being real. I think somebody, some of these niggas, I'm saying, some of them niggas they put on the tvb aliens, man, Like, who man? Cul I need an example, bro, I'm trying to look out for these aliens. You feel me? Bro? You mean to me Elon mus not an alien, Yo. That's the good Bro. It's funny you said Elon Musk.

He's the only person that in my head, I thought to myself, if anyone's a fucking alien, it's that weird motherfucker. Elon comes home, Bro, he's trying to get people go to Mars. Well, you know, he's trying to install He's got a company called euro Neurologic, right, and what they're doing in San Francisco Is. They're developing technology where they cut a piece of your skull out of your head and stall a chip and the chip messes with your brain.

So that's like this where you fuck with God creation and that's that's That's where when I heard that, I'm like, Yo, Elon must want some other ship. Bro, you got some c cars and ship, but that ship is crazy. That ain't no. Said you need to meditate, Yeah, need to take because this ship with this ship. Yeah, I think I think would like, if that becomes the normal in the future, would you get a chip put in your brain? He don't know. Yeah, you're gonna be living in a

technology mhm. I wouldn't Bro, that ain't no. Yeah. I think I think Elon Musk could be an alien. I mean, if I had to bet on anyone being an alien, he's definitely the favorite. He's like the Lakers in the playoffs. They got to be the favorite, right now. You know what I'm saying's got to be the alien, either him or maybe Sean Hannity or somebody like that. Because you can't say you can't bro, you can't look for if a nigga come to my face and say, hey, man,

let's move to Mars. Let's move to Mars. Let's move to Mars. His ad, I'm been there, his ad, I lived there before. You don't know, motherfucking way, your ad just want to say, let go to Mars. If we Fulda lived on Nigga. First off, they say it's hot as hell there, so we ain't gonna be thinking about going there. Motherfucker on, Let's go to Mars. The fuck lit been there before. It's boy, he put it in

my brain. Nothing's going in your will. You even drive a Tesla because I fuck with that Tesla truck that they put out. I'm trying to get that thing. But I don't know, man, that there could be a trap. You feel me? Sh kind of police, the Tesla's kind of the police. It kind of is ship police. The fucking computers in the middle of your car. Lord recorded these phones out this ship Alexa ship you gotta you

got the Alexa at the crib like a hell. But sometime when I he's saying certain ship my series, come on, Yeah, yeah, that's crazy. I mean there, I guess there's a lot of stuff we could dive into with that, but all that your album is out it's a it's a great body of work. I'm sure that are you gonna make everyone wait for the second album as long as they had to wait for the first album. I'm trying to

put the de looks out. So yeah, the new the deluxe play is the new wave, right, It's like it's kind of like a little loophole to get them, like to double up all the album sounds. Yeah, it's kind of like a whole new album. Like the Baby just put out ten new songs, Is your deluxe gonna be ten? Mm hmm. They see they want to do fat because I did. I just did twenty on my album, So I don't know they want to do fave with me. I want to go be put two hundred songs, buddy,

That's what I'm saying. Do you know who's gonna be under deluxe? Dude? Do we have any idea, like or is it just gonna be you? Or no? I don't think I got no features on there right now, but I ain't religious too much gat. Its just working on it on it because I think I got noo song as to where I can put on there. But I don't know. I've just been in the process of thinking like what approach'm from the take when I record my

new ship? Or do I put some of this some of this ship that some most ship that been waiting on on here. So it's just been me thinking I just got to mix them up and always walk him down. Is a great record, and I feel like you and Roddy are kind of like two leaders of the new generation. It was dope to see all work together. What y'all's relationship like and is there any more any more music together that maybe y'all have recorded that we haven't heard yet now at we ain't got nothing else yet, but

pretty much he had a big year. You know, you gotta eat the year up, so then come back. I can see who we want to make another one, but we for shuking get one in and get another one in here, you said, ship, we can get on there? Have you? Because I was talking to his team about just some of the festival money that they missed out on because of COVID nineteen. The live show shit is

fucked up? Have you uh? Have you had to like kind of adjust your hustle and figure out other ways to monetize what you're doing because of the fact that the shows are not happening. I don't really just too much like me. I'm weird, man, I don't really just too much focus on money and shit for like, I ain't even gonna camp, like I gotta bank, I gotta savings, all of it. I let my duice handle all it. I just beat you know, I don't need too much toke cas on your I don't really just live by money.

