Episode description

Boost Hospitality Podcast Season 6 Episode 1   Jason - worked as commercial planning consultant in London and had a property in London. He became aware of people letting properties on what people calls serviced accommodation, that is typically taking a residential rental property and letting it out on a short term basis. So typically, if you want to rent a property in most landlords and letting agencies, it takes months as minimum. But serviced accommodation is a much shorter period, something that would do one night stay and some properties would do a minimum of two night stays and it is fully furnished and the bills are covered as well. Jason and his team has a total of 185 properties, and mostly are on the north east. And for Jason, the rise of Airbnb, Booking.com and etc are a significant factor in the world of Serviced Accommodation.   For the full podcast series, go to Boostly.co.uk/podcast