This shit don't excite. Let your mom kind of invests she do out this shit. I don't fuck man, Probably the best thing to do, man, I don't know a lot of seventeen year old kids that would handle millions of dollars the right way. You know what I'm saying. My kid would spend it on VC on NBA two K. That's the big gonna lie. I do be running my card up on my leg game, though. I I buy a whole lot of packages on my not Man. What

the fuck around with me? Cause I meant to say call of duty, call of duty, bro about to say, my eight year old likes my U G t A too. I used to. I remember when I was young, fool on God. When I was young, I used to play G t A and I used to be broke on g t A and broke in real life. I used to broke on g t A because like they just want to do mess and I ain't feel like doing all this ship. I just like robbing the stores and ship. I have pocket chains on my character until the glitch

come out. I hit through glitches, but then I said, when I get rich for I'm just buying the batter little money man, I just be buying amen on their head time I get on. Have you spent a lot of time on the on the Call of Duty ship since they put out the what's the ship called? The war Zone ship? Was on here? Yeah, I'll be on Twitch. I was just twitching with I got a twitch. This is what I've been. I've been on Twitch. I've been trying to do something on twitch. Bro So I ain't

even I gotta put that in there. I'm gonna put it in make something up there too, So be on twitch. That's like that is that something that you just started to do is a twitch sh It's something I always wanted to do. Actually, it's hard to understand it right, Like, Yo, how these motherfuckers are like playing games to set it up for me? On God, I ain't just nothing. That just they set it up and then they sent me down there. They was like, I don't think I know how to do click the go live, but man, I

just played the motherfucker and then it's a nigga. He'd be hacking my computer. He'd be doing all the ship for me. Like while I'm sitting there, he don't even be there. He being a whole nother house. Because I was I want to throw I was like, that's some police saying like I'd be like, what if he be hearing this, cause he's gonna watch his interview, like if you seeing what you be looking at on the internet.

Ship he can go through all the cut he can type, he can go to anything from a whole nother place. Cud y'all said, what the yeah, Now I got a homie that does that too. He'd be giving me all the hack programs and he's in Arizona, and I just give him access remotely to my computer and just let him install everything that I need. You know what I'm saying, Yo, When you made that record with Mala, I don't uh record is dope, But I feel like it's awkward for me to listen to a child speak about the things

she spoke about on that song. Obviously you're a father, but like, what was what was the vibe like with her making that record because it's a very explicit record. Like I said, I don't grown man add visits mobile. I me, man, grown, Yeah, I would probably. I mean, let me stop me if I'm wrong. But I'm assuming you've probably slept with more women that are over aged. You. Yeah, what's the oldest man? H? She was like forty something? What this song? She ain't look for it though, child nigga,

I'm grown forty So she knew that. I want to say, forty seven? Forty seven? Will damn you? You definitely fucked someone's mom man for so? Yeah? So and did she know you were under heage? So she did? You know? So we're dealing with a h we're dealing with a pedal here. Technically you're a grown ass man. I understand that.

But technically she's a child molester. But not really though because technically most of the women who sucked their child molisters technically not really because guess what if she was if she was eighteen, right, it would be just signed charge. It depends on what state you're in. I think there's a three year window in certain states, but forty seven, that's that's some child molester than that ship. But my

mom will looking at it. The last interview we did, your mama was in the room and she was like, do you remember that? Yeah, shout out to your mom, man, and shout out to the forty seven year old woman? Who what is this? Like? She's fine? Bro? Did you meet her on Instagram? Or did you meet her at It's like, where did you meet a forty seven year old in the airport? Wow? I like to tell you, I don't want to give her a little you know, Look, forty seven in an airport. You didn't sleep with her

at the airport, did you? No? No, no no, no, because that'd have been I mean, I mean I want to do this though, because I do this for at the airport or in the plane. At the airport, in on the plane is shit? Like, see, the only thing that sucks about the plane is the only place unless you you probably fly private because you're at only chopping. I

fly flat flat. Yeah. But you get into that bathroom and you think this is the only place I could fuck is this little last bathroom And I just I've been in there taking the ship on a flight and been like, could I actually have sex in Oh god? I be thinking I ain't gonna last. Sometimes on the flight they cut the lights off food like, oh yeah, you you could definitely catch a hand job on the plane under the blanket all day, you know, and no one will notice if it's if it's dark, it's you know,

if it's a nice red eye. So we'll give a bitch pink eye on the red eye. You feel me, I just feel like a real piece of ship that I'm having a conversation like this is a god there kid, that's not even a But you are your father, so I'm just gonna give you. We're both fathers, so we're bonding on the show. I got a cloth on breaking my neck. You've gotten a lot of new tattoos, yeah, recently was there. It has a couple of questions, what's the most painful tattoo? In which one have you regretted?

If any have you regretted? Because you knows be getting tattoos off the rip that they regret later on, I ain't on that tattoos they ain't painful of me. They'd be like a third they'd be putting me to sleep, like my stomach tattoo. I feel asleep on the big beach, they said, they said you food, they say, ain't nobody ever fell asleep on the stomach tip But kaou what about you have a tattoo you regretted getting you at It's like you know which one, like is it? Is

it tattoo? Like I have regretted getting but I had cool, I had coover, I had covered, so it's covered up. Now what was it prior? It was like a name of an X, like just a person, just like a forty seven years ship. Yeah, it wasn't. It wasn't that. It was this fact of that that went why cover? I was just like like I just wanted the roads. I was like, roads will be hard. Well, also like I hope you end your lesson like never get a woman's tattooed on on you. That's that's not your mom

or your daughter. So my mama teddy right here though, you know what I'm saying, Like, you know, that's that's great because you'll never have to cover that up. I never had to, you know, any other type of female. It says the I got my wife's name tattooed on my finger. But we're married. But but yeah, you know, don't get any females in the tattooed unless they got a ring on their finger. Fam, you know what I'm saying. Say, let'st my guy, appreciate you. The new album is out.

You're on that Freshman cover, which is a big look. Them ciphers are going to be dropping soon. I can't wait to see what you come up with in them. Things came out great. Did you bond with anybody at the shoot? Mm hmmm? Or was it just kind of like, you know, you're kind of you know, like you said, you're kind of talking to ride right, cool, goodo, open minded dude. Mm hmm. Mulatto was there who was in groups?

Always in groups. It's just me dah yeah chica. And then he keeps saying cheek in the background because I think you guys are on the same level. Bro, I ain't gonna like him. My memory fucked off. Man. It's good, but it's good, but it's just like it'd be hard to remember certain things. We'll look. Album is out, Go support it and get get at him on that twitch inly Chopper music one, Twitter and Ly Chopper one and chopping music, and and and and and hide your mother

from this guy. He's a real mother. Change bro. That was that was that was speaking? Hey the time, I was really speaking. I ain't like that no more, Bro, I don't he's meditating now. I'm protecting my energy. Not a mother. I don't give all my energy like that. I'm not. I'm not. Please don't paint that picture of me. I'm a good guy. I got a daughter. I got a daughter in the past. Fifteen sixteen sixteen yo. Last question, do you have your driver's license? Bro? No, I didn't

think so we're just gonna leave it right there. I just don't feel like going in there and like doing the line because I still gotta do the permit busy. So I gotta get somebody to make me want Hey, chopper on O twittery, I got some guys on the dark Land that will take care of you, buddy. I could get you a nice ID
